Awesome people at Moe's.. Cathy the manager is excellent. She has Awesome customer service and I'd very professional. The store was very clean and ran well. I had special orders because I'm very picky and there was no issues with getting my food the way I wanted it. I'll definitely be back very soon..keep up the great work..

want to give a huge shout-out to Alex at Moe's! During a busy time, our friend experienced a seizure, and Alex immediately sprang into action. He stopped everything he was doing to help, staying with our friend until the seizure passed. He even remade their food since it had gone cold. Alex's compassion and quick thinking made a huge difference in a very stressful situation. Thank you, Alex, for going above and beyond!

My dying in experience was great. My friend and I both got burritos they were very big they were full to the max of great ingredients and we both loved all of our food! there was such an excess of chips and e we we both full! and the chips were so good, btw, and there were 5 different types of dipping options for the chips! 🤩 10/10

A Shoutout to Kathy from Moe’s Restaurant – A Truly Kind-Hearted Soul I haven’t had the chance to visit Moe’s Restaurant yet, but I have had the pleasure of getting to know Kathy, the general manager—and let me just say, she is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Even outside of the restaurant setting, Kathy’s warmth and genuine care for others shine through. She’s the kind of person who greets you with a smile, makes you feel seen, and leaves you better than she found you. You can just tell she brings that same energy and compassion to her work and to everyone around her. If the team at Moe’s is anything like Kathy, I can only imagine how welcoming and positive the restaurant must be. She’s the type of person who leads with heart, and that makes all the difference. Can’t wait to stop in someday and experience it for myself—but until then, just wanted to give credit where it’s due. Kathy, you’re a gem!

Moe's Monday is an amazing deal !!! Burrito or Bowl(made to order),fresh chips, and drink for only $ 7.99... This is definitely the place to eat if your looking for a healthy meal ... The staff here is always friendly and go out of there way to make you feel welcome here... Definitely give this location a try, you'll be happy you did.... Revisited on August 2, 2021 again for the Moe's Monday special. The food was amazing as usual but the restaurant was filthy! Prep line, soda area, salsa bar, and the dining room were disgusting.. Lucky there was a open table outside because I definitely wasn't sitting at a dirty table in the restaurant...

My first thought was that they are charging "Boomers" prices without matching their quality but over time I have come to really appreciate the wide variety of choices they have. "Moes Mondays" is probably the best lunch deal in the area besides Taste of Jamaica in horseheads. You can get a burrito, drink, chips, and salsa for less than $10.

Amazing but they don't make the pineapple salsa correctly. Cilantro and Jalapenos don't go in it. They are the only Moe's that does this. Please correct it so we can eat it again. Thank you!

Food was awesome...only reason I didn't give 5 stars was there needed to be some clean up done around the salsa station and there was a puddle near the soda station. You could tell it was a very busy night.

This restaurant in near Corning New York is good. Never much of a line food is fresh and mostly everyone is very nice pretty clean environment.

The food is not too bad for supposed 'fast food' and although I don't go very often, maybe a few times a year, I think they could be a bit less expensive and more sociable. Sometimes feels like talking to a 'machine' when ordering.

This place seems to get more and more expensive with add-ons. They keep taking things off the menu and the salsa is limited with covid. Idk.. over $50 for 3 meals at a franchise rubbed me wrong. The food is decent.. my kids love it.

I have been to Chipotle many times but this was my first at Moe's and I am a fan The place It is a pretty nice building plenty of seating and clean bathrooms! When you walk in it basically snakes around the line once you walk in the door so no wondering where to go to order. The food I had a beef burrito and I was happy to see they dont skimp on how much they put in the burrito that thing was stuffed full! Everything tasted pretty similar to Chipotle which is a good thing. Also they come with warm chips which is a big plus. The verdict I would highly recommend this place if you like Chipotle you will like this place. Great value for your money!

Been wanting to come here for a while but didn't understand the process. To make it short. It's like subway for Mexican food. You go through a line and pick burrito, bowl, tacos and others. Then you put what you want on it. Then check out. Each main item comes with free Chips. They have a huge free salsa bar in the back with range from mild to hot.The meal is a extra $3.00 and only comes with a drink and extra quac. I only got a burioro and it was $10.00 Other meats cost a bit more. I brought in my own drink. I ordered online and just ate in the store because I didn't know what it would be like. It was super easy and convient. My burrito was huge and filled me up. I have noticed if you order online, they give you a huge bag of chips. It's huge. To get the best bang out of your buck, go for a kids meal. It's only $4 and you get a drink, chips and a desert all included. Also Mondays they have a really good deal. A burrito, drink and quac is only $8.00.

This is the only Mexican option in the area so it's a good place to stop when you're craving some Mexican food. We prefer other Mexican places over moes but since its the only one in town I'm happy to eat lunch here. They give you lots of food (the chips & guacamole are very yummy).

I love Moe's! The food is good, fresh and fast! Service is always pretty good. My only gripe, just like everywhere else, it's gotten really pricey! The upside is that Moe's gives a 10% military discount!

Have only been here twice. Good food quick and they have a good selection of salsas to choose from! The reason for only four stars is that they don't keep up with the dining area well enough... Both garbage cans were full and the salsa area was messy and we had to wipe off our table before sitting down. This was the same experience we had both times there.

The food was really good. I was surprised as I was expecting a traditional sit down restaurant with servers. This is a burrito assembly line place similar to chipotle. If you've never been I recommend bringing along someone who can help you with the lingo. I went here with a friend and neither of us had been here before. The workers seem to get into a grove to quickly get everyone through. Our ignorance held things up a bit.

Lots of free parking, centrally located, well lit, clean and always well staffed. Food is made to order in a cafeteria style line as you enter as there is no table service or waitresses. Prices are competitive and food is always fresh. Covid restrictions followed at this time April 2021.

Food was pretty good and somehow they misplaced or served my bowl to someone else, so they kindly had it remade for me, really appreciated the staff and how nice they were. Chips are good, guacamole wasn’t the best but could be my personal preference. Chicken was great, rice was great.

Decent spot. The place was really short on ingredients and it was only 7pm. But they did a good job to accommodate us and get us our food.

This is not a bad place if you like Tex-Mex food. The all-you-can-eat salsa, dips, and chips, alongside your meal makes this a little bit of appealing but not the greatest of foods to begin with. Don't go in with high expectations and expect the tables to be dirty.

Bathrooms were in horrible condition I had to think twice before changing my kids diaper. Food was good.

Generally unkept dining area, infuriating online ordering (don't bother calling for pickup, you'll get a rude "We don't do that, you need to go online" and a hangup) and food quality heading down hill. The saving grace is that it's relatively cheap and fast.

Only steak and ground and seasoned rice, no corn salsa, no chipotle ranch and none of the green stuff at the dip station whatever it is called. Said they were busy today. So people who come for dinner only get what's left.

The food was good. They didn't have steak as an option, which is one of the only reasons I usually order. I ordered extra chips and queso, and half of the chips were really dark. I could tell they were old chips. The other half were really light and not cooked all the way. So we had 2 bags of chips that weren't even good to eat because they were either stale or too bogged down with oil. We ordered pickup because I just had surgery and can't walk far or stand long, and the food usually sits on a table by the door for pickups. That wasn't the case. We walked in, weren't greeted, and had to go over and stand in line for our pickup order. The staff was less than friendly. It was definitely not the greatest experience that I've had at a Moe's.

Service was ok. Food was bland. Dirty, sticky floors. Seating in disrepair. I used to be a big fan of Moe's, but lately their food has been slipping. I think I'm done with them.

Moe's is Moe's you know what your going to get the food is always good and consistent. Very slow service, we were the only ones in there and it took them abkut 20 minutes to make a single burrito bowl.

Here's a draft review: First time trying Moe's Southwest Grill in Elmira, NY and it was just okay. The food was fine, but it didn't blow me away. Nothing stood out as particularly great or terrible. If you're a fan of Southwest-style food, it might be worth a try, but for me, it was just a decent meal. Maybe I'll try it again and get a different experience.

I love their burritos but this is the 2nd year in a row where the app neglected to give me my reward for my birthday burrito and my 45th birthday is tomorrow 7/27/1975 and I feel bad leaving this review because they are nice here but as a customer it is nice to be remembered on your birthday specially when the app asks you for this information and you don't even get the reward. Kind of feel bummed about it because it is all part of the fun of joining food clubs cause it is your special day. Oh well.

No "welcome to moe's" from anyone. No chips. But no one told us. Then the lady at the front said in a snotty voice " you guys know we are out of chips, right?" No sincerity. No apology. No offer to make it right or take some money off the bill because chips are included. Just an attitude. Also literally ten people working and not busy and speed of service was sloooooooow.

Some staff were rude. The food was mediocre. They sold us cups for the soda machine - which did not have any drinks available. Then they continued to sell drinks after being alerted to the problem. Just a disappointing experience all the way around.

Definitely been to better Moe's in other locations. Would think this one would be doing well since they just opened. Blonde older lady possibly the manager – not friendly at all. Didn't act like she cared a bit.

My wife and I have been going to this Moe's for years. It used to be an every week thing for moes Monday. Since ED, the old manager left this place has turned to a dump. It needs better management for sure. All of the crew looks like zombies and hate their jobs. This is just not our favorite spot anymore. Please do better. Get better management like ED. Thanks

Usually I love Moe's. Especially our local Moe's. I have always raved about the food and the customer service was always impeccable. This time the experience was quite different. Yes the food tastes good, but I had to ask several times just to get a decent amount of it. The level of service at this visit was severely lacking and quite different from our last visits. The gentleman who checked us out at the register was good, however the res of the staff needs some serious training.

They were out of rice, we were ready to order then were told to wait while the employee said she had to call the general manager. That wasn't the worst of it though, while we were waiting to get our order in, we noticed ALL the table hadn't been cleaned and every single trash bin was over flowing. Meanwhile there were employees just wondering around behind the counter. The place looked like a s**t hole.

Food was average at best. I noticed the place is dirty.. the tables were pretty nasty and weren’t cleaned. The fountain machine was also not cleaned. It’s super expensive for what you get. Not worth it. I’d go elsewhere.

Went to Moe's on Thursday night terrible service from Savanah. We ordered then were told no dining in. We ordered drinks had to ask for our cups. Then went to get our drinks no ice asked Savanah if there was ice she said we've been out for awhile but have some in the back she wasn't doing anything just sitting there wouldn't get the ice but some nice young lady went and got us some. Then to top it off no salsa again there sits Savanah. The place was about 100 degrees inside. They were out off seasoned rice no olives, peppers, and mushrooms. I go there alot but very disappointed 😞

Don't get the fajita meal deal: missing guacamole, missing red sauce, rice bowl less than half full, steak very grizzly. It's 4pm on a Saturday, not closing time. WTH. I arrived at pick up time, food cold- probably filled 30 minutes earlier when I ordered. Not busy (I would've come earlier had I known). Called the manager- do I want to drive back for the items? Um no. Sounds like a kid. For $55 I expect what I ordered. And, no way this would feed 4-6 adults. Not trying again. AND, they didn't say Welcome to Moe's!

Pretty chaotic in there. Staff was clearly miserable with bad attitudes. I'm in no hurry to return. The food was good but need to weed out the people who clearly don't want to be there. Should be obvious to management.

This place is understaffed and it’s frustrating. I’ve gone there 2 times with Uber eats orders and both orders have been cancelled when I’ve gotten there. Complete waste of time and money and to note it’s completely filthy in there, not kept clean at all.

Most unenthusiastic and slow workers I've ever had the chance to have serve me. The different toppings were all contaminated and the woman who yelled "welcome to Moe's" apparently did it so much she lost her hearing because she asked me what I had said for every order I made. 1/5 would not visit again. Go to the one in Ithaca if you have a most craving.

My taco salad was loaded with raw onions. Most orders are not done correctly but you don't know until you get home if you don't check before leaving and pre-orders are not ready when you get there. Not ordering anything from them anymore.

I haven't even paid for my order yet and already know I won't be back. The staff all look absolutely miserable. Obviously no one wants to be here and it feels like they wish their customers weren't here either.

Did a pick up order. Waited 20 minutes past time it was supposed to be ready, then received order and there was only one bag with a few chips in it for both burritos when the menu says each burrito gets a bag. Then waited to tell cashier and ask for more chips and was ignored. Very disappointed

So I walk in and not a singel worker in the building at 645 pm. A big mess all over the place not clean at all. i walk back out to see the staff smokeing and laughing out side . I walk to my car and drive off the workers still sit outside while another customer walks in not worth ur time if that's what you call customer service.

On 08/09/2022 at 8:00 PM My girlfriend and I stopped in quick to order a bean and cheese quesadilla for my girlfriends little sister since she's a picky eater. The two people manning the grill were great, however, it was a whole different story for the lady operating the cash register. She made 4 other people wait in line while she played on her phone, the lady ahead of us waited 10 minutes before the lady at the register finally told her that there was no salsa available. The next people in line were a family of 3, and it took approximately 10 minutes for them to be rung out at the register because the lady at the counter kept going in the back kitchen to play on her phone. We finally got our turn and when we received the food, it wasn't in a to-go container like we requested. That wasn't the issue, the real issue was when the lady asked me to take the quesadilla myself and examine to see if it had the right toppings, with my bare hands. It turns out it wasn't our order, and belonged to the family in front of us. The lady at the counter left again after I told her that it didn't have the correct toppings, she then went to make a new quesadilla for us, which was fine, but she then played on her phone again while making it. She finally brought it to us and then asked if she could ring out the next guy in line, which once again would be fine but it took over 5 minutes because the lady at the register started packing her own to-go bag. The gentleman that went ahead of us finally got sick of waiting and simply left without paying. The lady finally came back out to help us, but before actually taking care of us she took the quesadilla I had already examined with my bare hands and gave it to the family that was ahead of us as a "good gesture" and came back to the counter to serve us. She took the extra sour cream container off our to-go container and put it in her own to-go bag before handing it to us and then rushed out the door with her own food. She didn't even bother to ask if we paid or not. It took over 25 minutes for a quesadilla and 3 people ahead of us to be helped. Not exactly a dinner rush scenario.

We used to like going to the Horseheads Moe's, but it is horrible there now. The service is beyond poor and they fail to get the orders correct every time. The vibe just feels like they are about to go out of business and stopped trying.

If I could give one star I would, I found a BIG onion peel in my nacho bowl along with some long black hair in my cheese dip. The steak was awful and cold, tasted like microwaved dog food. This was my first time at Moe's and definitely my last. Not a good impression at all! Went straight to the trash.

$22 for one quesadilla, a cup of queso and a small drink! They were out of large sized cups for the thousandth time, and again out of ALL Coke products in the soda fountain. I was 2nd in line in an empty place and it still took 15 mins to be checked out. Moes has really gone down hill. They forgot my chips so I had to go back and then the chips were completely stale. For a meal that cost $22, I shouldn't have all these issues. This is at least the 4th bad experience with Moe's in a row (in May I had them cater a party and they forgot the tortillas!) so I'm done giving chances. I won't be back this time.

Moe's in big flats has gone downhill. Two of the three employees there today were grumpy and ill kept. The restaurant was filthy. We won't be going back. It's too bad. It used to be a great lunch spot.

The most unappealing Moe's out there. Food prep area was disgusting with spills all over and the same at the salsa bar. No confidence this place is following food safety codes. Food is barely average as is, plus sloppy in appearance. Staff didn't look too keen on being there. Won't be back.

Confirmed hours of operation 3 weeks ago by the business, but closed 1.5 hours earlier. No hours posted on the doors, and no indication it's closed. Employees doing their end of day chores inside ignoring every single customer pulling the door trying to get in wondering why it won't open during confirmed hours. "You're not welcome at Moe's"

Lazy workers. Horrible service. They were still open so I took my mother to get something to eat. They closed early and was finishing up cleaning and had already locked the doors when we had arrived. This used to be my go-to place for a nice fresh tasting meal. Totally not what this place is anymore. The prices have skyrocketed, the portions have shrunk and the quality of the cook is non existent. Tried twice in the past 2 months to give them another shot, never again. -Disgusting looking store with food on everything and trash overflowing -employees on their phones behind till instead of helping new customers. -Rice was crunchy for all 4 items ordered both times, veggies soggy and tasted old. -Undercooked chicken and course feeling ground beef (like there was sand in it) -Chip bags are less than half full when buying cups of queso and had 3 totally different color of cooked chip and murdered with salt (undercooked white, burnt brown and stale yellow) Will not be recommending or returning.

What the hell happened to this place? First it needs to be cleaned, deep cleaned. Ordered a burrito with carnitas. The meat was so overcooked it was unrecognizable. Uninterested help behind the counter. Asked me which rice I wanted, gave me the opposite. Asked me which beans I wanted, gave me the opposite. Cashier asked me for here or to go... I clearly said "for here". She handed me a to-go bag. Went to get a drink... No ice. The top did not fit on the cup. Went to the salsa bar... Two of the five choices were gone. It was at least 85° in the restaurant. The only bright spot was the lovely smile of the vegetable girl. I have been among the Moe's faithful for many years. This experience was shockingly bad. Perhaps they had been overwhelmed by a lunch rush. But then again... They are a restaurant, and might be able to predict such an event.

My wife and I have always liked Moes. When we went to the one in Horseheads, it was about 2:30pm so they were not busy at all. There was not one clean table in the place, the floors had food all over, and the garbage can was beyond overflowing. There was only a tiny bit of salsa in one of the containers and the rest were empty. There were numerous employees behind the counter chit-chatting and seemed completely unconcerned with the mess in the store. I said something to one lady behind the counter and she of course went with the "Sorry, We're very busy" excuse. If I were the manager/owner, I'd be having a very short, quick meeting with them. GET TO WORK OR YOU'RE OUT THE DOOR!!! We won't be back.

This place is a food safety hazard waiting to happen. Could be the dirtiest restaurant I've eaten at in the past 5 years. Nothing, and I mean nothing, was clean. The food service line was an absolute disaster of old food, dishes and just waste. The sals bar looked like it hadn't been touched in over a day and the trash was to the point you couldn't even push anything into it. Guaranteed to not be returning ever.

My rating for this Moe's used to be 5 stars but this place has really become sad. They are always out of food, not once have I come in for months now and got what I wanted. They don't have onions this time or salsa another time or rice another day. I always gave them a pass since they were friendly. That good will was kicked back into my face today. I came in to order my normal, a tofu borrito and tofu taco salad for my wife. They told me they only have enough down for one or the other. This is not abnormal for this Moe's, I was surprised they had any tofu ready at all. I know with this Moe's I typically have to wait because they are bad about putting things down when they are low. I told him I'm not in a hurry I can wait. He told me he was alone and that he wasn't going to drop it. He wasn't alone he had another person on line and the manager was where she normally is, outside smoking. To top it off I was the only person in line at 5 o'clock on a Saturday. Whoever the franchise owner is should be ashamed. So I left and got tofu hibachi at kyoto where they were more than happy to serve me food. I want to add that every other Moe's I've been to is great, this one is horribly managed and needs to be corrected.

I ordered a bowl, rice was undercooked and hard. Steak was tough and inedible. Somehow the guy poured queso all over the side of my side of queso and then threw it in a bag sideways that it leaked all over. Truly the worst trip to moes ever (and yes, I emailed them how disappointed I was, no reply back)

We did an online order as we normally do. We go in to get the order and I asked where it was as it wasn't on the rack. They tried giving me someones taco building kit. Now mind you I ordered over an hour before this. Then they showed me lids for the burrito bowls and go it's right here we will get going on it. So it wasn't ready on time and there was only one couple in the store. So I waited over another 10 minutes for them to make my items. We get home after we drive 30 minutes to our house and the orders are all messed up. Tacos were not what they were supposed to be and then the burrito bowls were missing numerous items that we asked to be in there. We won't be back.

i declined my order and left after i watched employees not follow common sense sanitation rules such as handling my food without wearing gloves. the entire store and bathroom was also filthy which shows no one at this location cares about hygiene.

Used to come frequently. Latest trip. They discontinued olives, grilled mushrooms and cucumber. Very few toppings. AC not working in heat wave. Not even a "welcome to Moe's" heard....won't be back.

Used to give this moes 5 stars, but everyone was super high when I was there today. The one guy asked every person in line if they would like a swirl or line on their burrito. Worse than this is the cleanliness, it's dirty and the kitchen is gross. Won't be returning again.

My guy was rapping lyrics including curse words with actual toddlers in line. Even the guys making the food looked him like really? Then he was playing gangster rap so loud he could not hear me ask for queso.

I am so disappointed in this location. I’ve given it multiple chances and every time it’s the same experience. I always get a chicken club quesadilla. It’s a house item as it’s no longer on the menu. It used to be $10 for this as a meal. I paid $17 just for this and chips. Then they charge almost $4 for a soda. I understand it’s not the employees that set the prices but for what I got is not acceptable. It was a mess to eat as it was falling apart just trying to pic it up. The chips were stale/ over fried as they were all about covered in oil and soggy. I don’t know guys. You tell me, if this meal was worth $20. Not worth it if you ask me.

Floors were so greasy, it was unsafe to walk normally. Fans were so loud and staff disorganized, they messed up our order. Then they put so much SW sauce on our kid's meal that our child couldn't eat it- nor could we. Sauce station was clean.

I used to come to this place every moes Monday with my wife. We loved it. Last few years has been going down hill. ED was the last good manager this place had. Noone wants to be there employee wise. Last 2 times I've been, noone greeted us. Just an unpleasant experience. Management needs to he better.

My mom placed a order for a delivery and the app changed it to pick up. They even asked me my delivery address. so called the store to have them remake my order because it was had been sitting for 45 minutes. The manager Kyle told me to contact customer service mean while they were closed. so basically I am out of the money I put out for food I never got. This is so disgusting I will never order from Moe's ever again. I will order from somewhere that values their customers and appreciate them.

12/29/24 Fruit flies all over the walls, but especially concentrated near the fancy soda machine. Vile and disgusting. This is a place that keeps food out like the salsa and lemons. I feel sick to my stomach that I only noticed this after I ate most of my meal. Look at the walls. I have a terrible camera on my broken iphone 7 without flash and you can STILL see the flies ALL OVER THE WALLS!!!!!!!! I wish I could have really shown you what in looks like. Not just by the soda machine but all throughout the store. This place is WORSE than fast food. An older couple came in and left after about 10 seconds. They said, "This is one of the bad ones. Look at all the flies." The picture I took this is less than 7 feet away from the salsas they keep out and lemons and hot sauce. Absolutely vile. I will never step foot in this location or any MOe's for the rest of my life, and that's if I survive the next 48 hours. In addition to this. Employees also cannot drain the beans nd and olives for longer than half a second so all the juice gets in the burrito. Like there should be a RULE three seconds at LEAST to drain THE LIQUID FROM THE BEANS BEFORE they put it on MY FOOD> Is incompetence another topping available to order on your new menu? Looks like it. It's free there and you have eat as much of it as you wan.t Maybe hire some females to work here, someone ANYONE who can clean maybe. ZERO FEMALES WORK HERE! Do a better job please immediately and give me back my money

They dont deserve the required star to post. Horrible customer service!!! At 7:17pm entered building. After starting my order I was informed there was only lime rice... no mushrooms fried onions cucumbers Romain lettuce... all the salsa was empty. The gueso was almost cold. there were no forks no ice the Dr. Pepper ran out while trying to get drink. When I asked what time they closed I was told 9pm but the lobby was closed at 7pm... the sign on window said open till 10pm. The one girl was complaining about customers. Had my daughter not already gotten her order (see pic) I would have walked out. We then stood in parking lot and used truck bed to eat at. all 3 employees came outside and sat in lawn chairs one on her cell phone and smoking for 20 minutes. While people were going into the restaurant. My meal was a salad a bowl nearly empty and 2 drinks for over $30.
