So glad y’all are open late. Had a mess up With my order. Didn’t notice it until after I got home so I gave them a call they handled it very quickly and appropriately very satisfied!
Great service always great food and served quickly. Asiago ranch chicken grilled is so delicious would highly recommend. Love that you can get a baked potato. The chicken parmesan is delicious as well can get with crispy or grilled chicken. Have a great deal the 4for 4 is a great buy and also have the biggie 5 for 5 deal at some locations.
Nice experience but their frosty machine was broken. So sad.
O.k. now this Wendy's is fully staffed during the times they need it, the food was accurate and hot, the drive-thru was fast and the kept the line moving. Great Job 👍🏾

Loved the food and the great service. And what I appreciated even more so about the service, was the helpfulness of a cashier, who, when she found out that I was looking over the menu for their smallest burgers to feed my pups, suggested that I just 'sub' out my original choice, and instead pick up a few "doggy burgers." Within Wendy's high standards of providing only the very best, burgers that are considered rejects because of being slightly over broiled, are set aside. I love that they don't just throw these burgers out. And my pups thought that the burgers were so doggone good that they almost ate their wrappers, too! Yup. (Lol) Had to go there! V.L.King
Drive thru line was super long walked in and ordered, had food before register was even closed. It was the best Wendy's meal I ever had!

I never stop for breakfast at Wendy's. Until just last week. I had no clue what the menu will consist of! I saw a HONEY BISCUIT CHICKEN. I ORDERED IT AND LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS DELICIOUS! I WAS STUNNED AND NOW I HAVE A FAVORITE FAST FOOD BREAKFAST CRAVING!
Friendly staff, good food and good service. Saw someone come in that was shorted food in the drive thru, and was not harassed in any way. The customer left happy with the food they were missing. Good customer service.
Check bag before leaving. They almost always forget something, but what can I say. I love the food. I get $5 biggie, and swap out drink for frosty. Also don't order inside if the young cranky boy is working. Everyone, including me, was afraid to eat the food, after he touched it. He was rude to everyone. This was about a month ago about 7pm.
Waited forever first one in line . The guys sounded like didn't want to be there. Got to the window he looked home less waited forever for my food. They were arguing. Forgot what order I had . Not sure I'll go back.
I rate a place based on food and service, the price is always up for debate. The food and service here the few times we have been has been very good. They were a little backed up for someone in front of me, but they were stressing about it and working hard to get it fixed - no one was standing around or taking the problem lightly. Service is friendly and they are very helpful. The food is hot and consistently good. The price might be higher than you expect but the place is clean and the food is good. I am willing to pay a little extra for that.
Very good, got our food super fast. Took our 7 month old and she did the normal baby thing and started screeching, everyone was very good about it and the employees got a giggle. Was also very please that the highchairs had a sanitizing wipe and a little bib. Will be visiting again☺
Wendy's is always the best! Good food and different menu options than most other chains. The food always tastes fresh. The parking lot is new and the dining room is comfortable. I've never had them get my order wrong here at Wendy's.

Absolutely love this location. I like Wendy's, so 5 stars there. They have a combination of items that allows me to eat on a budget ($5 Biggie Bag) or splurge and get the big burger combo (usually the Double). Staff is awesome, and this is THE fastest fast food location that I have ever been to.
First time here, so this is based on my first and only impression. I'll definitely come back. Staff friendly enough, got my food quickly, and it was hot and fresh. Enjoyed my meal. What I REALLY liked, though, was the 'Florida room' dining area. This is off the side of the regular dining room and has a nice low ceiling, nice low accent lighting and a very cozy atmosphere complete with brick walls and comfortable booths. It's a very inviting place to eat. I hate how all the other chains are renovating to an 'ultra-modern' look that I call 'hospital cafeteria' style. I can't stand a bright, cold, sterile looking (but usually dirty) dining area and almost always take my food to go. When I saw this dining area at this Wendy's, I ordered my food for dine-in and enjoyed my dining experience, and as I pass through here every week to and from work, this will now be a regular stop for me. If management/franchisee reads this, please DO NOT CHANGE! Don't remodel into the typical cold sterile bright uninviting dining rooms that so many others have! Keep it like it is, and I'll be a regular. It's nice to have such a nice place to stop on my long weekly drives.

Wendy's never disappoints! I recently enjoyed the 10-piece chicken nugget meal with a strawberry lemonade, and it was fantastic. The chicken nuggets were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned—just the right amount of crunch with juicy chicken inside. The portion was generous, making it a great value. The strawberry lemonade was the perfect complement, refreshing and bursting with real fruit flavor. The combination made for a satisfying and delicious meal. The service was quick and friendly, ensuring a great dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal on the go!
Only lowered stars because the staff is on new and they were messing up everybody's orders they were mixing them up. Other than that it's my favorite I love going there it's cheap and it fills you up and
Drive through was backed up into the street when I arrived, they managed to clear it very quickly and we were through and had our food in about 5 minutes. I would give 5 stars but the staff is a little bland
The newly remodeled Wendy's in consumer square is a great welcome from the nasty previous interior. Management needs to up their game though by being more friendly, they never say hello to customers or even smile.
I really like their son of baconator. The fries can sometimes be a bit greasy and limp. The drinks are good. I think they are a bit overpriced,but lines move fast. So for a fastfood lunch, they get you in and out pretty fast comlared to some others. Chili is a good replacement for the fries.
Good food. Still warm when it's handed over. Even when rushed the staff is still attentive and do their best to be polite and the sandwiches aren't just slapped together. They're made right.
They recently remodeled this Wendy’s restaurant and it is absolutely amazing! However, I went there today and the one employee who took my and my friends orders, was extremely rude. She practically shouted at my friend when he wasn’t sure what sandwich he wanted.
The food is better than McDonald's , I bought a baked potato with bacon and cheese and was well done , thumbs up .the have a kicking with cheese and ot peppers , very good , the burgers are also good.
Wendy's is always a gamble in terms of service, but, their food was great and is exactly what you expect from Wendy's.
It's still the best fast food out there. Newly renovated, personally I don't care for what they did at all. They changed the feel and the atmosphere of the place to something more industrial and cold. But, this is not fine dining, it's fast food.

A frequent stop after my son gets out of work. We almost always have a good experience. Make sure to check special requests on orders before you pull away.
Wendy's is much better than a few other fast food establishments and has the best selection of sugar free drinks I've found hands down! That includes Walmart and other types of stores! And they are delicious! They taste just like the sugar filled versions of themselves!
The cashier was super friendly. But the line took 20 mins with only 2 people ahead of us. The cashier was being demanded to do several other things and had to keep stopping in the middle of taking peoples orders. It just seems the cashier was getting flustered with no back up help or support from the other employees.

Food order is always accurate. Service is friendly. I feel like they've changed something with the spicy chicken sandwiches. They still taste the same, but the past two I've eaten have upset my stomach.

Food was good when I got it, but took way to long to get it. Also what I noticed is they seem to be unorganized, with lack of communication. That's probably why it took so long to get my food. I'd recommend more "lean" training for all staff and work as a TEAM!!
The food is always hot when I get it through the drive-thru, but I'm not kidding you, I've never gotten a custom order done correctly. I ask for extra veggies (specifically) and I'll be missing all the tomatoes, for example.
Health food of fast food lol. Great food.. customer service could use a little work. Outside lights are never on at night, so I'm sure they're missing out on alot of business, since from the road, they appear closed
The food has been consistently pretty good at this location. Last time it was hot and really good. The service is really slow, especially the drive thru. The girl at the counter barely looked at us and mumbled something, obviously hates her job. Soda machine was sticky and the buttons had to be pressed several times before the options would pop-up. Ice came flhing out all over the floor. Most of the tables were dirty. It's what you'd expect from a fast food joint so can't really complain.
This location often has a long drive thru wait. Food is fine. I prefer the food to the other nearby chain fast food. Employees are often friendly, just things are slow.
I understrand that 2 buses pulling in would be a lot of work but to close an hour before the normal closing time isn't right. 2 buses pulled from a trip and both the burger king and Wendy's locked the doors... we's was hungry man. But for visits other then that the food has been fine.
The food has been horrible here for at least a few months now. I don't know what has changed, we used to eat here on the regular and it was great. Now, it tastes like it was cooked in old grease/oil and it's barely warm when you get it.
Apparently the owners/managers do not care if they make any money at Horseheads location. Lobby is closed so that they only need to pay a couple people to work at the window. Lights are always out- it looks like the place is closed. Gee I wonder why no one wants these jobs. Must be these franchises aren’t accountable to corporate .
The staff member at the register had an attitude, there was debris scattered around the floor, various tables were smudged and dirty. My chicken sandwich did, in fact, *have* the ingredients in it, but that's the most I can say about it. I ended up having to take it apart and put it back together on my own. The fries were lukewarm and starchy. I asked if they could give me fresh ones and fortunately, they were gracious enough to oblige and even bring the new fries out to my table. My girlfriend drinks seltzer/soda water and, for anyone wondering, this Wendy's doesn't have any.
Pulling up to the drive through at Wendy’s, the worker immediately looked like something was wrong (completely out of it, gazing off & at one point drooled on herself a little) everyone in the car noticed right away and we were all concerned she was going to have a heat stroke or something, she then continued to print out a receipt from an order that did not belong to us and held it in her hand for a long time before ripping the bottom half off and handing it to us through the window. We were all pretty confused and continued watching her as she was standing there in a gaze. (Still we had not received several items from our order and she was just in a trance) We asked her if she was okay and she was speaking unclearly and not comprehending what was happening at all, we asked three times now to speak to her manager who then came over and said “we are all really hot. She’s fine. Just a busy day”. Maybe that’s the case, but to the rest of us it seemed there was medically something wrong or she was Xanned out. The manager seemed irritated and unbothered. And the worker was completely clueless to what universe she Was in.
The street light doesn't work still. It has been over a year and it still is out. Then the menu board meals 1-6 board was out. We ordered and got our order. Drive away and mine was correct but my son's was not. The fries were fresh. Just can't figure out why it is so hard to get the whole order correct.
If I could add a photo of my food tonight that I ordered online and waited almost 25 minutes in the drive through for I would. The bacon bourbon burger… no onions… a slice of bacon and none of the extras I ordered on my burger makes this dinner a joke. The service was terrible. No hello or thank you. Not a good night for this drive through crew.
Usually the food is pretty good, but the last few times have been really bad. I got some food after a late night of work, and when I sit down I notice a lovely black and white beard hair in my nuggets, it was literally fried in. Then I go to have my fries and what do I see a nice long blonde hair (I'm brunette). I just want some food after along day, and I wasted money on hair. Wendy's better step up their game, it's at a McDonald's level.
This Wendy's has been a hot mess e ver since covid started. This last visit was ridiculous. We stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we we there. The crew was to busy hollering and yelling and acting like a college party instead of working. People in the drive thru line were leaving because the wait was so long. On top of all that we waited approximately 20 minutes for a small bowl of chili and they got my order all wrong. The only saving grace was they gave us free strawberry frosties. Will never go back again
Manager at the drive through window nicely explained that they needed to change the cash register and would be a moment. No issue there. But by the time they finished the Frosty I had ordered was mostly melted, not exactly what you want on a hot day.
Just stopped for frosty's. Only had chocolate and pumpkin. The pumpkin smelled very artificial... could not consume it. I do like Wendy's in general but I would stay far away from the pumpkin frosty.
I went to pick up a mobile order for my boss and I and initially received someone else’s Doordash order. Simple mistake, no big deal. Then when I got back to the office with the correct order, unfortunately I was given a Jr bacon cheeseburger instead of a Dave’s single like I had ordered. Not mad, just disappointed.
We wanted to use our Wendy's app. Just like with any other fast food app it asks to use it restaurant or mobile We chose restaurant. The app gave us difficulty it kept reverting away and not giving us a code. The staff couldn't figure it out and I had to ask for time being a best sense and food getting cold could you please have a manager come to the window. Oddly the staff member tried to explain taking more time to the manager on call what I don't know cuz she didn't know. The manager didn't even try to solve the problem acted irritated and said this is a Wendy's corp app And basically not our problem to understand!!! I'll just give you the $3 off. Well at this point you wish you didn't go I'm a GM myself and try to handle things in a manner where the customer feels good about their purchase and eating their food!! Got driving down the road and didn't even get our drinks? Why Is there always controversy? Why does it have to be so hard? Food was pretty good fries were a little salty other than that I'd love to give and you all the stars but we really need to work together as a team Life is hard enough then to have to deal with attitudes at a fast food window thank you for the opportunity to share.
Every single time my bf and I order from door dash with Wendy's never fails we get shorted on our meals that we paid for in full. Expected to get paid back for food items we never received it never works out in our favor the service it poor and I will only be going to this Wendy's if a rare occasion happens and there is no where else open!
Was the dinner rush time. Waited forever at drive thru. Not because it was super busy. Several cars ahead left because nobody was answering the call box. Drove to window to make our order . Asked if call box was broken. The manager Said no. They were in the middle of a shift change. Why would any fast food joint have a shift change at 5pm in middle of dinner rush? They screwed up my order wrong sandwich for two orders and wrong sauces for the others. Given the poor service from a manager. Did not go back. I will gladly drive across town from now on to get my Wendy's fix.
Well finish stuff that I ordered they forgot give me my barbecue sauce and it could have swore at the man that was serving me might have been smoking a little bit of weed Plus hamburger was so small I would have called it a mini burger and not a meal deal
I would not consider it sauce on the ghost pepper fries, it's more like grease. Went in to ask about the ingredients thinking there was cheese sauce in the fries as well but was informed there isnt, which is fine but there should be. This is how I pulled it out of the bag. I would also like to mention while in the establishment talking to the manager (the one with colored hair) there was a girl bare handing nuggets and fries with no gloves, he had to be fully aware. I asked for a crispy blt with my biggie bag and received a regular crispy chicken even though I specified. I normally prefer this one over big flats but not anymore.
Repeatedly slow service. Sat there for probably 20 minutes before the person in front of me at the order statuon just gave up and left. Chose to do the same. Could see a staff out on a smoke break while cars waited so long for service that multiple cars chose to leave.
I was delivering for Doordash a couple days ago and was told by the window girl I had to order at the window because "you Doordash workers don't know how to read your phones, they need to have you take a test first to see if you know how read"... Then when there today tried to place a second order I had received while almost to the window was treated very rudely and told "uh, yeah, we can't take orders at the window". I can guarantee I have more college than anyone in there and I actually know how to be pleasant to people. So maybe Wendy's ought to spend a little more time training there employees how to be decent, I know it will be hard with the caliber of people they hire... But they can try! Worst part is, this is the only Wendy's I've experienced this at.

I ordered a breakfast combo with a pink lemonade. The seasoned potatoes were cold and the drink wasn’t right not once, but twice. I don’t think you should have people working that don’t know how to do their job.

Why is the restaraunt closed over an hour and a half early? This is so inconvenient and unprofessional. Seeing this is a frequent complaint, it's a wonder how you are still getting customers.
Wendy's is a dustbin these days. Their prices are astronomical for a dry, messy, unsavoury burger. They're selling $3 food for $9 a pop. Between their substandard food - it's so obvious that this isn't Dave's Wendy's anymore, and hasn't been since that good man died - and their rude staff and their exorbitant costs, PLUS that bald-faced surge pricing fiasco, it's clear that Wendy's cares only about Wendy's, not about quality, and certainly not about their customers. Business exist to make money, yes, but when they give garbage and abuse in return, it is up to us to refuse them the privilege of charging us for a terrible product or service. Wendy's is doing both. I never thought I'd say this, but even McDonald's is better than Wendy's these days. I will never be back to Wendy's again.
Normally I love Wendy’s but today I had to drive on through the drive through and go somewhere else because the attitude of the girl taking orders really pi$$ed me off. She audibly sighed when I literally took a few seconds to make sure that was all we wanted. I get some people don’t like their jobs but at least pretend like the rest of us.
The worst service I have ever had at a Wendy’s. The Horseheads Wendy’s use to be good place to stop to. 15 minutes to get cold food and not get everything you ordered. There are other choices in the area and I will be giving them my business in the future.
Employees closing 2 hours early and leaving all the lights on then ignoring customers at the drive thru. 3 time this week we’ve gone after work and not been able to get our mobile orders
Worst service ever, dinning room was filthy, staff was very loud and bickering with each other, Ordered a double and got a burned dried out single had to return it and got a burned dried out double in its place. Fries that are advertised fresh were dried out must have been sitting around for a while, most of the fountain drinks were out not much to choose from Not sure if this wendys is private owned but will be sending this to wendys corpoate to let them know about this stop.
I've been to this Wendy's before and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Was in the Drive-thru for almost 10 minutes with one car in the whole LaneWent inside and stood another 10 minutes
I don't even really care for fast food, so if I'm eating it, it's because of necessity. On a particular day that I was very busy and short on time, we drove through Wendy's for lunch. Long story short, after an excessive wait, I went on about my business to discover that my burger didn't have a burger patty on it. Just condiments, lettuce, etc. I did not have time to go back. So, that sucked. Also, Wendy's is quite expensive.
Pretty sad that someone with food allergies can't even order a plain hamburger. 3 tries and they still can't get it right! Yeah you deserve more money! Never waste my time nor money going to this restaurant again. What a joke
French fries have a RANCID taste. Could not even stomach eating 5. Don't know if it was the oil or what, but down right nasty. Not going back.
The apple pecan salad was terrible. More like a cranberry salad. I'm not sure if it would have tasted better with all the additives it was supposed to come with. It was lacking. Very unsatisfied. Called to inform them that I did not recieve half of my salad and was told to ask for extra the next time I order it. No thank you. Not after this disgusting experience.
I placed an order around 1 AM on a Tuesday when their hours said they were open until 2 AM. After placing it, me and my fiancé drove about 10 minutes out of our way to pick up the food after a late night. We got there and all the lights were turned off, but we waited at the drive thru for some time to see if someone responded. No one responded so we went back around to park in the parking lot. I called the store and it rang for a good minute and a half with no response. I then cancelled my order. A few minutes after around 1:30AM, a group of workers came out laughing and chatting with eachother and sped out of the parking lot fast and recklessly. So there were people in there, and no one responded or made our order and we were ignored. That is absolutely ridiculous, and as someone who's worked in the restaurant industry, professionalism and understanding are traits you need to have to work in this line of business. I'll be calling to complain tomorrow. You people get paid too much to be ignorant jerks, they should have never raised minimum wage.
What fast food joint that serves breakfast runs out of English muffins on a Monday morning? You guessed it! This Wendy's. And sometimes its other things they run out of. This has happened to me at least 5 times in the past year. Usually its breakfast. And if you Doordash it, they give you the worst, crappiest alternatives. One time, I ordered 2 Bacon, egg, English muffins, and they ran out of English muffins. Instead of giving me a "muffin" or bread alternative, they send the soggy egg and cheese (with 1 slice of bacon) in a cheese fries container...for EACH EGG! No bread. No explanation. Absolutely unacceptable! Initially I thought it was a mistake by Doordash, and Doordash paid to have another dasher send me the same order. THE SAME RESULTS! The same soggy egg with cheese and 1 slice of bacon in a cheese fries' container. So gross! Some people in charge, need to be replaced! Not to mention the awful attitudes you get when you complain. Don't bother going to this one. It is one of the worst Wendy's restaurants I have ever been to.
Follow up: They never even gave me the credit. So im out the money as well. May not be a lot, but in this economy every bit counts. Off to support small. Placed a mobile order, and upon going to pick it up, was told the servers just got shut down so they didn't get it. The manager was very rude, asked me in a nasty tone "was order even actually accepted?" I showed her that it was and my receipt and she responded with "well I don't know but I guess you can ask for a refund in the app." I mean, even with my receipt, they wouldn't give me the salad I ordered (even if by chance I got refunded automatically they'd be out a whole $8?) No offer of even saying "it will probably refund you, so let's do the sale now and if it happens not to, please come see me and we will get you a refund". All attitude, no courtesy. The best I got offered by phone service was a $10 app credit. Thanks so much. That's worth me having no lunch and the time I used to leave work to go get it and come back empty handed. This wendys has steadily been going down hill but now I can honestly say it's not worth the visit.
Fast food is far from the term for this place. 10 pm on a Saturday and I’m in line for 45 minutes. There’s 7 cars in front of me. The slowest people I’ve ever seen.
Counter service has been abysmal lately AND the soft drink machines have not been functional for the last few weeks! Not a good way to run a restaurant. Fries were hot, burger almost warm, chicken tenders about room temperature. No problem getting a seat, as there was only one table/seat taken. Waited over 25 minutes for our food… Probably the last visit to this venue!!
Ordered a honestyle chicken with cheese and a fish with no cheese. The sandwich maker at front counter was snotty, not only to my son because he made her remake the sandwiches because they were wrong, but also made snotty comnents about coworkers. When we got them home, I found no tarter sauce on my fish. I understabd no one is perfect but after working at that same locafion for almost 15 years, I can say this was my worst experience as a customer.
The guy was extremely rude and obviously put off because the card system was down but we ordered with cash. Burgers come with shredded brown lettuce and went directly in trash. I've never seen shredded lettuce at Wendy's and I won't ever order here again because of that and brown lettuce. Cold fries and rude service sealed that.
We ordered coffee and none was there. The clerk said we would get it in a few minutes and we paid for it. When I went back to get it 20 min later none was made, and he actually said to me 'that's not my job." Never did get the coffee.
Absolutely awful! Took my family there for dinner on our way home tonight and the food was terrible. Spent $60.00 on food that went to the trash. Our spicy chicken sandwiches the chicken was over cooked(burnt) and the buns so dry they tasted as if they sat out in the wide open for a couple of days.
Went through drive through on 8/14/25 at 1:20 pm. Drive through worker didn’t get our order right. Asked for the receipt and she nastily gave it to us. When I questioned our order she took the receipt nastily explained it and threw it on her counter and slam window shut. What a down right nastily acting person. You lost our business and will be going to DQ across the street.
My husband and I thought we would pick up dinner before we headed to the airport. Never again. We tried the new mushroom burgers and it was soggy and old like it had been sitting there for hours. We could not believe the price, 14.00 for a burger fries and a drink, they are out of their minds, we thought about leaving at that point and we should have. Since we were traveling and husband is diabetic we needed to eat. The fries were ok, warm but not hot or fresh. We threw away the burgers after about 2 bites, we are not picky eaters and can usually tough it out , but these were disgusting. We looked back and realized there was not one single person in the restaurant or on the drive thru line. At dinner time we should have been more aware. Oh well, our bad this time but McDonalds it is from now on 🤮🤢
Usually I think of Wendy's as higher tier fast food, which usually has always been the case. I don't know if it was a one off bad night or if that particular store in Horseheads has gone south, but the food I received was garbage. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, and the "saucy chicken nuggs" ended up making me sick. Not likely to ever eat here again. Service and cleanliness of the restaurant were fine, just the food was garbage.
Placed online order just to wait in line for over 20 minutes and, find out that they ran out of fries and, no one not even a manger knows how to do a refund! Kitchen is absolutely disgusting employees were extremely dirty and not wearing gloves. Employees thought it was funny that we wanted to get a refund and cancel the order blatantly laughing extremely unprofessional! This is the second time for a ridiculously long wait time and horrible service! I will not be giving it a third.
