Several large families from my church crashed this Dominos Pizza last night, and had a GREAT time! Staff was extremely friendly, and the dining area was spotless (before we used it, lol). Hoping to make it a semi-regular occurrence.

This Domino's location is the best one I've been to. The place is clean, the service is excellent, and I've never had a single mistake on any order I've ever placed here. If you like Domino's pizza you will definitely not be disappointed!

Grand Central Ave Domino's cant be beat. They are always fast, friendly, accurate and have the best deals. I probably buy too much Domino's, but they make affordable and good take-out/ delivery just too easy for me not to! They are a top go-to choice for me and my hungry teens almost every time. Good service. We ordered pizza online and went to pick it up. Pizza was ready in time. The person who served the pizza was kind enough to allow us to use a few plates but also dropped in a sauce when we enquired about it. Unfortunately, forgot the name of the kind gentleman who served our order. Nonetheless, shout out to the location for hiring a good staff. Given the state of our local Dominos, this one was a refreshing change.

Ordered last night while staying at a hotel. Heather was the manager on duty, we asked the delivery guy her name, she was the one who answered the phone when we called. She has an amazing customer service quality about her. We own a restaurant and would be proud to have a worker like her. Everything was hot and fresh, utensils, plates and cups in bag. We ordered Dominos frequently and were always happy! Food was delivered quickly and the quality was exactly what you'd expect when ordering Dominos.

Order here regularly, usually bulk orders (8, 32 pizzas at a time) and they always deliver, hot fresh and reasonably priced great food. Years ago, before ordering in bulk, I ordered a single pizza and wings... Was told 30 minutes for delivery, they had it to me in less than 15 minutes. WOW, they got a good tip for that.

Domino's is a good but cheap pizza place. All there pizza crust has garlic on it unless you ask for no garlic crust.so if your looking for something yummy to fill that tummy of yours you should stop by domino's.or order online for delivery they also have amazing deals when ordering online two Pizzas garlic knots and cinnamon twist only 19.99 Plus tax not bad if you got a big family to feed 😸

We pre-ordered our food from the online ordering system. There were a lot of coupons and specials this way. We arrived early and the pizza came out piping hot at the alocated time. There is plenty of parking here, seating and bathroom if you need it. The food was very good. We would order from here again.

We had 3 Large pizzas and it was for 42 dollars only. I checked multiple pizzas places before ordering from here and min price was 25 dollars for 1 large pizza at other places. My whole family loved the pizza, they add some garlic sauce on the corners of crust which makes it tastier. And you can make it spicy by adding Buffalo hot sauce too. Crust, toppings, cheese everything was made or added to ideal proportion.

Domino's always has amazing food! This was my first time going to this location. They ended up putting in the wrong chicken for my order. But corrected it quickly and gave me the original I ordered plus the other. It was somewhat frustrating, but they were kind and corrected the issue.

The Domino's on College Ave in Elmira Heights IS THE BEST!!!! No matter what time I stop in the employee's always greet me with a smile and are always working as a team. The store is very clean inside and out. So far on my deliveries the drivers have been very friendly and respectful. Thank you for guys for great service.

Deciding what for dinner and because we haven't had a pizza in about a month and we're right there, we turned in to Domino's!!! Made a quick decision on a Supreme pizza and our order was made. Approximately 20 minutes later, while we waited in our vehicle, they brought out our pizza and it looked amazing!!! We went home and proceeded to chow down after a quick reheat in the oven. Our issue that it cooled down, on the 15-20 minute drive home, was our fault. We do not have an insulated bag like Domino's does for their delivery!!! It was excellent anyway! They did a great job and we enjoyed the pizza immensely!!! We're looking forward to another one later, but hopefully not another month of waiting!!! We'll be watching for coupons in the future!!!

Food is delicious but if your order online please go in to get your food, it says to put your hazards lights on and w 3 other cars sitting out there no one came out to deliver the food. Other then that good service.

My Domino's does an excellent job at prepping my order the way I like it. Their delivery service is often earlier than I expect with a tasty order.

I don't typically care for Domino's pizza, simply because I typically prefer thin or pan crust, depending on the place. It was suggested that I try the thin crust here and I have to admit, it's pretty good! The current special is a large with three toppings and so I ordered a thin crust, light sauce, double pepperoni and extra cheese. Delicious! Service is great here. Very polite people. Been back a few times now.

Got 2 medium pan pizzas. Both were so doughy that they are difficult to eat. I even asked for well done. Pretty disappointed.

Inside the store was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The food however is not my cup of tea. The oven baked sandwich was about 5 inches long with very little meat though the bread/roll were fantastic. The medium Pizza that I also purchased was way below average. Truth is I just don't like Domino's Pizza.

Fri 7/29. I ordered a lg half cheese. Half meat and pep. Waited for it Never checked it. Went home to feed grand kids. 2. Miles. To my surprise. The pizza was well over done. Dry. The cheeses side was. Thin and crusty. The kids didn’t want it. PB and Jelly comes in handy. Looked like a pre heat.

Store was nice, workers were pleasant. Pizza was a little messed up... ordered philly large thin with extra meat extra mushrooms and for some reason the gave me lite cheese... and I'm not a lover of the shaker seasoning... I'll have to remember to ask for it to be left off next time...

Fair pizza. Flavor hasn't changed much in the last 35 yrs... but the price has... a large supreme and a browney (which I might add is probably the only reason I order from there) was the size and taste of a 7-11 pizza that costs $5.99 for the price of 27.99 plus delivery

We ordered three pizzas for a group of people and I was very disappointed when each one of the pizzas had multiple holes in them. My team had done really well and this was meant to be a reward for them. We always order from domino’s and unfortunately next time may consider a different parlor.

Good pizza but it said it was ready, I saw it under the warmer, and still I spent another 15 minutes waiting for them to bring it out and nothing. My pizzas got cold because they didn't bring them out, I'm very upset. **Update** I spoke with a supervisor who blew us off, I guess Dominoes on Lake makes soo much money in sales they can afford to lose a customer, who buys 2 pizzas a week from them. Their loss. I started to go to Southport Domino's, It was worse, Sorry whoever took over the franchise in this area. :(

They charge extra for bacon and then they barely put any on your pizza. Definitely not worth the money.

Ordered a bread bowl, pasta was not in a bread bowl neither was the Italian sausage. Its literally called the Italian Sausage Marinara bread bowl, how hard could it be?

I ordered pizzas for supper and my husband went to pick them up. He was kept waiting there for at least 25 minutes. He called them and they said they would be right out, but they never came out. Then I called them. The guy was very rude and I could not understand him very well. When he asked what vehicle my husband was in I told him and he shouted to his coworker so loudly that it hurt my ear. Then he just hung up on me.

I don't appreciate paying $1.00 extra for sauces (that has no justification to it either) and then not get it...then when I call and get told "Oh we will bring it right there" and no one shows up til 20 minutes later. Then the person brings it to me and says "Um I guess I'm here to deliver sauces". Yeah Dominoes. you aren't that good and no one appreciates overpaying for something, especially sauces and then not follow through and then give ME the attitude when you guys messed up.

Terrible service and they screwed up my order, had to drive all the way back to the store, which is a 15 minute drive and then the guy had the audacity to try and tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about when it said right on the box what I ordered and what wasn’t supposed to be on there. Will probably never come back again.

Usually I would put 5star because I love the food but I ordered online and paid I left to pick it up when I got there My order was ready but I waited ten minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter ( there was 8 employees)then got my stuff and guy said you’re all set without gettin my full order

Ordered a small pep pizza and garlic twists at 8:15. Had it delivered less than 5 blocks. Finally received it at 10:30. Was barely warm. Lousy service and attitude. Had to tell them 3 times what I wanted. So done with them. Not worth the money or aggravation.

Placed an order to pick up. Got a notification it was ready. Drove to the store (I live one minute from this dominions) clicked the pie pass to skip the line. Waited another fifteen minutes because my order wasn’t actually ready. They never told me what the hold up was just over heard they didn’t make my full order.

After the first two times they disregarded my order of extra or double cheese, I've always opened the box to check before driving away. Today's pizza passed the eye test because the toppings were mostly covered with cheese. But when I bit into the pizza, it was clear that it had the normal amount of cheese. I have to wonder if they are deliberately skimping, since they made it look all right. In any case, I'm never going to this location again.

This place is horrible. I placed my order at 4pm for a 5:15 pm pick up. I followed it and was at the dominos at 515 pm. The monitor said my pizza was ready. I paid for it , when the boy went to get it, it wasn’t there. The girl at the stand told me they don’t pay attention to the monitor. They would be happy to make me my pizzas. Told her I don’t have time for that. I ordered them over an hour ago. This isn’t the first time they have done this. What do they have on line ordering if the KIDS they have working there aren’t paying attention to it. I will no longer order from dominos again. Good luck to all the people who order from there!

We recently moved back to the area. We’ve ordered from the Horseheads Dominos twice since our return and both times the food has been awful! We always get 2 handmade pan pizzas and Parmesan bread bites and both times they’ve been sloppy and actually dripping with grease. The food look and tasted like it was soaked in a tub of grease and was falling apart. We were hoping the first time was just a fluke and maybe the result of being busy however it was the same result tonight. We will never order from here again.

I think they are trying but it looks like it's their first day. my grandsons wanted to try dominos because of a commercial, it's not like the commercial.

Person who makes pizza here doesn’t care about hygiene, he didn’t wear hairnet or gloves. Instead of hairnet he wears normal cap. Also cashier didn’t give any respect he was very rude with me.

Absolutely way overpriced the so called coupons don't really take anything off the real price because they sneak in more costs so really your loosing out all together. I definitely would not recommend dominos pizza to anyone. I called about them only sending half of my order and they were very rude and got hung up on them when the other half of my order arrived it was cold and poorly made not satisfied at all
