I am a big fan of Five Guys. I go if I can when I'm in the area. I brought my mom with me, it was her first time, and she adored it. That we knew what farm provided the potatoes for the fries, that she could completely customize her burger, everything. She described it as "the Subway of burgers."

Best burgers and fries I've ever had!!! Love that there is no cholesterol in the fries, and that the food is fresh every day!? Love watching them cook it and the service is very friendly and speedy!

I love the burgers and fries at Five Guy's! If you don't like a good Ole greasy burger though I wouldn't recommend it. They have a lot of topping options and the fries are hand cut from real potatoes just like grandma's the only thing missing is the cast iron kettle. This is one franchise I can honestly say I'm glad has come to the area.

Yummy, classic American food with overflowing fries and freshly made food. The workers were SO kind to us. We were weary travelers driving through the night and they served us and treated us well even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday night.

Never met a burger I didn't like, but 5 Guys always managed to kick it up a notch. The location is convenient, and the food is good. Will definitely be swinging in as often as I can afford it, lol.

Bacon! I got the best BLT I've ever had (in my life!) at the location in Elmira. Enough bacon to scratch that itch for a while, I only wish the bun was bigger, so I could have enjoyed more of it.. Want some fries with that? You better... They were still hot and tasty when we got back to the hotel around the corner. Don't forget the ketchup.. they had covered containers for it... We showed up around half an hour before closing, everybody was busy cleaning, but they had our sandwiches done quickly. I think they were smiling under their masks.

I'm just a guy that orders just the regular stuff no dressings whatsoever but I did have a double cheeseburger with mayonnaise that was great and a large fry and this was only my second time there. I will be coming back hopefully with more of my family next time, to tell you the truth I think they make the best hamburgers I've ever had and I've had lots of hamburgers from different places, this is definitely a five-star restaurant for me

Always fresh tasty food. Most staff members are very nice and courteous. The Cajun fries are amazing, and so is everything else they serve. Watch out for the jalapenos, they are FRESH and HOT. They don't do pickled jalapenos sadly.

I love the food here. I will say the people behind the counter were acting kinda cocky. People coming in without masks they were a little rude to. Yes I know it's state law, but I think they could have gone about bit differently. I think not was more of a power trip with them so they could act up. I had a mask I t had nothing to do with me. Just the way they talked to others.

I’ve been going to this location for years and it is one of the best five guys I’ve ever been too. The GM and manager Candi are very friendly and welcoming. The staff are always nice and the food is hot and fresh. I do not mind paying the price because the burgers and fries are the best.

Patron beware they do have peanuts out for customers to snack on (free!). So if you have a nut allergy I would NOT recommend this establishment (even if their burgers are awesome).

Best burger hands down one does have to prepare themselves. Very quick and very polite service. Been there countless times and haven't been disappointed yet. Good size burger and plenty of fries along with a milkshake, can't go wrong on any day. Even with the pandemic going on, well worth the trip. Very health conscious as well.

The food was wonderful loved my Bacon cheese burger with mushrooms and onions. First time there on my way out of hospital from surgery was starving this hit the spot. I will now go there instead of fast food Kings. Best burger Ever. My daughter went there for dinner waiting for me to get finished. She said the home cut fries were great to. Next time I will try them to Was very pleased will keep telling my family and friends about Five Guys ❤️

I used to eat here often since I worked next door. But had been there since I left that job just recently came back since I was in the area allot of the staff was the same n they recognized me an were as friendly as ever got my food hot ready n fresh and quickly. I didn't think they'd remember me and be so personal after so much time between visits. It was nice to have such friendly quick service.

Food takes about 5-10 minutes to make after order, always great quality every time. Staff is professional. I always know what to expect out of their burger and fries and they deliver expectations. I've always liked that they give you extra fries in the bag, greasy but good!

My friend kept bugging me to go here, and wouldn't you know it, it's probably the best burger place in the area. Burgers are really good, but expensive (especially if you're like me and are never satisfied with just *one* burger), and they have one of those soda machines that has a ton of flavors (only one though, there's a second one but I've never seen it operational). There's also a corkboard where you can make a little drawing using the provided notecard and colored pencils. The chairs, despite looking like wood at first, are metal, and it continues to bother me every time I think about it. Very lucky that I haven't had any bad experiences here, the only reason I avoided this place for so long was because of a bad experience I had as a kid at another Five Guys location while I was ill. I saw the review of the... fingernail burger, and I figured I should at least mention that nothing like that has happened here to me or my friends.

Love this place! Food is fantastic! You get so much more quality food here than you do at BK or McDonald's. One order of fries, that are super fresh is enough for 3 people! Burgers are big and juicy! I get "the little cheeseburger" because the regulars are huge with 2 patties! Everything is so good! 😋

The food is great. The free peanuts are pretty nice. Fun place. The helpings are generally on the large size. I have had some friends say the burgers are too greasy, but I have found them really good. Probably not a good place if you have a peanut allergy.

Five guys makes one hell of a burger. It's a little more expensive than your run of the mill fast food but it's worth it. The quality is there! So customizable, you can get something new each time. Their milk shakes are also awesome! I tried their burger in a lettuce wrap as opposed to a bun and it was very messy. Probably because I got a sauce on it, so I would not recommend saucy toppings for the lettuce wrap but other than being messy it was still delicious!

Your run of the mill berger places like (McD's or BK) can't even compare, that said 10$ at the regular fast-food joint gets you a meal. Five Guys you get a burger JUST a burger for the same price, it all boils down to would you rather quantity or quality

Absolutely wonderful food, the wait time can be awhile even with ordering curbside/pickup but with one of a kind food and often more than a full cup of fries everything from the burgers to the milkshakes are some of the best food you'll find in this town.

Fresh burgers, very classic taste, and a wide range of toppings to choose from. Of course, can't fail to mention the excessive amount of fries they give. Really, one regular fry order can feed 3 to 4 people. Also have delicious shakes and the ability to order online. Always pleased with a meal here

I think the chain is really good to great but a few shades behind In N Out Burger as THE great hamburger chain. However, the French fries here are exceptionally well made (if you're a French fries lover). The burgers were cooked well, seasoned well and very good tasting and fresh. Well mannered service and efficiently quick.

I had a small cheeseburger with grilled and raw onions, mushrooms, ketchup, mustard, tomatoes and pickles. It was great, I needed a fork to eat every thing that fell out of the burger. The French Fries were great. We had enough fries that three adults in our group could not finish them. I think this is the best burger in the area.

When you go in and sure that you get a dish full of peanuts free peanuts, the burgers are awesome! the french fries you get will your Burgers your order of fries an overfilled cup with the french fries jumping into the bottom of the bag. your sodas are large size. It has been years since I've eaten here, I was still greeted once I came into the store. The staff was quick to receive and make my order. The food tasted the same but delicious . I would recommend stopping in if you're looking for a hot, quick burger meal.

Never have found a burger I like more than from Five Guys. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is always right! Thanks for always supplying the peanuts! And thanks to the guys who keep the place clean, too! In food service, I think the cleaning staff gets far too little recognition, but you all are vital. The food is amazing here. You can get a burger any way that you want it, with any (normal) toppings..and they can end up being HUGE burgers. They also offer homemade fries with it that are delicious! The service was amazing and the staff was really nice. They also offer peanuts when you walk in and outdoor dining. The cherry flavor wasn't working in the soda machine when we went, which kinda sucked and the floor was so sticky.

The wife and I stop by here to eat whenever we are up this way shopping. The customer service is excellent, especially Jerrell. He has been there for as long as we can remember and he makes you feel welcome when you come in. The food is marvelous. All the burgers come as double patties and when you order fries they overflow from the cup into the bag. Plus they have one of those drink machines that have touch screen and the amount of selections are out of this world.

They make burgers fresh, not frozen! Their fries are done in peanut oil which gives them a unique flavor and they give you extra fries as well! You can also customize your burger with all sorts of different extras!!!

Always good, consistent burgers. And I have always had friendly service here. It's a little expensive for a burger place, but worth it. Their "regular" size is 2 patties. The "little" size is 1. Be aware of that when ordering so you don't unnecessarily order too much. And always order on the small size for fries, as they fill the appropriate size cup and then add a whole other scoop of them into the bag. Free peanuts while waiting too.

The Burgers can be hit or miss. But they are always more edible then ba McDonald's Burger of any kind. Of course, they better be when they cost over 10 bucks per burger. The Fries we're great and as usual 1 cup of fries served 2 people easily. It's nice you get to choose your toppings, but it would be better if you could explain to them exactly what extra mayo or onions etc means. 4 overall stars.

Ordered pickup, arrived on time, and burger wasn't started until after I arrived, and it wasn't busy, had to wait for the burger to be made. I do like the soda machine with the large variety though, and they put plenty of fries in the cup which is nice. I suggest the Cajun fries, they are not super spicy, but they do have a little kick.

Please take whoever was on fries tonight off. I received half a cup of way overdone fries with no extra scoop. I eat here all the time and never have this problem.

The hamburgers are huge and yummy. I ordered as a delivery..but they just left it at my door and didn't notify me. I t wasn't as warm as it could be we enjoyed it. We microwaved some of it.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Sure, free peanuts are fun, and the minimalist "whatevs" theme is kind of charming, but the burgers fall short of the "Willy Wonkas of Burger Craft" hype- I feel like you can make a similar one at home if you tried. Prices are a bit high (about $10 for a loaded double cheeseburger), and the fries are the squishy type - subjective, but I prefer crispy.

Well, not the Five Guys it used to be - burgers seem smaller and the large order of fries wasn't what it used to be. $5 for an ok hot dog isn't at great look for anyplace. Overall it is ok, just does not have the great food it used to.

Always sticker shock for a basic meal. Burger, fries & drink. To their credit, the online order process was perfect 10. Unlike so many others trying these days to serve online, the process was well thought out. No dysfunctional sequences, missing/ obscured instructions or buttons. Bravo!

Burgers were delicious as usual. Unfortunately they burned the fries to a crisp. This is not the first time. Perhaps a new timer for the fryer is in order? Or maybe the employees should quit smoking weed out back during their shift.

This is only the second time my family has eaten at a Five Guys and I am happy that they fry with peanut oil rather than canola or soybean. I have 3 large men to feed and I ordered burgers and fries for each of them but was encouraged by the woman who took my order not to buy 3 orders because one order was huge and would be enough to feed four people. I really wish I had not listened to her because there were only enough fries for two of my guys and we had to go to Popeyes to buy extra for the third guy. Plus if you are gluten free your only choices are a burger without the bun or a veggie something that consisted of a mix of the grilled toppings they offer for a burger.

I was not impressed with this location. The fries were not up to the typical standard that I have come to expect from Five Guys. Also, the burger buns were so soggy that they were disintegrating. Some sogginess from toppings is fine, but I have never had a Five Guys burger that was THAT soggy.

Service was TERRIBLE! They were very rude so I wasn’t super friendly back, and I’m going to assume because of that they didn’t even put my fries in a cup they just put my fries in the bag. I was eating my fries off the bottem of the bag… also food was trash & tasted no different from bk or McDonald’s, very expensive and made me feel sick and unenergized. Won’t be eating here again
