Workers were very friendly, food was hot and delicious, table was clean. Were out of apple turnovers. Not a problem, will get it next time.
Service was excellent! Jason made me a sandwich that looked like the picture on the menu board. Will dine in again. Very clean dining area.
OUTSTANDING AND FRIENDLY...These visits to this very special Arby's was and IS made extra SPECIAL!! ?Why? Well before this Chinese sinister/unresponded to Covid-Corona attack, there was one employee who is / was behind the scenes making my/your food. I watched him tirelessly work, non-stop at a ferocious speed but ALWAYS with a most special demeanor. This man whom I later learned went by the unorthodox name of GERM really left an impression. In simple terms, GERM worked/works his doo-pah (rear) off and is nothing short of an extremely great asset to this Arby's franchise..WE (STEVE AND BARBIE B) LOVE you GERM....you make this Arby's special because you are!! I went through the drive through May 6th at 9:15 pm Miranda was working the window. She made sure myself and gf had the exact amount of sauces and was very curtious and did it with smile. It's hard to find good workers these days . I hope Arby's knows what they have in this young lady otherwise I'm going to hire her if they don't.
We placed an online order & when we picked it up a young man named Keion took care of us. Keion was kind, helpful & most importantly happy! Dad & I came from Arnot after a hard day with Mom & Keion's positive, smiley attitude turned a cloudy day to a sunny day! 🌞
Loove Arby's food ..forever! In addition to the great food, I truly appreciate the great service. I love patronizing an establishment where diversity is appreciated, and where you're welcomed with a friendly and inviting spirit, one that doesn't treat you in a manner ..as if to imply that you've "just stolen something": Deplorable. Additionally, it was great finding out recently too, that Arby's is also one of the food chains that are recycle-friendly ..in that Arby's "freely" gives away on request.. generous "pup" portions (over cooked food that no longer meets Arby's high standard). Wow!!!
3 stars simply because they are now giving paper straws that pretty much disintegrate in a drink after about 10 minutes. Edited back to 5 stars. They went back to normal straws.
I was given old mozzarella sticks but I didn't even have to ask for fresh ones when I walked up. The manager had already taken the initiative to drop new ones.
Love the appetizer options. Jalapeños poppers are addictive and the chicken nuggets are fabulous. Very unique sauces, staff is always nice.
For a fast food restaurant the traditional gyro had plenty of filling and was tasty. Giving a 5 as their curly fries are always perfectly cooked here!
The greek yuro is delicious! My hubby said the roast beef slider rates a 10. The curly fries were hot and crispy fresh and the jamoca shake was very good! Rang the bell!
It's the only fast food that doesn't make me sick. I've never waited long for an order and their meals are always so filling. The 2 for $6 is a cycling choice meal that always fills you up for cheap and you can just get any sauce with it at the window to flavor to taste.
I stopped by for a Gift Certificate and couldn't help buying a double classic beef sandwich for myself. Very friendly guy at the counter and my food was ready almost instantly!
Just went tonight and as usual great food and service. Malandra and the crew on tonight did great food was hot, sandwich was put together clean. Clean restaurant. Soda machine is still out but got me a new cup with a refill. Thank you arbys and your crew.
The food was delicious we didnt have to wait long after we ordered through the drive through. We drove up to the window paid and we got our drinks and our food in less then a minute. Everything was great.
Excellent service and food! My husband had the smoked stacked sandwich and he said it's the best sandwich he's ever had! Then we find out that it will be gone from the menu in weeks. That's a crying shame! I had the Buffalo Chicken and the two sauces combined made it extremely tasty! GREAT JOB SAND AND CREW!
Well, we went in for the sliders since we had a coupon of 5 for 5. It was then that we found out they have sliders between 2-5 PM for a $1!!! The regular price is $1.59. This special is apparently NEVER ENDING!!! Good information to know for a late lunch or early dinner!!! So we got four different sliders and a large curly fries to split between us!!! $7.55 total cost and we went home happy!!! We had dinner for $3.78 each!!! The sliders were very tasty as well. Give it a try between 2-5 PM!!! You'll be glad you did!!!
We ordered Arby's thru grubhub & made a mistake, we didn't realize it wasn't delivery but pickup, so we called up see what we could do. The manager on duty (APRIL) after a bit of convo offered to bring us the food though it was after her shift was over, we were happy because least the food wasn't wasted even if we did have to wait & thankfully Arby's is great reheated. She went way out of her way & we were totally appreciative that she did. This is very rare for anyone to do, most are like basically your screwed. So I wanted to make sure April got some credit since I can't find a survey to send to Arby's directly.
Love their beef n cheddar!! I always get that and an order of curly fries with a side order of honey mustard (for dipping lol), and a drink. Usually either a lemonade or a chocolate shake. Love Arby's! :)
I only door dash there. I cannot have their food for dietary reasons. Would love to though. The staff are very friendly and efficient. They make eye contact and acknowledge customers even this door dasher. They work hard and you can see their teamwork. I appreciate all they do to take care of their customers.
It was great to get a free slider, bought curly fries and a drink but Jessy told me about going online to fill out receipt survey to score a free shake. The only thing is that it's so dingy and dirty in the restaurant that the guy moping the floor was just spreading sticky water around. I felt like my sneakers were going to leave me running around with socks. They have to clean the floor right. A cleaning service in there. A remodel is in order. It's kind of depressing. No wonder everyone uses the drive thru.
Normally when I order and pick up I need to ask for Arby's sauce. This trip they already had the sauce in the bag. Seemed short-staffed but on top of everything.
Arby’s is a fantastic place for a delicious meal! Their roast beef sandwiches are always fresh, flavorful, and piled high with meat. The curly fries are perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. I also love their variety of menu options, from tasty Market Fresh sandwiches to indulgent milkshakes. The staff is always friendly and provides quick, efficient service. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a satisfying meal. Highly recommended!
Stopped here today to try the burger. It was good, better than the other guys! Didn't live up to the hype, and wasn't put together very well but it was good. Was very clean inside, drink and condiment station was clean, orderly, and stocked. Nice! Even the restroom was clean, but cold, and the hand dryer blows cold air too. It was a good time.
Just about the best quality fast food, but dang it's expensive. Salted caramel chocolate chip cookies are one of the best cookies I have ever had.
Love the curly fries and French onion beef sandwich. Staff is a little slow but overall a nice place!
Waited a little longer for my food then I expected, but food overall was great and friendly service.
Soda machine out of order twice now for 2 weeks. But place was clean and service was great.
Greek gyro was better than the beef. Seems like you switch to a different fish, almost seemed a little bit rubbery. Wish you would change things if they were fine before.
I miss you guy's roast beef sandwiches!! Mmmmm beef and cheddar Especially!! And you guy's chicken salad sandwiches too and I LOVE your curly fries!!! Mmmm!!! 😋😋 BUT, it sure would be nice to place an Arby's closer in the area...Hornell could use one...like where the subway used to be on River street, could put an Arby's there on the corner...that place has been empty for a decade or more at least...
Fast and efficient here. I don't visit often but appreciate the freshness of food products. I have never had trouble with staff here, have to say always leave smiling or laughing
It's just like any other Arby's. It's the same food you would get anywhere else and of course it is good. In this place is clean. And the service is relatively fast.
Always liked the "Chicken, Bacon and Swiss" sandwich. Can't believe it's just as good as it was years ago when they first brought it out! Probably just jinxed it now. Next time I get one the chicken breast will be the size of a half-dollar. Oh well....
Food is always good there. They seem to be a little short staffed and a bit cleaner would be nice.
This was a good experience overall. They were running a 2 for 5$ special on there classic beef & cheddar which was purchased along with potato cakes. As usual the potato cakes were made fresh. Always a bonus & a reason I order them. The sandwiches where both good. Decent meat & cheese amounts. Though the bun was under toasted which would be my main reason for 4 rather than 5 stars. This seems to happen often based on past experiences. Overall tasty & a something I enjoy. With the special it was do able as normal menu prices are high IMHO & only eat there with coupons or specials. Though I will have to try there 2-5 P.M. value menu in the future.
Not enough roast beef on the classic anymore. Forgot the adby sauce? Fries not. Hot.. But when I went back (immediately) they replaced it all with fresh food. Quickly too!! And let us take the old order home for the dogs
The Arby's at Watkins Glen, NY, is the nicest, friendliest place. Always a smile on their face, everyone is polite and the food is above and beyond. The sandwiches aren't spilling all over and they are fast, but perfect. Will make the hour+ long trip back up for their service.
We didn't dine in, so I can not rate the atmosphere. It was our first time back after a long hiatus. The meat was cooked just right, which is often a concern with many of the Arby's we've been to in the past.
Consistent great customer service
Since the BK here tastes NOTHING like back home, Arby's has become one of my go to places. I feel that some of the items are priced a little high for what you get but the food was fresh, hot and the taste was spot on
Just went through the drive-thru. They were pretty quick, the fries were hot, and my sandwich was good. It's better than other fast food I have been to!
This was hard to rate. We spent close to $50 on dinner for the family. Sandwiches were wrong. Drinks were incorrect. Jalapeno Poppers were so overcooked that I couldn't eat them. We received ZERO condiments, after requesting EXTRA condiments. We waited. And waited. And waited for our order. With all of that being said, I truly believe that staff was doing their best. They were SUPER BUSY and appeared to be understaffed. It will not deter me from going to this location in the future. Mistakes happen. Young employees get overwhelmed. Lines get long. But they did their best to remain upbeat. I just wish that my wallet didn't have to suffer , as this was a treat. Keep holding your heads up. Ignore ignorant comments and KEEP SMILING AND DOING YOUR BEST. It's a tough time to be in the food service industry. Arby's is still my favorite fast food restaurant. And if you are unaware, they have AMAZING BURGERS. I suggest that you give them a try. Better yet, if in the market for a job, I'd try applying to the Miracle Mile location.
Stopped here yesterday while in the area for work and I'm glad I did. Although I had to drive up to the window to order, pay and wait for my food it wasn't too long of a wait. It was inconvenient because their drive through system was broken, but the staff was nice and they did their best to get orders out quickly. I bought a burger from them and it was delicious. The bacon wasn't the best, probably would have tasted better without it. But all in all the service and food was good.
I tried the mac n cheese bites, ugh. They were doughy and I think I saw one piece of macaroni. 4 tiny little bites for $4.29. NOT worth it.
Low product, fryer was down (but in the process of being fixed) bread was stale, roast beef tasted off. The employee being trained was very sweet.
Approximately 15 minute wait for food on a Monday at 5:30 PM. Curly fries were cold. Associates were pleasant and apologetic. Bathroom was clean.
Normally I enjoy Arby's, but first thing said to us when we pulled in the drive thru was that we do not have curly fries, crinkle fries, or mozzarella sticks. How can a place be out of all three?
Was endangered by not one but two separate meals here. Found a metal washer in my sandwich after biting down on it, and was horrified. We called, they apologized and said they would check kitchen for broken machinery. A couple months later, we've given them a few chances and the food has been fine. Couple night ago one of our chicken sliders has raw chicken. We're definitely not ordering from here anymore, and if the management is reading this I suggest you enforce your health and food codes.
Waited quite a while for roasted chicken sandwich with no vegetables, no sauce (for my picky, spoiled rotten cat) then when I got home it was a deep fried, breaded chicken pattie on a bun. If that was what I wanted that's what I would have ordered.
Planned to eat in. Should have went through the drive through. Waited 10min+ for dine in. Classic chicken was thin and my fries were cold.
Don't bother getting the brisket sandwich here. .. my new favorite Arby's meal but here is flat, almost empty bun... and I'm fairly sure they filled out the brisket with some other meat.
We ordered the Greek gyro and beef brisket sandwiches to find they were sloppily put together, missing the onions crisper on the brisket and the gyro so full of sauce and not much else that they were not tasty or easy to try to eat. The turkey sandwich and turkey sliders we ordered were better. But at $30+, I would have expected better quality and prep.
Employees are nice, but the service is terrible. I ordered a beef n cheddar meal and the sandwich looks like they just squeezed a little cheese on it. It is cold because they forgot to give me half my order, so I had to come back to get the food. When I got there the manager was rude. She gave me what I had needed, but her attitude was extremely rude! There was a new employee and it was her first day. The employee asked for help from the manager who made a rude remark on her questions as to how to work the register. The employee was degraded in front of me! The manager was extremely rude towards the employees and to me. Maybe it was an off day or whatever, but I would not want to work there!
First of all, we ordered a large meal and got a medium, so that was underwhelming. Second, the lady in the window asked if I wanted sauces and I replied that I'd like to try them all with my fries. This would include Honey BBQ, marinara and honey mustard. Not too difficult... and I came out with a horseradish, arbys sauce and a marinara. She was also really snooty when I said I ordered a large and asked "What do you mean?" Not sure how else I can explain that I ordered a large and you're giving me a medium. If I pay for a large, shouldn't I get a large? Ridiculous.
Terrible service. Especially coming from the manager. She had me waiting in the drive through before I could even order for 8 minutes and I was the ONLY customer in drive thru and restaurant, I asked how much longer and she says "five more minutes" and then I order, and pull up and she takes another 6 minutes to even come to the window to take my payment. She gives me my drink and then tells me to pull up ahead and wait for my order. I refused. 2 minutes later my order came. My mom was assistant manager for many years at Arby's and I myself worked for Arby's so speaking from experience behind the counter, this is completely uncalled for. Never again..
Soda flavor, Coke Zero broken. Milk shake machine was broken, and the absolute worse Philly cheese I’ve ever had. I have to use a fork to eat it and it was a wet mushy mess. Try harder people.
I rarely eat fast food anymore, but once in a while the beef n cheddar craving hits and there's nothing for it but to go to Arby's. Then I'm good for another few years. I've been to this location a couple of times and the food is always pretty good quality Arby's. My gripe here is that the store is wildly and actually cruelly understaffed. I placed my order through the app and went to the drive-thru, which was busy, to see if I could pick it up at the window. The young woman told me the order wasn't quite ready, and if I could pull into a spot they'd run it out to me. This is totally fine. I work food services in the school district and I understand how things go in those kitchens. After about five minutes, I went inside because I knew they were probably too busy, and it was raining, and I try not to be that kind of person. I walked my butt inside instead of putting it all on them. There were only two people behind that counter, taking care of almost non-stop drive-ups but there was one dude at the counter waiting for his stuff and then me, and nobody else. Both people behind the counter looked harried and stressed out and unhappy and the young woman looked close to tears. She apologised to me for the wait but I told her not even to worry about it, that I worked food service, and she said, "So you know!" I said, "I know, honey. I know. Take your time, you're fine." I thought she was going to break down right there When someone showing a person working somewhere a little kindness is enough to bring them to the edge of an emotional breakdown, that says that the management is failing as hard as they can in every single way. No job should ever make you cry, especially at a fast food joint. I felt so bad for these two people. The young man behind the counter was running around like his tailfeathers were on fire and that young woman looked about ready to just collapse in despair. For what? $16 an hour? What the heck is happening here? There needs to be at LEAST two more people in that location. This was a weeknight during the dinner hours. Two people are not enough staff. They forgot everything I asked for - the modifications to my food as well as the packets of sauce I wanted - but I said nothing and I made no complaints because I'm not going to get these people in trouble for being so overworked they can't even think straight. As far as I'm concerned, the non-present person running that store into the ground so badly forgot all that, not the overworked folks behind the counter. This is clearly a case of trying to get one person to cover three jobs so the owner doesn't have to pay anyone to work there. In the meantime, these employees are worked to death and the customers suffer. The location was also filthy inside because there's no time for anyone to keep up with the cleaning. Two people to run the entire business during dinner rush? Madness. I'll be putting in a complaint to Arby's corporate about the management and running of this location, but I want to make very clear that it was NOT the fault of the two people who were doing their absolute best to keep up with an impossible task. They were kind, patient, and didn't take their frustration out on any customers. They were great. They were literally doing their jobs *running* back and forth. I felt SO bad for them. I was actually angry on their behalf. What a nightmare gig. I want to talk to their boss. Because whoever that person is should be ashamed of themselves. If you hit up this Arby's, please be patient because whoever does the staffing must be related to Cinderella's stepmother. They are not a good person, but the employees are, and they need your patience. The wait you will probably experience is not their fault. And check your order carefully before you leave, because you'll probably have to go inside and ask for any of the extras you want. They just can't remember everything when they're literally performing at a run the whole time they're there. Management: THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. TREAT YOUR STAFF BETTER.
We stopped there this last Sunday. The cook was cussing up a storm and pissed cause she had to work 11 or 12 hours..conversation on her cell. Our food was burnt and not edible. As much money we spent it should have been better. We will not be visiting this store again!
Desperate times call for desperate measures. It's currently 1 PM on a Monday. I'd say there's a regular flow of customers. The cashier was helpful and got our order done quickly because everything we ordered was already prepared and right behind her. No idea how long the stuff has been sitting there but they have a bunch of sandwiches pre-made and fries in containers before people even ordered. It kinda explains why my regular roast beef sandwich was dry. The drink fountain works fine but the area around it is a disaster (see attached picture). No containers for sauces so we had to improvise with cup lids. One of the sauce fountain's cap was completely off, lemons left open and the counter is filthy. Roxy, the cashier who took our order is the only one around taking orders from customers inside while also having to juggle the whole dining room. The kitchen is working at full but there's just not enough people to clean and serve. It seems to me some people are missing here. If there's not enough employees to cover, where is the manager to fill a missing position? There's no reason why this place should be so dirty. Even the floor is sticky. Overall, the food was OK but I won't be back anytime soon. This place needs help.
The management is horrible they have bugs there store is dirty there lazy they have rats not mice seen them with my own eyes they need to be closed
They were very rude when we order forgot the cheese on a beef and cheddar and when I asked for a turkey bacon ranch wrap they gave me a sandwich instead. I tried to call 6 times to talk to a manger and the other line would answer then hang up
Multiply Hairs in the sandwhich.....
Drive thru rude yelled thru speaker in rude way food hot fresh
This place is slower then all heck. They gave my food to the wrong person. The person said it wasnt his. They need to pay attention to what they are doing.
Was going to get food says open till 12am lights off at drive though. Just left
Service is super slow through the drive thru. I thought it was on an occasion but there's never been a visit where they're quick. The service is not always very friendly either. Their speaker is broken so you have to say "hello" when you're ready to order and at times I've had to say it two or three times and then someone will say "go ahead and order". If it wasn't the only Arby's in town, I would go to another one.
Had the worst experience I have ever had at the Arby’s in Elmira NY. Please note that I love Arby’s just not this particular one. The condiment station was filthy, clogged and the ketchup had been mixed with some sort of cleaning agent. The mustard section cap flew off at me and stained my pants. If I get sick from ingesting whatever that is then I will be sure to file a complaint against this particular Arby’s. I did notify the person behind the counter, and she in return went to who I would assume is the manager. Who seemed to care a less as they seemed to be to be to concerned with the drive thru. This could be a potential health hazard and there was no sense of urgency. I am so disappointed and saddened that this is what the Arby’s in Elmira has become.
My brother picked up two chicken sandwiches to bring home to my Mom. My Mom said the chicken tasted old and hard like it sat out or was cooked days ago. I am disappointed that you cant even get a fresh sandwhich from Arbys.
I ordered food through them from Über Eats. Admittedly, I ordered 8 minutes before closing, but I couldn’t order sooner. The point is I ordered before they were closed. I called about a half hour after they closed to check on the order, and the lady explained to me that they were already closed. I didn’t know that, so I wasted 40 minutes of my life waiting for food that was never going to arrive. Out of pure laziness, they left a customer hungry with no other method to obtain food.
Whoever was working drive thru with the piercings may 19th at 10:20 am was unfriendly and flat out rude… and before I could even ask for condiments the window was slammed in my face. What is wrong with this area and rude customer service???
Terrible experience, extremely slow staff all of which talked loudly and inappropriately the entire time we were eating. They were more worried about their conversation than making food... Will not be returning
Absolutely disgusting, no food made fresh here, large amounts of food sitting out not under a light or heater, service just as bad. I do not recommend this to any human or animal in fact.
Wow.... It was 1:55, 5 minutes before the sliders 2-5 special. I asked if I could get the sale price, The cashier nodded, the manager spoke up from behind her, "No, you'll have to wait until 2:00.". I'm eating at McDonald's now. They don't serve sliders :(
All the food was put in the same bag, with my turnovers smashed at the bottom. Fries was hard, over cooked, and not fresh at all.
I stopped here on my way to Albany. I ordered a large number 9 with a Dr pepper. After a 20 minute wait in the drive thru I got my food. Grabbed the fries out of the bag, ate them. Waited about an hour and went for my chicken only to realize there was no chicken. I was over an hour away at this time and wasn't going to turn around. I paid $13 for French fries smh. Will never visit again.-36 stars
I stopped at the drive thru last night at 10:05pm. Sat there for over 5 minutes and no one took my order. Posted business hours say Arby's is open until 11pm. After not being served I left seeing no one in the store. The lights were on and definitely open for business. Have no idea where the employees were. Not the type of service I expect from Arby's. Very disappointed
My girlfriend and I ordered our food online. We left to go pick it up almost immediately and arrived at the restaurant within about 10 minutes. The line for the drive thru nearly stretched out into the road and it took about 10-15 minutes for each car to move forward. We sat in the drive thru for upwards of 45 minutes. By the time we received our food the bag was soaking wet from condensation and the food was ice cold because unlike literally every other fast food chain that supports online ordering, Arby’s starts preparing your food immediately upon placing the order rather than when you check in at the restaurant. When my girlfriend went inside to request the food be remade, the staff member she spoke to immediately became defensive and rude with excuses such as “Well there are only three people working, I don’t know what you want from us” and “Well you placed the order an hour ago,” and after receiving our replacement order, “There, hopefully this is better for you”. Arby’s is already significantly more expensive than nearly every other fast food chain. If this is the best service they can provide, I highly doubt they’re gonna be getting any more of my money for the foreseeable future.
They stack about 20 commonly ordered sandwiches and leave them setting to dole out to customers. A sandwich I ordered literally tasted like chemicals and they were all cold. When I went back to fix the situation they literally all ogled me like how dare she... and I see tons of ready to go foil wrapped sandwiches. I guess my suggestion is if you ever have to have Arby's, request freshly cooked food... cause you should have to do that.
Swearing unprofessional. Guy holding his stomach saying he was sick then proceeded to say he’s lactose intolerance. We went through the drive through at first and decided it was a bad idea came inside to order now we know why. It seems they do not have a good communication system. Choosing to only make certain orders clearing orders before completed. Had to send food back and get it remade and still wasn’t up to satisfactory
This one worker was pushing up on this other kid, and he was relentless in doing so. Every time he left, the other one followed and kept at it. The aggressive one kept it up. Night manager did nothing. Others were putting a list together for her apartment. Fries were cold. This kid mentioned as the aggressive one was making the sandwiches and threw them into the warmer, causing one to come apart, pick it up, and put it together again. The aggressive worker (17?) Would come out and give me the "eye" after realizing what I saw, I told him I had bigger and badder people try and give me that same look and it doesn't phase me, he kept staring at me until I left. It felt like an out of control classroom with this one kid trying to be the big bully
This was the worst arbys I had been too. The chicken was cold and dry. The French fries were cold and tasted like they had been using the same oil for weeks. The tables were dirty with food all over them. There was an employee coughing every few seconds while people eating and being served if that employee was sick she should not have been working to have an employee coughing all over while you serve is disgusting and this arbys should be turned Into the health department.
Second Arby's in the last few weeks. Neither restaurant can get an order correct. I ordered classic roast beef sandwiches because I am lactose intolerant and can't have cheese. I get home to eat my meal. And I received all beef and cheddar sandwiches 🤬. I couldn't eat them. They were so soggy and full of cheesey dog wouldn't even eat them. I ordered curly fries they were so cold and hard I couldn't chew them. Not happy with you Arby's at all. The prices are outrageous compared to other restaurants and not worth it at all. I would rather eat McRat at McDonald's for a buck if I'm gonna have to eat nasty food. I might as well save some money too. 🤢🤢 Get your heads out of your butts and learn how to run a company.
They had us repeat our order at drive thru because they didn't put it through the first time. We got the wrong order at the window. After looking through the sandwiches to find they were wrong they took the bag back and gave it to the car ahead of us. We ended up with the wrong drinks as well. It wasn't even that busy.
I've to Arby's that were very good, however this particular one doesn't know what it's doing or the staff just doesn't care. We need a White Castle, and a Sonic to put them in their place. Their convenient location and lack of competition is the heart beat of their success.
The folks working here do not care at all. Mozz sticks were cold and had a very odd taste (couldn't even eat them) asked for marinara didn't get any. Crinkle fries were half full and half of those were stale curly. Meat was cut too thick on roast beef. Just gross.
Went in and waited several minutes to be acknowledged even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Finally got to order. Asked for a jamocha shake at which point the entire crew stood around looking at the machine. After a couple more minutes I walked out and went to the nearby Wendy's. That Arby's just lost my business.
Lately the service here has been very slow due to staffing issues but today I placed an online order and immediately drove to the restaurant which is only 5 minutes from my house. After sitting in the drive through for over 40 minutes. I was handed a torn bag full of ice cold, soggy food. I went inside to request it be remade because I'm not paying premium fast food prices for a bag of stone cold wet fries. The worker was extremely rude to me. While she did remake my meal she was immediately hostile and jumped down my throat about how I made the order and hour ago, and they make the orders as soon as they come in, which is completely different from every other fast food place that does online orders who don't make your food until you check in at the speaker. She tried to make it my fault that I placed the order so long ago and didn't get it, when I had been waiting in the drive thru the entire time trying to get my meal. I understand and am sympathetic to them being understaffed but at no point was I rude or hostile in my request and the worker immediately got hostile with me. I don't appreciate being treated that way and the fact that I can't place an order and get my meal within the same hour is insanity. Won't be back.
Having everyone pull to the side to drop your window time when there's no line is ridiculous especially when everyone has to go inside anyway because they cant get an order right. 15 minutes later I get my 2 wraps, with fried chicken instead of grilled and the wrong sauces. To go with my slider that wasn't edible. Couldn't even bite through the tender, tasted like it was old. I used to love this spot but I always just leave pissed off and hungry at this one now. The sip of lemonade you get with the regular size for 4 dollars was good at least. Plenty of ice to chew on after.
I leave this review only to be helpful to people who don't know the area. Don't go here, it's not worth it. The waits are long, food isn't good. Unless you are desperate for Arby's, it's not worth it. I waited 15 minutes for fries and sauce, fries weren't hot and sauces had layers of crust on the outsides. This isn't an out of the ordinary experience, it's how it always is.
Steak bites pre-cooked warmed up in the Microwave well done scored a 1 out of 10 don’t do it Garbage
Placed a mobile order for drive thru. Was told to pull into one of the spots and they’ll bring it out to me. Waited 15 minutes, went inside, and my food was sitting on the counter. Not to mention the last two times my curly fries have been cold also. This place seems very disorganized, probably won’t be coming back to this location.
This company has stolen over $30 from me via online ordering and the store not being able to make the food. Refunds online are impossible to complete and the stores don't own the online aspect of orders. Not to mention they hire some of the rudest employees I've ever had to deal with.
If I could leave no stars I would. 8:40PM, one car parked at the restaurant, one in line. The gentleman in front of me sat at the speaker for several minutes after I got there, I don’t think he was served. I got to the speaker and waited over five minutes and no one came over the speaker once. Wondering if perhaps there was a technical issue, I drove around to be greeted by a young lady who rolled her eyes and informed me quite rudely that they “were really busy and there’s nothing wrong with the speaker”. How can you be really busy with no customers? Management—seems like you’re paying employees to turn customers away and chill all night, great business philosophy!
Wow..this place has gone downhill! Our order was so simple, yet they messed up every part of it. We had two chicken sandwiches and a small curly fries. Waited 18 minutes after being told to pull forward. Husband finally went in to check on our order and they told him they had forgotten to cook one of the sandwiches! Instead of giving us two hot, fresh sandwiches, especially after waiting all that time, we were given one that was old, along with the "new" one (possibly refried) which wasn't even hot all the way through! Buns were stiff, fries were not completely filled, and the ones that we DID get were just barely warm CRUMBLES and bits! The tomato on my sandwich still had the stem part attached. To top off this disappointing meal, the sauce packet we asked for was sticky, and coated with sauce on the outside from another leaky packet. The icing on the cake was finding ZERO napkins in the bag. We don’t recommend this place. This latest batch of hires are terrible. Don't waste your time or money here.
I ordered a toasted BLT meal with a medium fry and a medium sweet tea. It took them altogether almost 10 minutes to hand me the meal. I went to the drive-through and asked for a large fry fresh out of the fryer, I had a feeling they were going to park me, And that’s not what was frustrating but. Due to me being in a very big hurry, I ran inside with the mindset that I would be able to grab it and run as soon as everything was finished. Well I watched them bag orders that were taken after mine and run out of fries that I watched come up out of the fryer while I was standing there!!!! So I asked them if my meal was ready they looked at me politely and said no we’re waiting for your fries to get done, And they had to drop more fries in order for them to have the order that I had ordered. On top of all of that, The BLT that I had ordered was not toasted at all, and the sweet tea was not sweet at all. It was a regular iced tea, and I asked her twice for a sweet tea. The staff was friendly, but I can honestly say that almost every single time that I decide to stop by this Arby’s, there are many problems.
