I just started going to Chili's. I was curious to try their $5 Margaritas. I usually go with my son (21) and we usually sit at the bar. My son likes to socialize with others around the bar. The bartender is always friendly. She even remembered my son and what he ordered previously. The food is usually good too. We have tried several things from their menu over our visits. Overall, the food is good. Price is about what you pay at most other places. The service is friendly and efficient. Photo is of my Firecracker Margarita I had during my last visit.

Our family really liked eating here. My boys who are picky eaters absolutely loved their food. Their fresh made chips and homemade salsa is absolutely delicious along with their fajita trio. I have a 14 month old that's hit his terrible two's. Going out to eat is something I try to avoid because he just can't be still while we wait forever for a server and then forever for food, etc. But we stopped here late in the afternoon when there would only, hopefully, be a few other tables. and unlike any restaurant we've been to in months, our server asked if we knew what we wanted to order for my child so he could get that started while we looked over the menus. Came back with our drinks, took our orders. I don't even think it was 5 minutes later and he was back with my son's lunch and our appetizer. And because he was able to start on his food early I was actually able to enjoy my meal instead of fussing over his. Also, at many other places, families with toddlers are frowned at by guests and staff. I get it. They are messy and loud. We try to keep him to a minimum and we try to pick up after him. But none of the employees seemed to be the least bit bothered by him and actually acted like they enjoyed him. It was the best "family" dining experience we've had in a long time. Will definitely be back!

We ate dinner here with family. A week earlier we had dinner at the Victor, NY Chili's and there was no comparison needed, the Big Flats location has the better food, the better service, and better pricing. The go-to Chili's food items are the fried mozzarella, their burgers, and their version of BBQ wings. If you download the Chili's app you get free chips and salsa at every visit. We have not had a bad experience yet but living equal distance between either Chili's here in the So. Tier of NY, we choose Big Flats, hands down.

Every Sunday for the past two years I go to your Horseheads location.I sit at the bar and have a couple of drinks and a snack or a meal. The bartender introduced herself the very first time I stopped in. Her name is Neiko. I am also in the food business. She’s very attentive and friendly to all the patrons at the bar. Quite honestly she is the reason I keep coming back. It’s more like spending time with a friend than someone who is just there to do her job. I have been coming to your horseheads location for the past couple of years. I enjoy sitting at the bar, having a couple of beers and watching sports on the televisions located in the bar area. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the bartenders named Neiko.My wife and I are retirement aged and really don’t spend a lot of time away from home. Purposely drive to this location from our home 30 minutes away. We have a Chili’s in our hometown, but choose to come to this specific location mainly because the bartender is so friendly. I hope you realize what an asset she is to your company.

My daughters and I had an amazing time dining here, BUT what happened after is what makes this a five star review. In the chaos of taking two babies to dinner, I forgot my retainer at the restaurant. After realizing, I called in tears, and spoke with Danielle. She immediately took action, and soon after called me back to tell me they found one of them! I then got permission to go through the trash in attempts to find the other one. Upon arrival an employee named WILL was already inside the dumpster taking trash bags out. He was in below freezing temperatures with me for well over an hour sorting through trash, offering new bags & gloves, offering drinks, and a break in the warmth. We talked the entire time about life, how much he loves his job and how amazing of a manager Danielle is, and more. I must say this restaurant is SO BLESSED to have such a kind and dedicated employee. I even tried to tip Will for his help, but he wouldn’t take it, he simply helped a struggling mother out of the pure kindness of his heart. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE, A REWARD, RECOGNITION! I’m genuinely hoping someone higher up reads this and realizes how valuable of an employee he is, and that he receives something in return for his efforts. I’ve never been met with such kindness from a stranger. I cannot wait to return to this restaurant simply because of both Danielle and Will. Also, if you’re wondering, no we did not find the other retainer after searching through the trash. I would do it again though, especially if Will was there haha!!

I seldom go to Chili’s, but I was meeting a friend here for dinner. I might have to start going back to Chili’s more often. I ordered their brisket burger and it was outstanding. So were their fries. My friend got the chicken and shrimp fajitas and said it was very good. Our waitress was personable, fast, and attentive. What more could you want?

My dad, who is kind of picky and hates spicy food didn't think he'd find anything here to eat since the name is "chilis" but he ended up loving his meal. I had the Black bean & vegetable Fajitas. The food was hot and delicious. About ten minutes into my visit, I was wishing I had brought my winter coat! The worst part of it was that our server couldn't do anything about the temperature! That AC is 🥶 cold.

It was a Monday night we went for dinner while visiting family in Horseheads. One person ordered the Brisket Quesadillas, tasted good, but when she was peeling open each piece of the quesadillas, most didn't have brisket, over kill of BBQ sauce and cheese. She had minus the jalapenos. Another person had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad not much chicken in the salad. Seems like this could have been a one time issue since family that lives in Horseheads said it wasn't usually this skimpy with the protein. Wasn't busy in the bar area where we sat, only two other tables with patrons. Our server was pleasant and it was clean in the dining area.

We've had good food here consistently. Our waiters and the bartender were also very friendly. I could tell that he was familiar with people who come in often, and everyone who saw him also seemed to like him. It made the experience very enjoyable for me and my wife.

My only issue is that alot of times when you go there, there will be tables around you that have not been cleaned off and they will sit there for like....the entire time you're eating. I placed a fairly substantial order for my 4th of July celebration and all my guests were pleased with everything I purchased. All meals were provided with great appreciation to me and everyone I worked with at Chili's were accommodating and pleasant to work with. A big shoutout goes to Ashley who assisted me with my web/app woes as attempts to place this order online and via the Chili's app were futile. After speaking with Ashley she assured me everything would be ready at the agreed upon time I had requested. I called Chili's on Saturday to ask that my order time be pushed back another hour due to arrival of guests and Ashley was pleasantly accommodating with that, too. I've had my fair-share of less-than-par concerns with this particular Chili's with past experiences, but I usually chalk it up to, that particular time and give them another chance. Ashley has made me very pleased with catering from Chili's as an option for future events given her exceptional customer service and appreciation for my expenditure. Unfortunately, I'm a deducting one-star for the presentation of the brisket I ordered. As a suggestion, DO NOT put the brisket on slices of bread. Please, just don't do that... Kudos to Chili's staff (especially, Ashley) for assisting in making my 4th of July bash a huge success!

My wife and I both had the BBQ special pick 2. I chose the half rack of ribs and brisket quesadilla. My wife chose the chicken crispers and the brisket quesadilla. Ribs were spot on. Quesadillas were amazing. The street corn was very tender. My loaded mashed potatoes came out very warm and stayed that way, unlike some other restaurants. My wife had the fries and they were nice and crispy. Only issue was they ran out garlic toast and had nothing to replace it. Our server, Jerimiah, was very polite and attentive. Overall, very pleased.

It was an okay experience. I have been to this Chili's before and was underwhelmed. We haven't been there in quite a while, so we thought we'd try again. Pretty much underwhelmed again. Staff was friendly enough, despite being understaffed. And our waitress was good enough to take our appetizer, chips and salsa, off our bill, because they were literally brought out less than two minutes before our entrees, and we had time to eat about two chips each. I don't think we will be hurrying back anytime soon.

Amazing service but... I just want to warn people of color before they decide to become tourists in this town. My group of friends and I were the only people in the packed restaurant of Hispanic/Black decent. As we were leaving, a man held the door an exclaimed “oh, all types of people”. This left a really sour taste in our mouths. We are from 3 hours south in a place where color isn’t looked down upon. Between the stares and the comments heard, we won’t be returning.

Our menus were coated with food. Apparently left from the night before. We were some of the first lunch customers. Waitress blamed it on someone else. The honey BBQ Sauce was so spicy I couldn't eat it. The staff acted put out when we asked if there was something not spicy. Only the plain BBQ Sauce. It's not like we were trying to get an extra free meal. We had them take away the basket of spicy chicken. I am a rewards member. I put my information in and it said we had $5 coming back. I applied it to my bill as I have done in the past. It showed on the screen however when I got my email copy no rewards were taken off!

Okay place for Tex Mex but not good or outstanding. Had fajitas which were decent quality and flavor. But we ordered chips and salsa - unlike most places, they aren’t free - and the salsa was like tomato soup - no, thinner than tomato soup. No chunks of anything in it. I’ve had Mexican cuisine from TX to MA, from VA to CA and never seen anything like this. That I had to buy it made it insulting. Not a chain I’ll visit again.

I had the 3-part appetizer. The crust on the chicken tenders was hard. The black bean egg rolls had little filling. The mozzarella was 2 thick patties instead of sticks, very greasy, and the crust didn't stay on. Hubby had hamburger sliders. He enjoyed them.

We were here twice this past week. First time on Tuesday was nice, food was good service fine, so it warranted a return Thursday. Busier but by no means full. Initial order slow but food is good. Scant attention from the server and apparently "endless" soup and salad means something different to them. Had to ask for second course from the hostess and manager. That took forever. Had to ask the hostess after waiting and not getting our bill.

Service people were extremely friendly and accommodating after our dining experience. We waited for almost an hour and a half for our food to be delivered to our table, then it was cold. People around us came to their tables, ordered, received their food, and left before we even got ours. In lieu of this, our bill was comped out, we were given gift cards to use at another attempt at their restaurant, complimentary chips and salsa were provided and all new entrees were made/ delivered by the manager on duty.

Been here a couple times. It's hit or miss I have had a couple ok times and a couple times where food was overcooked or dry. I pay for a decent meat I expect that it would be decent cooked. When calling ahead make sure you get right inside and your not missing your notifications because they skip you and take you off the list. This pa device has changed things for everyone so it would be nice if they informed people if you take too long getting inside the will remove your reservation.

We waited for over an hour, 4 fajita plates. Had 3 orders of chips and salsa, 2 margaritas a piece… waited for another 20 minutes. Multiple people have already come and gone, entire families. We had to stop a separate waiter to actually get the margaritas that were sitting on the counter the entire time. The rice was hard, none of the plates were even remotely hot. Supposed to be sizzling? Bill came to over $110 for cold food, and over an hour wait. Big thumbs down family!

It was busy when we arrived as expected on a Friday evening. We say and waited patently. I then watched someone question their wait time and the short red head hostess informed the man that she texted him twice. No! When in customer service you apologize (right or wrong) and make it right. She then made nasty faces and comments to a coworker standing there for all to see. That is not acceptable. Service was slow to get a drink and appetizer but again they were busy. They did apologize and everything was fair at best after that. Dirty and unorganized it seemed. I may go back for lunch someday, but never on a weekend or for dinner.

We have been going here for many many years and it has been a favorite but we are sad to say that will be ending. Something has gone wrong here, the draft beer has a nasty dirty tap taste for many months now. The food has been consistently subpar. Service is usually fairly attentive but they don't care that things are not as they should be. Sad to say goodbye to Chilis, hope maybe this review will help them to make much needed improvements.

The manager was extremely rude, my father and I ordered the same thing, and they gave me my order perfectly, but forgot pieces of his. When my dad asked for the things he missing, and I said I had mine but he didn’t so we could get the right things she said and I quote “congratulations”, we heard her making snide remarks to other individuals in the restaurant as well. Not very customer friendly.

Service was good, except the waitress assigned to us kept getting the drinks wrong, they seemed understaffed. I was refunded my meal by the manager, who was very nice and tried his best to accommodate. The food was sub-par, I ordered street tacos and got microwaved raw corn tortillas (not steamed or fried), the steak I ordered as a second meat looked very overcooked. I asked the manager for flour tortillas instead and I got a stack of very thick microwaved tortillas, nothing tasted good. My partner ordered a macaroni and cheese dish and the noodles were overcooked. All in all, I came to this restaurant 4 years ago, and my last experience was just as bad. I do not recommend this restaurant at this time.

Sadly they're so short staffed that although the waitresses they do have all seemed great and we're very nice. they're so busy that they are struggling to keep up the standard of service they normally would keep. Staffing issues aside tho they also had a pretty long list of meals they couldn't make then because they had run out of certain items required to make for it... But if they had no staffing issues and didn't run out of food.... The food I ordered was very good and was quick to come to the table from the time the order was put in to be made. Price was fair I'd have to say too considering how everything Costs more then it should now anyways... Overall needs improvements but feel like they're trying at least...

Okay first let me say I didn't get my drinks for at least ten minutes after being seated. And the food had very very poor presentation large plates for very little food. I ordered a new secret sauce bacon burger with loaded mashed patatos I had a very a small spoon full of potatos and my burger was over cooked and had no sauce at all I payed 75 all total for three adults and one child 😅 I can not tell you how much of a rip off this was. Never again will this place get my business!

I was eating at this location and told the staff I had severe allergies and asked the waitress to confirm there was none in my meal. Said there wasn't and put my order in. Food comes out and I suspect she was wrong so I asked her and she's like "yeah, it's in there, just don't eat it." I section that portion off including anything that was touching it and had 2 full bites and started to get a reaction. Ran out to the car and took 3 benadryl and the waitress just laughed and said, maybe the food touched something you ate? Gave me the bill and a to go container as if I would eat some later. Got charged full price and she was still laughing when I left. I will never go there again. I quite literally almost died. Anaphylaxis is no joke.

Unfortunately, we were billed at the full menu price for each item. Quite a price difference. If they aren't going to bill it that way, don't put it on the menu. What a rip off!

We were at Chili's tonight for dinner. We waited probably about 40 minutes for our food to come. Food still was not done correctly. So then I had to wait another 10 minutes or more for it to come back for me to eat. Our food was not hot. The service was not very good and no one seem to really care. My steak was good but it was burnt on the top. When our drinks were brought out the waitress spilled the drink on my boyfriend. And then I like I said all the trouble with the food. We waited so long for poor quality of service and food we could hardly could find our waiter and we almost left before food came. We probably will not go back there again!

Our service was awful. We had no wait when we got there though waited 10 minutes to even put a drink order in our boneless wings came for our appetizer were hard as a rock the new fried mozzarella had exploded all over the paper and was very soggy. Not even sure if it's actually mozzarella. My child's chicken pasta came out noodles were still pretty hard and chicken was way overcooked. Mine and my husband's burgers then came out bread completely soggy and burgers burnt. Fries were so stale hard and cold couldn't even eat them. After finishing what was edible. Wasted ovee half of our food. We then waited an additional 10 minutes for our waiter to come to the table to finally get us our bill after she walked by us about 8 times after finishing. Every time we tried to wave her down she went to a different section. Overall will not go back nor recommend anyone to go there. Chili's used to be my favorite restaurant. Now I wouldn't even feed there food to my animals.

Last customers in on a Saturday night. They close at midnight. We got there at 11and sat at the bar. Clearly the staff was tired and wanted to go home. However, that doesn't mean that quality should go out the window. The dip was cold in spots. Even after sending it back the cheese was difficult to get through. The fries were tepid. The burger was cooked well, even though medium was asked for. My appetizer sampler was hit and miss for temperature control. The bartender tried but it wasn't enough to salvage a very forgettable meal.

Don't even bother stopping here if you wish to get decent food. We stopped by last night before dinner rush. The restaurant was pretty empty for the most part. Our server did well but you could tell she was over working. Let's fast forward to the food. We ordered a couple appetizers. One of our appetizers never even showed up. Two of us ordered Cesar salads. Neither of us was expecting what they served. The salads were dirty, rotted and wilted lettuce. We sent both back and mentioned it to our server. The ranch for the other appetizer was severely watered down. Once the mains showed up, the rice was old and overcooked (crunchy), salmon was cold, the pasta was dishes were really underseasoned, bread was hard and the children's pasta was so spicy that the child could not eat it. We talked to the manager and kept being told that the salad had just come in that morning and claimed they got fresh rice, then admitted to nuking the old rice. When you are paying on average $18 per meal, we at least expected something decent. It's pretty sad when we had to go to a different restaurant to get something edible. Just save your time and skip this place.

The service was almost nonexistent the waitress cleaned the ketchup bottle before bringing it to the table and whatever liquid she used to clean it with came pouring out of the cap and all over the food and plate so they made a new dinner we had to ask for our chips that we ordered because they forgot them. We had to ask for the nasty ketchup and the steak sauce ..and the salt and pepper that we had to ask for was put into these little containers with out a shaker top so we had to use our fingers to apply salt and pepper .. It took 25 minutes to be seated when we could clearly see tables that needed to be cleaned that nobody cleaned we waited 10 minutes for our soda after a cocktail was already served at our table....the waitress looked like she was on drugs ....the floor in the place looked like it had not been cleaned for days ..I could keep going on and on but I think by now you get the idea

We usually love Chili’s, food is good but I have to say we were very disappointed this time around…. We had three orders in total and one of them was missing practically the entire side of fries and some of the condiments that I removed were still on the food. It was late so we didn’t bother to return but wasn’t a great experience for the money! 👎

This place was dead and we still waited. I wish I could give a lower star review for the server . This place has stupidity in spades . Took 10 min to get some water and soda. Got apps first !! Soup sucked, fajitas cold , they tried to rip us off for the free chips and salsa. Server needs to check her attitude and her RBF. Maybe be pleasant and have a little common sense. We drove 1.5 hrs out of our way for a chilis. And we really regret it, we may as well have eaten the keto diet from a gas station.

Had to wait 20 mins for someone to even come ask what we wanted to drink. Waiter walks by, doesnt ask if we wanted refills on drinks nothing. Will not be coming back what a joke

The only place I've ever been to that can't make a martini because corporate told them to stop carrying vermouth behind the bar. And lunch came to $103.11 for 2 people. Insanely priced. 1 cocktail, a beer, and appetizer and 2 entrees, $103? Next time we will eat across the street. I DON'T want my baby back ribs at this price!

Disappointing food and drinks. If you want mediocre this is the place. A premium Casmigos marg was incredibly sweet and undrinkable. Food tastes like it comes out of a bag. Drink menu has no prices and the waiter has to tell you every single price verbally.
