Definitely a much more pleasant experience under new management. Staff is friendly and fast, but patient also. Store was clean and food was high quality. I recommend trying their refreshers. The watermelon cucumber is my new favorite!

Where I'm from on Long Island the subways aren't very nice at all, but this one was great! I went here with my boyfriend about a week ago late at night and there was a very nice girl doing my sandwich. She's very friendly and complimented me on my hair:)

I made a special order of three meatball subs for someone having a birthday. Subway employee Sam went out of his way to deliver a verbal "happy birthday" message to the birthday boy when he picked up the order! Sam even packed a cookie in the bag and wrote Happy Birthday on the cookie envelope! Talk about going the extra mile for customer service! Sam at the Elmira N. Main St Subway, THANK YOU! Cedar St is the cleanest one in that area. Great service and employees.

Just used a coupon for Subway. Coupon was very misleading. Actually paid regular price. Very disappointed😢

Younger crew is very nice, older crew definitely not.

We go to this place while visiting my wife's Obstetrician-gynecologist. The location and services are as good as you can get in a subway but the vegetarian options are very limited!

The subs where very well made and tasted fantastic, but the woman behind the counter could have had a little bit of a better attitude and spoke to us with more respect. Plus maybe she would have or could have had a little more cheer in her body language and voice when she asked us what kind of sub we wanted and then she like slammed her body to the other side of the oven remind you she tossed our subs in it not placed them but then when she asked what else we would like on it she kinda like yelled it at us and never said have a nice day or even hi welcome to subway now that I think about it and I know that is supposed to be a greeting they say as you come through the door, I only know that bc my sister has been manager for subway for 17 years. So I feel like I could have had a better sub maker but other than that it was well.0

Subway always has fast friendly service here. Food is always fresh and hot/cold as it should be. It's clean and even calm during rushes. Large widows provide plenty of light and allow you to see out. They have free WiFi and don't seem to mind if you take your time to eat. Overall I enjoy stopping for lunch or dinner

I highly recommend ordering Subway food in person. That's especially true if you like your sandwich prepared in a special way. It's difficult to convey that in writing, so I always order in person. Having said that, this store got my order exactly right. For about 30 years I have been ordering a grilled chicken sandwich with ranch dressing and jalapenos, in addition to the normal toppings. When Subway changed up their menu a couple years ago they also got rid of the original ranch, which tasted very similar to The Hidden Valley recipe. It was fantastic. The pepper ranch that they use now is okay, but not as tasty in my opinion, and it has more of that non-refrigerated bottle taste. But the sandwich itself tasted very fresh. The bread was perfect, and all the toppings were delicious. The employees were friendly enough, and I typically don't have high expectations at fast food restaurants anyway. But typically, when you are as friendly as you can be, your service will be better I will definitely plan on stopping here again.

Ordered from the subway app a turkey sub with pepperoni and smashed avocado...I had to pay extra for those 2 items but the avocado was not on my sub

It was good. It was subway. I couodnt believe it cost about 19 bucks for one 12" steak n cheese and a few cookies..

And she took her sweet time too! Didn't greet me upon entering, basically ignored me until she was ready, acted like it's such a chore and pain to make a sub, she obviously did not want that job or to be there. I was 2 seconds from walking out. It was almost 10 bucks for a 6" sub with a small bag of chips and bottle of water. I ate at a table inside. They are crazy small tables. Could hear the staff talking about all the issues they have. They have some work to do. Management needs to manage!

This subway had 5 tray of bread and it was 10:20 they said they had no bread and it closes at 11:00 pm . But she said we are closed.

Drived over half hour to listen we are closed it was at 11:25 pm if you are stop taking order before half hour of closing then closing time on google should be accordingly not 12:00 am

Food sucked. They had no delivery available. Took almost 30 minutes to make three sandwiches and it was sloppy.

Walked in around 11:15 on saturday night and ordered my food then payed and said have a goodnight then one of the employees followed me out of the store and asked if i laughed at the other employee and i said no and she preceded to tell me not to come back to her store and mind you i never said a word to them other than telling her what i wanted on my sub and then paid and said have a goodnight and walked out and the one that followed me outside had nothing but bad attitude and was slamming things around the whole time i was in there cause she was mad about how busy they were that late last time i checked there open til 12am and its her job

The boys behind the register are to young to provide good customer service. Had me waiting 10 minutes to make my sandwich, I asked if he can make my sandwich as he was gossiping with his coworker and said he will be right there to make my sandwich than made me wait another 10 minutes as he was gossiping about how the manger stole from that particular subway and got fired and thats when I decided to take my business elsewhere. Stay away this is the second time I went into this subway and had an issue with the worker that look like young teenager.

This subway has the worst employees I have ever seen. There open til 12am I walked in at 11pm and they made excuses like this person order is gonna take awhile. I said I will wait then she said there won't be any bread left . She would rather stand around for an hour then do her job.

There is this one girl on the closing shift with an attitude they don’t close till 12am I went there after work at 1130 she made my food that time second time refused tonight I went in at 9pm she had the same attitude the whole time another person walked in and she said dam like if u don’t like your job then find a new one!!

I walked up the counter and the food prep area was extremely dirty, so that should have been a sign to leave right away. I ordered a cold cut combo and a meatball sub for take out. When I got home and opened the subs, the cold cut combo was only very old bologna and not the cold cut combo that I ordered. The cheese was also very dry. The sub was not edible and I had to throw it out. This is not the first time this has happened at this location but they are close by on my way home and I thought I would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE.
