Unfortunately, GrubHub had forgotten some of the things that we had ordered so I called the restaurant because I wasn't sure what to do about it. When I spoke to the manager, Kelly, she brainstormed some solutions since she was new to GrubHub, too. Her solution was to not only remake all of our meals so they would be fresh but she had also offered to drive it to my house herself. I ended up meeting her halfway and I was met with a very friendly and kind attitude along with several apologies. It demonstrated great problem solving skills when faced with a problem she was not familiar with. Once home, I dug right into my Western burger with sweet potato fries and it was DELICIOUS. The buns are so soft (I am a sucker for good bread) the burger was cooked to my specified temp and seasoned perfectly. And the honey butter for the sweet potato fries??? I have never had something like that and it was *chef's kiss* We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a steakhouse burger, the mild boneless chicken wings and the combo platter as an appetizer (pretzel brites, mozzarella sticks and potato munchers). The amazing customer service, the quality of food and a manager that truly cares about making things right will keep us coming back for more! Thank you!

My boyfriend and I stopped here driving through on a weekend trip. The service, food, and atmosphere were great. I had the blue cheeseburger, and he had the steakhouse burger. Both were terrific. Big burgers!! The onion rings were my favorite. Oh, and the homemade ranch dressing was fantastic. Highly recommend! 👌

Dropped in here because everywhere else was packed, and wow, not mad at all. The pattymelt was cooked as perfectly as the rye was toasted. Tots were on point and I don't know where they get their buttermilk ranch, but it's some of the best I've had at any restaurant. The food was great, the prices were great, staff was very professional and personable. All in all, if you're around here, you can't go wrong with this place.

My go-to local pub for good food and drinks for good prices with a close-knit hometown atmosphere. I love to grab a seat at a table by the window and watch the busy town square traffic while I sip on a well-made cocktail and eat their delicious meals. It's a great way to spend an evening.

We absolutely love going to Nicks! The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is great and the food is delicious! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who wants to have dinner with family or friends or just have a drink at the bar! Love that it’s so versatile and welcoming to all different types of people!

An excellent spot for that home town vibe where you're sure to see someone you know. Walls are covered with televisions so grabbing some cold ones, some hot wings and watching any particular sporting event is absolutely possible! The friendliest of staff, dang yummy food, and the best part ZERO ROOM for riffraff at this place. Come in, relax and enjoy conversations with folks in the bar area, or bring the family and have a nice meal in the non-bar section. It'd be cool to name some wings after me - call em "The Richter Wings" an order of bone-in smothered with damn hot and finished off with garlic parm. These wings are definitely must-order wings! Keep on keepin on - Kudos to all at Nick's Pub And Grill!

Myself and two friends had a nice evening at Nick's Pub and Grill. The service was very good with the wait staff presenting herself frequently to check on our needs, but not being over bearing. The food was very well proportioned, and at a reasonable price point. Everything was cooked very well. Nice atmosphere and dining experience. Will returns next time in town.

Good place for dinner. Service and food was good. We went on Friday at dinnertime, so there was a short wait for a table, less than 15 minutes, but it was worth it. I had the fish fry, portions were good, as was the fish fry.

Had clam chowder, 1 lb burger and onion rings. All were very good, was stuffed to the gills afterwards. They've been in business for 7 years so at least give them a chance

Pretty average fair here. Got the steak and fries, overcooked a bit so glad it was tender. Hamburger was nice sized. Rodeo burger actually and it was lacking flavor a bit in my opinion and again a bit over cooked for medium. All in, I would go back knowing how to order.

Went in for lunch. Fries were very good. Patty melt was not. Not seasoned well, hardly any cheese. Just undercooked burger and onions. I missed on the menu that you have to pay an extra $1.75 for lettuce tomato and mayo... What a ripoff. Bathroom was clean... So clean the chlorine smell burns your nose. The service was quick, but the server only came to my table 3 times - drink order - order meal - to bring the check. Never asked if things were ok or if I needed a refill - which I did.
