Horseheads Pudgies always a great decision to stop in and have a Pep. Special, nothing like it, the price has gone through the roof but still delicious as it has always been. Quality sauce, fresh dough, and cheese that combined only as Pudgies can do!

Personally my favorite pudgies in the area. While the staff is typically not incredibly friendly, the food more than makes up for it. There’s only a couple better places to get pizza around here. The price is what keeps me from coming as much anymore. 40 bucks for a large cheese and a dozen wings is just unreasonable.

The staff was very friendly, and brought our food out to us. The sub roll was spot on!!! It’s soft fresh bread, a big reason why we love their subs. The wings were good and we ordered them crispy and wet which is exactly how we wanted them. Their French fries are excellent! When you order a sub, get the fries and drink deal, free refills too!!:) The atmosphere would get two more stars from me, however there were gnats flying around our food at our table. Please don’t avoid this restaurant based on the gnats. Sometimes this happens unfortunately. This restaurant has been recently renovated and the decor is appealing and modern. The bathroom was clean too. We will definitely continue to do business with Pudgies!!:)

Got a few slices of the buffalo chicken pizza. Was very disappointed due to there being no spice. Chicken was cooked well and tasted sweet. Sauce was buttery. No spice to it what so ever. Very disappointed...

Pudgies is my go too when I visit Elmira. The sub rolls are not the same as they were ten years ago and felt like store bought instead of that fresh soft roll the used to have. The pizza is still good though.

We normally love Horseheads Pudgies and frequent often. We got a large pizza for pickup last night and we're really disappointed. Very dry and not like normal.

I'm usually a big fan of pudgies, they are usually pretty good. But lately everytime I have gone, I just simply don't get what I ordered. Last time I ordered i got a chicken speedie salad and all I received was a bowl of lettuce with nothing else. Not a great meal to receive after a long day.

Well, if you build a pizza and add "garlic" from the drop down list on their own website, you will be delivered an entirely different pizza with no red sauce. I called about the error and they said, "That's our garlic, it's a butter base pizza." "Can you make me the pizza I ordered and if you don't have garlic, don't worry about it." "Nope. That's our garlic, it's a sauce." "I ordered a cheese pizza with that as a topping, not a sauce. How was I supposed to know? Can I get a refund?" "No. In the future just call ahead and we'll tell you. We can give you sauce if you come pick it up." "I'm not from here and can't make it down, which is why I ordered delivery. Seriously, that's it?" "Yeah." 1 (3) CANNOLIS $11.99 1 MD ROOT BEER $2.79 1 MD CHEESE $15.79 BLACK OLIVES $3.18 GARLIC $3.18 Delivery Charge: $6.00 SubTotal: $44.77 Tax: $2.95 Total: $47.72 CC Tip: $2.00 Total w/tip: $49.72 The cost of paying $3.18 for a topping that doesn't exist, paying $6 to bring to me, and tipping $2 means that I'm left with a butter logged pizza I didn't order. It tastes horrible and is too greasy to eat. Beware.

If Horseheads Pudgies cared about their customers, they would take care of the food that they send out the door. Apparently a pizza going out the door uncooked is not their problem. Tired of spending lots of money on junk. Owners own daughter delivered a pizza and messed it up by braking to fast or taking off to fast, half the toppings on that pizza was on 1 side of the pizza and nothing but sauce on the other. Was told that she would make it up to us next time we had a order. Still waiting. There is no sense of complaining about it. They don't give refunds or even remake the orders they mess up. They take money from good hard working people. The food is on the shelf waiting for pickup. Apparently they don't check the product that's going out the door. Had them make me a cold sub. I got home to a sub that was cooked. Call let them know. Went back the next day, and was told by owners that you must bring your food right back that day or night if you want it fixed. I'll do it this time but not again was what I was told. So they don't have to replace nothing. No worries. My family will not be spending anymore of our hard earned dollars at Horseheads Pudgies. For now on all orders will be made at Southside Pudgies. At least they care about their customers. Horseheads Pudgies do not. They used to. Not anymore. To the family of Horseheads Pudgies shame on you guys for being so greedy you don't care about customers. Also you don't care if the food is cooked or not. I didn't realize that we would always have to put the pizza we ordered from you, to turn around and finish baking a pizza that should have already been cooked. No more $125 orders from us. Not going to hurt us. Definitely going to hurt your own business you keep up the awesome work. Everyone the picture says it all. This isn't cheese. This is dough !!

I called to see where my pizza at and they told me they sent it to the wrong house so I had to order again so I had to pay twice.😱😡😡😡

So I ordered for home delivery I waited for 45 min which is not a problem but the delivery guy gets here and I pay cash he said he had no change for my 75.00 order from a hundred dollar bill so he had to go get change he tried giving me someone else order I told him that's not my order so he went back to the car and brought me my order which was missing bread sticks so I called pudgies and they asked me if I wanted them of course I want them so they had to bring them back 20 minutes later you think they would have gave me them at no charge for their screw up Poor customer service.
