Vault

After being turned away from another local restaurant, we were already in a bad and hungry mood! We had our youngest (he's 8) with us as well- which can hamper the fine dining experience. I called ahead to make sure we wouldn't be turned away. The hostess was kind and quickly got us a reservation for 10 minutes later. When we arrived we were seated by the open kitchen. Usually I don't like this but it was quickly apparent how fresh the food was prepared and how well run they kept the service line. Then we open the menu- boom 💥 it lights up! This was our son's first experience In a fine dining setting. He was very amused (as we were too) They promptly brought out their honey butter yeast rolls. Delicious! First we started with oysters, pork belly and French onion soup. Pork belly was amazing, French onion soup had excellent flavor. Oysters were decent- but we are from New Orleans and hold oysters to a VERY high standard. We had filet, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, carrots and crispy potatoes. Everything was delicious, especially the mushrooms. Had to save some for my husband to even get a bite! Filet was properly cooked and good temperature. The executive chef came to our table and started a conversation. We gave him honest feedback (even on the oysters lol) and he received it very well. He even brought our son some French fries (he was very grateful). He was very friendly and we enjoyed the conversation. Lastly for dessert, we ordered the vanilla strawberry rhubarb cheesecake. It was phenomenal and fresh. The best cheesecake I've had in years. Crust was perfection 👌 not too thick. If you are wondering if you should eat here- yes. Very pleased with the outcome of food. The ONLY thing that made this experience less enjoyable was our server. He seemed to forget about us a few times- but everyone else was attentive enough to make up for his slacking. Also, by his own admition, he was "very new here" Go ahead, make the reservation, or call the hostess. Eat the delicious food- held to the standards of some very particular foodies from NOLA.

We had the 16oz Ribeye - Pittsburg Rare of course, 5oz Filet - Pittsburg Medium Rare (I know, I’m working on her), Smokey cream corn, Brussels sprouts & crème brûlée. All were excellent, but the vibe & classiness of the joint was off the charts. Highly recommend it! 5 Stars all around!!!

The vault was fantastic! The food and service were top notched. Can’t go wrong with any of the food! The vault oysters and yellow fin tuna were my favorite. The New York strip was also amazing with the foie gras cognac butter. Will be visiting again for a birthday or special occasion.

5 stars ++ Ambiance was perfect for a date night. Danielle our server was exceptional. She made sure food restrictions were accommodated and she even had the kitchen bake a fresh loaf of gluten free bread. Which was so delicious. Beautifully decorated and the bartender is extremely talented at making off menu cocktails. Our Jr waiter and waitress were also very observant and attentive. We NEVER had our drinks below 1/2 a glass. The food was full of flavor and the portions were large. Photos below with descriptions of our meals. My wife and I were led to the back room which is a converted vault where we had a private dining experience for her birthday. The vault room set the stage for the most unique and memorable dining experience we have had in Arkansas. The food and service was great. Soft music was playing in the room but we were easily able to talk and enjoy each other's company. High recommend.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at The Vault. The food, service, and atmosphere were stellar. Our 29th wedding anniversary was made more special by getting to dine in the private dining room. The chef even stopped by a few times to check on us. We will definitely be back!!

Loved this place ! I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious . every dish was perfectly prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell that a lot of care and passion go into the cooking. On top of that, the service was outstanding: friendly, professional, attentive, and always with a genuine smile. The staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place and if you come here do not sleep the dessert it’s outstanding. Thank you

We had an amazing meal here! Best restaurant bread ever hands down and the Brussel sprouts were amazing and so was our strip. However, the service did not match the price point. Our server seemed annoyed, sarcastic, and we felt like a nuisance to her. We had been looking forward to this night for a while and though our food was good, her attitude was unfortunately the most memorable part.

We chose The Vault for a birthday dinner while visiting Hot Springs and overall had a pleasant experience. We had a reservation and everything started off great. The drinks were very good, the appetizers were excellent, and our waitress was funny, attentive, and provided great service throughout the evening. Unfortunately, one of our main dishes—a filet mignon ordered medium rare—came out well done. When we mentioned it to the executive chef, his initial response was disappointing and the issue wasn’t addressed right away. Our waitress later tried to lighten the moment, but it still wasn’t what we had hoped for. That said, after the bill was paid, the chef returned, apologized, removed the filet from the check, prepared a replacement to take home, and even offered us a glass of champagne while we waited. We truly appreciated the effort to make things right. Overall, the experience was okay. The food was average for a high-end steakhouse, and we had higher expectations, but the service and final resolution were appreciated.

The food was amazing, I had the ribeye with creamed spinach and the baked bri as an appetizer. I couldn't finish all of it (even though I really wanted to), so when it was time to leave they said they would pack my leftovers. I had put the remaining half of the bri on the plate of leftovers because bri is yummy and I wanted to take it home. I forgot to check the bag they brought back for take-home...they didn't give my my bri. I like my bri, otherwise, everything was great and would recommend to everyone, but give me ALL my leftovers, I look forward to that stuff.
