When I took the first bite of the double bacon burger with cheese n jalapeño it was so good that I needed to take a second bite right away to make sure it taste the same as the first bite, the onions rings were good too. The lemonade was so delicious because it was like a slushy. I will come again to try the breakfast in the morning.

Food was delicious, the main eating area was a little warm but the side dining room was very comfortable! The lemonade was wonderful. Bathroom doors are cute, check them out.

It had been a while since I’d visited Annie’s. Recently, I found myself on that side of town and decided to swing by for lunch! It did not disappoint! Homemade, classic bacon cheese burger! Toasted bun. Handmade onion rings. Delicious fresh lemonade! Ask for their spicy mayo for an added kick!!

The food here is amazing it really feels home made. Great family atmosphere as well, there is usually never a wait to be seated you might stand in line for a few minutes but it’s completely worth it. My favorite thing about this place has to be the fries the prices are great for the portion of food you get . I also love the Wall full of customers art, the entire decor feels somewhat old school it’s a fun place to visit and eat . Annie’s has been here for years and I hope they stay for many many more

My wife picked me up a double meat cheese and bacon burger on her way home....yum. She got an Annie's version of a kiddie meal, small burger and fries....grandbaby loved it.

This spot has been here for a very long time. That alone is a testament to their product. That being said. I felt the burgers were good, a little on the dry side for me. My 12 year old loves the place though. He likes all the vintage stuff on the wall, and he (most importantly) loved the burger. The only unfortunate part was when we went there I think the AC was out and it was HOT. I don't like going to eat somewhere and sweating. BUT, I believe the issue has been taken care of, so don't let that stop you. That's the only reason I gave it a 3 star for atmosphere. Even though it was hot, and probably even hotter for the people working in the kitchen. Everyone was so nice.

Solid old fashioned burger joint. I imagine this what it felt like eating at McDonald’s back in the day. The burger not seasoned I don’t think, but they have Uncle Steve Seasoning as a condiment you can use. I didn’t eat the breakfast but the biscuit look crazy fluffy and good. Located where Meyerland turns hood is Annie’s. Apparently this bad boy has been open for a long time and based on the shopping center it’s in, you can tell lol. Parking is understood? There isn’t any striping so your guess is as good as mine. Walk in and it reeked of cash only but that wasn’t the case lol. I noticed you can do some breakfast combos and they cook all the shit right in front of you. Then again Benihana is pigeon food so buyer beware. Double Cheeseburger 7.5/10 - like it’s fine. They do this convection double oven thing to cook their meat. Imagine like the toaster they use for pizzas with the conveyor belt. It tastes like it needs some moisture. Not impressed, burger was a bit flat and kind of messy to much lettuce maid it soggy. I did liked the flavor of the burger. The fries were very common and not original. The building was kind of hot at 6pm I guess because the building is facing the sun at that time and not a having a good AC system. I will come back to try their breakfast menu and because of the friendly and professional staff.

First of all food is cold, it sits in the window while they talk. They slow by taking too many orders at one time. The Bacon just stacks hi not hot at all. The only thing that might come out hot is eggs. But then cook then put them in a bucket until your number is called.Dont waste your time with lemonade they fill your cup with ice and then add one scoop. It's about 15 minutes now and I'm still waiting for 2 tacos. If you don't do anything right about breakfast why try the burgers.

Extremely overpriced. In my opinion, the al carte menu is designed to stiff you. There are not any combo options. $21.87 for a burger, fries, shake, onion rings, and a lemonade. I would have felt a little better if the quality of food was above average, but the taste barley makes average. I did, however, have breakfast here once, and it was reasonably priced. The quantity and quality reflects money being well spent.
