Absolutely excellent customer service! Everyone had a smile on their face. Everyone was working together. They were constantly on the move and when one struggled the other picked up the slack. This is the kind of workplace that everyone dreams of working at. That is probably why you hardly ever see now hiring on chick-fil-a. This is a Chick-fil-A store I absolutely recommend it is clean and well taken care of. The food is excellent and fresh and I cannot say enough good about them.
My family and I ate lunch at Chick-fil-A today. The food was hot and fresh. The peach milkshake was delicious! The restaurant and its restrooms were clean. Service was efficient. Air conditioning was keeping the place nice and cool, during a heat wave. Recommended!
Restaurant and lot were very clean on day of visit (2026-01-29; approx. 9am). Staff were friendly, to me and other patrons. Another customer had some issue with their order, and the staff at the counter resolved it quickly. Men’s restroom clean and stocked. Was the typical Chick-fil-A experience I expect.

Good location! I want to say it’s a very clean and neat place , although it’s in a such crowded area. The cleaning person here did not stop cleaning from the time we entered to when we left !! Very impressed!
08/26/2025 This past Tuesday Chick-Fil-A had another one of their promotions as usual giving away free food. This time it was the sausage biscuit which to me is a new menu feature. I was on the premises by 10:30am getting there by the skin of my "chiny chin chin". Since I missed last years attempt to get there I decide to go for the new menued item as a foodie. This was my 3rd time to this location in about 15 years. Working through the summer heat can be tasking, so a perk is welcomed. They have a continued promotion this coming Tuesday also. Since, they serve chicken, I am assuming this is chicken sausage? Thanks, Foodie Kim Dined-in (sat a moment)/Take-out (ate at home)
Chick fil a is one of my favorite fast food places for many reasons. I love this location cause of how fast the employees work no matter what time of the day the wait for food is less than 10 minutes. Also every employee is super professional and polite. They never mess up my order and food is always fresh and hot. It’s always super hard to choose if to dine in or take out since both are the best.

I have to give Chick-fil-A a lot of credit for their consistency. The quality of the food is always what you'd expect, and their chicken sandwiches are a classic for a reason. I have been really happy with the market salad. However this week it has been bad. I have had it 2 times. Once on Monday and today. Mondays salad had a lot of black leaves and I shrugged it off. A little irritated being met well before the menue to order. I understand theyre just trying to be efficiant but Id never had a chicken sandwich from there and made the assumption it woukd come how most restaurants serve them (mayo, lettuce, sometimes tomatoes) instead i get a plain and dry sandwich with 2 pickles all the way to the left of the sandwich. 😐 later I learn I should've ordered a deluxe to pay for the added veggies and sauce.....wish the lady getting my order wouldve asked for more specifics so I could've ordered the sandwich I wanted
This place used to be solid years ago. Now they serve old rotting tomato slices and lettuce in the sandwiches and over salt the chicken. What a disappointment to the Chick-fil-A brand.

Yall need to fix the line issue, it honestly ruins my entire experience, when people don’t know how to drive because the line wraps around the whole building and people are leaving while people are trying to get in the drive through. Horrible service, not treating customers the right way, doesn’t know how to prepare the food, rude managers, the only people doing it right and actually being nice are the drive through workers.
At this location, no one says "My Pleasure" or even "You're welcome" when I thanked them. No one checked if I needed anything else. No one taking orders is smiling. The condiments are no where to be found when you dine in. The chicken on my salad was cold. It was never warmed up at all. My sister's burger was also cold. I dined inside, no excuse for my food to be cold. The cashier seemed very confused when I was ordering. She didn't know about the "doodles cup". Very bad customer service and I wouldn't come here again. It seems like other people think the same thing since it's pretty empty.
Refuses to turn on curbside for those of us who actually know what we want to eat and pay ahead of time. They force you to wait in the drive thru for 20+minutes behind all of the people who don't even know what they're ordering. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to in the country. Maybe take care of the customers who want to use your services that make the restaurant more efficient.

Shayla was the manager. I spoke with and I told her that I’m missing my song she said the sauce is free. We cannot do anything about it. Some people can eat their nuggets without sauce. Some cannot and I know I’m one that cannot so she couldn’t fix the issue and said I can’t do anything about it because the sauce is free, I know not to go there again.& I’m a red member and when you call, they don’t even say who they are. They just answered the phone like if you’re calling them at home. I had to literally ask what her name was.
Bro I kid you not I’m so disappointed at this location. Last time I went to redeem my award for a free sandwich I put no bacon and what do they do they put bacon, like okay mistakes happen but I called back regarding this anyway to see if it would possible for them to give me back the award and I swear I’m not making this up I had to call back 3 times and by the 4th time I just gave up telling myself that’s fine it’s only an award. Today I ordered a salad and made myself repeat to them 3 times, 3 times to make sure they do not forgot to put the dressing with the salad and guess what even after repeating they still did not put my dressing. As a student I wanted to stop by to get lunch because I have a very busy day and wont have time to eat and I was looking forward to eating my salad as i struggle to enjoy food in general and the only thing that was appetizing to me was the salad and now because of that o can’t even leave campus to address this problem. This is so disappointing and respectfully I’m not coming back to this BS location.
This location is the only location I've had problems with. It will be my last visit at this location. The fries were burnt and hard so I asked for another. The manager handed me another batch of fries which were nothing but crumbs and pieces of waffle fries. I told the manager that this is nothing but crumbs and showed her. She replied they just came up. I was so upset that I drove away. I should have gotten my money back. 12 dollars for tiny chicken strips and crumbs. Does it matter if you’re a paying customer or a delivery driver? At this restaurant, it does—and that’s the problem. I came inside the restaurant at 9 AM for an Uber order, and gave the name the order information to a woman that looked like a manager who had asked me if I had been help. She said it was not ready yet. I then asked for a water to go, twice. I make sure to said TO GO so ai can drink it while I drive to the customer’s location. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. She finally handed me one that was dirty on the outside, with no care for basic cleanliness or respect. I waited and I waited. After a well I was tired of waiting, she probably has forgotten I was there. I decided to asked another employee—a Black man with long hair—was the only one who actually treated me with professionalism and got me the order. The message from management was clear: delivery drivers don’t matter. But we do. We help bring in business, and without us, customers don’t get their food. Ignoring us, looking down on us, and treating us as “less than” is not only disrespectful—it’s bad business. Until corporate fixes this atmosphere, I won’t be back as a customer, and I recommend others think twice about supporting a place that treats workers this way.
I never leave reviews, but after my experience today at this Chick-fil-A (45 & Wayside), I had to. I came at 6 a.m. for the free chicken biscuit promotion for my kids. I asked for four biscuits and was also planning to buy additional items, but was told I could only get one. When I explained that my kids were at home getting ready for school, the manager, Carlos, told me “I’m pretty sure that didn’t happen” when I mentioned receiving more than one on my previous visit. His response implied that I was lying, which was rude and unprofessional. I went ahead and got my one biscuit, paid for my other items, went home, got my kids ready for school, and then drove them to another location on Kirby. At that location, they happily assisted me without issue. I even asked if they needed to count how many kids were in the car, and they said that wasn’t necessary. The Kirby location showed me the kind of customer service I’ve always expected from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, the 45 & Wayside location was the exact opposite. The manager was dismissive instead of helpful, and it left me extremely disappointed. Based on other reviews, it looks like poor customer service is a consistent issue at this location. I will never return to this Chick-fil-A.
The older black lady working the drive thru today was incredibly rude. Any other time I have come here my experience has been pleasant. She was beyond rude and over dramatic. I didn’t even end up ordering because of her.
