Came during lunch time and the Service was slow along with many tables waiting.. maybe it wouldn’t have been too bad had they turn down the AC so it wouldn’t feel musty and warm inside. The pot roast with the sides & biscuits were good.

Me, my cousin and two sisters arrived to Cracker Barrel at 12:10pm to have breakfast were told the wait would be around 20-30 minutes which was fine. We waited and around 12:50 we got seated at our table. About almost ten minutes passed by and no waiter approached us so we asked one of the hostesses when we would be receiving a server and she kindly told us she would find someone. About a minute later one of the managers came over and was very quick to take our drink orders and assured us our server was on their way. As soon as the manager was taking down our drink orders , our assigned server came behind him and took over and wrote down our drink orders and we ordered our food and appetizer all at the same time. Shortly after , we all received our drinks except one latte and it took a minute for the waiter to finally bring it out and when he did , it was not the one we ordered. He took it back and eventually brought out the correct latte we ordered. Once he brought out the latte he went back into the kitchen and we barely saw him at all. we were constantly looking waiting for any server to ask for napkins, our trash to be taken , and where our appetizer was as we still hadn’t received it. A couple minutes passed by and we asked a waiter for a manger to come by because at this point thirty minutes had gone by and other tables had been served including people who had just gotten there after us. He immediately told us that we would not be charged for the latte that came out late and our appetizer, he also went to go look at our food order in the kitchen to see the progress. A couple more minutes pass by and the manager lets us know that there was a technical issue with the computer at the back that interfered with our order and that due to this all of our meals would be taken care of. Shortly after he brought out our appetizer and our food came not too long after that. Everything was correct and we were able to enjoy our food , our waiter was still not as present and we did have to ask another waiter to take some plates out of the way since we still weren’t being actively helped by our assigned waiter. He did approach us a minimum of two times but not as consistent as a waiter should be. Overall , it started off rocky though I am grateful that the manager we talked to handled our issues in a timely manner and got stuff resolved for us the correct way . THANK YOU !!

This is probably my favorite one close to me. The service is always great and food too. I always like to do a little shopping before & after dining in & there's always something interesting to look at.

The shop: this is the best. The cashier is always so nice and the associates in the store keep things clean and neat. I adore their store. The restaurant: Food: breakfast is the main staple but there are other meals. The biscuits are still not as good as previously but getting better. The eggs, if you get scrambled, they are box eggs and do not have salt and pepper added to them. The food is fine, nothing great. Atmosphere: needs some cleaning It is supposed to look rustic but they do need to clean in areas. A coat of paint is needed too otherwise, it is cute and themed. Service: this varies each time we go. It is inconsistent depending on who you get as a server. Some are better that others. Overall, this is solid for the most part.

The food is good and the proportions are definitely worth the price tag but it wasn't anything spectacular. Might come back if I'm wanting a home cooked meal but don't feel like cooking.

This time, we tried their new cinnamon roll skillet. Pro tip: ask for a little bit of butter on top—it took it to the next level. My girlfriend ordered the steak and eggs, and let me tell you, it’s been a long time since a chain restaurant served a steak that good. It was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and you could smell how good it was the moment it hit the table. I went with something simple—two pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Classic and just right. While we waited, we browsed their store, which was already decked out for Halloween. It was fun checking out all the seasonal stuff, and they always have the best old-school candies that bring back memories. The restrooms were impressively clean and well-stocked, which is something you don’t always see, but definitely appreciate. Parking can be a little tough. I haven't been here for a couple of years. Found out they changed the entire menu. Only a few breakfast items. Biscuits and jams are no longer complimentary. Very crowded and too noisy. I miss the old Cracker Barrel.

I find it quite frustrating that you are compelled to wait in line to settle your bill for the meal. I know they want you to shop while the one open register takes forever to ring up food bills and gift items. It’s a bad marketing force browse tactic that is deplorable. While I acknowledge that there is a mobile payment option available by scanning your receipt at your table before leaving, but my experience with Google Pay revealed that there was no option to leave a tip. We attempted to provide a tip at the register, despite our assumption that using the mobile payment would allow us to bypass the register, but the staff member informed us that she was unable to process it and advised us to disregard the tip. This is unacceptable. Bianca C, the waitress deserved a large tip, she was amazing. The food was satisfactory, yet basic condiments should be readily available on all tables. I dislike having to request napkins, ketchup, pepper, salt, jelly, and butter. Although it was a somewhat enjoyable experience, I would prefer not to have crackers served with the next meal. I also wouldn’t have wanted to be there when it is actually busy.

Food: The food was good, no complaints there. Service: Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the best this time. We were a party of 5 seated at a table meant for 4, which made things uncomfortable, especially with the large plates, coffee and drinks. The waitress didn’t make much effort to clear the table even after I politely asked twice to have some plates removed. We also asked for separate tickets from the beginning, which was acknowledged, but when it was time to pay, things got really disorganized. It took about 30 minutes to sort out the payment because of a mix-up between the waitress, the system, or the cashier. To be fair, this is the first time I’ve had this type of experience here, normally everything goes smoothly. Hopefully it was just an off day.

We decided to spend our Sunday at this location, which we had done many times. I must say we had a very inattentive and rude severe this time. First we had to asked her multiple time to get someone to get food off the the floor, that was there when we was seated. To prevent someone from slipping and fall. We had family that was there before us, that decided to shared some mimosa with us because there where leaving. I do understand that we need to show our ID, which was not a problem. But to approach us multiple times and tell us it illegal like we committed a state crime was not necessary. And to approach our family members who was not even your table was really reach. However we could not this severe to bring us silverware to eat our food show us she didn't value the quality of her service. Food was delicious as always. However, I strongly recommend for leadership in this location to train staff on managing traffic a more efficient way. My table was skipped , 2 people cut in front of my family and then after we were seated our food took 30-45 minutes for it to be served. Our server was great. However the people upfront , a manager needs to be present to help ensure that the customer morale is managed at a high level with a single line awaiting for customers to be seated, and the staff upfront should be able to maintain an positive attitude with high energy. There was no sense of urgency and the apology we received from the staff was insincere. I understand this line of business can be frustrating for the restaurant collectively, however, leadership needs to ensure staff, merchandise, and the environment operates at a high level. Every time i’ve been here, everything is great however traffic time — there’s room for opportunity in these areas.

Service at Cracker Barrel’s has gone down significantly. Wait times are way too high and the employees there do not wanna do their job. The say the wait time is 20 minutes and then the employee in charge of sitting people just sat people wherever he pleased and people who were in 4th and 5th were there for 1hr including us. They also decided to close one of the kitchens. Manager had to come out and fix things. Ambience has declined since Cracker Barrel decided to remodel the restaurants to be more modern with white and grey modern. Food order was also wrong, don’t know how hard it can be to get plain right. It was not plain, had everything on it. Also took like 2 hours to get the food. Never again. Dessert was good tho

We had a party of six and we waited 30 minutes to be seated which isn't standard at 1:30 p.m. after the lunch rush. Once we sat down we had one person take our order for drinks never came back and another person came with only half of our drink order. After we received our drinks 10 minutes past and we gave the waitress our food order and then waited a whole other hour and 10 minutes for nothing to ever arrive. When the waitress was taking our order she was telling us things that we couldn't have because apparently they were out of those items. But when we took our complaints to the front the gentleman who we were explaining our situation to told us that that wasn't an issue anymore that was during the lunch rush and he didn't understand why she was lying to us. We never received our food and the drinks were comped and the manager handled the situation well and it will definitely be a very long time before we go to another cracker barrel.

I haven't been to this location in over 10 years and thought of trying it again because of my fond memories I had of it. To my surprise the food wasn't great at all. The chicken and dumplings were way too peppery and everything I had was not very good at all. The waitress was extremely nice though. I probably won't be returning.
