This place is great, the food is affordable, is good, they serve you big portions and it has great flavors, I love this place! Fried chicken and fried rice are a must!

First timer. We placed our order online and picked it up through the drive-through. The customer service was great! As for the food, it wasn’t bad, but I do think it’s a bit overrated. The fries and the egg roll were honestly the best parts of the meal. The beef and broccoli, barbecue ribs, and rice were decent, but nothing that really stood out. Tastes like standard Chinese food with a Spanish twist. The only real disappointment was the Carne Frita. I expected it to be crispy, but it came out chewy instead. I also tried Mofongo for the first time, and I don’t think it was quite right. It had a very strong garlic taste that wasn’t for me. Overall, I’d rate it a 6/10!

Michy's is a great place to get chinese food! For a "fast food" spot, it was one of the best chinese-american foods I've had especially their chinese BBQ pork! Big portion sizes for the price, I had plenty of leftovers. Lots of flavor, I highly recommend and would come back!

I ordered online for pick up as I had errands I needed to get done. I got a text saying my order was ready for pick up. Once I got there the cashier looked confused about my order and asked another girl if she knew what happened to my order. They both didn’t really tell me what happened nor did they offer me a drink for the extra 10 minutes I would have to wait for them to make my order again. I understand that mistakes happen, I’m not sure if they gave my order to another customer or who dropped the ball, however, a simple “I apologize for the inconvenience, let me offer you a free beverage while you wait”, can be a simple service recovery. The pepper steak with vegetable rice was really good. The fries were a bit soggy but fine. I still recommend them, I just think their staff need more training on service recovery.

I loved all the sides and things we ordered. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 was because the meat was so fatty I couldn’t eat a lot of it. The chicken also had a weird flavor. Everything else was incredibly delicious

Very quick, despite being very busy! The food was so delicious and definitely worth the price. My selective eater had his mouth open in shock at how good his orange chicken looked. We had mofongo, orange chicken, and the churrasco plates with sides of yucca bites and egg rolls.

Saw a lot of hype on social media and decided to give it a try. There wasn't a lot of Puerto Rican fusion, although they had mofongo, totones, and plantains. The food was acceptable.. In my opinion not great but was tasty. We tried the totones relleno, crab sushi roll, garlic shrimp and mofongo, orange chicken w/ fried rice, pepper steak w/mofongo, and a firecracker sushi roll. The portions were nice sized.. Very healthy.. But the flavor wasn't necessarily bland, but it wasn't popping with flavor. I would give them a second try in the future.

I was surprised by the many 5 stars that was posted on this restaurant. Lot to note on this things to kind of let you know about the place,the food and the rating of it. 1. Place and sitting Maximum capacity is 46 people, on the side view on the photo it’s an awkward seating since that’s where the order line starts from,I would just recommend it to go if isn’t too crowded or if seating is available to seat on the very side of it not the middle since they’re also very close to the other side middle seating. i heard from many people around me that the place was too cold and it sure was with the ac blasted, music was being played but it only sounded in one Conner of the restaurant. 2. Food & food service Took 20 minutes to receive mine and my colleagues order together, got bell pepper steak rice and my colleague got the bbq ribs, flavor wise the rice itself didn’t have much going on, same with the steak it wasn’t seasoned nor salted just cooked and added to the sauce, I had to add the siracha sauce to at least enjoy it a bit more…also got a big chunk of bell pepper and onion as well In there, and have it called fried rice and have no eggs in it needs to be done slightly better… The bbq ribs tasted like they were sitting for a while… didn’t really tasted fresh same both for both plates. Fries next to the rice and under the meat kinda killed it off for me…I feel like it should be separated in a separate bowl just so that there’s no sogginess to it. Might give it another chance and try some other things next time.

I used to get food here to go all the time, portions were generous and the food amazing. Always fresh and tasty. However, last Wednesday decided to dine in, my mom ordered some meat turns out it was fried pork, but maybe, because this happends around 4pm, the pork seems been fried several times, was so dark and every bite was oily juiced, the food experience was so disappointing, she couldn't eat, I retured the plate. She offered change for another plate but my ribs were floating in oil fat also, so I declined. She was nice, I just try to return 1 plate but the the was any good on my plate either. Btw they seid I'll get a refound but thtat never happens.

The food tasted good, I was charged an additional fee for an additional item, which I am not particularly bothered by. However, I was highly disappointed with the portion size. In addition to having to wait over 15 minutes in the drive-through line, I highly recommend checking your food before leaving. I feel as though I was taken advantage of.
