Very convenient location for myself. I tried their black coffee no cream no sugar it was amazing. For the ones who love sugar & syrups in their coffees I’m sure it’s amazing too. Bringing the wife so she could prove that. Lol. Staff was super friendly as well. Have a great week y’all!

I have to say this place was great! I love the quickness from order to window. Team was great and knew what they were doing. They said "Scoot Around" after placing order. < Loved That! Menu items look tasty. Nice to have a new competitor in the area. I ordered a Medium size Skinny Turtle Latte Hot with an extra shot of espresso. (I'm on a diet lol) Temp was great. Tasted good. Fair price given what the economy is going through. I will definitely be back.

I have been seeing a lot of new locations of these popping up so I thought I would give them a try. I ordered the Praline Caramelicious hot latte. It was a perfect flavor. It was sweet and salty. I enjoyed it so much I had to get another one the next day. So delicious. I recommend you check them out. A good alternative to Starbucks.

Fast and friendly service. Nice space for drive-thru. Lots of options for food and drinks. The turtle latte was very tasty.

I used to come to this location before they close down and then they reopened and I started coming back again. I’ve been coming for the last couple months now and there’s this guy who works there. He’s a younger Hispanic kid. I don’t know his name, but whatever y’all are paying him just make sure that you double it. He has the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. He’s always so informative and reminds me to download the app so that I can get rewards. He’s extremely kind. He tells me about products that I don’t even know about overall when I’m having a shitty day he just makes it better.

This is a Drive-thru only place. Every drink I've tried has been Great! The customer service is always top notch. The Manager & Asst Manager keep me coming back. Always friendly, accurate with my order & the drinks taste Fantastic.

Ordered the peanut butter blend cold beverage, love the flavor! The texture is actually a little bit gritty, I believe from the peanut butler's texture but not too bad.

I love Scooters Coffee! They have some really great flavor options that a lot of the mainstream coffee chains don't carry. I also appreciate that whenever I go to scooters I'm essentially a supporting a small business and their employees are always very nice.

The coffe was really good but the Waffle breakfast sandwich needs to be prepared much better. The way they handed it to me was just plain terrible. And I had them to remake it and they still did not get it right.

My complaint is not about the coffee but the way our USA flag is displayed. It's torn and looks terrible. Take it down or put up a new one. Us veterans have served our country with respect and love. Show some love for the 🇺🇸. USA Veteran

Been to the fry rd location 4 times, and 3 of the 4 times my drink has been missing a very important ingredient.... I know this because I get the same drink exactly the same way at the mason rd location every morning before work... and its perfect every single time.... but at fry.... they have a bad habit of leaving the only thing that actually makes the drink sweet.... out of the drink.... which when you are expecting the sweet, smooth, and creamy taste of caramel...and instead you get the bitter taste of espresso and plain cream, is quite shocking...... first world problems, I know... but still... these drinks arent exactly cheap, and when you only order 1 item, not complicated at all, and you have a 3 out of 4 failure rate... you gotta look at where you have a breakdown of procedure dont ya think? And I cant be the only one who's drink is wrong more often than right.... so if you are gonna have to waste time going back thru the line, spend that time driving to mason rd and getting it perfect the first time...every time.

It symbolizes freedom, unity, and patriotism. Properly handling, displaying, and treating the flag with dignity shows our respect for the country and those who have served it.

I felt defeated and noone was really trying to accommodate so I just asked what they recommended since I've never came here before. So I got my drinks ,2 of them that I ordered and they were disgusting, I didn't even taste any coffee in it and watered down..I don't recommend this place at all ...take the drive down further to dunkin or black rock because the coffee isn't great and the service is terrible...what a waste of my hard earned money...highly disappointed!!

It’s overpriced too, feels like they are competing with Starbucks prices. I’ll definitely not be coming back and won’t recommend.

I've come to this Scooter's Coffee location since they have opened, however I have noticed that since a change of staff and especially management over the course of the last year, the service and quality of the beverages and food have shown a continuous decline and it shows that the corporation pays no attention to it. I have been told that this location is owned by Scooter's Coffee corporate, which is truly a shame considering the poor management. When I last came through, I received and was charged for a large drink although I explicitly asked for small. They made it nearly impossible to get a refund so that I could be charged correctly, so I just let it go. When I was telling the girl that I've been coming since you guys opened and have seen a drastic change in the management of this store, she told me that the Store Manager has a romantic relationship with a barista. That was by far the most baffling thing I have ever heard while talking to a customer service representative in a drive-thru. I've lost all hope for this company and will not be returning.

So I’ve been looking for coffee places to try in my area and looking at the menu for scooters. The caramelicous looked pretty good so I thought I’d give that a try. Sad to say it is the equivalent of gas station coffee. It is definitely not froth milk and espresso. Taste like it was poured right out of a machine and whipped cream was thrown on top of it. No chance that I will ever go back to a scooters.
