First time here and I was excited to try the food with my girlfriend. I ordered 1 LB of Black Mussels of Grail sauce ($9.99) 2 LB of Crawfish with spicy Grail sauce (19.99) and a 12 fried shrimp plate with fried rice and Cajun fries (about 12.99) Our server Tran was super nice and informative with our visit. I absolutely loved the garlic butter sauce (extra $1.00) thank you for the nice hospitality from the kitchen as they are so accommodating! Will be back to try more!
I am here 5-6 times every crawfish season. The service is quick, phenomenal, and friendly, the food is the best thing you’ve had in a long time. Appetizers, the service, entrees, and especially the crawfish will have you coming back.
YES. I came here on a whim; I was in the area shopping at biglots & was hungry, craving carbs. There was a Pho place right next door but they didn't have dumplings. So I went to Googlemaps and Crawfish Cafe was just poppin out, waiting to be discovered 😍 I love crawfish places for the sides: the wonderfully seasoned corn cobs, potatoes & sausage. So I ordered fried catfish, 2 corns with thai basil & kickin cajun sauce, and the Shrimp Pack (garlic butter shrimp on cajun fried rice). Now, i know I was hungry but dammmm 👀 I ate half the fried rice sitting in my car before the drive home. It was delicious! And everything was appropriately seasoned and buttered; there was no lack of season and nothing was dry. Overall satisfying! 🤤🤤 I can't wait to go back for more! And it might've been the time of day, but service was QUICK. I had just placed my order, barely had a minute to walk back to my car, and my order was ready! Maybe bcuz I didn't order anything huge like boiled crab or crawfish, but that was fastest service I've ever had anywhere! 🤯 I usually avoid restaurants in parts of town where traffic is frantic & parking is tight 😒 BUT the food was SO GOOD!, it just might be worth it for me. i look forward to coming back more often so I hope the food & service is 5 stars every time. Lol keep it up Crawfish Cafe; you have officially set the standard, now keep that same energy 👏💯
Came to catch up with old friends and had the most amazing server by anhthu! Super friendly and welcome, answered all our questions perfectly! 10/10 experience. Both managers were super attentive to the customer service.
The staff was friendly even tho they were short handed. They managed to get thru the rush from the Astro fans. The waitress was kind and explained the menu to us as well as recommended some great selections. The environment was a nice vibe. Our food came out in a timely manner and it was hot as well as nicely plated. We tried a little of everything and I must say we will be back. Try the signature spice on your boil items and try not to over indulge like I did.
Today’s food was sooo good ! Maddy took care of us and she was on point point !!! Haley !!!! Haley !!! Haley!!! Request Haley for your server! Normally the service is subpar or ratchetly dismissive! BUT Haley being my server was the best experience all year since crawfish season! Nice , kind, friendly, attentive and cute and kind ! Like I hav not tipped since the start of the season because what am I tipping for .. yes it’s like a convert belt of customers but over the past few years the service sucks ! Food is amazing and if it’s not right they will fix it immediately!!!! I love it here but I’m not tipping for bad service. Thank you sooooo much Haley and yes this review might feel over exaggerated but it’s needed . I tipped her for every tip I didn’t give out !!
Young brother comes to give me my food. Remembers my name, and puts me hot sauce in bag without me telling him, because he just remembers by my visits before. Everyone that Works their is very good in customer service.
Had such a good experience! Andrew was our server and was very friendly and always checked up on us making sure we were good! Highly recommend him as ur server!!
Craftfish Café offers a fun and delicious seafood experience. One of the best parts is the way crabfish is served — the table is covered with paper, making it easy and comfortable to enjoy your seafood directly on the table. It creates a relaxed, hands-on dining experience that feels casual and enjoyable. The food is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, and the atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back. A great spot for seafood lovers looking for something tasty and different.
It’s at the end of a strip mall. And parking is a pain. Place was really busy. The service was great. All the items came out fairly quickly. And all were very flavorful. I highly recommend the snow crab legs. Easier to crack and get larger pieces of meat. I highly recommend this place for a good casual eatery.
Been here a couple times for when friends visit and they love it every time! They have different sauces that you can all mix and match. It wasn’t crawfish season when we went but there were still some decent size pieces. Shrimp with head on is delicious and filling. The clams left us yearning for more so we didn’t think that was worth it. The garlic noodles were very saucey which i wasn’t expecting - but filling.
Before leaving Houston,I wanted to eat some Cajun food. Not too many good ones in Illinois. My family brought me to this place, Viet Cajun cuisine. When you walk in, lots of places to sit. The menu has a lot of options so we decided to get a variety of items to try. Honestly, it’s hard to find a favorite dish as each dish was different and equally as delicious as the other. For the po boys I love how soft and crispy the French bread is. Seafood was all fresh, nothing was old. Service was great, very nice ladies. Our server made sure our drinks were filled and our food came out fast. Prices were very fair. -garlic noodles 5/5 - i love these noodles. Creamy and buttery. Garlic taste was not subtle. -crawfish eggrolls 5/5 - i love how prominent the crawfish flavor is, that dipping sauce made it more flavorful. -Shrimp boil - shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage 5/5 - one of the best boils I’ve ever had. Just the right amount of spices and seasonings. -Grilled shrimp po boy with Cajun fries 5/5 - fresh shrimp perfectly grilled. Cajun fries better than Popeyes. Ample portion. -50/50 po boy with Cajun rice 5/5 - fried half oysters half shrimp. Not greasy. Superb combination. Don’t sleep on that Cajun rice. Sufficient amount of andouille sausage. -wings 5/5 - crispy, crunchy, and just the right amount of sauce. Meat was moist.
DELICIOUS EVERYTHING they have daily deals throughout the week. Came for the $1 oysters on Monday but we also got some crawfish. The kicking cajun sauce is phenomenal I highly recommend it!!! The fish sauce wings were also cooked to perfection, juicy and fat. My cousin had the gumbo and she would not shut up about it so that's also a must try! The red beans and rice, classic but also really good. Service was great we were greeted as soon as we walked in and the staff is really attentive and kind.
Service was great. Natalie took our order, helped us with portion sizes and kept checking on us. Dan helped keep our table as clean, well as clean as it can get while eating crawfish. Their fried rice is always a hit with us!
I came here by myself and had such a good experience. Maddy was my server and she was so sweet, attentive, and fast with everything. The food came out fresh and seasoned perfectly, and the atmosphere was chill and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back — it’s a great spot to eat alone and just enjoy good food and good vibes.
Went there for crawfish but supply did not come in because of the cold weather. So we tried their shrimp, mussels and crab legs for the first time and it did not disappoint. The signature sauce is our favorite! We’re excited for the Bellaire branch opening at the end of this month!
Omg!! The best crawfish! The seasoning options are wonderful. The service was so ON POINT. It was a busy weekend and we got our table pretty quickly and our server, Vincent, was friendly and patient. At casual places like this I expect the drinks to just be “okay” but ours were strong and very tasty. So good we ordered some to go. I am already planning the next visit. So many more items on the menu I want to try.
Came here for crawfish and had a great experience. The crawfish were fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Our server Anhthu was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time.
Food came out very quickly. It was hot fresh and tasty! The service was great! The crawfish were BIG and Juicy! Flavor was amazing crawfish was fresh cooked wonderfully!
I loved my first experience here! The assistant manager, Maddy, was so kind to check up on us often. I liked the energy her and our server Braxten gave off. 10/10 service😊
This place was terrific! We had the crawfish with garlic & lemon pepper sauce, medium heat & they were huge! Also had fried fish & shrimp with a side of potato salad & fried rice & garlic noodles. That whole plate was delicious! The place was small but had ample tables. Food was delivered fast & fresh. It's located in a strip mall, so the parking was tight.
An extremely awesome place to eat and unwind. I've tried others (crawfish) and they just didn't come close. Keep up the good work! Just get rid of that mechanical person answering the phone.
The food was good. I ordered a boil with crab and shrimp. The shoulder on the crab was somewhat fishy but the legs were delicious! The rice was tasty minus the bell peppers which are not my favorite. The shrimp were delightful. Nothing was over cooked. The margarita was mid. It had an awkward aftertaste. Gabby was an amazing waitress! Jer recommendations saved me!
Andrew T was an amazing and attentive server with how often he came around to check up on us and how quickly he brought our food out. Maddy was a great help to our experience and made the environment very friendly along with Andrew!
Crawfish beignets are my new favorite treat. Warm squishy savory interior with a crisp sweet crust. Amazing. Add an etoufee where you can actually taste the roux and the love, and you’ve got a flavorful unique local dinner. Bravo!
The experience at Crawfish Cafe was a 10/10 in every way the employees were amazing the food was amazing. Andrew was our server he constantly was asking if we needed anything and placed our order perfectly. Maddie assisted us as well she was super helpful and super welcoming.
Nick was amazing! He put his foot in that Swamp Water drink! The turkey neck was chefs kiss! The flavor of everything was a 10 out of 10!! It gets busy but we went at noon on a Tuesday. Parking is a hassle but they have additional parking in the back which is great. Handicap accessible ramp. 10 out of 10 experience overall! I’ll be back next week!
they sat us close to close and were so kind and gave such great service!!!! the food here is always sooooo delicious we will always go out of our way to eat here so the excellent staff was the cherry on top! highly recommend the boudain egg rolls and any seafood with the grail + texan cajun!
The service was amazing I love how all the server work together to make sure everyone is take care of. It was a my daughter first time at crawfish cafe and we enjoyed or mother daughter outing. Thank for giving an amazing experience.
Crawfish Cafe is an absolute gem for crawfish lovers, and our latest experience only reinforced why it’s our favorite. Flying in from Singapore, we were eager to indulge in some true Houston seafood, and Crawfish Cafe delivered—literally! We ordered 5 pounds each of the Garlic Lemon Pepper Spicy and the House Spicy through Uber Eats, and even via delivery, the flavors were spot on. The Garlic Lemon Pepper Spicy was a perfect balance of zesty citrus, rich garlic, and a fiery kick that kept us coming back for more. Each crawfish was well-seasoned, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The House Spicy was equally impressive, offering a complex mix of Cajun heat with a slightly sweet undertone that made every bite addictive. The spice levels were bold but enjoyable, creating that signature mouthwatering burn that leaves you craving more. Even after a long flight, this meal brought instant satisfaction, making us feel right at home. Crawfish Cafe consistently delivers high-quality crawfish with rich flavors, making it a must-try for seafood lovers. Whether dining in or ordering out, this spot guarantees an unforgettable crawfish feast. We can’t wait for our next order!
This location is by far the best crawfish spot in Houston. From the size of the shrimp to the flavor, they truly know what they’re doing. Earlier in January, the crawfish were a bit smaller, but now they’ve gotten significantly better as the season progresses. I’ve tried several other places, and this is definitely the only one I’ll be sticking with moving forward. Every person I’ve interacted with, both over the phone and in person, has been incredibly kind and welcoming. Their customer service, combined with the quality of their food, makes this place stand out above the rest.
Went for live crawfish last week and I always wait for the season of crawfish just to come to Crawfish Cafe because they never lack in the flavor department! My boil was well seasoned as always, cooked perfectly, and reasonably priced. Always bursting with flavors! Anhthu, my waitress did amazing at tending to my table and making sure we got everything we needed and threw in some lemon slices and extra seasoning on the side. All in all fantastic experience, AS ALWAYS!
As a tourist , this place has amazing seafood boil . Not a high end place by any means , but w very comforting casual family experience that we enjoyed very much . Southern Texas and Louisiana has offered us some very good Cajun food , but the sauces here have been our favorite so far . The headless shrimp was very well cooked and the sauces increased flavor so much . King Crab was a hit and the Caribbean lobster tail was very full of meat . We were extremely pleased with our server Sharee who always had a smile on her face and was full of energy and good vibes . The overall experience is really pleasant and well worth the value . I recommend this place for Seafood Boil .
I read the reviews first, they all were definitely true! Braxton was our server, he was super attentive. He recommended we get the kickin Cajun sauce hot on the crab and crawfish which was beyond good, I rate this restaurant a 10/10. The flavor was delicious, the seafood was fresh to taste. The crawfish are indeed very small, but the flavor and tenderness was there for sure! I will be going back for more!! Over all experience was great and we had spent about $145 for two adults and a baby, I will say prices are reasonable and spot was for certain giving “RAGIN CANUN” sooooo good! Made my day and satisfied my craving to say the very least. You will not be dissatisfied coming from a seafood lover! Very clean establishment and they have tables inside and outside as well. Food came out fast, hot, no issues at all. Thank you Crawfish Cafe for a great first time experience!!!!
This place was so good. We started off with crawfish beignets, which were fried dough stuffed with a savory crawfish filling. They had some cajun seasoning on top so it had a nice little kick. For our mains, I got a fried platter with catfish and shrimp, and my girlfriend got 2lbs of crawfish. My fish tasted fresh, and I was surprisingly very impressed by the garlic noodles I got on the side. The noodles were honestly the best part, I was pretty shocked by how good they were. The crawfish were large and they seasoned very well, according to my partner. Our service was good too, our waitress checked on us pretty frequently and was quick to do water refills. I will be coming back to try something else - so much of the stuff on the menu looked good I could almost could not decide what I wanted. Overall great experience.
Loved all the Thai basil flavors. The cooked oysters are delicious in both flavors (Vietnam style with garlic, and New Orleans style with cheese), and the raw ones are just fine. The boiled seafood tastes good with garlic butter and Thai basil sauce (The Grail house special sauce), and spicy level is not high. Service quality varies a lot depending on the server.
The waiters are pleasant and timely. My family and I enjoyed our visit there. We will definitely be back!! If have not been there! I definitely recommend this place. The parking is very limited, so make sure you don’t park in other businesses parking or your car will be towed.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | A Flavor Explosion in The Heights! If you’re looking for that authentic Viet-Cajun soul in the heart of The Heights, Crawfish Cafe is absolutely hitting the mark. We kicked things off with the Crawfish Beignets and the Shrimp Garlic Noodles, and both were incredible starters. The beignets were fluffy and savory, while the garlic noodles provided that perfect, buttery comfort to get us ready for the heat. For the main event, we dove straight into the 1lb Spicy Viet-Cajun Basil Crawfish and the Fish and Chips with sweet potato Cajun fries. The crawfish were spectacular—the aromatic basil mixed with that signature spicy kick is exactly what Viet-Cajun is all about. However, the real sleeper hit was the fish; it was incredibly fresh and flaky, easily becoming my favorite part of the entire meal. Paired with those sweet and spicy fries, it was a total knockout. This is the ultimate spot if you crave bold, aromatic flavors and a great atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a massive feast before Lent or a solid seafood fix on a Friday, I highly recommend checking them out. Just be prepared to get your hands a little dirty!
My friend and I come here for our usual hangout ! I love love the oysters, corn in a cup, fried okra and the calamari. The lychee drinks are amazing!!! Our server Bao was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and got the job done!! My friend got the crawfish! Which she said was very fresh !!
When we arrived we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. It actually only took about 7 minutes for us to be seated. We were greatted promptly and our food and drinks came out super fast for how busy they were. I had the garlic noodles with crawfish and it was delicious. 10/10 though they are on the pricy side.
Man this place is by far the best overall experience ever! Food, service, vibes; I wish I could carry this experience with me everywhere I go! It speaks volumes about the leadership! I ordered the flounder with gumbo and garlic noodles, and a lb of grail crawfish 🦞!!! BIG BACK!!! Dancing and singing while eating was an understatement!! GO! ORDER IT!!! Don’t second guess it!! Just don’t sit by that air vent unless it’s mid July or August!! Yeesh!!!
We love this place! It can get busy so be prepared to wait a bit. You can sit in your car and wait for them to text you when the table is ready but have to check in at the front. Danny was our server and he was great - really friendly, checked in frequently and had great recommendations.
Crawfish Cafe is hands down one of the BEST crawfish spots in Houston. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is energetic and fun, and the service is fast, friendly, and on point. The crawfish are always perfectly cooked—juicy, tender, and generously seasoned. Their signature Cajun-style sauce is unmatched: bold, garlicky, buttery, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can really tell they don’t cut corners here. The spice levels are customizable and actually accurate (which is rare), so whether you like a mild kick or full-on heat, they deliver exactly what you ask for. The sides are just as good—the corn, potatoes, and sausage soak up all that amazing flavor, and the portion sizes are more than fair for the price. This is the kind of place you bring friends to, roll up your sleeves, and enjoy a full-on crawfish feast. Consistent quality, incredible flavor, and a great atmosphere every single time. If you’re craving crawfish or Cajun seafood, Crawfish Cafe is a MUST. I’ll be coming back again and again. 🦞🔥
I don't know how to give more than five stars. I should have known when I pulled up and there was no parking at 3:00 in the afternoon I walked in and didn't know what I was doing. Everybody else clearly knew that With a touch of class they got me pointed in the right direction . I asked for what was recommended and I got exactly that. Crawfish shrimp crab legs corn potatoes. And they're not afraid to put the real spice on it. Beignets with ice cream, we're amazing. I'll be back
Danny was absolutely AMAZING and made the entire experience top-tier from start to finish. The service was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. The food was a 100/10 across the board—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. But the oysters? Easily top 10 I’ve ever had—fresh, clean, and prepared just right. This was one of those meals you keep thinking about after you leave. Between the incredible food and Danny’s outstanding service, this place is definitely a must-visit and I can’t wait to come back.
From the moment I stepped inside, the room telegraphed confidence, the kind that only comes from a kitchen that knows exactly what it’s doing. The food arrived unmistakably fresh, vibrant in both aroma and execution, and it delivered on every promise that first impression made. I ordered the Smack Pack, and it lived up to its name. The flavors were bold yet balanced, thoughtfully layered. Presentation was sharp and intentional, elevating the dish beyond comfort food into something memorable. Just as impressive was the service: attentive, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, rounding out an experience that felt polished but never pretentious. It’s worth noting that peak hours come with the usual urban trade-offs, tight parking and a short wait for seating, but those minor inconveniences fade quickly once the food hits the table. All things considered, this is a place that earns its reputation and rewards the patient diner. Highly recommended.
It’s our 2nd time at Crawfish Cafe but our 1st time dining in today and Mr. Danny made sure we had a great time. He was so warm and patient with us and always checked in on us. He also explained everything to us like what’s included in the fried rice and if it was okay with us. We really enjoyed our food, everything was delicious. Serving was plenty. We’d definitely be back.
I never even heard of this place but I was next for getting my flag and they had IT issues with my glasses, I originally came for a drink because of how convenient it was to drown my sorrows lol but I’m glad I accidentally came here. Star took my order and Krissy gave me my order and these women and their great customer service needs recognition! I’ll definitely be back
The food here was immaculate. The service was just as amazing. I highly recommend trying them out you will not be disappointed. The menu is very extensive in there so many options. I got combo number one and added sausage. That was the most delightful meal I had in a while. Keep up the good work Five Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I wanted some good Cajun rice and this place didn't disappoint! Everything was fresh and cooked well. I also ordered the salt and pepper wings. I hate wet wings, I'm more of a dry rub girl so I was expecting them to come out a little crispier with sliced onions, not chopped. I wouldn't order them again but the flavor was pretty good. There are so many menu options so I'm sure I'll be visiting again soon to try something new.
I’ve had takeout from this place, and every time I'm blown away by the delicious flavors they deliver. Their expertise in blending spices truly shines through in every dish, adding just the right amount of heat and depth to the meal. The crawfish, in particular, was a standout—perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and seasoned to perfection. It's clear they know exactly how to balance spice and savor to enhance the natural taste of their ingredients. Every order leaves me thoroughly satisfied, and I always look forward to my next takeout experience!

This place is a great stop for really flavourful cajun food. Decent prices, and a staff with an overall awesome attitude.
My wife loves crawfish, so we decided to try out this spot on Shepherd after hearing some recommendations. The place has a nice atmosphere, and the service was decent, though it could have been a bit better. The food took longer than expected to arrive, especially considering it wasn’t very busy at the time. The flavor of the crawfish was different—not bad, just different. While it’s not my top choice for crawfish, it’s still worth a visit if you live in the area, though there are other places where the flavor stands out more.
Came for crawfish in mid Feb. Chose this place for their extensive menu. Crawfish weren't super big. But thats a timing of the season. The spicy hot is the way to go. Basil Thai shrimp were good but a bit over boiled. Margarita was a base mix and just ok. But also half off, so keeper coming.
Here’s what we ordered: 🧡 Crawfish egg rolls, served with spicy aioli sauce $8.99 💙 BLACKENED SHRIMP TACOS - $13.99 BLACKENED SHRIMP, PICKLED ONIONS, PICO, FLAKY TORTILLA, CHIPOTLE TARTAR AND FRIED RICE 🔶 SMACK PACK - 18.99 + $2 to upgrade to garlic 🧄 noodles 🍜. CAJUN RICE (we subbed out the ride for noodles) SHRIMP, CORN, POTATO, SAUSAGE (we removed this from our order) | BOILED EGG / SMACK SAUCE 🔷 Peach 🍑 Frozen Margarita, $7.50 🔶 Coke, $2.85 ✅ Great customer service from our server Tran 🖤 ✅ We were seated immediately (party of 2) ✅ Reasonably priced food ✅ The food is prepared and served quickly, most of it was flavorful. ✅ Indoor and outdoor seating ✅ I recommend and plan to return ✅ Spacious 🤩 The crawfish egg rolls and blackened shrimp 🍤 🌮 tacos were my favorite 🧐 I did NOT like the fried rice that came with the tacos. The flavor was weird. 🧐Parking may be challenging. Spots may be available in the small attached strip mall lot. The spots are very narrow! If you drive a large truck your vehicle won’t fit comfortably. At the time of posting, I dined here once on Friday, May 24 at 12:40 pm.
The place was spacious with a nice environment, and the servers were really friendly and understanding. I ordered the Bird Pack, which came with a generous portion of fried rice, one corn, one potato, two sausages, and six flavored wings. The Honey Hot wings were my favorite — great flavor and perfectly cooked. The potato, however, tasted a bit off and didn’t have much seasoning. I also tried the Cajun fries, which came in a big portion, and the garlic noodles, which were just okay. Overall, not a bad spot for dining in and enjoying a variety of flavorful dishes.
We had an amazing experience at Crawfish Cafe! We ordered 2 pounds of live crawfish, 1 pound of New Zealand mussels, a seafood gumbo, 1 pound of snow crab legs, and a Caribbean lobster tail. I chose the garlic butter flavor for the crawfish, and everything was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned, rich, and fresh. The prices were very fair for the quality and amount of seafood we got. The crawfish was $19.98 for 2 pounds, which is a great deal, especially for live, fresh crawfish. The Caribbean lobster tail was $43.99 — a bit on the higher side, but completely worth it considering the size, flavor, and how well it was cooked. The snow crab legs were $39.99 for a pound, and they were meaty and full of flavor. One thing to note: this place is very busy, especially during dinner hours, and finding parking can be very difficult. I recommend arriving a little early if you want to avoid waiting too long for a spot or a table. Overall, everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant had a lively, casual atmosphere. I highly recommend Crawfish Cafe if you’re looking for good seafood at reasonable prices with amazing flavors!
Long wait. Put yourself down on the wait and come back when they text. Shrimp was bad. Some of the better crawfish I've had. Nice sweet flavor. Overall, need more sauce. Price was good. fries too salty
popular crawfish and seafood. This place is very popular so there’s usually a wait of 30-45 min during dinner time. There are now picnic tables to wait outside in the parking lot, however people still seem to want to crowd the entrance. Check out the menu while waiting. Once seated, try to order as soon as you can so you can get your order in. The service is friendly and do their best but they are busy. The main focus is crawfish but some of their other items are pretty good. The fried okra was better than other places. The Thai Basil flavor for crawfish / seafood is a must try. The Grail which is a mix of Thai Basil and garlic butter is also a great flavor to get. The vibe is loud, open and airy. This is not the place for chit chat because it’s difficult to hear anything else but the sound of yourself eating crawfish.
The atmosphere was good. I really like our waitress. Very good attitude. The was on point we tried several items and was impressed. Definitely return. The parking lot is better suited for small cars .... Big trucks be careful.... Other than this good food stop. 9/3/24 Returned.... Admittedly the parking for large trucks isn't good... Is probably the only draw back. Overall the food is really good. The crawfish toast actually got better. They are not afraid of seasoning on the food and they have gone from can side to the fountain drinks. Now you can have refills without extra charges. Price is still about 35 per person. Our server was great . She had a really good attitude. ... Definitely a good stop.
Service here is pretty good and the place is very clean. The grilled oysters were fresh and nice sized. The shrimp fried rice or whatever it was called didn't have any flavor. The New Orleans Barbecue shrimp were not true to their name and they were slightly overcooked. Would try them again and select different options.
The crawfish etouffee from here was seasoned extremely well with excellent portion size. I would re-visit here for this dish alone! The boiled crawfish was good as well. Only feedback is... wish there was better bundle deals for the boils. For example, crawfish, potatoe, and corn for a set amount. Other then that, highly recommend this place!

I’ve heard about this place for a while so I figured I’d finally give it a try. I thought the crawfish cheese bread and the Cajun buffalo were super good. BUT the crawfish was super disappointing. They were small and the tails had no flavor. My bill was like $90 for 2 apps, 4 pounds of crawfish and 2 sodas. I’m glad I tried it finally but I will not be going back and spending that much for only my appetizers to be good.
Tried this place out and the signature sauce wasn’t very good as it was too sweet. The manager was nice and didn’t have a problem helping us. The chargrilled oysters were really good but the New Orleans Shrimp were tough. Their flavor was okay. You get one small piece of sausage for $5.99.
Their crawish is great but the service is below mediocre. Upon walking in you can notice majority of unhappy individuals (employees that is, definitely Not the customers). I had a to-go order this time for pickup on curbside. Called the number and operator transferred me to the curbside, it rings once and goes to "call back again later". I called again and same thing happened. I went inside and over the course of 20 minutes i have told 3 different people that I'm trying to pick up a simple order of 4lb of crawfish. Every single one told me they would let me know. I stood in the same spot and watch them run around. Had to come up to the front desk to check and they even gave me attitude "when it's ready we'll call you". Then i noticed a few bags on the to-go rack, people came in and one bag was left. I came in again and said "maybe that's my order"? They asked for the last 4 digits of the phone number and gave it to me smiling. Clearly they never called me and never would have called me, either! I understand busy, but to give an attitude when you're clearly not capable of executing a simple "call you when it's ready" task, then do not not talk down to people! You can have the best food in town, but if you cant train your people or have an effective system that works you will only hurt your reputation!
*7 September 2025* Visiting from Atlanta. I told my friend that instead of Sunday brunch, I wanted to get a boil bag instead, so he brought me here. I've had better boil bags than this spot. My boil bag contained snow crab legs, shrimp, eggs, potato, and corn. Seasoning could have been more potent. Their melted butter that came on the side really came in handy. My garlic noodles were the star of the show. Now that was good and well-seasoned. The beignets were disappointing. The calamari was good, but I didn't eat too much because I didn't want to get stuffed before my boil bag came out. Our cocktail was bomb, though. I forgot the name of it, but our waiter recommended it. It was the one with rum in it. My friend is a simple, basic, and scary eater, so he played it safe and stuck with shrimp and grits. If I were to come back, it would be for the garlic noodles and that same cocktail.

The crawfish were very, very greasy. The Cajun rice was bland and lacking flavor. The restaurant has other options that are decent, but these two items missed the mark.
We went to this restaurant based on the reviews and I will say I was rather disappointed. We ordered oyster nachos, fried catfish plate with potatoes and corn, king crab legs, and fried rice. The pros: the environment is clean for the most part. It’s a friendly atmosphere. The oyster nachos were AMAZING and the fried rice had a very good flavor. The cons: We we’re extremely disappointed with the quantity vs the price for king crab legs. $69.99 for 2 crab legs is very overpriced. The catfish was well seasoned and cooked perfect but once again overpriced for the quantity ($18.99 for two small pieces). I was very surprised that corn and potatoes were overboiled and had no seasoning at all, not even butter. The potatoes were not the mini red ones they were whole, unseasoned red potatoes 🤮. I’m not sure if this is a health violation or not but I feel it is as none of the Tabasco sauces had a lid on them. I was hesitant to use ours so I looked around at other tables to check and out of 6 tables only 1 table had a hot sauce with a lid which is pretty disgusting. The service was mediocre. Our waitress was friendly but for some reason everyone that served us our food always left the food at the opposite end of the table that we were sitting at or rudely reached over us to throw food on the table. The staff that brought the food out seemed angry for some reason and I was never offered a refill on my drink. Overall we weren’t impressed and won’t be returning.
This used to be my favorite place but they changed the menu. The only server that is good and attentive is the African American gentlemen. Everyone else needs better training. I didn’t enjoy my food last night. The music is awfully loud. Im probably going to back one last time to use my points but quality is not the same as before and they took away the queso.
I really was hoping for a good experience here due to the reviews but unfortunately it wasn’t. Server took a while to take our order and he wasn’t very attentive. When our food came out it was warm not HOT. Even the turkey necks were cold on one side and hot on the other. The seafood was extremely warm to slightly cold. Very disappointed and spent over $150 at this location. I would say that the crawfish cheese bread was great and served freshly HOT. Don’t think me and my family would return back again.
My husband and I had lunch here yesterday, not that impressed, the crawfish was ok, needed more seasoning. Plus you have to buy everything separately, like you want corn, it's additional cost, you want sausage, just add it for a cost, you want melted BUTTER, it's extra 50 cents. This place is definitely not as good as Cajun crawfish in veterans, they have better seasonings in crawfish and guess what, if you order crawfish it's COMES with potatoes, corn, and sausage, WHAT?? yep and butter, get this, is FREE... the waitress was ok
I was very disappointed with my experience. The food was bland, and even the “hot” seasoning tasted as though there was no spice at all. Paying nearly $50 for a half-pound of crawfish and one cluster felt unreasonable. If an item is listed as market price, servers should clearly inform guests of the actual cost before ordering. Additionally, our server was not as attentive as expected, which further impacted the experience. Overall, I did not enjoy my visit—the only standout item was the crawfish cheese bread.

Unimpressed with the food. The sausage po boy was burnt the gumbo was ok but it only included sausage. The cheese on the crawfish bread was very thick and filled with bell peppers. My friend had the garlic noodles with crawfish, corn , sausage and potatoes and was not pleased. I’m not a fan of flavored seafood so there was no need to waste more money. Overall, I left the restaurant unsatisfied 👎🏾
