The basmati rice, hummus, falafel, everything was so good!! The restaurant was so pretty, it had beautiful art on the walls and the lamps were so intricate and beautiful. This is a colorful restaurant with great service and great food, even being vegetarian! Wonderful place!

First I have to start with the ambience, beautiful place. Excellent for a date night good lighting, parking is a dream, smells great and checks off all the boxes on that front. Next we have the service, we were politely greeted and sat. Miss Alexa (our server) was extremely attentive, and very helpful with the menu. She quickly grabbed our drinks and made sure to check up on us reasonably. I mean they take the service so seriously that even the owner wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty (He also stopped by our table to check on us). There was almost no way possible for them to fail on the service because everyone was so polite and reactive to the patrons. Then the portions, HOLY MOLY, they do not skimp out at this place. I have experienced large portions at other Mediterranean restaurants, but it’s usually the rice, or the food is bland. No this place has perfected flavor (we’ll get to that in a moment). AND they still serve plenty. Let’s just say if it wasn’t so delicious, I wouldn’t have been able to finish! Then, the hookah - freshly made hookah , Carlos did a fantastic job attending to us and recommending custom flavors. It was smooth, and it lasted before, during , and after the meal. Finally the taste; I can’t tell you how many times we had to just close our eyes and experience the food. The table was nonstop “mmmm”’s and “wow”’s. I had the hummus, the basmati rice, and the chicken, lamb, and kebob, (and a shawarma because why not maximize my experience). My personal favorite was the hummus/kebob combo and the Shawarma. I mean when I say delicious I mean next level. Bonus; TRY THE EMONADE, I had the mango and it just melts in your mouth and refreshes your pallet. I couldn’t stop drinking I had to order two! All in all this place is a hidden gem, and one of my new favorites. Excellent work on the staff getting it right where so many others fail. Ownership hit the ball out of the park with everything from service, to ambience, to food quality. Alexa - you are my new favorite waitress. The sweetest and most polite young lady. So attentive, you can tell everyone at this place takes pride in what they do. THAT makes all the difference. If I could give 10 stars I would. Date night, quick snack, dinner with friends, whatever you’re looking for, Fairouz will exceed expectations. Don’t skip this place, or you will have missed out on an incredible experience.

They specialize in Middle Eastern food, served in a very simple setting but full of bold, comforting flavors. We let ourselves be guided by our lovely server, who took great care of our table, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The sharing mix was perfect as appetizers for two, and then, following her recommendation, we ordered the lamb chops, which were absolutely delicious. Nice Mediterranean Restaurant. Food was good (above average). The chicken I had was very good; it was juicy, tender and full of flavor. The hummus is different, creamier, from the restaurants I've been to in the past and the Baba Ganoush was well prepared. The atmosphere is Middle Eastern in style and the dining room was clean as were the restrooms. They also have a large outdoor eating area that was clean and inviting. The menu has a variety of options and the food is fairly priced. I ordered takeout and the food was ready upon arrival, even though I arrived a little early. The wait staff who attended me was very courteous and professional. I gave it five stars because I wasn't able to rate with a decimal. But I would give it a 4.7 ⭐ rating. It's not considered "fine dining" but it was more than a "fine" experience.

Tried this spot out for our date night, we absolutely both loved it (it was my other half’s first time trying Mediterranean) we absolutely loved everything from the start. The atmosphere was lively and the wait staff was so friendly we shared some samosas which were delicious then our meal filled with a variety of great eats & sides. We ended the meal with some amazing dessert and an Oreo cookie shake that was so good! It was our first time visiting and we definitely will return, I loved ending the night walking thru an ally they decorated filled with colorful lights and decor it truly was a great experience 🤍 to end I just want to say you definitely get a lot for your money since everything is priced very reasonably try them out!

The food was very good (except the fries had zero salt and there was no salt or pepper on any of the tables), the restaurant was clean and very well decorated. It felt immersive, culturally speaking. The waitress we had was very friendly and attentive. Where this restaurant falls short is the automatic gratuity of 15% (no matter what party size) and a mandatory 4% charge if using a credit card. We also asked for water. Bottled water was brought to the table, and we were charged $2 per bottle. The waitress never asked if we wanted tap or bottled. That’s generally a question that should be asked. We felt like everything was nickeled and dimed. We enjoyed it, but probably won’t go back.

The overall quality of the food was high and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. While the service was okay, we were given the wrong side dish for our main course. However, this was not a major issue, and it did not detract from our enjoyment of the meal. Overall, we had a very positive impression of this place, and I am already planning to come back. If you're looking for a cozy, atmospheric restaurant with great food and good music, this is definitely a place worth checking out. ____ That text above is my review that I left when I went to this place for the first time. Four months later, they don't have flowers on tables anymore, but that is not an issue. Their service is an issue in itself. We went here a few times during these four months, and they were always slow to cook our order, but the last time was just a nightmare. It was an ordinary workday evening, and they were not overloaded with customers. But somehow, we were waiting for our order (for two people) for an hour! The waiter never approached us to check if we were okay or to apologize for the delay. Then we stopped him and asked about our order, emphasizing that we had been waiting for 40 minutes so far. He just stuttered quietly and said something like, "Normally it doesn't take so long," and then walked away. There were no apologies or an approximate time given. We waited another 20 minutes, unsure if we would receive anything at all. We were about to go to another place when suddenly our order arrived. Once again, no "sorry" was said. At this point, we were very upset and didn't enjoy the food, despite the fact that it was okay. When we asked for the bill, the waiter casually told us that the tea was not included because we had waited for so long. He then disappeared with the credit card for another 20 minutes. 😂😂😂😂 Thanks for the tea, I guess, but we didn't witness any verbal apologies or any other means of expressing care for customers from the staff. The way he mentioned the tea was not really respectful, and it gave us the feeling that if we had just waited in silence, our wait time wouldn't have mattered to them. It feels drastically unfair and upsetting because when we first came here, the owner of the restaurant approached us several times to ask if we enjoyed the meal, had small talk with us, and even gave us a complimentary dessert. He then asked us to give them a good review, and of course, we did it, like anyone else. That's why you can see so many good reviews here. But now we have a feeling that as soon as they received enough good reviews, they don't care about the quality of service anymore. It's a common phenomenon for a place to be excellent just after opening but to decline over time. In the case of Fairouz, its downfall (at least for us) took only four months. We will not be visiting this place anymore.

My second visit to this place. Quite ambience. Good service but unfortunately food wasn’t even half as good as the first time around! Kebabs were chewy poorly spiced and just lack good flavor.

Regrettably I have to change my review. I ordered doordash yesterday and they shorted me a whole dish in my order which was upsetting. And today we went to pick up the Shawarma directly and it really wasn't I wasn't as good ..it had unedible meat throughout the whole thing. On top of that we called back to back several times yesterday and today (to order) and the voicemail is full . Baffling how they run a business like this. I wonder if it's new management. My old review: I don't often get shawarmas because a lot of times when the bread is not fresh it's kind of chewy and it's like a workout. But I just had the most amazing Shawarma from this place I got the beef one it was so delicious can't recommend enough!

The service is good But the food is not good at all. Worst tabouli , the pita bread is like plastic , the yogurt and the hot sause are just plain and the biggest let down was the grilled chicken even though it is well grilled, But it has No flavor what so ever it's like it was never marinated no spices no salt and it's a little dry. The only good food we had is the red meat, meat was marinated and cooked just right and tasted really good.

I saw this place had 4.6 stars and thought wow. Baba ganoush, hummus, cold. Greek salad on the bland side, and if you ask for the chicken it's curry chicken. Was not at all what I expected. The bread was a little warm, so i guess thats good. The sampler, 2 greek salads, and 2 mineral waters $64:(.

Beware: they add a tip onto your check regardless of the quality of the service you received. See pictures, we were a party of 2. The gyro meat looked like thinly sliced spam and not typical gyro meat from most places. The falafel was hot and had little flavor. The fries were tasty, the service was good and the place was clean.

The young lady got my order wrong over the phone, and to rectify the situation, she overcharged me. The plate I wanted was 15$, and she charged me again when they gave me the correct plate. I didn't argue with the lady. The place seemed dead, and they probably do this type of stuff all the time just to try and stay open.

Absolutely terrible experience. The Mixed Grilled Beef and Chicken was bone dry, tasteless, and clearly overcooked, while the Arayes was dripping with grease and almost inedible. On top of that, the prices are ridiculously high for such poor quality food. This place is completely overpriced and not worth the money or the visit

We came in with my family, and no one was there to seat us, so we seated ourselves. We waited for a couple of minutes before a young lady asked if we had been helped, and we said no. She gave us menus, and we were ready to order, but we continued waiting for quite some time without any service. After waiting a while longer, we decided to leave and go somewhere else where we could be properly served. There were only 13 people in the restaurant that day, so it did not appear to be an issue of them being busy. As we started walking toward the door, someone finally asked if we needed help. By that point, we had already waited a significant amount of time and were disappointed with how we were treated.

NOT WEALTHY. This was my first & last time to visit this restaurant. First, they are so so so slow. Second, the appetizers come after the main dish at the end after we finish our main dish. The food is poor quality. The cost for the food is not deserve it at all. They didn’t mentioned that there is extra for the frise with Shawarma!!!!! They took for the fries 12$ + 4$ for the Shawarma. The mix grilled supposed to be for 2 persons but the amount is for 1 person only. I don’t recommend to go over and eat. Very poor service. Poor food quality & doesn’t deserve the amount $113 not wealthy.
