⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Service Alert! I stopped by Frenchy’s at 18420 FM 529 in Cypress after church today and experienced world-class customer service in the drive-thru! Nicole took my order and immediately stood out with her high-vibrational energy — she was kind, pleasant, smiling, and genuinely uplifting. She made me feel amazing before I even got my food! If it were up to me, I’d give her a $5 raise on the spot or promote her to manager — seriously, she’s that good. Thank you, Nicole, for your exceptional service and positive spirit. The world needs more Nicole!

This was my first visit to Frenchy's & it was defintely impressive! From the moment I walked in, Stacie, the cashier, was very warm and welcoming as she greeted me. Her customer service was excellent- she's the type of person who you wish worked everywhere! Seriously, she could speak at workshops/seminars pertaining to customer engagement & service! Also, the restaurant was very clean (including the bathroom). The chicken was flavorful, however the fried fish was my favorite. The peach cobbler was legit, as well. I will be returning to Frenchy's!

I am a usual healthy eater, but Frenchy's is one of my dirty secrets . I love it here don't judge me, I had a craving for some solid fried food and frenchy's didn't disappoint. This new store front restaurant they have is gorgeous on the inside and out great choice of ambiance. Upon entry I was greeted with a huge smile and received great service, the wait was a few minutes. Totally worth it for some extremely fresh food, the chicken and shrimp were cooked throroughly and the fries were crunchy and flavorful. My only desire would have been that they let the food fry a tad bit longer for more crisp! I was extremely satisfied and will be back in a couple months

Food: The chicken was very good. It was hot, fresh, tender and juicy. The skin was crispy and it reminded me of the old fashion shake and bake (not the current version) which was very good. The fries were hot and crispy with a seasoning. The potatoes tasted like a roast beef sandwich. The food was simple buts solid. I do strongly suggest better forks. It is very hard to eat chicken with a flimsy spork. Service: This needs some improvement. The lady taking the order was so quiet that I could barely hear her. Another lady was rude and put off when I asked for a fork. Atmosphere: very clean and separate from the gas station, they were not connected inside. There are plenty of tables to eat there. The restrooms were also very clean. Overall, solid option to grab chicken. We will review again and update to confirm consistency.

Went to this Frenchy's to try out their chicken. It wasn't all that good. It sure didn't match up with the hype. They must be killing bantam chickens, because all of the pieces were very small. The white meat was way overcooked and dry. If they are trying to hold their pricing down by downsizing the portion sizes it is, in my opinion, not a good resolution. Serve full sized portions and charge a little more----I would rather do that than get a small thigh that looks like it came off a pigeon!!!!! Just my opinion...

While the food is always good please double check your orders before you leave I ordered tenders they gave me wings instead seems like they always have a hard time paying attention to drive thru orders but the food is always good

3 stars just for the lady at the window showing no personality at all and talking really low. The chicken wings were the smallest I’ve ever seen in life. Whole wings smaller than half a wingstop wing. Flavor is good but overpriced for the portions.

Didn't acknowledge me at window for nearly 10 minutes despite looking at me. When I did get their attention they advised my chicken was still cooking. When I got home I realized I was missing part of my order.

nope. $50 for three small meals and drinks. fish was rubber and tough. not crispy or flaky. I couldn't finish mine, and I hadn't eaten breakfast or lunch, and i am very agreeable with food. You're better off going to Cheddars. You'll spend less for better food, and it's not also a gas station.

Omg horrible!!! Who eats this mess? Seriously! Everything was wrong! The dirty rice stinks!! The mashed potatoes were so nasty! The chicken was dry & not in a strip form I don’t know what that was! NEVER AGAIN! Gross! I want my $12 back! I’m so mad!

Tonight I ordered chicken strips and instead got a five-piece bone-in chicken meal. I also ordered fries , mashed potatoes and rolls that I didn't get . I live too far away to go back. I called to speak to the manager just to let them know that they did a really bad job filling my order and they need to pay more attention. The very young girl who answered the phone responded " I hope calling us and complaining makes you feel better , goodbye ".

I went to this restaurant and the food terrible. The got three orders of the 5 wings. They were cold, fried to hard, oil tasted bad. Also, the fries was cold. I call back and express to the manager Keiori and informed her my issue. She said that I need to come back to the store and bring the food back. I advised that at this point it was trashed and I wasn’t going to drive 20 mins back and with traffic. I asked for her general manager. She stated his name was Via he would call me the next day. I didn’t receive a call back from him. I had to call back to the store. When I did speak with Via he said he couldn’t refund me my money back. That is something they do not do. He could as a courtesy give me 5 wings. I advised I care not to ever eat at this establishment ever again. So, you give me bad food and want me to come back again for more bad food. That is crazy and unacceptable. I will make sure I post on my social media platforms the experience I had. We didn’t reach a resolution.

The taste and quality of this food has gone down, down, down. The chicken thighs were dry. The dirty rice was dry and bland and the red beans were watery and had some store bought sausage cut up inside; not the sausage that the original red beans and rice has. Don’t even mention the prices! I just paid $42.00 for a family meal and the thighs are all super dry. The fries had some store bought season salt on them that wasn’t flavorful AT ALL. I’m not sure if these are new management issues but the taste of this food has gone down terribly and prices are sky high! The food here is nasty and I won’t be going back.
