I have been going to Kelly's country cooking for over 20 years and they still haven't lost their touch! They have the biggest chicken fried steak in town I literally can be split between two people! The service is great, the atmosphere and people are friendly and to themselves and the prices affordable as well! I highly recommend Kelly's country cooking for All to try!

Every day of the week they offer a $13.99 daily special. Your choice of one meat and three sides. I got the baked chicken and dressing for the meat choice and fried okra and 2 broccoli cheese casseroles as the side choices. They baked chicken was seasoned well and the dressing moist. The fried okra was fried perfectly and the broccoli cheese casserole was very good. A great lunch special at a great price. The food was very good and there is always leftovers as the servings are big.

Went there with my family today and twin grandkids. We were about to sit down but we were told to move to the back. Fernando suggested that we go to the back so no one would mess with the kids. Service and the food was awesome. Five stars to Fernando will always recommend this place. It was my birthday. Had an amazing time.

Took breakfast here this morning on the way to Houston Space Centre. The corn beef hash with eggs was excellent and the portion was huge. Pretty good pancakes too. Pricing was fair in my opinion. Recommended

Cheddar burger with bacon, egg and sausage! 😳 It was a mouthful of the best burger I’ve ever had for breakfast! 🤭 The meats, burger patty, bacon and sausage were the best I’ve eaten yet! 😩 Can’t wait to try their other menu options! 🥳

A must try if you're in the area, but also worth planning the drive out to. Prices are low, food is amazing quality, and the portions are LARGE on everything ordered. Food comes out fast staff members are attentive and welcoming. The pictures don't do it justice. Corn bread is Fluffy not dry. Cheddar broccoli soups taste is up to par. Daily specials for 11.99 mix and match any entree from that days special with your choice of two sides. Drinks are your typical fountain drinks. Fried Pickles as an appetizer we couldn't keep our hands off.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Went there while visiting in between flight and cruise. The cost is around the same line as everywhere else I’ve gone, but their portions are about twice even three times the size. I got a chicken fried chicken breast with eggs, biscuit, gravy, hash browns… you know a good ole fried up down home breakfast. I like to believe I have a pretty decent appetite, and so does my 5 foot wife. We both had to take her portions and cut them into half for me and third for her. Nothing fancy about this establishment but food is served in huge portions so if you’re hungry, this is the place to visit! I always bring home leftovers. Food is usually tasty. I just can’t get over the portion sizes served. Just way too much food for one sitting. They sure do deep fry many items on their menu. It would be nice if they added fried brussels sprouts to their menu 🤤.

First time coming to Kelly's I was excited. At first it felt welcoming service was good at this point. Food was served in a timely manner and delicious. The reason I didn't give service or a better rating was due that my friend and I felt rushed eating there. About 10mins in the server she just pops in saying all done here need boxes to go. We just stayed stunned like no we still eating but she insisted like are you sure so we just decided then and there you know what bring two boxes and the check. I was disappointed I was rushed I didn't even get to eat half of my food. Even a table across me that finished their food was there talking when we had just sat in the table and they were not rushed out. We had to honestly finish our food back at home. Even I didn't get to enjoy the ambiance of the place. And the place was not even busy I had seen about 7 tables being used.

I googled tripleD to find a unique, local restaurant and Kelley's came up in the search. I was surprised there are multiple locations, maybe my search result got hacked (sponsored). It definitely seems like a local place and old skool, but the food is boring. Big, but boring.

I am shocked and appalled at how disgustimg this experience at Kelley's was. Kelley's is a name I have known and trusted for my whole life, I have never had a bad experience at the one in La Marque, League City, etc. I was a cook for 12 years of my life, and I would never serve a customer anything this crappy with a good conscience. This time was beyond subpar, it was nowhere what I would call decent food or anything approaching what I expected when I spent the $30 for two meals. The gravy was the consistency of water, the fish was thin and all breading, and cocktail and tartar sauce for the fish were thin and junky as well! Kelley's should do the world a favor and shut this location down if they want to preserve their reputation. I will never go to this location again and will recommend no one I know does either. Garbage!
