I bought a large pepperoni pizza. Began to feel sick immediately afterwards. This pizza gave me food poisoning, vomiting, and diarrhea. My kids are also throwing up too. Never eat here. It's not worth it.

This pizza was disgusting... I ordered a slice and Stix with only cheese and extra cheese... I told them to charge me whatever extra they wanted. I tipped the lady 10$ and told her to please make sure it was correct... this was what I got... and when I took that back to the store and asked the lady what that looked like to her, she said slice and Stix so shamelessly... clearly they got an already cut 6 dollar pizza and sliced the bottom horizontally and called it a "custom" extra cheese pizza... 20 bucks they definitely did not deserve. They did swap it out but the lack of accountability, just own up to a mistake and make it right, don't come with an attitude and arrogance. Terrible... never again will I go there and if I do, I sure as hell ain't tipping a penny. TERRIBLE

Honestly every time I get crazy bread from this place is horrible how can you ever think this bread was finished and then have the audacity to bag it up and sell it they need to learn how to answer a damn phone call no way I should be on hold for 40 mins and counting

The worse place to order food, the worker act like they got no cense no body now nothing with earplugs on no one pay attention to the customer and the waiting time is extremely long I waited hour and half for 2 pizzas is no management no organization the worst

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Little Caesars Pizza at 10100 Beechnut Street, Blg 100 in Houston, TX 77072, and I must say, it was a major letdown. I can confidently give it a one-star rating, and here's why: Firstly, the pizza I received was far from satisfactory. Instead of the standard eight slices, it was cut into four enormous pieces. This not only ruined the enjoyment of sharing a meal with friends, but it also made it challenging to eat. On top of that, the pizza arrived cold, lacking the warmth and freshness one expects from a reputable pizza chain like Little Caesars. Furthermore, I chose to include wings in my order, following the online menu that stated eight wings per serving. However, I was terribly disappointed to find only six wings in the box. Not only were they missing, but they were also old and cold, indicating a major negligence in food quality control. To put it simply, my experience with Little Caesars Pizza at this location was extremely dissatisfying. The poorly sliced, cold pizza, combined with the missing and subpar wings, left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this particular outlet to anyone seeking a satisfying pizza experience.

It's unbelievable this place. I ordered online and they said it would be delivered to my home in an hour. But I got it after an hour and 30 minutes. The pizza late, cold and it was like if someone step on it. This place really sucks I've been in order little Caesars and never had a problem before. But this place it's not that good. Don't deserve my money. Very disappointed.

This location is the closest to my house, I've been here before. It's always super super busy during the evening hours no matter what day. Today was very bad. I ordered online, got my order out of the portal. I rushed out back to the car and drove off and I got to the stoplight. I check my order only to notice that I had a pizza that was not mine. I turned around, return the pizza and then head home only to get home and realize I did not get my marinara sauce. I hate this location and I'm not going back.

Want to see a FAILED Business model, then come look at this location. One of this companies "Marketing Campaigns" is for "Hot N Ready" pizzas, so that customers could quickly pick up a ready made pizza of their choice. I watched as customers left without buying / ordering anything because the areas used to hold the "Hot N Ready" pizzas was EMPTY, and you could NOT get any service. After recently DELETING the Papa John's app, due to the local locations inability to produce a "Consistent " pizza worth eating. I downloaded the Little Caesars App outside this (Little Caesars) stores location and couldn't get my order to go through because the only options given to pay was through "Google Pay". I went inside to see if the order had even gone through, and after waiting I found out it had not and no one in the store seemed to know how their own app functioned. Then they disappeared never to be seen again. If your in the business to sell a product and you have people in your store with money in their pockets to buy product, MAYBE, just MAYBE you should have the products you advertise available and a staff that can man the front counter with more than 1 person. I've also tried to Add a photo but each time I press on the button to "Add photos" it brings me back to this screen instead. I will try to make another effort to show the empty shelves.

Super super busy seems like pretty much always pizzas hit or miss I’ve had it be fine and I’ve had it be pretty gross and cold like it’s been sitting for a while. Service is always pretty poor, the girl was extremely slow with helping anyone or taking orders and standing here eating a popsicle on top of it. Everyone else was not necessarily rude but they never seem to care about your presence, I’ll put it that way. Ridiculous. Order was an hour late on top of it.

We ordered this pizza a couple minutes ago and as my brother was eating it he saw a hair on his pizza. We thought it might’ve been his hair that fell on his pizza, but as I was eating mine it had a hair cooked inside the pizza. Disgusting 😡

I made an order online, walked into this establishment, the lobby is full and nobody is at the register for at least 30 mins.. ppl walking by the register with there finger up telling us to hold on… uhm no, give me the food that I paid for! If I hadn’t already made an online order I would’ve BEEN walked out I then got mad and started yelling for somebody to come to the front and nobody still came to the register… 45 mins waiting, by the time I left, there was at least 15 ppl in the lobby.. they put ppl order in that portal and gave nobody codes to get there food.. you’ll do better going to the one on westheimer
