This has been my favorite Subway location for over ten years. I pick up from here regularly. I have some mobility issues and they have always been willing to walk the food to the curb so that I don't have to drag my rollator out of the truck. Though I'm not sure that anyone here has English as their first language, I don't speak Spanish and have never had a problem with my order. Highly recommend.

Every time I go to this subway my food is always fresh and good the only thing is the sidewalk is full of homeless people or someone selling

I order from here 2-3 times a week as this place is within walking distance for me. Service is very good... they know me by name now. During covid they are being as careful as they can... only a few spread-out tables and all employees wearing masks. At this time they have a special with $5 footlongs if you order via the app.

The lemon pepper wings fried in beef tallow is a hit. So delicious. Having dropped seed oil from my diet, its so great to have a restaurant that understand this and serve food to this demographic. A note though. For some reason, the wings from Kirby location is way better than the Greenway location, just across the freeway! Management team, please work with the Greenway location to improve this. I deliberately order only from the Kirby location.

Omg what an amazing experience was had here! Wonderful vibes! Extraordinary service. And great food! Had the rib eye steak and was slightly unpleased with the texture and with no questions asked my server Hope and manager Sergio returned the steak and brought me a delicious perfectly made steak to my likings in a timely fashion. Hope even treated me and my date with a complimentary cookie and ice cream skillet to top things off! Haven’t had great service like this in such a long time! This is a gem! Highly recommend and will be back!

The food was packed with flavor. It was so good I started eating it before taking the picture, pardon the couple of bites from the burger and missing piece from the pretzel. The server Ty was awesome her knowledge of the menu and friendly conversation made the afternoon perfect. Thank you I will return.

I stumbled upon this place the week I moved to the Rice Village area 2 years ago and I am now easily considered a "regular". The food is so good I've tried almost everything on the menu and haven't had a bad meal yet. The daily specials are phenomenal and my week usually revolves around the Taco Tuesday special. The atmosphere is perfect for after work beers, date night, or game day and the staff is just incredible (Shoutout Claire!) They really just want to make sure you have a good experience no matter what you are there for!

Went for lunch to try out this new spot in Greenway and wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff was very nice and the manager was super friendly. The food was amazing. I had the kabobs and my friend had the Shawarma wrap. Both were delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back for lunch, and I heard their brunch is great too, so we’re planning to try that next time.

On the Kirb has a great happy hour!! We went to have a couple of drinks and some appetizers. Let my start by saying the hibiscus margaritas were absolutely delicious!! That giant pretzel was so perfect and absolutely out of this world. The brick oven pizza was so delicious and that crust was perfect. Nachos were good too. Out waitress was very polite and always making sure we didn't need anything. Fantastic place I would definitely go back when I come to Houston!

We first came to On the Kirk Saturday night for cocktails and wine. We are in Houston for my treatment at MD Anderson. Well the place is fantastic. Idelea was the bartender and a very friendly who provided great service. The House Red was fantastic and my wife loved it. I had several Ranch waters. Idelea convinced me to try a Ranch Water with Tito’s vodka vs tequila. Well since I prefer vodka it was a great switch. We had brunch on Sunday and the skillets are amazing and perfection. Madeline was our bartender. She’s here from Ireland for the summer. She’s outstanding as well! We came back again to close out Sunday Funday! This will be my new favorite bar to visit when I am back in Houston. Great music, friendly staff and outstanding menu! You will not be disappointed by stopping by.

Absolutely delicious and a fantastic place! The food at On The Kirb is fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The restaurant is very well run and well maintained. The staff is attentive and professional—so much so that the manager personally came to our table to check on our experience, which I truly appreciated. Kudos to the kitchen manager and all of his team, Juan Hernandez. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly, and the entire location is spotless. I highly recommend this place—it truly rocks!

We stopped in here to beat the 5 pm Kirby rush hour traffic. It just so happened that they were having happy hour! This place is fantastic. I truly can't get enough of them homemade tortilla chips that were thick, crispy and hot. Along with their queso dip. It's creamy and has a thick consistency, but is easy enough to scoop up. I honestly would order two more rounds of their queso dip if it wasn't for all the food we ordered. The custom made pizza is delicious. They throw this light dough pizza in the brick oven and it comes out crispy and fluffy. We built our own pizza, but maybe we will not add the Italian Sausage on the next round. It made the pizza a bit saltier. The staff here provides great service. The parking here is not so great if you come around dinner time. The lot is limited, but there is street parking. We love that everything here is organic and we didn't feel so heavy after the visit.

Banana bread pudding is the best I have ever tried. The bread pudding is double-stacked with two breads. Both the top and bottom part of the bread is pan-fried to very crispy. The bread is soft inside, it is moist and soaked up the custard but it is still with good texture, it does not become mushy. Besides that, there are banana cube glazed with a crispy caramel layer on the top surrounded the bread. The syrup is sweat to its perfection and with a smooth cinnamon flavor. The bread pudding is sooooo good that I really want to have one everyday! The food ingredients are with high quality here. The wings are organic that you can really tell the difference. They are good size, juicy and meaty! I had the baked garlic parmesan, so good! Tacos are also impressive. I tried shrimp and beef taco with lettuce wrap instead of the regular tortilla. The ground beef smells so good and for the shrimp taco they have 3 jumbo grilled shrimp in the taco. Both tacos are so flavorful and so fresh. Highly recommended! The burger is next level! The bun has a dense texture and rich with egg aroma. Beef patty superb! We have the grilled asparagus on the side and it is also very tasty!

We decided to try it out for my sisters birthday and very glad we did. The pizza could of had a better crust but it was piled high with topping. The bacon was nice and crisp. It could definitely feed about 3 maybe 4 people easily. The burger was delicious and the fries were amazing. She said the steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. We also had a Bloody Mary, good and spicy and a Michelada.

So happy to find an eatery that serves great quality food late! An upscale sports bar with a warm energy to its ambience but without being stuffy or pretentious. The food tasted fresh, flavorful, and delicious. My Truffle Fries were among the best I've ever had! I also chose grilled shrimp tacos, which were also tasty and filling. I sampled two of their specialty cocktails, which were unique, fresh, & balanced. My server was super sweet, friendly, prompt, and professional. The bartender and the rest of the wait staff were collaborative and professional as well. Outdoor patio seating is also available. I will be returning soon!

Probably the best sandwich "artists" out of all the Subways I've ordered from. They didn't skimp on the ingredients & meat like a lot of locations do. Mine was a mobile order so I was able to get there slightly early and watch without them knowing those were my subs they were working on. Nice friendly staff and pretty efficient even with customers coming in and out and this was around 3pm! Clean, safe Midtown location and $12.99 for two footlong Subway Clubs was very cost effective!

the foods okay but they never have drinks. and a lot of times I come for the fresca and they never have any. you'd do better driving to the one 1 mile away.

Came here for the On The Kirb Taco Tuesday deal. Upon cash out, I was informed that the deal only applies to dine-in, which is neither listed on the menu nor the promotion material. Tacos weren’t horrible but I wish the sauces had more flavor.

They barely speak English. They overcharged me and did not know how to fix it after it hit my card. They gave me blank stares when I asked to be reimbursed for the extra charges. When I asked again, "I don't speak English". I will not be back and do not recommend.

This shop itself is not a bad place. But Subway is off my list until they take Megan Rapinho (sp?) out of their ads. I love my country more than I like Subway, and she deliberately disrespected the US while "representing" us at the Olympic games. I'm thrilled she lost. Subway should be more family-oriented, these family-owned franchises are suffering from the awful national ad campaign.
