I ordered the Veggie 🫒 pizza🍕, and it was Yummy 🤤!!! I thought the sauce base was going to be tomato 🍅 but it was actually 'Alfredo'. I thought it was a bit on the expensive side, and the service was quick and the young man who took our order is nice 👍

My parents love it but the tiny sausage they use reminds me of pizza we'd get at the food court in the mall back in the day. So, no sausage for me from here. They do have interesting specialty pizza. Wings get a thumbs up!

I really bounted two xtra pizzas and tank were only tomato pizzas put any cheese when buying in this place before your pizza that put you the fair, I am upset they did not put cheese only very little tomato sauce OMG cheese

What is the point of the rewards program, if the managers are not gonna train the employees to know how to help redeem or scan the QR codes? Specially if no manager is gonna be around?

I placed an order for pick up at 8:oopm I came to pick it up by 8:50pm and it was still not ready, 50 minutes after placing my order, and it was not ready, they told me to wait 15 more minutes, staff, specially cashier were really nice people, and i could see they were struggling due to understaffing, but whoever runs this place they need to hire more people tp speed up the process, i personally don't believe that people should wait literally 1 ehole hour to get a pepperoni pizza.

Calling to order a pizza The employed speak Spanish I asked her for a pizza and wings in English and she put me on hold then I called her back and she put me on hold again so I hanged up my husband called back and she took his order fast because he spoke to her in Spanish. She would have not liked it if we did that to her I just feel disrespected. She could’ve just told me I don’t speak English and I would’ve spoke to her in Spanish and I know at this location is not that busy don’t get me wrong. The pizza is good, but I just didn’t like what she did.

I had a terrible experience at this place. First, the service was awful—rude staff who acted like they didn’t care. The atmosphere wasn’t any better, just unwelcoming overall. But the worst part? They brought me a burnt pizza! I paid $10 for what? A pizza that was completely overcooked and barely edible. I don’t understand how they thought it was okay to serve food like that. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.

Usually this place is awesome but today my pizza was made with hardly any toppings and I paid extra to add pineapple hardly any. I know things are high in price but damn regret buying it this time

Being that I'm a new Resident in Houston and I absolutely LOVVEEEEE pizza, I was highly disappointed with my order. I didn't get anything that I asked for, like literally MY WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG! I placed my order online and set a time for pickup and my order wasn't started until about 10 mins before my pick up time so I still had to wait. NOT TO MENTION THE PIZZA WASNT DONE ALL THE WAY ! I had to put my pizza in the oven to finish cooking and my wings were cold and not the flavors that I selected online. I live fairly close to the establishment so having to heat my food up right after picking it up is INSANE ! 0/10 do not recommend this location. Maybe I'll give another location a try.

I go to this patron alot. So I know what days they are the busiest. I decided to buy pizza on friday September 22, 2023. I called 3:58 pm and the nice guy on the phone gave me an estimated time of 15 to 20 minutes.I arrive at the store at 4:30 pm because i know friday is their busiest time. I pay Emily C the amount and then ask her where the pizza and instead of saying something nice she say you have to wait and additional minutes. I literally saw her handing out pizza to people coming in and ordering the same as i was which was pepperoni and cheese pizzas. What the point of pre- odering if you are not going to have it ready. I usually dont mind but the attitude this teenager gave was unacceptable first i already gave you more minutes. Second if she would just been polite and told me they were back up in the back I would've understand but no this girl was rude and unprofessional.
