Great place for snowcones even on a budget it was affordable with small snow cones under 2 bucks and med size at 2.00 great for rewarding kids for or just a good family outing. Draws a crowd so be patient and enjoy treats of your choice. Sorry always forget to take pics before everyone dives into their frozen treats...

First time here and I’m definitely going back! I was craving a vanilla snow cone with lechera like I had back in Mexico and this place did not disappoint. They do get pack however but for the price and the quality I don’t mind to wait in line. The prices were also SUPER AFFORDABLE. The “small” cone was a like a regular size and it was like 2 bucks. This place has some of the best raspas, i always just go here, the elotes are freaking good the frappechills the mexican hot dogs are pretty good they have a drive thru as well, just be prepared to wait at least a little bit over an hour if you go on the weekends

Everything is so good and and the price is hard to beat. Service was good. Drive thru line is always long and is like 15 minutes per car in front of you. Pro tip. Park and order at the window, but park where you won't get blocked in by the drive thru line. Its hectic but worth it.

We frequent Flamingo Chill. Each experience has been good and the food/drinks are always on par. I always like getting the mocha frappe. Big size and is delicious. We also always tend to get the nachos. They aren’t anything special, kind of what you’d get at a baseball game but always a nostalgic treat. We sometimes get the raspas which are also good as well, not too much syrup either. Customer service is good and the music is nice as well. Orders tend to come out pretty quickly as well!

Good experience for a hot day. Some customers appeared unbothered by the heat, lol. I had a blueberry coconut icy and chili nachos. Parking not the best. They did have a blowing water fan that did offer relief. To understand how the system works there is to ask the customer behind you! Lol. Everyone is really nice.

It's a bit of a wait, that's because they're making everything to order. So your food is fresh. Delicious options. I'm just not a big fan of the nachos. Cheese is thicker and a bit salty than I care for. A little more milk should solve that problem. When we were handed our orders, snow cones had syrup down the cups, and we had to ask for napkins. Our pickles were placed in the bag with the hot food by the time we got to the park to enjoy our meal, Let's just say we skipped the pickles.

Perhaps a picture of the shaved ice cup and the other items purchased would have been a good addition to this review, but the grand prize goes to the tree with the eyes while you go to the drive through. This place is really cheap.. of course compared to a lot of places that sell similar items. My one and only complaint is that the line is so so long and very unorganized. Whether you go to the drive through or in person line. They can do a better effort to organize those waiting lines and have a more efficient system! Be prepared to wait 20-30minutes to get your items. Nonetheless, price is right and you get your bang for your buck.

It was extremely hot when we went and there was a long line that goes slow. Only one window takes orders while others are for getting your order. The rasps i got was okay, however, the way they overfill the cup made it to where I had to throw 1/4 of it out before being able to take it in my car as not to stain my car or make a mess. I’ve had a generally good food experience until now, when ordering corn in a cup I had asked for the spice to be put off to the side and when I got the corn it was inside the corn. I asked a short lady at the front to please put the spice to the side again and when I got it back there wasn’t spice at all, not even to the side. That lady had an attitude even though I had told them beforehand to put the chili off to the side.

Not sure if there short handed but the first time I went it was just as long of a wait.

Google says they open at 11, yet the guy said 15 minutes after they would open the drive thru. I returned 40 minutes later and the girl said we have no “licuados” until later. So now I wonder how you make a licuado because apparently they didn’t have any and can’t make those. I drove 40 minutes for nothing.

Went two times and they had me waiting half an hour just to get disappointed with the food. I had a lemonade and a cup of ice cream and the lemonade tasted bitter and the ice cream tasted weird and left an after taste I couldn't wash away with water. The second time I had a ice cream again but this time they had me waiting around 45-50 minutes and the ice cream was good but im definitely not coming back just to get overprice snacks and wait 40 minutes.

We came here last night going off the reviews we've seen online. I got the Angelitos and she got the Tamarindo Pulpa Crema. Both of them were 1/5. The flavor was like medicine and the ice was more like a ice cream truck quality. These 2 items are in big pictures on the menu so we assumed it had to be good but no! We stood in line for about 20mins and waited about 30mins to get the food. Just going off that, it seems there is many ppl who love this restaurant. Maybe we need to ask them what to get because those were not it. Also. The churros had some type of filling in the middle that made it taste like candy. Completely killing the flavor of it. The place has nice seating and great vibes. As a lvl 8 reviewer who goes around trying places, I cannot recommend the raspas but I can recommend coming here to chill with friends and famiy. Forgot to add, The 2 raspas and 2 churros was less than $8, so I did like that

I've been going here since its opened. I like that they treat you good. (Some employees) I've never had an issue but today I went and decided to get off since the drive thru was packed. Wasnt a problem with getting off. Well I'm glad I did. And from now on I will just get off to observe. So one of the drive thru girls was getting a hot dog and she literally grabbed everything with her bare hands. NO GLOVES. I felt bad for who's ever hot dog that was. I went last weekend with my family. We went through the drive thru and had to get off to eat it there because they put SO MUCH syrup! No one in my family finished their snow cone because it was all basically syrup. It spilled all over and made a huge mess. I am so glad we got off or it would have ended up all over the car. Please tell your ladies in the drive thru to go easy on the syrup. There is no need for so much, you just end up with a sticky mess!

I was in the drive thru for almost 2 hours ! It was extremely busy with many customers pouring in the entire time. I waited so long to have the experience of it all. There was a band playing in the front out on the deck. Awesome ! I feel like there could be improvements to improve the wait time.

This place has really gone downhill. Be ready to get this food all over your car and your clothes if you go through the drive-thru. One of our snow cone cups had a hole in it and it dripped all over my clothes, car seat, and floor boards. My mocha frappe had a hair in it. The nacho chips were stale and soggy by the time they gave them to us, and there was cheese all inside the bag they packed it in so when I pulled the box out, cheese was just dripping everywhere. It was a mess!!! It seems like they don’t care about how they do things now that they have an established presence in the area. Will not be returning.

To start off this place is just messy. I ordered a corn cup with a bit of Chile. They literally dumped the whole thing. It was too sour. They gave me a raspa that was already melting and had lechera all over the cup. Then I ordered nachos and the container in which the nachos where in had cheese all over it! The outside of the container! It made such a huge mess. It seemed like they rushed everything and it didn’t taste good. The nachos where very soggy. I would NOT come here again. Please be more cleaner with how you serve and deliver your orders.

This used to be my #1 spot. It has declined on its quality but it is very affordable and it tastes okay. The wait time is horrible. I waited over an hour. The staff had no sense of urgency and acted rude towards customers. I probably will not be back any time soon. The hassle and customer service are not worth it. Also they only take cash. Owner should really update the system and look into training staff a little but better. It would help the business tremendously

Flamingos ordering windows were closed…the drive thru speaker not working and you have to call a number to place your order…I bought 2 nachos and asked for the cheese to be placed separately and 3 corns and a snow cone…mango milk shake and they forgot to give me the containers with cheese….called to speak to the person in charge and they said this number is not to complain so I asked can they give me the number and someone else said just hang up and refuse to answer my calls continue to hang up!

By the time I got around to the window my order was a disappointment. I ordered a Rossford that she only put flavor on the top so inside the cup was all just white ice no flavor down inside and when I asked for more at the window she put a little bit more but they were still white ice remaining We also ordered two corn‘s and both did not have much mayonnaise when you mix it it was just watery one of them had tomato and onion in it and both of them taste like onions. After pulling Ford I went back in to get more flavor for the Ross because it was still white ice she tried to charge me for something that I already paid for and I know how this should come it it was not being serviced correctly

Today May 19, 2024 I went to purchase 2 smoothies papaya and mango. The mango smoothie had pieces of what appears to be napkin pieces!! I tried calling the number they have on Google and their receipt and obviously it's not a working number. They need to be careful when preparing the food. Very disappointed!!!!
