OMG I tried the lasagna and it was absolutely out of this world!!. The layers were perfectly baked-cheesy, rich, and packed with flavor. The pasta had just the right bite, and the meat sauce was seasoned beautifully. The portion of marinara on top was generous and delicious without overpowering the rest. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The service was just as impressive-friendly, fast, and attentive. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended! Kudos to the owner!

I tried the calzone and absolutely loved it. The crust was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, and the filling was super flavorful. The portion of marinara sauce was just right and tasted great. I was impressed by how fresh everything was. The service was excellent too, very friendly and quick. Sarpino’s has some very good pizza! From the flavor of the topping to the crunchy yet chewy texture to the crust. The sauce also has a great taste and it not missed when you eat the pizza. It was cooked great with a crunchy bottom and not burned. I would absolutely come back. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean as well!

Amazing pizza and exceptional customer service! We ordered one cheese, one pepperoni. They don’t skimp on the cheese and dipping sauce is included. I like the jalapeño ranch. Santiago was very friendly and let me know they offer free delivery and a rewards program when you order directly from the restaurant. I think this will be my go-to pizza in the area.

Great pizza, even better customer service. It’s located in the same complex as a hospital so there isn’t tons of parking. The pizza itself is delicious and being from Chicago I’m often skeptical about pizza. The cheese, crust and sauce are nicely balanced. I will def return. My only regret is that I passed by it the entire school year without trying it.

First time ordering and sadly we don't live in this area or we would order ALL THE TIME. This place puts Domino's Pizza to shame. The food was hot and the delivery guy Ilia was really cool and nice. The fact that y'all don't charge a delivery fee shocked us. Plus we would've tipped online but the driver would have to claim that and I know how that is being a former bartender. So tipped him pretty well since we noticed it was let and he went out of his way to get here. The time said between 1:20 and 1:30am and he got here at the Hilton at about 1:14. Now that's what you call service and how places should be. If we're in the area again we'll be ordering only from y'all. Made our night since our son is at Texas Children's Hospital right now. THANKS 🙏

Last night I was scrambling to find a quick bite before an event at the Italian Cultural & Community Center. Somehow Yelp routed me to Main & Braeswood—about three miles from my destination—into a nearly deserted strip center. I’m sure it’s busier during the day, but at that moment my options were limited: Morningside Thai, which looked packed (and I was in a hurry), or Sarpino’s, which was completely empty. I chose Sarpino’s, figuring I could grab a quick slice or sandwich. I ordered the Italian sandwich on French bread with mayo. Normally I’d go oil and vinegar, but I didn’t want soggy bread in case there were leftovers. The receipt said the counter guy’s name was Santiago. He told me it would take about 12 minutes. I (politely) pushed back—really?—and asked if anything was faster. Santiago explained everything is made to order, but assured me the sandwich was the quickest option and said he’d make it personally. What I didn’t realize is that they heat the sandwich in the oven, warming both the bread and the shaved meats. I’m usually not a hot-sandwich guy when it comes to Italian meats… but wow. Santiago had it out in under 10 minutes, and it was fantastic. I’m not a huge eater, but I crushed half of that sandwich in minutes—and it’s a big sandwich. After that first round, I gave him a thumbs-up and told him, “Awesome sandwich.” I made it to my event six minutes late, and for the next 90 minutes I thought about the rest of that sandwich sitting in my car. When I got home, I immediately ate another quarter and saved the rest. This morning (I’m not a breakfast guy), I reheated the final portion in the air fryer for about three minutes—and enjoyed every last bite. Thank you, Santiago. I’ll absolutely go out of my way to come back and try more of the menu—want to check out the margherita pizza. Only downside: no beer or wine. Otherwise, a great surprise and a seriously good sandwich.

The pizza I bought from here to be delivered to my hotel was not too bad in taste. I had a cheese pizza with additional red peppers. It came with a Jalapeno-Ranch dressing and to be honest, it was awful and didn‘t fit together. The pizza itself had a thick crust and was a bit greasy, but as already mentioned, the taste was quite ok.

Solid 3 pizza place. The service was outstanding but the food left much to be desired. We got the New Yorker and the all veggie and it was decent although the preparation took a while. The place itself was clean and well maintained.

My first time giving this restaurant a try. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, it came with a mostly cheese topping and barely anything else. I was one of the last carryout orders, and the restaurant is closed, if not for that I would go back and demand a refund. My first impression is this place sucks. I don't care what the rating is. It sucks.
