Steak & shake was the best, the customer service was on point the crew was very nice & didn’t mind getting you what you need. The prices for a burger & fries in the airport was affordable definitely will be back on another lunch break in the future.. Thank you Steak & Shake crew!!

The Burgers here are delicious, the Single Steakburger with cheese was super delicious , it was made fresh to order, the meat patty was juicy not dry at all, the veggies were fresh, the bun was just okay. The fries were really good thin and crispy. I tried their breakfast options and was Not very impressed just average taste. Overall the quality of the Steakburgers is great and at a Lower price than most of the other restaurants in the Airport the burger, fries & drink was under $7.

Had no idea Steak 'n Shakes were in airports, but it's a good option due to the quick service and surprisingly reasonable prices (for an airport restaurant). Unfortunately, the fries were not great even after adding salt. The burger was decent though. The staff were very friendly despite being one of the craziest travel days of the year.

They make tasty burgers at a reasonable price. Good place to grab and go. Tried their Frisco Melts with fries and they tasted very good.

Burger was good. Shake was meh. Cookie dough literally had 2 pieces of dough only. Maybe they were short on them. I liked the shoestring fries. No water.

The food was way too dry as if it was old even though they put it together at time of ordering. The place and service was not that good as it was at terminal C and it was super crowded and we had to wait about 15 mins for our order with no sitting available.

I tried this place out at IAH Bush airport and I was very disappointed. This was not my 1st time eating here, the 1st time I was not impressed in the least. I had heard so much about their food being good, well it wasn't. Today I felt like eating a burger so I decided to try this place again. I always try to give a place a 2nd chance just incase. I tried the Frisco melt or something like that. The pic on the menu look very good. Well I posted the pics of what i received for you to see this very disappointing sandwich. And if you are wondering, it tasted as bad as it looks. Smh.... To top this off my fries were cold like they had been there for hours. Tasteless old fries and a sad looking sandwich. What a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You do not get what u think you will get.

The Frisco melt itself was good, though the cheese wasn’t fully melted, which is kind of expected with airport fast food. The fries were a little soggy and I wish they had been cooked longer. We also tried the cookie dough milkshake. The flavor was just alright, but I did like how thick the shake was. Next time I would like to try a different flavor. The service was okay, just average fast food service. The location is inside a mini food court with other fast food chains. Overall, it was a pretty decent experience.

Terrible service! All of the staff was very rude to me when I was asking simple questions! If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else! I’ve never dealt with such bad attitudes for simple ordering food.

9/12/2025 - AVOID DUE TO EXTENDED WAIT TIMES. This location is using a camping grill because their regular grill is inoperable. A burger is a 15 minute wait.

I was only enticed by the French fries, unfortunately after I ordered I noticed that they weren’t making them fresh but warming them.
