Very clean place. Quick and friendly staff. Stopped by for some açaí bowls, which were delicious! They also have a couple board games to keep you occupy. Definitely will come again.

Great juices and smoothies. Inside is very modern and clean. Friendly staff. I recommend the spirulina blast smoothis if you like spirulina. Refresh my day juice is also great. I will definitely come back and try more of the juices and smoothies. Acai bowls as well.

Originally went in for a pitaya bowl because I tried it my first time coming here and it was everything! But this time Jimmy convinced me to try the tropical bowl and it was even better! So full of flavor definitely a 10/10! His customer service was on point and my first experience here was great as well. My new go to spot after my workouts now, the atmosphere is very welcoming and peaceful. A must try, run don’t walk!

My friends and I frequent Tight Squeeze at least one a week together, if not more. We love the acai bowls. I've only ever tried the Watermelon Berry bowl, which is like no other I've had anywhere else in Houston. The staff are always so nice. There are options for outdoor seating as well. I will never stop coming here! I've only heard good things about all of the other options like fresh juices and smoothies. I brought my mom here, who is a Vegan and she loved her bowl so much. Tight Squeeze also has a really nice atmosphere! Give Tight Squeeze a try, I know you won't regret it!

If you want the perfect natural juice or smoothie made with REAL ingredients, Tight Squeeze is your place. This place is beautiful and the vibe is everything!!! You can choose to purchase enough bottled juices for the week or order the juice of your choice at the counter. If you want quality smoothies then Tight Squeeze is definitely the place to go. I have been going to Tight Squeeze consistently for almost 2-3 years. I always get the My Joy with plant protein. It’s really hard for me to find a place with good plant protein with no taste and no texture. They have two different kinds of plant proteins to offer: hemp and vanilla. This place is super close to Solidcore heights and the perfect spot to get an after work out pick me up. The staff is also super friendly and sweet. I take all my friends here and highly recommend. Can’t go wrong with any of their drinks. They all are so good in flavor. Photo pictured is their new drink Big Slim, similar to a My Joy but with spirulina.

Today was my 1st time in Tight squeeze Juice Bar . My server Ms.Nadiya was very helpful and so polite even give me some heads-up on about the trail. Customer service overtop soon as I walked through the door.It was another young lady working as well very polite and helpful. Keep up.the amazing work lady's will be back soon. My taste of Brazil bowl was so delicious with real fruit omg .

The owner, Jim was also really friendly and welcoming. He even shared some helpful business advice with me, which I truly appreciated. Great drinks and even better vibes — I’ll definitely be back!

Tight Squeeze juice bar acai bowls were perfectly portioned and incredibly satisfying with every spoonful.😋 I'm genuinely glad to have discovered such a flavorful spot. The bowls and smoothies are fantastic and reasonably priced and one of the favorite places to go.🥙😍 The staff were also quite friendly and can give 10/10 for their services. Good ambience and atmosphere and nice designs on the walls around the seating. These people also have the Tight Squeeze printed Hoodies and Tees which looks pretty cool and good. 😎 We can also take enough bottled juices for the week or order the juice of your choice at the counter. If we want quality smoothies and bowls then the only place I recommend among I visited is Tight Squeeze is definitely the place to go. We can also shop around here while having some smoothies as some stores are around the tight squeeze juice bar. So hurry up guys😜

I fell in love with Tight Squeeze Juice Bar after moving to Houston from Dallas and California. Having tried a number of juice bars, I can confidently say that TS is hands-down my favorite! The vibe at the MKT location is super cool, the service is always friendly and the quality is top-tier. The Brazilian Açaí Bowl is my go-to and as someone who’s never been big on matcha, I was blown away by their Matcha Blast! Soo so good! I’m also obsessed with the Kofi Smooth, a protein smoothie! I’ve done their cold-pressed juice cleanse and to my surprise, each juice was absolutely delicious. Tight Squeeze has easily become my favorite Juice bar.

Love this place! Owner is super nice and flavors are amazing. I got the “Refresh My Day” and it was truly refreshing! I also picked up the “Radiant” cold press juice and it was amazing. The hint of ginger did not take over. Did not disappoint. Will definitely come back!

The Big Slim smoothie tastes amazing. It was extremely refreshing and the texture is different than any other juice bar. The customer service is definitely inviting and I was talked through the menu and given recommendations. Aesthetically pleasing with a low tone of music playing. Great location to work as well. Dont walk but run to tight squeeze juice bar! The decor, the vibe, the music and the customer service is 10/10! The owner is a true class act and this is definitely a hidden gem and my favorite juice bar in the heights and that’s saying something because there are dozens of juice bars within a 5 mile radius! Terrific smoothie shop! Clean, high ceilings, extensive menu, and wonderful customer service. Here’s my first time impression: Met a delivery man at the door, he had a dolly full of produce so I opened the door for him- I remember exchanging compliments with him and thinking what a kind person he was. Ordered my smoothie selection with the cashier, quick, easy, simple. That gentleman delivering the produce was not the “delivery man”, but indeed the owner! Jimmy was the name if I remember correctly. Hats off to you sir! Your hands-on work ethic and positive attitude did not go unnoticed that day and I’m sure it never will! Smoothie was great. Can’t wait to come back and try those immunity boost shots. It’s tucked away in this modern and organized shopping center, it’s worth the walk and will come again!

Ordered an almond milk and on the menu it says it was 16 oz’s, but it was like 10. It was very good though. Also ordered the Strawberry banana almond butter toast. It was on a small thin piece of bread with 4 slices of banana and maybe 1 1/2 strawberries for $5.25. It was literally 4 bites at $1.30 a bite. Staff was very friendly and the place was pretty clean. It is a cool place to hang out or work.

Came here for a fresh squeezed juice at 6PM. The lady behind the counter told me they’re no longer making fresh juices for the day since they’re almost closed (they close at 7PM) so instead she offered me a juice that they made a day prior. I told her it’s still an hour until they closed and that it’s a fresh juice spot. She told me she could ask the manager at which point it just seemed like too much to ask so I left. Never coming back
