Classic and delicious deli experience. Staff is always welcoming and the food reminds me of the delis I grew up with on Miami Beach. Matzoh balls the size of soft balls, corned beef piled high, classics like liver and onions and stuffed cabbage, and desserts to die for!

We had a fantastic dining experience at this American deli! The food was absolutely delicious and authentically prepared. The Reuben sandwich was the best I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced and flavorful. We also tried the patty melt, pork grilled, and hash browns with scrambled eggs — every dish tasted fresh and made with real ingredients. Even the ranch dressing is homemade, and you can really tell the difference! The service was just as impressive — the waitresses were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Definitely a place worth coming back to again and again!

My mom took me out for lunch. We had driven by this local diner for years. We finally got to stop by to try it out. I got the burger and steak fries. My mom got the chicken and dumpling soup and pastrami on rye. We also shared a fried okra. Everything was so good and NOT full of sodium. The flavors were natural and satisfying. Cheryl was our waitress. She was excellent and super friendly. We will be back.

Visited for the first-time. Everything was delicious! Party of five, ordered 2 French Toast plates, 2 eggs sunny side up+Hashbrowns, Ribeye Sandwich, steak fries and house salad w/French dressing. All came out hot, salad fresh and chopped nicely. Ribeye was tender and flavorful. Steak fries golden and crispy! Had a hometown feel with friendly servers.

Big thanks to K for introducing me to this place! It's clear that those who rate it 4 stars or fewer have missed the mark. (Self entitlement)Here, you're treated to genuine hospitality, not just flattery. The place is filled with authentic charm, heartfelt service, and food crafted with love. My Personal favorite: The Patty Melt. Replace the American Cheese with Jalapeño pepper jack cheese. Add onion rings. barbeque sauce and ketchup on the side.

Delicious hole in the wall restaurant that serves breakfast all day and amazing deli eats. It gives off a very old diner restaurant vibe, has a huge menu for selection, but everything I had was great. I definitely recommend the House Special Sandwich - that and the steak fries well exceeded my expectations. It was a lot of food that didn’t make me feel terrible after eating it all. The prices are very fair, and the service was amazing, especially considering we went late at night (thanks, Jewel!). Overall, a great place to dine with lots of seating and choices. Need to go back to try the desserts!

Must go to spot! The staff was very friendly and our food was hot and fresh! We ordered fried zucchini sticks which I must say we're so delicious. In the pictures are fried okra, chicken tenders and fries, chicken fried steak and eggs with toast and hashbrowns, and an Italian sandwich with onion rings. No complaints on anything we ordered. We didn't have to wait long at all for our food and again it was all delicious! If you're ever in the area definitely try this resturant out. Oh did I mention you can get breakfast anytime of the day that's always a plus!!

Let me just say, the customer service and our server were top notch. Our server was very pleasant and takes pride in her job. The combo salad platter was too much for one person, but my favorites of them all were the egg salad and cole slaw; the chicken salad was decent. The bread was fresh and soft- I just ate it with the whipped butter. My coworkers all enjoyed their meals: chicken n dumplings and patty melt. I can’t vouch for that, but I’ll have to go back and try their other meals: all of which are made from scratch!

The pastrami was extremely salty and the potato salad was ok but not memorable. As far as quality, the quality of ingredients is there, it was just not to my liking. The Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. I definitely felt at home and well taken care of. The restaurant itself needs a good cleaning, a fresh coat of paint, and some minor updating would all be helpful. If they made some improvements in the restaurants interior I would be willing to come back and try another dish.

While appealing at first, this restaurant’s food and quality was simply average. Onion rings lacked crunch and salt, the patty melt, while appearing crunchy and tasty, was lacking real flavor. The house special sandwich was also missing a lot of flavor with overall taste and quality being subpar. Finally, the service was just okay. No refills of drink unless asked at the very end (this was on a not busy day as well) and the drinks were missing in quality.

The food is fresh and hot but very bland. Salt and pepper will absolutely be your best friend. I picked up for takeout and even though the restaurant was pretty much empty and the counter person did see me, she still took her time acknowledging and never actually greeted me. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but she was not very friendly at all so I was glad I made the decision to do takeout instead of dining in. It's ok. Not great, but ok.

This ‘used’ to be a good spot.i haven’t been there in probably 3-5 years. They once advertised Boars Head meats, but I saw no signs or evidence of that anywhere. I ordered ‘Rachel’ who’s is their version of a Ruben sandwich with pastrami and my son ordered the ‘best’ Rueben and famous which is the same sandwich but with corned beef. I ordered mine wit a side of fries and he ordered a side of Mac and cheese. They gave him my sandwich and his Mac and cheese seemed like they came right out of a box. The fries tasted and looked like they had them under a lamp already cooked and refried them for my plate. Both sandwiches had minimal sauerkraut. I left half my sandwich and they never asked if there was something wrong. I won’t be back.

Horrible came in this place as an uber driver and was ignored for over 10 minutes while three workers set and ate their food! When a Caucasian person walked in is when a lady worker got up and actually helped them and then sat back down to finish eating. I was ignored until a very old barely walking woman came and asked had I been helped! I have read other reviews similar to my experience and they are not lying! African American ppl r not treated with respect or dignity at this place !!!! And it does have a smell… and the front case has cheesecakes and meat stacked all in one place I wouldn’t recommend this for Our ppl
