We arrived at 8:13 pm close to closing. We ate 2 regular sandwiches, chips and coke cream sodas. We were treated so politely and were served hot fresh sandwiches. The coke was perfect, no watered down drinks!! They were so courteous l can't wait to return!

Sandwich was excellent, but I wouldn’t do the drive through unless you are prepared to wait for a long period of time. Because of the single narrow one lane driveway they can only accommodate one order at a time and if the person ahead of you has a large order, they do not have them pull forward. You are just stuck. I’d recommend going inside.

Ordered med deluxe original meal and center of the roll cinna bun . And they forgot my cinnamon bun. I live 5 miles away and didn't notice until I got home. The bad part is I was the only customer there

I just ordered a few sandwiches, chips and a 5.99 Mac and cheese which totaled 44 dollars including a 15% tip which is a bit silly for fast food but the person walked me through the process to include choosing a tip. As I was awaiting my order the manager was in a heated discussion with a man was demanding a refund due feeling he was overcharged and the attitudes which the manager refused and when asked why he would not answered “because this is a business” and it is my choice. They handed me my bags and being uncomfortable and not wanting to linger left without checking my order. When I got home the Mac and cheese was not in the bags and my mother insisted on returning to get entire order. According to my mother the female staff member insisted that my order was complete thus contending that I was either dimwitted or being dishonest and was not going to fill order so she had to talk to the manager who gave her the rest of our order. Things happen, you run out of coke products or forget to give a customer their order but it is unacceptable to question a persons honesty for 50 cents worth of macaroni and cheese. This restaurant really needs to undergo some customer relations training, two times in a row seems to be a trend.

I ordered a small original HAM and CHEESE, which is not listed on the menu any longer. I stated I wanted ham, cheese, mayo and onion only on my sandwich. The young man taking the order was very nice and repeated it back and I acknowledged it was correct. What I got was bread, ham, salami and cheese with mayo. It looked different and didn’t have much meat on it but I took a few bites not realizing it was wrong and I told my husband it didn’t taste right. He looked and said, it has salami on it. He told me to tell them it was wrong, so I did. The guy that came up to help me, said “It looks like you already ate it all”. I replied I ate half, after I took the salami off. It didn’t matter because it still wasn’t right. He finally made me another sandwich that was correct after saying, I probably confused the guy taking the order when I said “original “ because the original has salami on it. Well excuse me, but it also has lettuce, olives and other ingredients that weren’t put on it! The guy that took the order had it right! Also, we were there at 12:00 noon. There was one couple finishing their meal and we were the only customers inside until a couple of ladies came in as we were about to leave. It wasn’t filthy, but the tables had not been wiped down and the drink station area was dirty. I think there were 4 people working. I have not had good results with this location.

I've been stewing on this for a couple months now but im so fed up with this location. After the Weatherford location closed down this is the only store within 35 minutes and this is the one place my company will let us go to for lunch for all our staff lunches. The bread has been moldy or rock hard on 5 separate occasions. We were getting our sodas and the machine stunk to high heaven, I looked under and it's caked in black mold. Our sprite had black and reddish flecks in it from the machine. Plus there is almost never ice in the machine and they are always out of some sort of soda. They havent even had Dr pepper for three months. There is never toilet paper in the bathrooms. I took my grand daughter here one time for a pizza and we got DEVOURED by fleas on the patio and her pizza was black on the bottom. I've given them chance after chance due to the money we can save on the deals and app but I just can't do it anymore. Even my manager has agreed that saving money on our staff lunches is not worth the blatant health risks and they have now lost 15 potential customers. Someone NEEDS to call the health department on this store.

We've eaten schlotzskys multiple times over the years. Our food we waited a long time for just to be lukewarm (only two other couples there) and the bread wasn't cooked all the way. I let the employee at counter know the sensor might be off in their oven? but still was totally unpresentable to give to someone. Cheese wasn't even melted and the bread almost raw. I understand things happen. Hoping they fix it but we won't be back as it's not worth risking the money for an almost inedible sandwich. There was no attempt to rectify the situation either sadly. Hopefully it's the oven and they can get it fixed and bounce back! The environment was super clean though so good for them on that part. 👍

17 minutes to make 2 sandwiches? Seriously? Get it TOGETHER. My dead grandmother could have risen from the dead, made a sandwich and died from cancer all over again before this location can get one sandwich completed. Unbelievable. Will never come back.

No drinks available in drink machine. No one told me when I placed my order and was asked to leave a tip. I paid for combo meals that included drinks. Only drink available was tea. I never drink tea but had no other choice. Had they been upfront when I placed my order I would have gone elsewhere. I'll never go back to this place
