Been coming to this location for the past 2 days since it's close to my training facility. The employees here are some of the friendliest I've seen in fast food. The food is also very good and feel like it has a much better flavor than other locations. Would recommend it as a quick stop to fill your stomach with some delicious food.

Great burgers. Location open 24/7. Truck parking on a side street about half a block away. I had very good service!

When I want some green chili and a burger Whataburger is the first place I think. Their Green Chili Double is always great and consistent. Unlike usual we decided to get some dessert and it did not disappoint. We ordered 3 Apple Pies and a Cinnamon Roll. Alex brought it straight to our table. Everything was hot and fresh.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Arrived there very late, around 11:30 PM. Service was very friendly, kind and timely. The food was fresh, delicious, and the shakes are THICC. Atmosphere was very quiet, but that's to be expected close to midnight. Best fast food restaurant I've been to in a long long time. People talk up Whataburger, and I say it's definitely what it's cracked up to be.

First time having a Whataburger and I wasn't disappointed. I'll be back. The burger doesn't try hard (if you haven't tried yet). It's quietly a good burger. The dining area was quiet on a Thursday at noon.

It was a VERY late dinner as we were coming from WY. Every restaurant we went to were closed so Hubby and I decided to do a Whataburger drive thru. He ordered the patty melt and I ordered the chicken fingers meal. We were pleasantly surprised because although it’s already almost midnight, the food tasted like it was prepped by people who had a full 8-hr sleep. We both enjoyed our food. The drive thru service was great from order taking to handing us the order. I highly recommend this location. Thank you to you who were working late that night and still did a great job!

Came here in 07 when our rv broke down at wal mart for 2 days. Only time I have ever been to a Whataburger. And I thought it was amazing. They have delicious hamburgers and I love their apple pies. I wish we had Whataburger in California. Way to go Texas!

Haven't been in awhile so I stopped and got a #1 with cheese and a chocolate shake. It was great and the staff was friendly and all wore masks and cleaned all the time. Place was spotless.

Traveling across the country from Colorado (there are no locations here in Colorado) to Florida, we tried to stop by each Whataburger along the way. They are open 24 hours a day. The food is always prepared to order. The employees are very friendly. The burgers and fries are absolutely delicious. We have tried other items on the menu and were satisfied as well.

I got a chicken sandwich with extra 🥑😋 good right? WELL these super sweet people gave me half a sandwich with 🥑 on the side?! However, they did apologize and replace it so I put them together and it was the BEST THING I've ever eaten.

I trust Whataburger to have fresh ingredients and pure beef. It takes a long time to get your order, but it's worth it.

This is probably one of the only places open late night after 11pm. It was crowded and we waited probably 30 minutes for our food. It was insane but it was July 4th.

The burgers were alright. The fries were good. The shakes were too thick. The fancy ketchup is good and not full of nasty high fructose corn syrup. The service was great. The staff were helpful and funny. The booths need to be wiped down a little more.

first time. got a shake which was absolutely massive!! medium is 32oz so be careful! got chicken strips and fries and the sauces don't fit side by side in their meal box... could tell the chicken had been on the warmer for a bit, but I've definitely had worse chicken fingers also came with toast which was alright. would eat here again if forced to. 4 out of 5 stars

The food was wonderful I really really like their onion rings for a family-owned chain they've done it right. The service might not have been the best night to go there I guess they seem to be understaffed and it took a little while at the drive-thru. This is my first time ever at Whataburger and I would recommend free fast food experience even though the it wasn't that fast but the food made up for food was terrific again.

The bacon double burger with cheese and onions with lettuce was a great choice with fries and a lemonade hit the spot it's worth the trip.

I wish I could be as hooked on Whataburger as everyone else is. It used to taste good, but now....meh. My food didn't taste fresh, service was slow. Nothing too bad, but nothing good either.

As for the food, the chicken was done (always a thumbs up on that). However, it was slightly dry, but not bad. Flavorful! There was hardly any lettuce and it was not fresh. The tomatoes and fries were good. They got the order correct and out in a timely fashion. This was a drive up order so I can not comment on the atmosphere.

Welcome and good day. Whataburger usually is an easy 4 to 5 stars but got them on a slow day, and the burger, although good, was warm and not juicy. Do not let this distract you from a visit, Whataburger is a Texas favorite for a reason, folks. So, enjoy when your there just ask for fresh if they slow 🐌 😊

I ordered online 10 minutes before we arrived, and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get our food and get back on the road. Normally I don't mind waiting, but we were in a rush today. That was the reason I ordered ahead. Other customers were waiting for their food for longer than normal also.

Sadly the service was way off at this location. We waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. At the window they explained it was something with the drink machine. Things happen but they didn't proactively let us know or use the drink dispenser in the dining room.

was at this location at 10:38 to get breakfast. We told the young lady what we wanted which was a pancake and sausage with a extra sausage.And she asked do you want bacon.?No I had already told her what we wanted. And I asked for two senior drinks which I asked for coffee. She brought 1 coffee to the table it was barely warm.She asked if that was two coffees I said yes. Then second cup was also barely warm. Then the food came out.The pancakes were doughy. And the worst We have ever had at this location. The servers taking the orders need to listen and pay attention to details. Over the last two weeks this location has fallen short because they do not listen to what is being said to them . So for this I give them a 3 star.Would really love fresh and Hot coffee…. 10/5/2025 came for breakfast. Use to come in alot. But because the flys are terrible in this place. We have to do hand to hand combat while eating, with the FLYS. If they are in the dining room they are in the kitchen as well.Gross The staff most of them are ok. The man doing the lobby seems to do a ok job. Please correct this with the FLYS.

Service was very good and the restaurant was clean. Had a cheeseburger and fries and thought they were okay. Order was correct as I took the onions off.

Soda machines were down. The food was.alittle cold. But the staff worked hard to make up for it.

1st let me say I waited forever for this sandwich, Then They forgot my mustard, and gave me this wilted lettuce, and they got my wife sandwich wrong too, also, Room temperature fries (I'm assuming she dropped them before the chicken) cashier was nice though, and the chicken was hot, other than that

The food was good but it was very messy. Burger looked like it was just thrown together. Fries werent even in a carton, were just thrown into bag. The sweet tea tasted like artificial coffee if that makes sense. Also, they asked me my order again at the window after I had paid at the previous window.

Please leave there after midnight because we all night owls the first time they met her yesterday night one night my husband overheard the manager speaking to the rest of the staff of the house you messes up our food on purpose bus just because they messed up with every time

We went through the drive-thru. With only two vehicles in front of us it's still took 15 minutes to get to the window. So respects extremely slow. It's a good thing we checked our order before we left the window because there was an item that was ordered and paid for but was not included. It took them another 5 minutes just to get that part of the order. We were not impressed with the service. Food however was good.

Poor kids working there need more help. They were slammed and 1 person at register tending to counter and tables. They were doing the best they could. But management needs to ensure they have help. Come on Whataburger...you are better than this. Had this been my first time I would have been disappointed at the service but I've been to plenty to know the quality.

The guy that took our order was polite but did not want to be there. The food was bad enough that I threw part of it away. Who ever owns that store needs to do a better job of raising the morale of his team.

We ordered at 10:35pm patty melt meal (large) with Dr.Pepper and a #2 with plain with only mayo ketchup + cheese, medium fries and sprite no ice. Burgers were disgustingly dry. Barely any sauce on either of the burgers and also we waited 17 minutes in total to get our food. They were so slow Took them 8 minutes to hand us our drinks and then 17 to get the food. Just for it to be dry meat and sauce wise. Mind you we went through drive-thru. Just disappointing

Immediately saw the burger was wrong despite repeating what I wanted on it three times. Guy behind the counter was somehow both extremely slow and very inaccurate, as the next two orders after me were also wrong (watched them walk up to the counter and show on their receipt how it was wrong). There was no ice in the machine at all. Had to have my sweet tea warm. How does that even happen? It wasn’t even packed.

Food is fine…SLOWEST Service I have ever received in my life… And no they were not short staffed, They had ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY. It’s 9 PM at at night I just got off a 12 hour shift and all I wanna do is get home and watch the game and this guy is handing me my drink slower than a sloth. Fast food? Nope. There is zero excuse for a 30 minute drive-through line when there was only five cars. Absolutely ridiculous. Give me my food so I can go home please. Messed up on the order when my husband asked for two large dr.pepper shakes known my bestie was a witness to it does that look like a 32oz plus fries were cold

Edit: I called and spoke with the manager and he refunded my money. Did not get what I ordered. Plainly says on the receipt. No onions, no lettuce, extra pickle. This is what I opened up 170 miles down the road. Not happy AT ALL!!!! I suppose I should have opened it to make sure, so that’s on me, but there was only one other family inside the restaurant and no one at the drive thru, so I figured they couldn’t mess it up. I guess I figured wrong.

Aside from multiple flies flying around the restaurant, horrible customer service the pregnant lady doesn’t even attempt to smile the manager doesn’t even know what’s going on I stopped on my way back to Dallas and asked for a spicy chicken sandwich the chicken patty was cold asked the pregnant lady to please remake my sandwich I’m willing to wait. 10 mins later she comes back with a patty only and doesn’t acknowledge the fact that I’m upset. I asked for a manager and he is like ok what do you want me to do … is he serious … he remakes my sandwich I said where’s my cheese I paid for he said can I just bring you a slice and you add on your own otherwise I have to remake another sandwich… wow is his job that hard ??!!

Super disappointed with this store. Coffee was not made as presented. A big gap at the top and syrup sitting in the bottom. I was told that's how it is made. My burger was cold and stail. I asked for a #7 with cheese. No cheese.

Drive through is rushed. Fries are lukewarm and stale. The #5 burger looks like my 12 year old son could have made it better. I went at 9:30pm. Fast shouldn’t trump quality.

The food was good. However, we asked for a plain and dry burger. The burger we got was fully loaded. When we asked for a burger without the veggies, they gave us the same burger with mustard on it. As we proceeded to get a PLAIN burger, the employee whose name is ALEX was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to give us what we ordered and threw our receipt and the burger on our table and walked away.

This guy was extremely rude to all 5 customers including myself. I've had some bad service before but I've never been treated like this. If you're a manager please take note I will never be back at this Whataburger again.

If you like to pay for items and not get them then this is the place! That's part of why the line at the drive through is always sooooo long. People have to stop and check that they recieved their gravy they paid for or the cheese on their cheeseburgers.

Waited for over 20 minutes with a screaming toddler in the lobby. While they got 5 people's order done before ours even tho they got there after we did.. then we finally get the food and I don't know what we were waiting on bc it wasn't fresh. Waste of $40!

Went through the drive thru and was not given the dressing for my salad, no napkins, or a dang fork to even be able to eat the salad. I had ordered a burger meal as well so I ended up only being able to eat that since I didn't need utensils for it. Needless to say the salad was a waste and I was not going to drive back to obtain the missing items. The young guy at the drive thru window was very respectful but I'm not sure who's responsible for quality checks before a customer received their food. The salad was very skimpy as well. Needless to say I'm never going back to Whataburger again as this has happened at other locations in the past. I'm extremely tired of the very poor quality these places are putting out. I wish the workers who keep doing this experience the same type of service. No utensils or napkins when they go out to eat. They should have to wipe their hands on their clothes.

Slowest “fast food” ever. The drive thru line overnight takes 15+ mins per vehicle. I ordered ahead for pickup at 5am and didn’t get my food until 5:50am. Only 3 cars in front of me and an empty parking lot.. I’ve been going here for a year and it’s never gotten better. They really need to make orders beforehand. I’ll take a slightly melted shake over wasting half an hour in line.

I ordered delivery on the app like I always do. This location is horrible. They do NOT pay attention to the modifications to the burger. They can’t stick a burger properly even when I called ahead and told them how I want it made and stacked. I give up. This is not the first time this has been made wrong. I order the same thing every time. Next time I want this burger I will park my semi at the Home Depot and walk to that one. Give them a chance to get it right. It’s cheaper that way anyways. This cost me $20.33 to NOT get everything I paid extra for. And they really need to put napkins in the bag before the delivery driver gets there.

I rarely write about reviews but this place’s service was just insane. Not once did they get my food wrong but 3 times. I went through the drive thru with no response from them for the first 4 minutes then I get to the window and they only hand me my drink and then disappear for another 35 minutes. Once they handed my food I had to check to make sure everything was there and there was absolutely nothing correct. I was missing 4 out of 6 items. How do you screw up that bad?!? Went inside with my receipt and told the employee that I was missing a bunch of my food. He was rude and just practically ignored what I said. I asked for the manager to help me and she looked at me like I was crazy and then asked for the bag of my other food items. I went back and brought them in and after 15 mins they gave me 2 out of the 4 items 🤦🏻‍♀️. At this point I already pissed off and there was zero apology nor compensation for the lack of service they provided so if you want this great experience the go ahead and go here.

We actually had to exit the drive thru before getting our food (one hamburger), because it looked like it was going to be another 15min wait.
