Pizza and wings were delicious! 10/10

I have ordered the Pepperoni with Pineapple on it and my summer story is there enough space in dining room.This is called the Scali's Police Headquarters and I tell her my granddaughter order the soup.Thank you and I appreciate.

By far the best pizza in Colombia county. The food is always great. The service is awesome.

First time stopping in, I had a buffalo chicken wrap. It had great flavor and chicken was cooked perfect.,it also came with crispy fries. I would recommend stopping in and grabbing some lunch. They also sell slices and and a big menu selection to choose from

Went with my parents and a friend before music in park. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. She even suggested a 2 liter to share instead of spending more for individual bottles . We got the special with large pizza ,garlic knots and boneless wings. Price was good and food was yummy. Feed four of us plus I was able to to cut up a wing and add too 2 slices left for my boyfriend later that night .

Excellent, straight up pizza. I've eaten here a hundred times and have always been satisfied. (It seems like a lot of people are giving them low marks for chicken caesar salads and buffalo wings, but it's a pizza joint and they should have ordered pizza.)

So good! New York style pizza (thin crust, absolutely massive slices) and garlic knots were AWESOME! Staff was friendly and food was excellent, we walked 3 miles to get it and it was totally worth it!

Hard to find good pizza around where I live....stopped at Scali's on our way home from MA...Pizza was fresh, crust was perfect, flavor was delish....and my hubby is Italian and VERY particular...this passed his test so it HAS to be good!!!

It's definitely a stop we will always make when we are out that way!! Food amazing and huge portions. The staff was friendly and all smiles!

I was staying nearby as I was attending a wedding just outside of Hudson. I got a little hungry and I walked over to Scali’s and ordered a pie. The folks there were super nice and they whipped out my pizza very quickly. Their location is cool too - it was old school pizza parlor - if only the walls could talk…

got the atomic wings extra crispy extra saucy. absolutely delicious. incredibly spicy for wings without artificial extract. you might want a little pepper x if you're a chilli head, but the flavors are incredible and complex.

I gotta be honest about this place, it doesn't look like fine dining but the pizza is unbelievable. I have traveled through Italy and this is as authentic as it gets. I met the young man who makes the pizza and told him He should definitely be proud of himself. He was very pleased to hear it. I came back three days later and walked from the Hudson Amtrak station to eat here. I will tell everyone about this place, hands down amazing pizza. The staff is also nice.b

Been going here for years and years. The staff and service are 12/10. they are the nicest people. family run establishment. the PIZZAS by the slice are unique and adventurous, but the regular pies are also NY quality. The subs are HUGE - two meals easy and very fresh. Interior is a little tight but usually no problem grabbing a booth to eat lunch. Online ordering available.

Just moved to the area. Literally down the street. I will say the food is very good. Some of best pizza I've had outside of the city & Brooklyn. The staff inside we're ok. Not overly attentive or anything. Seemed a little rude, as if you're a bother. But other than that... good place! Will be back.

Just love this place. Grabbed a slice as usual, then decided to order something for dinner. Chicken parm roll, and sausage peppers roll. They come wrapped in tin foil, stored in zip lock bag for 2 days. Just reheated them tonight, never disappoints. Thank you, love it.

Sometimes we encounter experiences in life that are simply bittersweet. This time for me was that I've just tasted the best stromboli AND the best red sauce I've ever had outside of my kitchen. The downside here is that I live in Buffalo and will only be in this simply beautiful city not t often enough. I can't wait to taste the rest of the menu when I'm here! I am 53 years old and have never stopped at Scali’s for a slice of pizza. well today I did. It was around 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I got two slices of white pizza with pepperoni. I was greeted and served professionally and politely. When I got in my truck to eat my pizza, I couldn’t believe it. There was zero grease on my pizza and it was the most delicious perfect crispy crust I think I’ve ever had in my life!! This pizza was award winning, really good stuff and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Slices are pretty small, pepperoni and sausage/pepper rolls are inconsistent...never the same size twice in a row. That being said, friendly staff and tasty(if inconsistent) portion sizes.

The large buffalo chicken salad is big enough for two. It's a bit spicy so make sure you like hot foods if your going to order it.

The pizzas were ok but the vegan wings were the bomb. I will go there just to have the cauliflower, it was great. The new menu items will bring the business.

Enjoy the wings quite often and their GF pizza is pretty good! Their regular pizza was really good in past when we could eat regular.

I don't know if the original owners are still there. The workers are super young. The food is close to how it use to taste. Calzones are still good. Need to ask 4 extra sauce. Still my favorite place in Hudson.

Pizza was excellent. Customer service great. Reason for 4 stars is when I went there a 2nd day in a row for 2 more regular slices there was no regular pizza available so I bought Sicilian instead which was good. I also purchased a caesar salad it was not good at all lettuce looked old and did not taste fresh salad looked like it was thrown together. While I will highly recommend their pizza I do not recommend the salads.

I had the thin crust margarita pizza and it was awesome!! So crispy and flavorlable. Maybe the best pizza I've ever had but the Tia chili pizza was not very good. The sausage pepper and onion stomboli was also awesome! Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cozy pizza place with a variety of offerings beyond pizza, including salads, sandwiches, and calzones. Their pizza slices during the day are a bit hit-or-miss; if you get a slice with extra thin crust, it may come out too crispy. Well suited for either carry-out or eating in.

I had 2 slices of pizza...1 was pepperoni which was good but I loaded it up with spices and salt/pepper and the other was mushroom that was good but very lacking in the amount of mushrooms and also needed spices and salt/pepper! Atmosphere was A-typical pizzeria!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Scali’s Pizza Scali’s is one of those places you can always count on. Their cannolis are hands-down the best—fresh, perfectly filled, and consistently delicious. They offer a wide variety of food, and I honestly haven’t had anything there that I didn’t like. I usually get takeout, and everything travels well. One thing I really appreciate is their generous portions—they have options that make it easy to feed a crowd without any stress. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the wait time during busy hours; pickup often takes at least 30 minutes and sometimes longer. That said, it’s clearly because they’re busy and making food fresh. Overall, it’s reliable, satisfying, and worth the wait.

The plain slice was good, the Buffalo chicken slice was significantly different.. The crust was thicker than the plain piece the cheese seemed different but it was ok.

Scali's Cali salad with shrimp very good. Calamari was the worst i ever had. They tasted like bad fish sticks. Service was good.

Food is good, however the last 3 times I've called at 8-8:30pm they were closed for the night. If your hours say until 10, be open until 10 to feed your customers or they'll find somewhere else to go from now on.

Great variety of pizza flavors. Im giving them a 3 star though becuase a few times ive stopped in on my lunch break, they were too busy chatting forgetting theres a line of people waiting. Also they heat up their pizza a little too much, always seems kinda crunchy and stiff.

Edit: 2022- Don't worry about special comments on your online orders because it doesn't seem like they pay attention to them. Or essential parts of the order (received Italian dressing instead of Russian and asked for no tomatoes, but ended up with them.) Normally I wouldn't say anything, but this has happened multiple times now... 2021-One of the best places to get really good pizza in Hudson. Specials are reasonably priced, as is everything else. Phenomenal white pizza❤️

Hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is excellent. The specialty pizzas are usually done very well. On the other hand, I've had some just regular pepperoni pizzas or just a plain cheese pizza that wasn't so fantastic. Not consistent. They go light on the sauce. Needs more sauce for sure.

There subs are amazing, but the time of delivery is always around 2 hours, today I waited on the brink of 4 hours waiting for 2 regular salads.

We ate at the restaurant and experienced an extremely long wait. My son had to remind the staff that we were there and still unserved. We each only had time to eat one slice of pizza and had to take the rest with us since we had and appointment we could not be late for. We watched as people came and went before being served. Btw, there were several empty tables so they were not busy with many other in-house diners.

With so many options for pizza and Italian food in the area you can much better that Scali's. Apparently quality control is a foreign term to management. I've ordered food several times here and have been disappointed each time. The chicken is always overcooked, pizza is barely mediocre and there sauce tastes like it's from a jar.

Just the way the phone was answered on 07/21/22 approx 4:30pm. A simple question about what size pies they offer being answered with attitude. And then be scolded at that it was a 40min wait. Yea, I'm good. One star for having a phone and one star for answering it.

I preordered a fruity pebbles creampuff pizza in advance for our 1 yr anniversary and when I called on that day"today" they told me that I never ordered anything. Not only is that a lie but I also prepaid and also told I didn't do that. Excuse me for being str8 forward but I think id know what I did and didn't order.. Customer's are always right isn't that right? I ordered it on mother's day and bam they didn't put my order down. That lady whome answering the phone told me shes the only one that takes the orders when I spoke to a male.. How the **** do u work evrey simgle day without a day off since ur the only person who takes orders as u say... Liar..

Ordered a salad with grilled chicken. I don't mind the amount of lettuce (but need fresher lettuce, no brown pieces, or the white stock pieces), or chicken, but 3 tiny pieces of cucumber (no bigger than a penny), three small tomatoes and bad olives!!! Really? I like their hot heros, & pizza, but this was terribly disappointing. Scalia's, please do better.

Stopped to just get couple slices...thinking would satisfy me...slice were tiny and when I went to pay over 8 dollars for 2 slices of pizza? WOW....thats 32 dollars a pie....if you get 8 slices from one....when I got home they were like chewing leather ~ disappointment is a understatement

We usually have a good experience and enjoy the food here. I called in a take out order on my way home from Vermont. We were not happy with the food not sure why possible a different cook.

Boneless wings had 3 sharp small bones in them. Not sure if these are made in house or from a distributor but regardless that's not very safe. Also in regards to my last order before the wings.... I love a hot pepperoni sub. But I can't order that from here because the last 2 times I got one it was so dry. I feel like that's hard to do. Use more sauce.

Terrible .... The delivery driver didn't have any change number one ...... Number two the sub was 75percent bread with zero buffalo sauce in the supposed buffalo chicken sub..... Dry chicken and terrible all around food.... You know it's bad when the frozen poppers are the best thing you get.... I will never eat here again very disappointed

Manger at scali's really rude food was not tasty and most of all they don't know how to explain when there gunna hold money against your card and not tell u or give you the option to give another card we wouldn't have had to call the trooper to solve the problem ... You need to learn how to talk to people and and have most if all having peoples attacking a customer wow... U are lossing a good customer and heads up don't use ur credit 💳 with them

The pizza was great but I was watching them make the pizzas there was only3 ppl wearing masks when I asked y they weren't wearing them I was told I DONT KNOW she went in the back to tell them to wear masks and they started talking bad about me like grow up how about u get adults in there instead of children customer service sucked and waited 40mins longer then expected unreal

They said an hour delivery and didn't show up until hour 45 minutes . Called and use excuse then delivery guy said the other driver had an accident and wasn't told by the person at Scalis and everything was cold. Never again

The absolute worst!!! I made a simple request to have a $100 gift card sent to me (I even offered to pay for postage) so I can send it to a family who suffered a major loss. I had to call 2xs just to get someone to agree do this for me. It's been a week...credit card has been charged...STILL no gift card! I hate that I even have to support this business with the gift card (if it ever arrives)!

The waitress was rude and had attitude acted like she didn't care. My pizza was ice cold and it tasted like cardboard and seemed like it sat out for days or hours whichever.. Only pizza shop in town opened on sundays but would be waiting for Stella to open during the week...

This is very disappointing. My family has frequented Scali's for a very long time now, but over the past year they have managed to go from the best of Hudson to the worst. Tonight we ordered food at 8 PM, we were supposed to receive it by 9 PM the latest. We did not receive our food until 9:40 PM. By the time we received it it was luke warm. The chicken wings were dry and the poppers were cold. The stromboli we ordered was very soggy, soaking in grease, when I bit into it I received about half of a sliced, partially cooked onion in one bite. When my Step Father called the establishment to complain the "Pizza Chef" stated that he was recently new along with the driver, they were having several issues, and he would probably not be working there much longer. We were awarded a credit for next time, but I doubt we will even use it due to the uneccesary frustration and aggregation brought on. This has been accumulating for quite some time, giving Scali's several chances to redeem themselves. Prior experiences have included wrong orders, drivers not being able to find the house, baked ziti that tasted like soap, and severely overcooked chicken to the point that it is no longer edible, let alone chewable. I advise no one to go here.

Gross inside they have a dirty fan on the pizza slices to try to keep the flys away. Doesn't work well the kitchen looks like a dumpster. The staff wow so miserable if you hate your job that much find a new line of work.

I don't usually go out of my way to leave a bad review, but after years of grabbing slices and squares from the front counter, we decided to treat some out-of-state guests with a whole Sicilian pie from Scalias. First off, the service was fantastic and both of the women who helped us were incredibly helpful and patient. They were the highlight of the entire experience. The slices from the counter in the past have always been solid, with no complaints except for the rare overcooked or undercooked mess that happens just about anywhere. However, the Sicilian pie we ordered, along with wings and garlic knots, was hands down some of the worst pizza we've had. We had really talked up Scalias to our friends since they come from a pizza dead zone, and ended up with a pizza that was undercooked, loaded with salt, and just all-around bland and inedible. The wings were salt bombs with no flavor, and the atomic sauce tasted like something a toddler made after sneaking into the kitchen to practice chemistry. The only saving grace were the garlic knots, which were okay. I have no idea what's going on over here, but the owners owe it to themselves to figure it out. This place went from being a Hudson Valley staple to a dump. The low rating is for forcing me to throw a pizza in the trash, never had to do that before.

Absolutely Disgusted with the food. Ordered a Chicken Alfredo with Penne. I've never complained about food before but it made me sick. it was absolutely Disgusting. A few bites and straight to the trash. I called and they wouldn't give a refund. Bad attitude from the staff. It was literally just a tub of Grease. 🤢🤮

Don’t order delivery here. Almost 2 hours to get our cold food. Cold wings cold appetizers, cheese on pizza already cold. Driver said there was an accident but they can’t call? Please don’t order delivery from here unless you like expensive cold food. Couldn’t be more disappointed, annoyed and disgusted by the lack of any communication, service or the like.

The pizza tasted funny and the box smelled musky, like it was in a damp place. Giving the pizza a terrible taste. Should have no stars for food.

This was the 2 nd time we ordered for pick up when I ordered a shrimp dish and when opened it was chicken. Person doesn't eat meat or foul. Too late to re order. So same person didn't have dinner. Sad. And not cheap. The location is convenient and good for pizza. But. Meals is another thing.

I use to like this place I just got my food and it had a piece of metal from a Brillo pad in my food I called and they wanted to remake my dish at this point I didn’t feel comfortable eating from there it would have been the right thing to do to refund us and take back this dish with the piece of aluminum Brillo so yeah no more Scalia for me ever again I could have swallowed it if I didn’t realize it was in my food the young lady that answered the phone was uninterested and didn’t care at all

I just ordered some wings from scalies and normally it's NEVER an issue but today they decided to cut the whole head off a chicken and serve it with my wings 🙃🙃 you can clearly see the beak and neck of the head in the pics . Cmon now that's just crazy to even do .

I love Scali's Pizza especially Grilled Garlic Chicken. But I just ordered one from the branch at Muldoon was trash and the test was very bad. It wasn't cooked at all and they put cheese more than usual (not professional). The pizza wasn't has a chicken on it at all and the Onion wasn't cooked. I think they forgot to placed my order then when I showed up they put it in the oven and they rushed it. Please see the attached picture. I'm not happy customer her and wasn't deserve $20.

UNHAPPY CAMPER!!!!!! This was Supposed to be Grilled Chicken Salad, Cooked WELL DONE with extra chicken. The chicken was just heated up at best. Normally the food & service here is Good to Very Good, but they dropped the ball on this one. WOW, I won't order A salad from them again.

Ordered a deliver pizza $31 wife received the pizza as I was in the shower. Over one hour delivery time. Cheese on pizza was halfway off the pie. ( see picture) called in to complain about the situation was hung up on called back and was told they would make another and sent it out eta one hour and would need the old pizza back. Went to broadway pizza in tivoli 30 minutes later had a pizza delivered for half the cost with no problems
