*** Food and a Show *** We come here frequently, they never disappoint. Typically they won't wear you down until everyone from your party is present. We were extremely hungry and they made an exemption for us. LOL, we are regulars.... I recommend this place. Seating arrangements are perfect even for big guys!

Food was great as well as the service. Filet was cooked perfectly and as ordered. All the food was seasoned just enough. Definitely recommend!

Had pretty good service with having such a large group to accommodate. Wait staff was prompt to take drink and food orders and were very accommodating for some picky kids in our group which was greatly appreciated. Overall the food was good and we all had a great time. The only downside I'd say was the lack of entertainment from the cook. Been to their previous location several times and other places similar and there was virtually no entertainment from the cook we had but I had witnessesd other cooks that entertained their tables and engaged with the customers a lot better. However this will notnorevent me or our family from going again.

It was our first time and new to the experience, the host didn't really explain everything very well, but we still had a good time. I also would've liked a little more theatrics from the chef. We plan to return, but hopefully, we get a better experience.

The food was top-notch, and the chef was amazing. The atmosphere was good. It had a very authentic Japanese feel to the restaurant. However, it was expensive. 80 dollars for a party of two. And I ended up having to grab my own to-go boxes from where they were on display, available for whoever needed one. Waiting for the table to fill up with other guests wasn't great, given that the chef didn't start cooking until the table filled up. We waited nearly 30 minutes for the table to have 8 people with everyone having ordered.

The experience and chef was great. My 4 star rating is due to the "salad" it was simply lettuce with a dressing on top. I would not call it a salad. Also I'm not sure what kind of dressing it was however it wasn't the best tasting see photo. Our chef was entertaining and made the experience worth wanting to come back. I ordered fish & shrimp it was delicious. The fried rice will fill you up so don't eat that all right away.

There are no complaints about the food, it was pretty good and there was an abundance of it- you’ll definitely get full. The Hibachi experience is fun for family, especially kids. For my family of 3 which included 3 entrees, sushi roll, one bottle of beer and an order of sake it came out to $92 before gratuity. I don’t want to knock this place for not being as extravagant as other Hibachi grills I’ve been to, but for the pricing I feel the atmosphere could offer a little more. Nonetheless, my family left happy and full.

This was the first time my family and I ate at the HB Steak House and Sushi restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The reviews I read seemed somewhat negative of the service. We on the other hand found the service very good. The hibachi chef was outstanding. He was friendly, fast and prepared a delicious meal. His skills with the various cooking tools were impressive.

Racist and micro aggression. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years, but lately, we’ve felt uncomfortable and singled out. The staff often make comments to my boyfriend like “are you tired?” Why you look mad ?As if as we’re supposed to act a certain way. things they never say to other (non-Black) guests. During our last visit, the chef ignored us and extra food on his plate after we said no asking side other non black customers but choosing to ignore us. We come here to relax and enjoy our meal, not to feel disrespected. The repeated microaggressions comments toward us are disappointing and make it hard to feel welcomed.we will not be coming back.

My family and extended family came here on the recommendation of my little sister and expected a good experience, little did we know we were in for a rushed meal and witnessing alarming food practices. The restaurant was dated and the menus were not all the same some items were missing on some menus that looked older, others were missing whole pages. The waitress was rushing us to order and asked us if we wanted fried rice and then when the chef arrived it turned into chicken fried rice somehow which is an upcharge to our bill. The chef was not entertaining and only did one trick with fire that was bigger than it should have been as it made my family members jump back for fear of singed hair and eyebrows. The chef then started cooking the meat and when he pulled the plate out all the raw meat (chicken, scallops, shrimp, and steaks) were thrown on top of each other on this one plate. Thankfully no one was allergic to seafood or shellfish. This is not only unhygienic its also a safety concern. I would not recommend anyone eat here at this hibachi, please look for another hibachi.

Coworker recommended this was the best Japanese food he had ever eaten was this restaurant. He set the bar pretty high, and boy, was it a disappointment. Typical setting but dated. Previous experiences at Hibachi restaurants were fun and entertaining. Not the case hear and i watched several tables, and it was lacking the show. The chef did little talking and really no show. Food was fair portions but didn't taste that good. Coworkers that went went me and said it tasted burnt. Had a different taste than other hibachi restaurants they had eaten at. We were all in agreement that it was not the best and would not eat there again. It is a once and done for me. My recommendation is to find a different hibachi restaurant before you go here.
