Great sandwiches. Well worth a visit.

Good sandwich location, I love stopping here on the way home from the beach or a hike. Sandwiches are always superb. Parking is always available and easy access. Ok small outdoor seating area but can get really hot even under the umbrella.

App ordering was fast and easy to modify orders; sandwich was ready and made to my specifications when I arrived; guys welcomed me upon entry

Our favorite sandwich place. Engineering and beef and cheddar brisket are our favorite! Meat is very juicy and delicious! We also did catering twice and our guests enjoyed it! Service is always great at this location. We occasionally go to Las Vegas one and service was not even close to the one in Huntington Beach location!

From the first time I ate a sub from Firehouse they have never disappointed. My favorite is the build your own Turkey with Deli mustard and mayo. One cannot go wrong with any sub from Firehouse.

Love Firehouse and so glad there is one now open near me. Been to this location a few times already and will definitely be coming back. Sandwiches are always fresh. If you are in a rush I suggest ordering online and they have a kiosk you can pick your order up from. Bonus- they also offer gluten free bread

I purchased a deluxe platter and 7 salads. The crew made sure everything was in order and was very professional. I called the day before and the morning of to make sure everything was on track and they were very attentive. I recommend this place if you need a large order, they will take care of you.

I visited on the recommendation of a local family member who had raved about it. I had a BBQ sandwich and it was fantastic. Those who hadn't experienced it before kept reiterating "this is way better than Subway." While Subway may have a less expensive sandwich, they don't make an equivalent sandwich. This is on a dfferent (better) level. We'll definitely seek the Firehouse Subs shop out in our home town. Staff were friendly even though the place was busy. It was cool to watch them interating with a kid and providing a firehouse helmet to them and their parent; it evolved to a bonding moment for their family to pretend being fire fighters and make fire truck sounds...a nostalgic moment for me with my kids.

There was a promotion today that had at least 40 people in the restaurant. The team was calm under the obvious pressure to get everyone's orders together. The woman at the register was very organized and thanking us for our patience. They were clearly overwhelmed yet I appreciate them and their efforts. Please give them many kudos and will return again just to interact with the team as I know they can handle anything. Their names were Nick Sophia and Jared. They're great!

Food was good but a little pricey $35 for 2 large sandwiches and a drink. They messed up my sandwich the first time but after a phone call they gave me credit for a replacement sandwich without any hassle so that was cool. They put a lot of meat on their sandwiches .

Overall these are excellent subs, but the bread isn't anything to write home about. Pretty much the same mushy stuff you get from Subway. If the bread were better, it would be a solid 5 stars.

Really crispy bread whenut comes out hot! A bit pricey but heck the app for promotions! There a few here and there that make this a steak!

I had the Italian sandwich on the toasted garlic wheat bread. I also had the macaroni and cheese. Both were delicious and the staff was quick and efficient. Good job.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Sub sandwiches. The service was top notch and the staff is beyond friendly. The service is what gave 4 stars. Its really not the sandwich as much as it is the way the sandwich is put together that turned me off. I'm not a fan of my sandwich swimming in oil and vinegar. I hate soggy sandwiches. But I didnt specify. So as long as your specific about what you want, you will have a good meal

Food and people prepping the food were great. The skinny girls with the tattoos should not be helping people with that attitude. No welcome, how are you today, may I take your order or nothing. Ordered, handed her mo ey, she gave me my change and thay was it. Basically no verbal communication. Will not be going back

I do love the food here but the ordering time is a bit chaotic for online orders. This includes their app as well as Uber Eats. It’s not uncommon to wait 30+ min for an order when you’ve already placed it online. Meanwhile everyone who stops in without using online gets their order immediately even though you’ve been waiting for 30+ min. This isn’t fair or indicative of best business practices. I hope they figure out how to take online orders in the year 2023 and beyond as they do make a decent sub.

We ordered 3 medium French Dips last night. This sandwich was not "loaded" with onions and roast beef. Very skimpy for a $15 sandwich.

I've tried Firehouse Subs a couple of times. I've been completely underwhelmed. I don't understand why they get good reviews. I paid $10 for a medium Italian sub that would be considered small at other places. The meat to bread ratio was small. They put a sweet Italian dressing that seems more suitable for dessert than a sandwich. I'm done with this chain. No more chances.

They also forgot to put the mayonnaise on the side. The sandwich has hardly any meat for the small amount of bread for $14 I can go to Jersey Mike’s and get a lot more meat and bread for half a sandwich. The owner was observing the whole time helicopter Manager over her employees yet she didn’t observe they made a mistake. If you’re going to charge $14 for a sandwich, they’re better be meat on it. Tasted ok.

Went there for lunch. Walked in, was not greeted by the two guys working there. Nobody in line. One guy eating and one guy waiting. I stood there at the register for about 4 minutes waiting to order a large Italian Combo and was just ignored! I walked out and to never return. Great customer service!

Giving firehouse chain a bad rap, made me really sad cause I love fh!They should have their franchises pulled. Hook and Ladder Sandwich Sandwich was soggy and nasty tasting and not hot. Ordered online product was not delivered at promised time it took over 30 minutes. Service is rude and slow. Tried to talk to manager short, older dark hair lady in red shirt and she didn’t care or solve problem or try to even go make order, ended up waiting 10 minutes longer. Place was so unorganized. Dirty no one busing tables. I won’t come here again.

Me and my husband come here a lot and we found out someone we knew auggie worked there I have no problem with him thinks he is a great dude but today we told him no cheese my husband has a dairy allergy we get it mistakes happen I wasn’t mad at all even thought my husband is at the er I’m not mad I called spoke to lady was super polite just wanted another sand which with no cheese to take to him at the hospital she was so rude basically called me a liar told me she isn’t going to remake it was just terrible I’ve never been treated like that let alone in the food industry she lied said she was one of the general mangers and I told her there is only one general mangers never heard of that and she said well he is off wouldn’t do anything for me then said call you back hung up Rudly but luckily some other lady who was so nice picked up said she would remake it like I’m already stress my husband is having a severe allergy attack last thing I need is someone being mean to me calling me a liar on the phone I wasn’t mad I was nice and polite I’m actually shocked and hurt I’ve never been treated like this as a person and I love the food but I think we will have to stop coming to our favorite sandwhich spot after this I don’t trust our food not being contaminated out of spite

Terrible service. How can you forget to serve French fries. And justify it half an hour later.
