They make really good broth and the staff are so friendly and helpful!

I did not eat my meal in the restaurant, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The food however is the best bowl of Pho I have ever had and I've had lots of bowls. They serve one style here to the best of my understanding, the price is fair and the service is BLAZING fast. The serving is the right size, huge for the small and massive for the large. The price is unbelievable, less than $10! Go there!

Delicious, try this place, you won’t be disappointed. The chicken was tender and not overcooked. The beef pho (filet with garlic) was delicious.

Best pho spot in the area and I’ve tried most if not all of them. Super clean inside I’d recommend the chicken pho with the thighs dark meat or go with the pho oxtail. Both are A1. Shrimp fried rice is non greasy and tastes great as well. Inside is spacious and clean and service is top notch. One of my favorite local spots for a reason.

The pho here is great with huge portions. Peter and the staff were super attentive and made sure we had everything we could’ve needed. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back! :)

Love the pho and peach tea drink here! Im visiting from NYC and I came here last year and it’s so yummy. Every time I’m here at Fountain Valley I always hit this spot. Friendly staff and clean. But most of all food is delish! Come and eat here! Highly recommend.

The first time I came here I thought the name sounded funny and I was looking for a great pho restaurant. Little did I know that Pho Lovers has the best Vietnamese food in town, including their pho. The oxtail pho is absolutely mouth watering and the best I've had despite all of my travels. Even better than the food is the VIP service. The Manager Peter and server named B treat me like a king every time I come in, remembering my name and my favorite dishes. Thanks guys, you're the best. Do yourself a favor and have dinner at Pho Lovers, you'll definitely be back!

We live in Santa Monica and drive 1 hour out here because it is the best Pho in all of SoCal. The service is top notch, especially Bi who makes sure our order is perfect. 11/10 food and vibe, wish we had one closer to LA.

Really enjoyed a lunch gathering here. We had 15 people for lunch and they easily accommodated us. They were able to easily break up the bill, too. Had to try their brisket pho. The broth was very flavorful and it had quite a good amount of brisket. We also tried their special egg rolls which were extra crispy. The server suggested we tried them and we are glad we did. Nice big indoor seating area, plenty of tables, friendly service.

This is the absolute best Pho location I have ever been to. The brisket is so tender and delicious, I also ordered the spring rolls, which are fantastic. I love them staff are nice and friendly. I would definitely come back again and again this is a must try location

Superb! Best by far for Beef Rib Pho!! Super great quality and such amazing service! Easy access and great parking, it’s not a hole in the wall place either. It’s got seating and room and space! Love it! I live in Santa Clarita and luckily I drove by and hit the best “Beef Rib Pho” near me and they pulled up. The best bowl of pho came with 3 ribs only for $15!! What a deal. Would go here again for sure.

Enjoyed my time there. Nothing beats an iced Vietnamese coffee with a side of iced tea. It is very strong in bitterness and sweetness, very unique. I love intensity of that type lol sure did its job when I had to take a 24 mile bike home . Atmosphere design is creative with fluidity of the curves warm against white and grey toned plus texture eye catching. I like how they blanched the moyashi, I didn’t expect that. Most people have it raw and have the soup cook it. It was just as crunchy. The tendon was like firm jelly. Spring rolls had a combo of pork and shrimp. Refreshing taste of lettuce, I would add more mint for mine tho. I like how refreshing and aromatic that herb is. Thank you .

Been going here for over 3 years and they never miss. I love the owners and the workers are always so sweet. Their in dining is the same as togo for quality. Definitely the best pho in OC as someone who grew up here!

I really loved this place and think it’s one of the best I’ve been to. The pho had a really good taste to the broth (and was hot), the meat was perfection, got #6 which I think is the beef and brisket. Good portion size, lots of meat. I love how they have a bunch of chili oil on the table to help yourself. What really stood out was the service. I haven’t had half as good of service anywhere else. They are all very polite and good at what they do. The atmosphere is very comfortable and has lots of windows. I am glad I came to this one as I was trying out new places. Great meal and service! This was honestly one of the best pho places I have been to. I ordered shrimp pho, with a side of beef ribs. The shrimp pho was good, about a 7.8 out of 10, but the beef rids, a solid 9.3, and for $6 for the side of beef ribs , it's actually worth it. 2 big ribs. I'm from florida and the same order would have been over $30 before tax. I would definitely recommend, and I'll be back next week to try more!

Pho Lovers 3 is my favorite pho restaurant in OC so far. Their beef pho is flavorful but they also have free-range chicken pho with a delicious ginger dipping sauce. They also offer fresh rice noodles which really elevates the dish. The broth is just right, not overly salted. My boyfriend, who generally avoids soup, loves the shrimp fried rice here so we are both happy. Customer service is usually pretty good and the ambiance is pleasant.

Came in on a cold night craving pho, and this place exceeded expectations. The restaurant is stylish and impeccably clean. After we sat down, our server, Bi, came over and took the time to explain the menu in detail. He didn’t just describe the dishes, he also shared Vietnamese customs and how the food is traditionally enjoyed, from the differences between noodles to how to add spices and sauces, and even which tea is best. We’ve had pho many times before, but we’ve never enjoyed it as much as we did with Bi’s guidance. Everything was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was good but I get the feeling this is locals only. I was the only one that wasn't Viet here and I got a lot of looks. At the end, when I walked up to pay, I was waiting in line and another customer cut right in front of me. The guys did nothing...at all. Everything else was good though. Broth was clean and I'm pretty sure it was beef broth. Tasty. Could've had more beef balls but there was steak in it so I guess that balanced it out. Some of the steak was clumped together. Noodles were too. Not a huge deal but clearly it was just thrown (literally) in the bowl. Good amount of parking and fast service. Everything was pretty good except if I return, I would probably need to bring a Viet friend or at least Asian. I'm neither so...

We got shrimp pho and steak pho. It was really good and hit the spot. We ordered and the soups came out piping hot. Will definitely be back to get our pho fix when we are in the area.

The shaking beef was pretty good, had a nice side salad with good portion of rice and beef. Also with a green sauce to dip with which was good. And problem it was maybe a tad bit bland in my opinion but it’s still a good dish.

Definitely one of the better pho shops in SoCal. The brisket and meatball combo pho was very good. The texture of the pho was decent and the meat’s quality was decent for a pho shop. We also shared a huge beef leg bone with tender tendons (but no marrow though). The place was clean and neat, and the service was good as well.

Noodles and meat were overcooked. Tasted under seasoned. Service was good. Vibe was good.

Service slow and not enough waiters. Staff is mostly high school students. Waited a couple of mins before I ordered at the front desk. Pho Tai tasted bland and not enough meat in comparison to other pho places. Disappointed with the flavor of the dish. Soup tasted sweet and not savory such a waste. Not sure if they have a rave party in the backside of the restaurant because it is loud.

The Pho is Ok but definitely don’t order Cha Gio banh trang Viet nam. Too fat, not crunchy but chewy!!! I couldn’t eat this but still paid for $8

Ok so we sat ourselves (self seating) and we waited until some nice lady came to ask If we'd been helped. We ordered and my order was wrong. We had asked prior if it came with vegetables already in it, besides the broth and meat. We were told it didn't. We ordered one plain just in case. When both came out they both had onions/ chives on it. I figured they'll just get me a new one? 🤷‍♀️ nope 🙅‍♀️ they picked out the onions and stuff. Was finding them while I was eating it. Don't get me wrong it tasted good but honestly defeated the purpose of asking before hand if it came with any or not. I also wouldn't have looked like I didn't enjoy it, because it was really good. Also ordered a coffee, we figured WE ordered it wrong because it was all black. So we asked for creamer, we were informed they didn't have any but had MILK. So we asked if we could have some on the side. I swear we were getting punked because they took it, and it came back looking the literal dam same lol. Also guy came over and said "FREE SIDE DISH" It was a dam side of onions. I swear we WERE GETTING PUNKED. We couldn't help but laugh wondering if this dude was for real. GOOD food but boy was this another level of customer service for us lol some might ask, did we tip? Of course the food was still good, I say there was a language barrier there for sure.

I order Pho with chicken thigh and as you could see in the picture I clearly didn't get any thigh. Party of two and I got my soup first then 10mins later my sister got hers. It would have been nice if we both got our plates at the same time because my food got cold as I was waiting for her food to arrive because its rude to eat while the other person is waiting but she insisted so my food wouldn't get any colder. While we had lunch no server came to check on us, we needed a refill on drinks but they didn't bother to even look our way.
