This Visit: This location looks like it has recently been renovated and was really quite nice inside. My daughter didn't want to go eat inside at first, but once inside, it was very nice. Service was friendly. Background: I had not had Taco Bell for many many years. And we don't really eat fast food in my house. But daughter was asking to get Baja Blast slushie and my wife took her to get that, and gave her a crunchy taco, and now it's a weekly thing 😑 And I have to admit that I have been a part of these weeklies; it's partly some nostalgia from the teen years, surfing and eating affordable Taco Bell afterwards. But it tastes pretty good with the taco sauce. IDK. I am against this kind of food, but it has been pretty good for a little bite occasionally, recently. I guess this is an existential crisis I must deal with.

Was Sunday afternoon bean and cheese burritos were nice and hot ,unfortunately was a little wendy and couldn't understand the young lady on trough the speaker maybe is me,whether I got to the window everything was great,thank you

Portions are smaller & you’ve lost a former loyal customer for crushed chip’s unusable, attitude if order is in error just comeback when you discover it. Take the $ & no respect for customer needs. BTW the food looked like it was thrown in by a child with a temper tantrum. Unacceptable service! Management oversight required & visit by corporate inspectors to take corrective measures or maybe mercifully shuddering the store or becoming the neighborhood’s garbage pit

The kids that work here are about the rudest I've met in fast food. Not only where they rise but they got my order wrong twice and coped an attitude with me when I asked them to fix it twice! Then got another attitude when I simply asked for the bathroom code!! Smh.. well never come to this establishment again!!Food Gross!! Bathrooms gross! People rude and gross!! 👎🏼Only thing good was the cinnamon twist..

Ordered breakfast. They took forever and a half, about 10 minutes to put together 3 items. And they disregarded my breakfast salsa, keep your minimum wage I will shop elsewhere. The crunch wrap breakfast is trash just get the 2$ breakfast burrito and you get more food. With all of the available workers, I would just clean house. Order went in at 0900 September 3rd 2024 Los Angeles timezone. Also, the parking lot has a problem with drug users. Keep your doors locked while in the drive through line, thank me later 👍

Horrendous. Unfortunately, my husband and I work very long hours and this is our only option on late nights after work some days. I do not like leaving bad reviews but it is unacceptable service for any business. Every time we go they have messed up our order and given us something completely different, treated us like dirt and the quality in general is the worst I have ever seen, i.e., falling apart, basically a salad with meat next to a soggy taco shell stuck to the paper inserts. Do better. We have had several experiences like this late night, but specifically at 10:30 pm on 9/13/24. If you want your business to succeed I suggest you make some changes. We will have to find another option because I would rather eat a mud pie at this point.

This Taco Bell is normally so good, but last night went there around 11 pm and ordered two meals and some nacho fries. The fries were cold and floppy, I didn’t even know the fries could come like that. My girlfriend ordered a chulupa and it was cold. Like the whole thing was cold. Not sure who was working last night but man they suck.
