The food at Tom’s is decent, especially since I don’t eat this type of food often. However, I wish the cheese on the chili fries was properly melted, it would have made a big difference. The customer service is okay, but I sometimes feel rushed and a little overwhelmed when ordering because they have trouble hearing me, which makes me feel like I have to be louder than I’d like. I went through the drive through and ordered two cheeseburger specials, one with fries and the other with onion rings, and a teriyaki chicken bowl. The gentleman that took my order was excellent. When I drove up to the window, the lady called out my order wrong and I respectfully answered with no and proceeded to tell her the correct order, I was never mean or angry towards her and was respectfully answering with a good attitude while she kept staring me down in a bad way. I could have reacted in a bad way and chose not to because your drive through was very busy. My family had both the cheeseburger specials and they enjoyed it, I had the teriyaki chicken bowl, which wasn’t all that good, I even think that something was wrong with it. Keep the bad attitude and the intimidation stare down away from customer service, it’s bad for business.

After years of coming here, I feel the quality of the food has gone down.. Especially with the French Fries, I don't know if it's the cheap oil they use or what but they have an odd feel to them and you have to use ketchup or thousand island dressing to eat them.. even the dressing taste odd.. (I use to eat them plain) this wasn't the case about a year ago or so. I'm not longer buying the combo.. burgers still ok and I do recommend people try the chicken pozole.. it's Good for a fast food spot.

From the moment I drove up this lady was calling me ma’am several times and getting my order wrong after I repeated several times how I wanted my order. After that I’m at the window and she takes my Ebt card (only good thing is they do take it) but she asked for my pin instead of handing my partner the card reader, that we could clearly see was not attached to anything in any sort of way, and we have been to this location before without having to give our private information, this woman gave us no choice. Orders are wrong and I over paid but they take Ebt.

The prices went up, but the quality of the food went down. I'm getting disappointed each time I come here. Hope they fix the issue soon. The elote tastes old and no flavor before they used to taste better. I wouldn't mind paying $4 for a fresh elote, and the chili cheese fries were 5.49 they don't look and taste that good either. I left $25 for my order there. Hopefully, they will fix the issue.
