Our first server, Brandi, left us halfway through our meal, shortly thereafter the police arrived. Management never came by the table, we waited an excessive amount of time for our food, had to correct the order — the food was warm the second time around. Our replacement server, Alissa, was amazing, she was definitely our turn-around for the whole experience. She was sweet, and respectful, and made sure we were taken care of.

We waited to be helped by front staff for 5 minutes. We quickly got drinks and our order placed. My husband’s meal came out a full 10 minutes before mine even though we placed at the same time. Food was the usual standard for Chili’s. The biggest issues came from interactions with our server. She would not look at us while talking to us, hot irritated when we mentioned our free chips/salsa, and rolled her eyes when we passed by her in the way out. The Madison location is much better, we will make it a priority to visit that branch instead.

We had the worst dining experience ever. It was the service, not the food. When we were brought the chips and salsa, the chips were all in pieces. We coukdnt dip them in the salsa they were so small. We asked for a new basket, and we're told no. She said all their chips were all broken up coming out of the machine. When told, no one else had small pieces ONLY, she still refused. When we were served our salads, she brought a large plate with everything on it. She held it above the table and waited for one of us to take the entire plate and distribute them ourselves. When our entrees were served, she again had them all on a tray. She did set the tray on a counter and hand out our plates, but the food was moved to one side and all in a big pile as if the plates had been tipped sideways. We asked for A1 sauce and were told she would try and find some to wait. Then, we had to ask for salt and pepper. She did finally bring it, but it was obvious she was irritated. Refilling drinks was very interesting, too.

We went to Chili’s for lunch and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. It took about 15 minutes before a waitress even came to our table, and another several minutes to get our drinks. While our waitress was very sweet, the service overall was not good. To her credit, she did bring us complimentary chips and salsa along with a cup of potato soup, which was appreciated. However, she also took my son’s tea to refill and forgot to bring it back. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, so I wasn’t expecting such slow service. As for the food, it was hit or miss. I had the 6oz sirloin, which was good, but the loaded mashed potatoes were a little dry. My son ordered the 10oz steak medium rare, but it came out looking more like a cold rare. On the other hand, my wife and daughter enjoyed their meals. Overall, the food was average and the service left a lot to be desired. We even thought about leaving before we ordered, and looking back, it probably would have been best if we did.

We went here with a few friends this afternoon and it was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. It was not busy at all but it took about 15 minutes before a waiter even came to our table. Everyone ordered cocktails and food, and one of our friends ordered an appetizer. We got waters pretty soon after that but then our waiter disappeared for like 45 minutes utnil our cocktails and food came out at the same time and our friends didn't get their appetizer. We were told by the waiter that they didn't put the appetizer in and they hadn't started making the drinks until a few minutes prior. We didn't have all of our food either. It took several times of asking our waiter for specific things they had missed and we basically just gave up on having everything. We didn't even get napkins even after asking a couple of times for Pete's sake. When it was time for us to settle our checks the machine broke while my fiancee was trying to pay, our waiter was kind of snappy in a jokey way saying that we broke it because we didn't do it fast enough. We are pretty sure we got charged twice, we'll see. Honestly, just don't go here. It's awful.

Food was awful. I door dashed it over 100 dollars spent. First of all with my triple.dipper they didn't even take the time to cut the southwest egg rolls in half like they normally do so it was just two full egg rolls. They gave me ZERO sauces with my triple dipper also. My husband ordered shrimp and steak fajitas. They sent chicken nd steak instead of what he requested. Steak was so overcooked it was awful. Chicken was as well just Overcooked dry. Somehow the fajita veggies were practically raw tho which wawas strange but go figure. To top it all off my husband ordered skillet queso which they sent with NO chips. Just queso. 100 dollars down the drain for horrible service.

My girlfriend and I had a very disturbing experience at Chili’s that left us feeling hurt and disgusted. When we arrived, we were told there was a 45-minute wait for a table for two. I said that was no problem, and we decided to leave. As we were walking out, another couple walked in. I let them know there was a 45-minute wait so they wouldn’t be surprised. They said they understood but still wanted to check inside. That couple — who were both white — were seated immediately. There was no explanation, no clarification about open seating, and no visible reason for the difference in treatment. The only obvious difference between us was that I am Black and my girlfriend is white. And the other couple were both white It is hard not to view this as discriminatory. Being told there’s a long wait and then watching another couple walk in right after you and get seated immediately is humiliating. It makes you question whether you were treated fairly at all. No one should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when going out to eat. This experience left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and that is unacceptable in 2026. Restaurants should treat every guest equally, regardless of race. I truly hope management takes situations like this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

Truly an awful experience today. They were understaffed so I completely understand the stress that comes with that. However our waitress was rude and careless. Didn’t speak to us and wasn’t friendly. I also only picked chilies for the wicked margaritas. They brought them out in regular glasses without the wands(the whole reason we wanted them) I addressed this and she said they were out. Could have definitely told us if she had given us the time of day. The food took around 45 minutes to come out. Absolutely awful experience and the food wasn’t good either. Don’t go to this chili’s.

I visited this location on a Friday night and walked into an absolute disaster. There was a wait for a table, which is perfectly okay. However, we decided to eat at the bar to speed up time and it was an awful experience. I was rudely told that they didn’t know when our food would be ready. Additionally, I never received a drink refill or napkins without having to explicitly ask for them. We even had to ask for silverware. We spent 2 hours waiting for our food and all we ordered was an appetizer. As we were leaving, the host was telling people that they could no longer order food at the bar, even though you definitely could.

This Chili’s location, specifically, has been a problem for me. I haven’t been able to get a seat the last several times I’ve tried. After tonight, I will never visit this location again, and I encourage everyone else to avoid it like the plague. My party (just two people) and another party of two had been waiting outside for over thirty minutes after checking into the waitlist. Both of us had walked in because it looked like guests were disappearing from the front, so we assumed tables were opening up. Instead, we were told by an employee that they had been instructed to seat only people standing directly at the podium, even though we were literally just outside the door, and that everyone else would have to wait an additional hour on top of the thirty minutes we had already waited. This employee then told us, to our faces, that a couple who arrived well after both of our parties would be seated before us. This isn’t a one-time situation. This Chili’s consistently treats its customers poorly. I urge you to go anywhere else. The Red Robin or LongHorn right next door are both 100 times better.

In the last year I have walked out of the store twice. The first time because there was no one to seat me. Today I was insulted by the waitress. She said that she needed our drink order right then because she did NOT have time to switch out the drinks later. We had just stared looking at the menu to decide on our food. My friend was not sure if she wanted the 3 for me meal and was only going to get water. This is where she got the attitude about not having time to change out drinks. She claimed the location was too busy for her to wait on us and gave us attitude the few minutes we talked to her. I planned on having a margaritas as well, but I assume that would have been too much. Cheeseburger Bobby's got my money tonight because of her attitude.

Went on the fourth of july about an hour before they closed, and i guess they didn’t feel like taking anymore customers but if that was the case the server or host whatever she was could of simply told us. She kept walking past us and around the restaurant just looking at us when we was waiting to be seated at the front for like 15 min. She would drop the food off at the other people’s table and walk straight to the back of the kitchen without saying a word to us. Eventually we left because we realized her rude self was waiting til it was time to tell us they were closed. And all i wanted was some mozzarella sticks like damn. Whoever that white girl is with blonde hair do better fr, if you would told us yall are about to close that woulda been fine, but just constantly glancing over at us and hiding in the back is completely unnecessary

The waitress was slow and very inattentive. There were only 3 tables to service and she would choose to sit in a booth with another worker instead of getting refills and checking on everyone. After ordering our drinks she went and sat down at the booth and it took 10 minutes before she got back up and brought us the drinks. The manager was walking around the entire time and never seemed to mind that people were having to get up and get their own to go boxes. When I received my meal I had 3 chicken portions on my plate and 2 of them was burnt. Food was sloppy looking. When I told the manager at the end of the meal he went to the kitchen and came back and said “you are right” they were not supposed to be burnt. REALLY? This was a bad Sunday afternoon experience today.

Tried to make an order online. Wasnt working so i called. Lady picked up and told me she cant put an order in for me after i told her the online system messed up mind you, its 10 and they close at 11. I drive up there hoping to just place it in person. The door is locked. At 10:10. Im pissed so i call, they say that the kitchen is closed 😤 so i asked why is it closed early. They said they have 1 cook. Thats not my problem. I say forget it and leave. I should've taken a video of me pulling on the door but thats doing too much. I just provided their sign and the time i left the parking lot. Go to madison. Skip them
