Dave & Buster's - Huntsville

Wonderful place all around! So good we went twice! Super friendly manager gave us some free play and the staff was really kind! Lots of games, food was delicious, and a lot of variety of prizes to choose from! Best Dave and busters I have been too! Will go again!

This Dave & Buster’s location was so clean and well staffed. We purchased the 90-minute unlimited game play. The games were all great and there was a good selection of prizes to choose from with the tickets won. Afterwards we had lunch and the food was excellent. The grandkids also took turns on the Human Crane and that was so much fun!! (for both the participant and the viewers—we all laughed so much!). All in all it was an amazing way to spend the day!

Oh my, Dave and Busters have totally revamped their entire menu, along with some of their all time classics. Awesome service, tasty mix drinks (Dangerous Waters) and fun and games made for a great night out with friends and family! Dave and Busters it’s got to be!

One of the best times me & my kids ever had! We chose to go hear over going to the fair! Glad we did! Food is delicious! So we're the drinks! They have so many games to play! We were there about 4hrs and exhausted when we left. Had a blast tho!

We went here during lunch on Wednesday and pretty much had the place to ourselves! I really enjoyed the steak salad and the fish & chips were more than enough for two people to share. The games were half price and no lines so we blew through almost all the games. So much fun! The perfect time for our birthday boy!

Had a great date night for the letter "A" tonight. Appetizers and Arcade! Wednesdays are the best night to go since they have 1/2 priced games and 50% off all food on the menu! Love it!!

I have visited a few locations, even brand new ones, but this was my absolute favorite one. The servers were very considerate. The food was well prepared and the presentation was nice also.

It's no where near as big as the one in Nashville but it's a good time to be had. I went on Wednesday for half off all games. You definitely get more bang for your buck on Wednesday. Also, I appreciate how long the happy hour is. All the drinks I had were good and well made. The bartenders know what they are doing. Good service. The food was really good. I was apprehensive at first but I always am when a place isn't just about the food, just the good time, but this was a really good sandwich and fries. I had the chicken avocado club with fries. Very good. Everything was hot. Fries were hot and delicious. If you want a good time, go! Wednesdays 1/2 all games is definitely a plus! The only thing I felt was lacking (and it really isn't that deep) were there weren't a lot of prizes to choose from, like in Nashville. I'm not sure if it's because of covid (shortages and such) or just because it's smaller. Would definitely benefit from having more prizes to choose from.

A+ customer service experience. We had trouble using our D&B gift cards (that were not activated correctly) and it was a busy Friday night, but Imani (area operations manager) saved the day. She went above and beyond to figure out our problem and also ensure our other gift cards were corrected for future visits before we left!

I want to thank Jasmine that works the front cash register. She was very kind and courteous when explaining the prices, and even checked on my family after some time went by. Overall an great experience from the customer service to the games.

We went just for the arcade on Wednesday when the games were half price. I bought the largest package for 120$ and split the points between 4 ppl. We were able to play for a little over an hour it was so much fun.

Like, explained it all with patience and clarity, from start to finish, which made everything so much smoother and more enjoyable. 🍔 The service was exceptional—friendly, fast, and totally on top of things, even with a packed house for the fight. Our server didn’t miss a beat. 💥 If you’re looking for a place to catch a big game, enjoy great food, and still feel like a kid again at the arcade, this is THE spot in Huntsville. Our kids LOVED every bit, too! Hats off to the staff and especially the manager—this is what customer service should look like. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an event tonight and it was amazing. The staff were really helpful and made everyone feel welcome. Marissa made the night really special - she went above and beyond. She worked very hard to make sure things ran smoothly. We plan to make this a repeat event. We can’t thank them enough!

Amazing experience every time. I have left my phone behind at a game station twice so far. (I know i should do better LOLOL) Both times it was turned it (SO LUCKY, thank you to whoever did both times) This past time, i was enjoying my time playing games. I had passed the manager, waved at him (he was looking down) so i mentioned to my husband i waved n smiled but he didnt see, we went on to play games for about 10ish minutes to realize i lost my phone. Went to the front, it had been turned in. The manager informed me he even went around looking to return it but couldnt find us. I am SO appreciative of their efforts. It is my fault and i am so thankful of the efforts the manager tried to do. We come to this establishment a lot & always have so much fun. From the service to the atmosphere; it is truly amazing. Thank you to the sweet manager that tried to find us; you were absolutely amazing and aswell as the staff, truly love every visit 🤍🤍

Rock was so amazing!!!! She was very attentive. She smile was amazing. She made sure we understood how everything worked because it was our first time. She make the experience great. The food was amazing to.

Pretty fun place to have fun out with your friends. We ended up only doing the various arcade games however and later the night we were there got to see some neat cars at a scheduled car show that was performed in the adjacent parking lot. Not sure about the food however but it seems pretty good. Recommend people hang out here, especially if you have kids and they like arcade games and other entertainment games

We had fun playing games, as always. We ate lunch. The wait was a little long, but the maitre’d made sure our order was taken. After that our food and drinks came quickly and everything was incredible! The million dollar Rita was on point and the buffalo wing burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Not the first time we’ve eaten and enjoyed our meal, but this is the first time I’ve reviewed D&B. Definitely worth a visit!

When I say Dave & Buster’s has the best manager, I mean it! Brittany was absolutely amazing!! We had a big issue, but she stepped right in even though she had just started her shift and handled everything with full force. She made sure our order and entire experience were corrected and that we were completely satisfied. She was so nice, kind, and patient, and she handled everything with such grace.

What a fun place with a comfortable bar area and tons of t.v.s to watch. We've had several items from the menu. The food quality and portion sizes are good. Awesome game room with lots of the best games out there. Good service to. The food is definitely higher quality than most bars I've been to. Comparable to jack browns.

We had a party of 10 and there were some issues getting the checks right. Other than that the experience was good. The food was acceptable and the games were great and seem to pay out more prize tickets than most other places of similar theme. No billiards at this location. Power card meal combos are a decent value as well.

Went to Dave & Busters this weekend as a double date. The atmosphere was great! Loud music, you can hear the games all going off, & TVs playing lots of sports. Yet not so loud you couldn’t hear each other talk. The service was great! Top notch! Got a Philly cheesesteak with fries & an avocado chicken sandwich with a salad. I didn’t get the salad right away, got fries instead, but the server took care of the mistake super fast! Both were delicious! I didn’t care for the fries when I tasted them, they had skin on them but my husband loved them. He got two draft beers & I got two dangerous water drinks. I thought I was getting alcoholic drinks but if those had any in them at all, I’m surprised. I rarely drink. Maybe 3 times a year. And I couldn’t taste a drop of alcohol in them. Didn’t feel a bit buzzed either. That’s one disappointing thing about Dave & Busters. That drink alone cost $10. Our whole bill was $65. I’d go back definitely, but I won’t ever buy another drink in there again unless it’s water.

The service was very good. HOWEVER make sure you tell your waitress/waiter that you want the combo eat and play before you order. Ours messed up and said they could undo it for some Reason that did t even make sense. It’s only about a $4 difference so we just ignored it while there but it was annoying. The drinks were a bit on the sweet side yet still refreshing. Highly recommend the fish and chips. Do not recommend the truffle fries. All in all good experience.

Great happy hour prices for draft beer! $4.50 for a 22oz and $3 for a 16oz. Lasts until 7. Fish & chips was seriously amazing! Great service at the table too! I would say I don’t remember Dave & Busters being that loud though… of course it’s an arcade there will be a good bit of noise, but it was not that crowded and we were still shouting at each other even in the restaurant and walking around.

Smaller than other D&B's we have been to. Clean, well kept. Service was great and staff was attentive.

Great family fun! The food and drinks are always amazing and they have really delicious hot wing sauce. The games are so fun. Some are over stimulating for me; but my 5 year old loves it!

Chicken Parm Pasta The chicken was blackened and hidden under a huge amount of pasta sauce and cheese. Tasted like a chicken pizza. The pasta was greasy and stuck together with the amount of cheese used. I wouldn't recommend the Chicken Parm Pasta. The S'mores Cheesecake was delicious. It's worth a try!

Great energy promoting fun when you first arrive. Place was very clean. Food was average at best, but you are in an arcade. Server was above and beyond attentive. Not very personal, but attentive nonetheless. General Manager walked around to each table to check on you. That's something you don't experience quite often.

Got drinks , really nice dave and busters , super clean on the inside as well with clean bathrooms. Its one of the smaller locations so they didnt have any Billiards ( what we went for) or Bowling like other locations , which was the only downfall since their website does advertise they have billiards. Once the website is updated for this location I will come back to put that 5th star 🌟

Fun for everyone, but my ONLY frustration was with our FOOD. Each of our orders of 🍟 tasted as though we ordered SALT instead... Even the new fries 🤦🏽‍♀️. I personally ordered the bowl with 2 meats.. Salmon & shrimp. My salmon arrived about 15 min. AFTER MY MEAL WAS TABLED. Of course it was not even room temp by then. Sadly, it would've ALL tasted great.

Utter disappointment. I’ve been to Dave & Buster’s all around the country and while this one is brand new it is the worst one. Nothing but electronic games. No billiard tables, no shuffle board tables, no darts, only four hoops stations, two skee ball games and two air hockey tables. If you aren’t into big, loud electronic games then don’t bother coming here. The only difference between this place and Chuck E Cheese is that the games are bigger, louder, and newer and they offer more than just lousy pizza to eat. Don’t expect to hear anyone talk during dinner. It is EXTREMELY loud in the restaurant. If you want to have a conversation bring a bullhorn. I literally had to yell for the server to hear my order and had to yell out the kids’ orders for them because they weren’t loud enough to be heard. The entire restaurant is a giant sports bar with big screen TVs everywhere and no separation between tables or booths. The staff was friendly but overwhelmed. The portion sizes were great and the food was good. Not bad, but not fantastic either. The entertainment and environment (1 star) weren’t what I expected from a Dave & Buster’s so that’s why the low rating. The friendly staff and food (3 stars) brings it up a bit but I don’t think I’ll be back. This is a real bummer because I have been waiting to get a Dave & Buster’s in our area for a decade and now that we have one it doesn’t even come close to scratching the itch for a family friendly entertainment place with something for everyone like I was expecting.

Went to eat on a Saturday evening around 4 pm. Got seated right away, a manager I believe got our drink order. They said the waitress had to step out for a minute. Drinks were pretty quick, but we waited to order for almost an hour! We finally waved down a waitress that had walked by us several times with no concerns that we had been sitting so long. She ask who got our Drinks, and as she went by we let her know. She then said she would find out. 10 minutes later a waitress shows up saying she had no idea we were waiting. The food was ok, but not great. Service there is terrible for our first time going.!

I took my daughter and her friends to celebrate her birthday, The games and the atmosphere was fun. We all really enjoyed ourselves. We made reservations to eat. The service was so slow, no one knew what they were supposed to be doing. We all ordered food that took forever to arrive, they were “Out” of sweet tea??? I ordered the ribeye steak medium. That was a mistake. It came out dry and tasteless.. that’s the worst steak I’ve gotten in a long long time from a restaurant. I will not be ordering that Again.

Lost waiters is quite annoying. Not sure how many people mine and my sons food was offered to before I realized it... when he set it down I asked so what are our dishes we got here? Dude was clueless, sad, and definitely not a good server. Forgot to mention openly drinking on the job. Sad he can do such. He wasn't there to work because im pretty sure he can't do a simple job regardless. 🫣😑 James do better.

Went inside and couldn't handle the noise factor. Most of the games are for kids. Took my adult son there for his birthday and we stayed 5 minutes. We used to go to the one in Panama City Beach and loved the food and games. That was 7 years ago. Too much like Chuckie Cheese now.

The people up front sold us on a $150 unlimited pass without telling us the restrictions on it. Then when we realized we couldn't play the only games we came to play, they wouldn't refund or exchange it, even though the card hadn't been used. The lady told us we obviously couldn't use it on everything, like I work here and know the ins and outs. Do they think we're going to sit here 16 hours a day getting tickets for 25 cent stuffed animals? And the card has a limit on how many tickets you can earn anyway, so what's obvious about it? We sat down at one of the many empty booths with the drinks we ordered from the bar and took turns letting our grandson play with the unlimited card instead of the now useless $50 card we bought for him. A little while later a server came over to us and started talking to us like we were 5 year olds, saying no one told us we could sit here and we're not following the rules. She was very rude, when we told her we had drinks and would order an appetizer she just kept going on about us not understanding the rules. We get it, it's a restaurant too, but almost every booth was empty and it's not like there was a wait time. And we wouldn't have been sitting there if they hadn't sold us a bogus $150 "unlimited" card we couldn't even use for what we came there for. Rude people, bogus deals, decent appetizers.

If you start your day with the food, you will be disappointed. If they say they are short staffed, don't, by any means, sit down to get food. And if you get the meal option, they will make it a massive deal to take the food You Already Paid For off of your bill. Took us about 3 hours to get our cold food and get our checks. Didn't help our server was visibly enraged that she had to do her job. Food also blows.

The host looked at us like we were stupid. Asked what we wanted and I said "We need a table for 6". He told us it would be a 30 min wait because the tables weren't cleaned off. I said "that's fine". Then he just stared at me. I said "Umm...do you need my name?" And he said "I'll just come find you." It was super weird. Also, half the dinning room was open with clean tables. We left.

Unable to withstand the loudness of all the games. Not hardly a soul around. No one at the dining area. So all the machines were just idling. Just hurt my already damaged hearing. If you love loud not a problem.

I came in while my wife had a hair appointment. That’s an hour. During that hour I was served ONE time by a bartender. One hour, 3600 seconds, one interaction with the bartender. And “interaction” is being used loosely, didn’t even look up at me from the cash register. I ordered a Coors light and a shot, and they slapped down a $17 check, never to be seen again even after I finished that in a couple minutes. Ghost town treatment, embarrassing really. If you like being ignored and being invisible, this is the place for you. Never coming back. And for what it’s worth, I’m not filling out your online survey or calling a corporate number, so please don’t bother.
