Terrible experience i came in early morning and they kept telling me to wait a sec... Yet I watched 2 other people get their order taken before me and I was there before them.. They mentored it was only 2 workers there but it doesn't excuse why my order wasn't taken.

I just left this McDonald and was the worst service ever had first I got two sprite that was halfway filled and second I ask the lady for some ketchup and she was about to give me a handful of ketchup then stop and only gave me three pack of ketchup for my entire order then I didn’t get my bbq sauce for my nuggets lastly I get home and both my sprite are Uncarbonated straight nasty and a waste of time and money spent to not get what I ask for do better guys

Today, as I do every morning, I went to McDonald’s and in my order I requested ketchup, jelly, and sugar. I did not receive anything at all. Later, I went back to place another order and requested them again at the window; I was only given two ketchups, one jelly, and two sugars. It is very disappointing not to receive what you order.

I ordered a happy meal with an apple juice, a McChicken and three more items. I didn’t receive the McChicken or the Apple juice. Normally I order through a different McDonald’s but tonight I ordered here and didn't get everything I ordered. Plus the fries were recooked. Worst service ever

Just left this location used my mobile app- the person on the intercom said my code was invalid yet on the app it showed I redeemed it…. Pull up to the window, given a price it shouldn’t be, explained what happened to the manager that came, she wasn’t helpful at all…. And instead of trying to make it better when I said “nevermind” she just walked away and dismissed the situation- not even attempting to understand what happened….. so over this location. It’s only 3 minutes from my house but I will rather drive the extra 15 minutes than to deal with this!

I'm order my food today and a order lemonade sweet tea..this days is so hot out side so I drink my tea with lemonade so fast so I'm ask the manager of Macdonald if I can get a refill for two order she just told me i can't get the refills cuz it was lemonade with sweet tea if is something else its ok so I didn't see any difference between sodas or sweet tea so I just pai full price for two more lemonade sweet tea I have the money but this is a example of bad service cuz Macdonald is not going to loose money cuz two cups of sweet tea lemonade but for real losing costumer for that can a tipe of decisions I feel like big value of costumer and today is my complaint for something easy to make happy a value costumer ...that's all I got for this Macdonald today this is the first time on my life I have complain for a Macdonald..
