Probably one of the most efficient Taco Bells' that I've ever been too. All of the staff were friendly & excellent at their jobs, and of course was delicious too.
We stopped by here last night (Easter) on our way back from College Station. It was late about 9pm and was surprised that they were open. Friendly staff with a good attitude. Food was hot and good ( burritos and tacos). Restaurant was clean, lots of parking.

Who is out here wasting time writing a bad review of taco bell? Or any fast food restaurant for that matter? This ain't no gourmet five star bistro in some beautiful downtown location...it's a fast food chain and it gets the job done. I get exactly what I ask for. Nothing more. Nothing less. And to me that's perfect. I give them five stars captain! Enjoy!
We enjoyed a quick breakfast before shopping at Home Depot. I had the $2.49 egg, potato and cheese toasted burrito which had an excellent flavor! Certainly can't beat the price!! My husband enjoyed a sausage and cheese quesadilla.
Quick drive through service, staff is friendly, order is correct & hot, price is right. Lemonade Freeze is delicious on a hot day, crunchy tacos always hit the spot and a couple of amazing Cinnabon bites is the perfect way to end the meal.
I'm not sure who was working tonight at Taco Bell in Hutto. I made a doordash order and the food I got at home was the best I have ever had from this establishment. It was exactly what I expected and everything was done so well. Whoever the crew was on the 27th of November was amazing. Thank you guys!

Went through drive thru at Taco Bell today at 12:47PM. 8 cars waiting in line to order and about 6 cars behind me also waiting to order. The staff members did an amazing job of taking orders/payment and getting food out quickly! It was really great to see so many people supporting our local business! Great Job Taco Bell staff members!!
Hands down the best Taco Bell. The manager at this place is AWESOME. Every time I come in, he’s working and he is always helping the team, keeping the stations clean, checking on and communicating with the customers. His team is seems engaged and happy. He has always gone above and beyond —if he is waiting on fresh potatoes for my order, he will let me know. He always marks my burritos so they are easy to tell apart. My orders get complicated because I have allergens but the team is always accurate! Love this Taco Bell.

Being gluten-free, my options are limited with fast food. Luckily, Taco Bell has entered the chat. The crispy tacos supreme are my new jam. This location has it down - fresh, tasty, hit the spot.
We decided to try TB breakfast. When Lalo greeted us, we were like Wowwwwww. Welcoming, kind, patient and gave a great recommendation. The breakfast bacon crunch wrap absolutely delicious. Well done Taco Bell, well done Lalo. I pray I am spelling his name correctly.
We have been craving taco bell for several months now and decided to stop in for some when driving through. It was so delicious!!! The food was so fresh, they didn't skimp on the toppings at all. So good. Also, the woman at the window was so friendly!
The girly pop who wrote “have a good night <3” on my Uber order is so slayyyyy. I just got off my closing shift at Starbucks and came home starving, but my sister ate the food I had cooked myself for dinner and this was the only thing that was open and sounded good. Made my night. 💖
My partner and I frequently come to this location and eat in. On occasions we do drive thru. All employees here are sweet and friendly always. Today we walked in and ate and happens upon their employee meeting where they celebrated their employees and it was nothing but positivity and family that work here. Congratulations on having a good hardworking team! And thanks for feeding us!
My gf wanted Taco Bell. This was our first time at this location. The only thing I ordered was one crunchy beef taco, with only beef, no lettuce, tomato, cheese. My gf was happy with her food, a couple of burritos if I remember correctly. We each had a drink. We received our order quickly. The staff was cordial and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as a quick way to grab a bite to eat. I will add that we ended up coming here a bit later into the night, closer to around 9-10PM. Traffic was rather light. So getting in and out was a breeze.

Whole staff was very polite and professional. They treated all of us so respectfully and ensured any concern was taken care of. Bathroom was clean same with dinning area. Food was cooked and correct order. Probably best TB I have been to.
Its clean, and quiet. We tried the ordering station instead of the counter. It was an interesting experience. Downside we didnt receive one of our items and they couldnt look it up. Situation was handled, we were satisfied. Would I go again yes, would I do the order station....probably not.
This is not a bad location. The food is pretty fresh for a Taco Bell, and the service is good. They have messed up my order more than once, so I almost gave 3 stars, but they are open after midnight, so they get the extra 🌟.
This is my guilty pleasure! When I need something in my belly and I'm not sure what to get, I just go to "the bell", baby! They keep updating their menu by folding the food in different shapes, tossing a different sauce on it, or mashing a taco and burrito together... so you can't go wrong! it's all the same stuff in a different configuration!

Taco Bell is, to put it plain and simple, some tasty Mexican influenced American good fast food. Yum yum gimme some. I still prefer a good taco stand, but taco bell will do because there everywhere. I love the one in Hutto just up the street from home.
Inconsistent, sometimes ok. sometimes blah, nothing hardly there? Got a Burrito that Had A Flat, maybe 1/2" thick, that is Not a Burrito. Raise price higher & higher but Less Food. If I ever got a Burrito as Pictured........& What's up with Folding Both Ends, 1st bites are All Tortilla. Been going to the Bell when they came to Texas. Used to love those 19 cent Burritos. I understand Inflation but product is Deflating at same time.
I decided after I received my order that I would pull up and check it. There's nothing like getting home, and something is missing. While checking the items, I was really impressed with how they organized my good. Usually my items are just thrown in the bag and some of the wrapping is half off and there's lettuce and cheese now at the bottom of the bag because it's fallen off my tacos and out of the wrapping. My Mexican pizza usually has the toppings over to one side because of how it was placed in the bag. Oh, not this time. I was overly impressed by how they placed all my items. However, they did forget the pinto n cheese. So I pulled back through the drive-thru and let them know. When I got to the window, they apologized, and we laughed because they thought I had said they only gave me a container of sauce but no beans. Well, I put my Tahoe in park to grab my missing pinto and cheese, and my Tahoe would not go back in gear. I tried everything. Now, cars were starting to pull up behind me. 😟 I told them I couldn't pull away because I couldn't shift out of the park. Instead of giving me a hard time and getting aggravated, they showed compassion. I believe the manager came up, and she asked if they could help push it out of the drive-thru. I said no. It's stuck in park. She knew how embarrassing this was and said we would get it figured out. Immediately, the 3 ladies working the drive thru pulled together and opened the first wibdow. They were running back and forth getting people's orders so no one would get irritated at my broke down Tahoe that's backing up the drive thru. My husband came up and fixed the problem. Laughing with the employees, he said well had ya'll not forget her pinto and cheese,, thiswouldn't have happened. They said, "Well, true." We all laughed. I want to say thank you first for showing you care about my order and not throwing it in the bag, but actually organizing it. Secondly, THANK YOU for not making me feel more embarrassed than I already did, having broken down in your drive-thru. Thanks to all 4 of the wonderful, kind, respectful, professional ladies who were working Monday, April 7, around 820pm. Your much appreciated.
Always fast service here. A lot of times employees seem to be more interested in continuing their conversation than focusing on the customer in front of them. This has caused order inaccuracies in the past, but for the most part orders have been correct.
Well ran Taco Bell location. Came in and used the ordering kiosk. I never know what they have, so I need the personal time to contemplate my order. In doing so, I stumbled upon the B-Day cake churro. Go ahead and order the 4 pack 2 will not be enough. No issues with order Accuracies. Order came out 100% accurate
Fast and food was good but inside was freezing. It was literally 20 degrees outside and the AC was blowing cold inside. All employees had jackets and beanies on. My food didnt last hot for long. Ate most of it cold.
The food here is good and reasonably priced. Both the drive threw and in-room dinning are good. Nice and attentive staff.
Edit: customer service had greatly improved and mobile ordering makes it a breeze when placing an order. Have been pretty consistent lately and have not messed up orders. Original review 1⭐️ 4yrs ago: Have you ever ordered a beefy Frito burrito from Taco Bell and you open it to look like this? Apparently it's all vegan now! 🙄😕😂 And so I go back to get the order corrected b/c they never answer their phone and a stranger I NEVER met standing to get his food wants to put his two cents in. Saying I was pathetic and I was in the wrong.....ok? I tell him to mind his own business only to be told "what are you going to do about it?" and " wait for me outside..." what world do we live in that people have to be so toxic over a $1 burrito trying to fight?!?!.....All while the workers act like nothing is even happening. P.S. don't go to the Hutto Taco Bell, you'll experience nothing but the worst in all standards. Rude customer service, missing items or made with half way effort looking like a mess. You'll be lucky to get your order right! Only a few times over the 3yrs I been going here was everything correct and worth it. And I use to love Taco Bell in general.... but this isn't the first bad experience at this place 👎👎💩💩
I go to this location often, because it is near my home. Today I found a hair in my quesadilla. I tried to call and let them know but the phone was off the hook. Not to mention my quesadilla tasted strange. I usually don't have issues like this. Although, there have been a few times that my Doritos locos taco shells were stale or the meat tasted too greasy and a bit rancid. It's kind of by or miss unfortunately.
It's REALLY good when it's good. Typically later hours it's not well made. But you can almost always assume that they forgot a part of your order. Double and triple check your to go bag.
Ordered four tacos a burrito and Mexican pizza asked for hot sauce…three packets in bag! Taco ingredients not consistent across tacos and very light on everything!
We got a small order but some of the food was missing. That's normally not to bad but it was there bc you can only order through the drive through & there was a very long line. We had to go back & wait in line again to get the missing item. It took @ 25 minutes for our 1st order & another 20 minutes to get our missing item. That's just ridiculous. It took @45 minutes to get a couple of tacos & a burrito. Not going back.
It's been awhile since I left a 1 star review here but back then this taco bell left much to be desired. Customer service was non existent, orders always came out wrong with half the items missing and when you would tell them they would get a whole attitude and say you were lying even if you sat in the lobby and looked through the bag there. I didn't go back here for a long time, probably over a year, because of that. But started going here and there recently and the service has massively improved. It's rare I'm missing items now and when I am they are almost always apologetic and they fix it. I was dissapointed recently because I had to put in 2 orders and they specifically told me they put both orders in the same bag. That was fine but I decided not to check because they were super confident about that so I figured they specifically checked that. Got home and sure enough they didn't put the second order in there. So my husband actually went back to get it fixed and they had realized that but they realized it because they still had it. Now this had been a good 40 minutes by the time he got back, high traffic time and live on the other side of town, and they really left it sitting there that whole time. He didn't argue and just took the bag but obviously it was very cold by the time we got it back. So service still leaves some to be desired but it's definitely gotten better from what it was a few years ago. Just make sure you check your bags before you leave.
Tacobell? Well, it's Tacobell... just not the same as it once was. Get a craving for some here and there to get you by.
The quality of food is not that's good and the prices have increased drastically. I bought meals for my family of 5 and with taxes, I ended up paying almost $70. The chalupa meal is just way too expensive. I would now give all Taco Bells a 3-star for reviews. Not the same anymore NO QUIERO TACO BELL!
This Taco Bell has a person working there who was cleaning the lobby area and very loudly vocalizing their displeasure at having to clean. I'm not sure what they thought this job would entail but they clearly are not suited for it. They were loud and intimidating and even antagonizing toward a customer in the parking lot who had left some trash (food wrapper paper ect) in the parking spot as they were pulling out. Also, as I came in I walked past 2 employees having a conversation neither of whom greeted me. The employees at this location do not seem interested in providing good customer service.
Something changed about this taco bell. The ground beef for the tacos fell flat and didn't taste normal. Chicken quesadilla taste more burned than anything else. Vegetables didn't even seem fresh for tacos. Anyway the blue raspberry cherry slushy or w.e. it is was great!
My husband and I ordered two Crunchwrap supremes, a chicken quesadilla, and two soft tacos. We did not receive the two soft tacos, and one of the crunchwraps had a hole in it and was falling apart. My husband had to share his quesadilla with me since I am pregnant, hungry, and needed more food than what was received. I am upset that my Crunchwrap was falling apart, but am even more upset that we were missing two items which just so happened to be for me. I didn’t have time to take pictures because as I said, I’m pregnant and hungry and didn’t have time to take a picture before eating. We also didn’t want to leave our house to drive back to Taco Bell to retrieve the two missing tacos. Hopefully we will get some sort of compensation and will have a better experience in the future.
We stopped to grab a quick lunch and the nachos were disappointing to say the least, there was not a whole chip to be found and it must have been the bottom of the bag because it was mostly crumbs. 2 or the 3 tacos had almost no meat. The crunch wrap supreme was missing the lettuce and tomato, also had very little meat. The shells were also broken on the tacos. The burritos were falling apart when we took them out of the wrapper as well. It seems no care is taken while preparing the food. I would have given one star, but the staff was friendly at the drive through.
Ordered crispy tacos got home they were soggy I live about two minutes away.

I visited this Taco Bell location for the first time today and ordered a chicken quesadilla. Using the self-checkout kiosk was convenient, and I appreciated the ease of placing my order. However, the chicken quesadilla was very disappointing. Despite being made in front of me, the cheese inside was cold and there was barely any chicken. This experience was frustrating, especially since this is the closest Taco Bell to me. Unfortunately, I won't be returning after this disappointing visit.
i asked for a quesadilla with light on the sauce they gave me a tortilla with sauce… as well as i got the chicken taco, cantina. the meat was hard there was like a drop of cheese. As well as my wild strawberry freeze tasted like metal. made me not want to return again to that taco bell.
I'm a food delivery driver. I get a decent amount of orders for this location. Last night I was completely ignored, stood there for over 5 minutes before I just canceled. Do better, the customers are affected more then the drivers. We will decline all orders to this location as we learn who cares and who doesn't.
Was not impressed with the drive through service we received this afternoon. The girl working the drive through was highly impatient, rushing us through ordering without really giving us time to look at the menu then when we get to the window she all but throws our food at us. I swear drive through employees these days all act as if they have some where to be in a hurry and I'm just like, woah chill out my dude, give us a dang minute here.
It was way busier than usual but the staff were rude even though they kept messing up our order. First they gave our food to someone else, it wasn't until we went to ask that they realized it. The guy giving the order to people was very rude and then when they finally did give us our order the bag was torn so we went to go swap it out because we didn't want the food to fall (family order) the guy was rude again but he swapped the food out. When swapping it he was going to throw the condiments away but we told him we wanted them and he was rude again. The food was fine but the service from them was awful.
Ordered some crunchy tacos and it was right at lunchtime. Gross. Cold...like yesterday's tacos cold. Shell was soggy and stuck to the paper. Waste of money -threw the order away.
The last 4 times I have gone to the hutto location they have either forgotten part of the order, did not make something to specification, or wrapped and presented the order in a shabby manner. Being said that it's been 7 times over all. Now the last time is the straw that broke the camel's back. I asked for two tacos with only cheese and they gave me hardly any cheese on either and then to rectify this they gave me a little container with some cheese. Now let's discuss the fact that all the food was hardly wrapped properly and most of the food was exposed . Poir work ethic.
Today I went to Taco Bell and my experience was absolutely terrible. MY birthday was 2 days ago and I came here for my birthday meal bit its turns out they discontinued my favorite and only thing I get at Taco Bell. The Doritos Fiery Taco. I will no longer spend my money and time at this establishment.
Nobody was at the drive through drove up to the window waited for 20 min nobody was even behind tbe counter. then a guy opened the window super rude and told us to drive around again. When we drove back around the took another 5 min to answer the intercom to take our order. I could not get out of the car due to the fact I just had surgery or we would have gone inside.
Worst Taco Bell location I have been to in the area. Staff rude and unable to follow simple requests for customization, even at off peak hours. Drinks regularly flat and sauce almost never included. Would not return.
I've gone to Taco Bell's all over the country and this one is by far the cheapest, as in they certainly don't give you what you paid for. They barely put any steak on my chulpas and they weren't really chulpas, they were on flat bread that wasn't fried like the taco bell usually does. I guess that's what you get in Texas... Teaches me to seek out an authentic Mexican restaurant.
Honestly the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. This location has NEVER failed to disappoint 😩 it’s unbelievable to me how it seems like they always go out of their way to make the food absolutely terrible. On top of never fulfilling DoorDash orders, closing early … this place just needs to shut down. Fire everyone.
Tried going saturday night was told they would have a 20-25 minute wait for tacos because they were understaffed? Its taco's not hard to make...... went tonight tuesday the 31st and order the chicken taco box meal. Ended up with 1 soft taco, 1 crunchy taco and 1 dorito taco. And no chips.... but i got plent of attitude from the lady working the window and a bunch of wrong food..... good job taco bell........
Be very very careful these guys will not give what you order instead they will mess up the whole order and if you are vegetarian be prepared to sleep hungry, very very pathetic place. If possible get the food from some other location. NEVER NEVER i will recommend any one to go to this place. PLEASE STAY AWAY. These guys messed up my order 2 times in less than 10 days.
Visiting from out of town, absolutely the worst taco bell I have been too. You can see clearly on the hours that they close at 1am on Saturdays. So I got there at 12:15am. Got to the drive thru and a woman says that they’re no longer accepting orders. I guess i’m missing something but you close at 1, pretty sure you still take orders at 12:15. Lazy, rude employees, To the general manager of this joke of an establishment, find new employees. Also, turn down the drive thru speaker or tell the person on the mic to take the mic out of their mouth before they rupture someone’s ear drum.
Placed a mobile order, went to pick it up, and was met with a sign saying that they were not processing orders. Drove over to the drive thru window where the woman at the window simply shook her head No. I never received my order, but guess who was still charged for it? Yep... even after 3 separate attempts to cancel the order and never being handed food, they still took my money.
Second visit with taco bell was bad again. Ordered crispy tacos and felt like I had only crispy chips and lettuce, plus not enough hot sauce to at least give my meal some flavor. I used to enjoy crispy tacos years back but it's not worth it today! I will never go back to taco bell again!
Terrible experience on a simple order. Orders a Baja blast freeze. They give me a fountain drink. Go back to the drive through to tell them and lady old Hispanic lady tries to tell me it why I ordered. I told her I know what I orders then she tells me machine is broken. First she tells me it’s what I ordered then she tells me machine is broken. She needs to learn her menu and not be so incompetent instead of trying to tell customers they ordered the wrong items.
Do yourselves a HUGE favor and go to the Taco Casa 1/2 mile from this location instead. You can thank me later :)... I promise...
Took forever for them to even ask me if I needed help. Drive thru was outrageous and never moved. Dude behind the counter was drinking a drink walking around. And the food station was gross, food everywhere. The one star is because once they actually took my order they got it to me pretty quick.
I got three five layer burritos. One with no beans and the other two the way they come. None of them were the same size. Especially not the one with no beans. It was the smallest and didn't even have the correct tortilla on it. Just because I asked for no beams doesn't mean you shorten me on everything else that goes on the burrito. None of them tasted good either. I also got a chicken quesadilla and it was nasty as well. I also have a picture of the three burritos but it wouldn't let me add it.
On New Years Eve our son was in the hospital. We stopped to get tacos and burritos for the kids. The two burritos were bean and ordered with no sauce. He can't eat the sauce. They put sauce on the burritos anyway and the kid did not get to eat. The employees there did not take their jobs very seriously. We were very upset and will not go back.very upset
Put in an online order. Got there told they don't have it due to system issue call corporate we can't fill your order even with the online receipt and we also won't give you the money back either. Tim is the guys name my husband has been talking to at this location. He is unwilling to help while we sit on the phone trying to get to corporate and getting no where with that. We legitimately have a receipt from our order and he's just unwilling to do anything at all to help us. This is the worst customer service I've even experienced.
Ordered for in store pickup. Got to the restaurant and they had locked the doors. Told me that in store orders had to be picked up in the drive through. Tried to cancel my order and they said I have to call corporate to cancel my order... sounds like they just made that up to get me to go away. How is corporate going to cancel my order.... terrible service. Side note: I watched them let another gentleman in after they turned me away while I was in the drivethru line and he was able to get his food from inside the restaurant.
Prioritize are Online order, drive thru, dine in, and then carry out. I waited for 45 minutes before asking if they were able to tell me how long till my order is up and that I had waited for 40-45 minutes. They then asked if I wanted a refund and I answered “only if my order isn’t coming up anything soon”. They walked off as I waited another 5 minutes then told me they would refund my money. I asked again “so you’re not able to tell me if my order is coming up soon?” One of the employees responded says she could not and that one side is prioritizing Dash orders and the other is prioritizing drive thru orders. She went to hand me my money when someone in the back asked if there was a Nick. I responded and said that’s me and if the food is about to be ready I’d like to give the money back and take my food. Lauren D then rolled her eyes and said “I don’t know” and handed me a receipt and said “just take this” at which point I left without food. A little bit of communication from them could’ve saved a lot of time and a lot of frustration.
I know it's fast food but, it appeared as though they made an effort to make it look as disgusting as possible. I did not eat anything I ordered. Management and or the employees need a change. I do not recommend.
I didn't think there could be a worse Taco Bell than the one at 79 and AWGrimes, but I think I found one. I ordered 4 items from them and only one of them was right. Not only was one of the items TOTALLY WRONG, but they gave me TWO OF THEM. I'm not talking about a missing add on; two of the items weren't even the same THING. The rest was just lazily thrown together with all the wrong fixings. Do your jobs.
So, I just went through the drive thew and I was missing some of my food, so I called to let someone know that I didn't get the food that I ordered and paid for. What I got was I can't help you if you don't have the receipt. I told them that they didn't put the receipt in the bag. I give this place a 0 for customer service and 0 taking responsibility for your wrong doing. I put my order in and paid for it, but did not get my entire order to feed my family. Thanks Taco Bell, for bad service Everyone loves that.

I went through drive thru around 8pm (I was the only car in drive thru and dine in service was not busy at all) - it looks like they placed and left a cup on top of my packaged quesadilla for a while. My quesadilla was also folded poorly and unsliced. The girl at the window was extremely friendly and nice though. I still won't go back since it's apparent the quality and care of the food handling is subpar. It makes me question the integrity and safety of the food being served.
I was missing 2 items from my mobile app order, and they gave me cinnamon twists instead of the nacho cheese chips I ordered! How frustrating.
They missed an item on the drive thru and I had specifically asked them before if everything was in the bag. They said yes and so I carried on and parked to eat. Came to realize a crunchy taco was in fact missing and thought to go thru the drive thru again since the doors inside were closed. More than 5 cars were in line and I didn't feel it necessary so I knocked the door to see if they could possibly give me my missing item without having to wait so much time. we know how slow this taco bell is at night. Minimum 20-30 min wait. They told me no, that that was the only possible way. There were a bunch of employees in front and they were all just looking at me, unminding me, and laughing. Seriously so unprofessional and helpless. I shouldn't be having to form in line again when they were at fault. Never coming here again.
I've been ordering from this Taco Bell location for over two years. In that time, despite how many times I've paid for it, I have never had sauce delivered with my meal as I requested. I can't blame Doordash because they don't pack the bag of food and it comes taped up...so it's not them that's doing this. I order over $30 of food each time and I think ONCE I managed to get like three or four packets of sauce with my meal despite specifically ordering it and including it in the instructions. I don't know what caliber of employee is required to accomplish the task of putting sauce in the bag with the food...but they don't work at this Taco Bell location.
It’s so crazy how they give the food here . Last time my sons chicken quesadilla had a little bone in it . This time the quesadilla didn’t really had chicken or sauce . It was almost a plain quesadilla. Like WTH . Every time and mostly in this location the portions are so poorly served. This time the fries 🍟 had good serving but last time it was 1/2 full and they ain’t cheap . And to top it off I got Dr Pepper instead of Pepsi .
