A quality dinner, with attention to detail, recommended to anyone who wants to eat well. We left the restaurant extremely satisfied. The staff were friendly and polite, and the menu offers many options, including vegan and celiac options. Furthermore, the dishes, in addition to the chef's skill, show the quality of the ingredients (no small feat). This place deserves to be better known, we'll definitely be back! ☺

Here you'll find more than just a restaurant and a pizzeria... You'll find a unique atmosphere, where courtesy and helpfulness reign supreme, an all-female team who passionately create a serene, spotlessly clean environment, and where the cuisine caters to a variety of needs, including special attention to those with celiac disease and those following a vegetarian and/or vegan diet. Furthermore, great attention is always paid to the pizza doughs available: gluten-free, made with ancient grains, whole wheat, and my absolute favorite, hemp... The kitchen also offers a selection of traditional Ligurian cuisine, including snails as a signature dish... I love this place, not just as a restaurant and pizzeria, but also as a small oasis of tranquility; there's a beautiful outdoor area where you can dine al fresco in the summer, and, most importantly, our four-legged friends are welcome here... what more can I say? Try it and believe it.

Ristorante gestito da una signora molto premurosa che propone tutte le specialità della casa (lumache in particolare). Alla fine ho scelto una pizza con l'impasto che viene proposto come novità, ai semi di canapa. Gusto che deve piacere, pizza più secca di quella normale ma sicuramente più digeribile e proteica. Servizio veloce e gentile. Da provare assolutamente,.magari prenotando tramite the Fork a cui aderisce questo ristorante. Parcheggio interno veramente molto comodo.

Un posto d'altri tempi. Mangiato molto bene. Provato anche una focaccia bianca, impasto buono e molto digeribile. Ristorante all'interno di un cortile privato (non so se si può entrarein auto). Dehor invernale con area fumatori.

The pizza and vegan pinsa were truly excellent! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; it was nice to rediscover the lightness of dining out, without the hassle. My only small complaint is that the quantity of ingredients on the pizza was a bit sparse.

🌱A VERY PLEASANT VEGAN SURPRISE🌱 Who would have thought that in a small village you could find a restaurant with so many excellent vegan options? I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and variety of the menu. I started with a falafel appetizer: truly delicious, delicately flavored, and not at all overly spicy, as is often the case. Next up was ravioli with vegetable ragù, well-seasoned and flavorful (they also had seitan ragù). For main courses, I tried a seitan stew with vegetables—tasty—and an original savory fried strudel, also made with vegetables: an unusual idea, but truly successful! There were also plenty of vegan options for dessert: I chose between sorbet and black cherry gelato. An experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for vegan cuisine that isn't the usual grilled vegetables or pasta with tomato sauce. Very kind and helpful staff, really compliments, if I happen to return to these parts I will definitely come back!

How wonderful to have an entire vegan menu, from appetizers to dessert (sorbets). Not just a couple of choices, but a complete menu, with five first courses and five second courses. Plus, rice-based mozzarella is available to make any pizza vegan. Very friendly staff, an "old-school" place, but without any major flaws.

This place also offers a vegan menu, which is why we chose it. The menu is interesting, and I especially loved the vegan carbonara. The service was warm and friendly. The location, however, is a bit old-fashioned and could use a refresh.

The staff is attentive and very friendly. The first time I ordered pizza, I was very pleased. They have several dough options to choose from, including options for those with various intolerances. The second time I tried the vegan options, I was pleasantly surprised. Really delicious! Highly recommended.

We go there often - good quality food, ex. pizza, very helpful staff, warm & cosy in winter, in summer you can sit outside in the internal courtyard. Simple setting, good homemade food, ample choice of dishes, specialist dishes available made from fresh local produce.

Ristorante situato in un giardino interno di un palazzo fuori dal centro di Imperia con tavoli di plastica da giardino e menù stampato su fogli plastificati e ATTENZIONE (visto il prezzo molto alto che si va a pagare) il menù non ha i prezzi sopra, almeno quello vegano. Piatti non in linea con prezzo pagato seppur buoni nel gusto. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Spesa di 60 euro per: 1 carbonara vegana, 1 pizza con mozzarella di riso e salume vegano (4 fette), 1 melanzane ripiene di Seitan e pomodoro (3 cerchi arrotolati), quartino di vino, un sidro di mele e 1 caffè. Non so se il prezzo alto sia dato dai piatti vegani a cui hanno messo un sovrapprezzo esagerato ad ogni piatto o il sidro costasse 20 euro. Saremmo anche tornati visto le scelte vegane e l'ospitalità, ma purtroppo il prezzo ci è proibitivo.

Ordered it spontaneously yesterday. The pizza was delicious, but I've never had pasta carbonara without egg and Parmesan cheese. It's hard to believe that you'd get pasta tossed in butter with a bit of bacon. My wife had pasta tossed in butter with two prawns. At least the pasta was al dente. Maybe that was the tourist bonus.

We chose this place for its vegan options, which aren't always easy to find in the area. The service was friendly, the atmosphere simple, and the food was honest. It was a shame that prices weren't listed on the menu (which violated the Consumer Code), which resulted in a rather hefty final bill.

Last night, my partner and I, while visiting Imperia, dined at this restaurant, which undoubtedly deserves recognition for its willingness to offer vegan options. We had seitan escalopes with mushrooms, the seitan having a very soft texture and the mushrooms being passable but a bit watered down, and a black cherry-flavored gelatine, which I assume is a packaged version from a well-known brand we vegans know well. Overall, the dinner was passable, but what I find less than acceptable is the lack of transparency in the prices of the vegan dishes offered. Customers aren't supposed to ask for the price of each dish, and there's no justification for this omission.

cibo immangiabile, sovra prezzato e staff molto maleducato. E non parliamo della titolare. Evitatelo se non volete rovinarvi la serata
