Quality is down. It is not the fast food destination from my childhood. Thumbs down. Across the board.

Edit: I dropped from 4 to 1 star for this reason. We were so impressed that we wanted to try them for breakfast. The hours are posted on the door to open at 6am we arrived at 6am and got to the door at 6:05 the door was locked and employees were inside watching us try to get in. One employee walked towards us, looking at us and turned and went to the back. No excuse, no nothing, I tapped on my watch as to say, it's time but they just continued to stare and then ignore us. Perhaps it is the morning people but they have cost them two customers for anytime. It is a shame. We won't be back. Original post: Very friendly staff, food is as expected. Staff eagerly explains what sauce compliments the food choices, which is actually pretty good and not what I would have expected. I took a star because of the lack of seating and lack of enough bathrooms. Don't plan on a large group eating in at this location. But do expect very good food.

Never took my order at drive thru. I drove up and gave my order. Moved my car closer because I was going to leave, I thought it was closed. Another employer said a different order and she said, “what, “ with the ugliest face! I told I just gave my order. Still with that horrible sneer questioning me I cancelled it… she said, “ya bye” with the ugliest face. I wanna say her name starts with an M and she has a strong accent. Such disrespect. I’m telling my mom! She knows everybody!!

Drive thru is definitely a priority while customers inside are waiting a very long time to get their orders! It’s ridiculous!!!

The Sunday night manager at this location screamed at us through the drive-thru window when we pulled up to pick up a mobile order. We were yelled at in Spanish, I asked her to repeat what she said in English where she then got louder and screamed that their system was down? We asked what we can do as we had already paid and made the order online for their location, she continued to yell and slammed the drive-thru door on us, barring us from service and leaving us without of the meal we paid for. Her “customer service”, if you can even call it that, is abhorrent. Hopefully this can, at the very least, lead to a retraining for the staff on how to behave around and treat customers.

First off the employee's are very rude. When you tell them your tacos are cold and full of grease they tell you "well they are greasy so you should go somewhere else" which I dont eat here. However, my brother got a chicken sandwich and the one that made the tacos cold told the cook something in the back and my brother got his food they double fried his chicken sandwich on purpose so it was super hard. They act like they own the place and don't have good customer service. I told him not to go there cause they would spit on his food or worse! This location shouldn't even be open.

This place is going down hill. They always "run out" of tacos at night but always seem to have mini tacos and chickestrips. You know the easy things they can just quickly heat up. And when you do get tacos the you seem stuffed but it's straight lettuce and almost no soy meat.There is more oil in these things than soy meat.As matter of fact It doesn't seem like they filter they're oil often enough so you may get nauseated. And don't forget your side of cold fries. If you really want jackinthebox go to the other location on Coronado. Edit: I'd also like to confirm two other complaints. One is the fountain drink situation about the machines "not working". This is the main reason I never order combos and seems to happen throughout the day. Second is the restaurant being closed in the middle of the night and the lone employee snoozing on the job. Now it seems as though they addressed it but now as I stated before they don't seem to have crunchy tacos late at night. Edit: don't be fooled by the good ratings here. You can tell which are fake too. Especially the pics that look like advertising. Seems like they have friends and family putting nice ratings as well. Again don't be fooled. A friend of mine went there recently. They let his order sit on the "hot" plate for too long while he waited for his drinks. Yup you guessed it, food died, I mean come on who wants cold food.

Duuuude never ever have I experienced that. The middle of the night me and the homies come through and we got the rudest most disrespectful employee ever.. messed up our whole order than blamed it on us. Lol you got one job bud.... Aye but let's be real this same location once sold me a big cheeseburger with a roach 🪳 in it. .... So it could always be worse.

I went to This location at 2:55am early morning and I ask for a meal and I clearly ask for a coffee with my meal and as soon as I approached to the window the guy name Carlos told Me my total and he had a cup with coke and I told him I'm sorry I ask for a coffee and he shake his head like complaining about his job and answer me in a rude way you know what we don't have no coffee rightnow, I don't know if he was upset of something else and just took it off against Me but this is bad customer service i don't recommend this place to nobody, don't go there if you trying to enjoy a nice coffee and have a good day just go somewhere else, I was starting my day positive and all I wanted was a coffee and this time and tp hear that answer , i really didn't beleive there was no coffee, I feel he just got upset that I didn't ask for a sofa, dont go there if you dont want to get treated like this come on man, bad service bad service , worst jack in the box ever ...

Horrible music and extremely loud! Went to use the bathroom one of two bathrooms working had to have a combination to get in I understand that then there's no toilet paper no paper towels and the room is filthy! The air conditioning was cranked up that if you close your eyes and gave it a little bit of thought you would think you were at the North Pole

For a restaurant that advertises that their drive through is open 24 hours they sure are closed a lot. Twice this week. Drive through closed and employee asleep.
