this place is dirty .they dont clean anything around here.place is dusty and tables are sticky and wiped with a dirty rag .the door to to get in is disgusting. who know how clean the kitchen is .I will contact their higher up to set this store straight.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!!!!!! Went here with my 90 year old mother. she was so excited, she hasn't had KFC since her early 20's. She bit into the burger and found NOT ONE BUT THREE ROACHES. She fainted on sight. rest in peace mother, we miss you everyday.

Ordered a large family meal, and once again, they didn’t include any sauces—didn’t even offer them. Asked about it, and still only got chicken and sides. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. For a big meal, you’d think they’d at least mention sauces. Disappointing.

Don't stop here!!!! Horrible service! Horrible food, horrible drive thru! This location has absolutely no customer service skills and will have you waiting for soggy food while they attend other customers. The cashier was rude and told me to get to the side of the parking lot once I paid because I had to wait 5 minutes for biscuits, meanwhile 12 minutes later I walked into the restaurant and my food was on the counter. The drive thru is intended to serve clients as a first come, first served. Not pull over and wait until your food is cold and soggy and when we remember to bring out your food that's when you'll get your food. This location is absolutely horrible, including the staff! I will never be returning to this horrible restaurant again.

Guess they deleted my review. Ah, can you blame them? A for effort. Guess they tend not to want it advertised their employees, poke holes in your biscuit bread, and other such nonsense to your food after politely informing them your order is incorrect and missing a thing or two. Just a heads up, about the same price as Popeyes on palm.

I was at KFC today 05/20/2023 at 4:30 PM and ordered 10 pcs chicken, the lady (Roze) was very rude, she did not even say hi and never acnowledge me at all. So after the transaction was completed, I said thank you and no response she turned her back but my food was fast done in less that 8 minutes thats incredible however when I got home I noticed she gave me 5 drumstics and 5 thighs only, so disappointed :( .....I never had any problem with this store before, everyone was nice especially Victor is always smiling and friendly I walked in these three staff were chating No customer not even in the drive thru, so I was expecting to be greeted oh no I was completely ignored and they continue to chat with each other.

Check your receipt right away. The total seemed higher than it should for the 2 meals I purchased. 1st meal, #8 5 tenders and 2 side meal, $11.99 2nd meal, #9 5 tenders and 1 side meal, $9.99. I asked how much an extra side was, he said $2.49. So it was $0.49 cheaper to do a #8 with 2 sides vs a #9 and add an extra. I didn't get the total at the speaker, but at the drive through she says $26 and change, I'm like that isn't correct. She asks what I ordered again and the sides. $24 and change, still seemed a bit high. I see they charged $11.99 for the first, and $10.99 for the second meal. Multiple people said that was the tax. I asked then why does the first one match the advertised price? 1 guy, seemed like a manager said I was wrong and there was nothing he could do, he pointed at the inside boards price. I said check the drive through price. So I get out and walk to check the sign, yep $9.99. Let the 2 people behind me in line know they are charging a higher price than listed. I get back to my car and say I was right $9.99 is the price, go look. Again I am told there is nothing they can do other than a full refund and give them the food back. I simply asked just for a refund of the difference. I was told again there is nothing they can do. I said I can wait here until you figure it out. I suggested another side, and was asked which one. If that was offered right off the bat when there was a discrepancy, I would have accepted and moved on. But when a manager says there is nothing he can do when I have been over charged, is not going to sit well with me. No one at this location today seemed to know what to do, maybe there was no manager today and the main guy just lucked out. Unlikely to be back here as the price keeps going up and the quality is going down. There is a new Popeyes down Palm Ave I'll give my money to.

I don't know, something is going on there we never had a problem with their food, but last week we ordered a two piece combo. I got original my husband got extra crispy. When we drove home the chickens were stale, the biscuits were stale, so was the mash potatoes and gravy. the beans were ok. I think this was chicken from either the morning or the day before. Very disappointing. Someone is going to get sick.

Ordered extra crispy they told me they didn't have any so got traditional. It was greasy and a very dark brown like the oil was old. When I got to the window I heard the girl tell the car behind me it would be 2 minutes before they would have the extra crispy. If she had told me that I would of waited for it. Don't think I'll go back.

Went this past Sunday and the store was a mess! They had no chicken and kept asking if they could replace pieces with chicken they did have. The store was dirty. It was evident that no one had wiped down the tables in hours and they had no lids for cups. I understand they might’ve been busy, but there was only a few customers in the store and there was enough employees for at least one of them to clean up.
