AWESOME Fried Chicken and Biscuits! Other great side dishes, like mashed potatoes and gravy, French Fries, Corn on the Cob, and other delicious dishes! Great fast, friendly service, Highly Recommend!!!

We we're able to feed a group of 12 people for around 50 dollars which is a great value for such a large group and everyone enjoyed the food.

For some reason or another, the last three times I was there they have yet to put any of the sauces that I paid for in the bag. Super frustrating! Next time I go back, I will hold up the entire line just to make sure they put what I ordered in the bag. Absolutely ridiculous!

This is a clean store with friendly employees. I was surprised that utensils are given upon request, because how else do you eat mashed potatoes, but otherwise this is a nice KFC.

They have a new manager that is rocking the speed and accuracy. I made a mistake in my order and they still offered to make it right.

Prices are too high for what you get. Always need to double check your order because it's usually wrong.

At this KFC, you really need to check your order...there are a couple of good employees at this store, the rest don't seem to understand customer service.

The food is good most of the time but it's dirty, and the people working there don't seem to know what there doing.

I called and asked about the boneless chicken was told it was .25 cents more per piece. I got there and they said it was $1.00 more per piece and they could only give me 1. Anyway I got home and it was the worst chicken ever it was tough, dry and had gristle and pieces of broken bones in it. What a let down. I will not be visiting that restaurant again.

I just ordered about 20 minutes ago I ordered the two for six sandwich and the famous bowl then I ordered the new 799 combo with the four piece chicken and the new fries that they have with a biscuit and a drink when I got home OK it was like five minutes after I got my food I open the famous bowl there’s more potatoes very very little portion of gravy the fries were cold hardly any corn in the famous bowl just chicken and potatoes and also the biscuit was hard the chicken was a little hard but I still ate two pieces of it because I was Hungry so I had no choice this Casey this is probably the third time I would have to complain about it you need to do something about your workers in the complains of your food and the quality of exactly how much of the portion is supposed to be in a famous bowl at least thank you

I placed my order online, when we arrived to pick it up the food wasn’t even ready to pick up and was told they didn’t receive the order until we mentioned it. The chicken was too salty that I had to throw away a majority of the chicken I was eating had to be thrown away. If I was able to give it no star I would.

Very rude didn't have the proper chicken that came with the order tried to compensate but failed miserably. I got home there was only 8 pieces of chicken all legs and thighs. I called to tell them what was wrong and the guy's response was that he gave me the chicken I was supposed to get when he told me he would replace the missing breasts with 2 thighs back piece but was willing give me an extra leg out of his pocket like he pays for the chicken himself. This is the first time I got Chicken here. My Ticket 4173 . They did not have the crispy wings and I said that was okay. I live 10 min away. I did not get 2 chicken legs. Since I have 2 grandchildren that was not good. I called and was told I had to bring the chicken back. That was hard to do when we did eat what we had.

This place is horrible, it's always something bad that happens everytime I go to this location. Today I did a online order for the new chicken tender/popcorn chicken bucket and when I showed up I was told they don't participate in the bucket promotion and when I checked my bank I was not even refunded the extra cost so I ended over paying for a 4 piece tender meal and on top of it they gave me the smallest pieces they could find and it looked like they shoved their finger thru the biscuit. I just threw it in the trash and got food elsewhere. In my past experiences they don't give the full order, the food is cold, the soda has no flavor, rude service and the list goes on. I'm going to popeyes from now on.

I get back to my car and say I was right $9.99 is the price, go look. Again I am told there is nothing they can do other than a full refund and give them the food back. I simply asked just for a refund of the difference. I was told again there is nothing they can do. I said I can wait here until you figure it out. I suggested another side, and was asked which one. If that was offered right off the bat when there was a discrepancy, I would have accepted and moved on. But when a manager says there is nothing he can do when I have been over charged, is not going to sit well with me. No one at this location today seemed to know what to do, maybe there was no manager today and the main guy just lucked out. Unlikely to be back here as the price keeps going up and the quality is going down. There is a new Popeyes down Palm Ave I'll give my money to.

So after the transaction was completed, I said thank you and no response she turned her back but my food was fast done in less that 8 minutes thats incredible however when I got home I noticed she gave me 5 drumstics and 5 thighs only, so disappointed :( .....I never had any problem with this store before, everyone was nice especially Victor is always smiling and friendly I walked in these three staff were chating No customer not even in the drive thru, so I was expecting to be greeted oh no I was completely ignored and they continue to chat with each other.
