CH Fields Craft Kitchen - Hilton Garden Inn at IUP

Went here while spending the night in the hotel. The food and service were amazing! The waiter Justin was very polite and even answered some of my questions about the university. Would definitely eat here again!

Rolled into town late on Monday with most places closed. They served up a great meal not expected at a Hilton Garden with venison meat loaf. Good breakfast too.

Good service and very clean. Our waitress was top notch. Had french onion soup and Caesar salad. Very good.

Excellent little spot with soup and salad bar options. Staff was particularly attentive and friendly. The standout dishes were chicken salad and stuffed pepper soup with wild rice.

Ordered food for New Years Eve and everyone was so pleasant! Tanner, Josh and Sue, couldn’t have been any more kind !! And the food was delicious as always!!

Wonderful menu selection only surpassed by the excellent staff led by Angel.

The food was pretty good. Good options despite the limited menu. Service was great. Hanna was the best.

Everything was excellent! We went for the thanksgiving buffet and bot was everything tasty! Plus we always had drinks and the pecan pie was fantastic!

I have never commented on or rated a restaurant before, but this place is a real find. I can’t say enough. Excellent bourbon/whiskey selection. The prime rib I had and the pork chop my wife had were outstanding. Support these people. This is what restaurants should be!

I’ve been dreaming of the delicious “Spring Chicken” sandwich ever since I had it. All of my family enjoyed their meals and it was a lovely time.

Excellent food and exceptional service. Shout out to server Tara who took care of us the weekend were stayed at the Hilton. Breakfasts made to order and generous portions. Dinner selections with something for everyone, including my daughter who must eat gluten free. Tara was careful to check which foods were safe for her and the chef prepared them with her needs and likes in mind. Delicious wings, grilled pork chops, prime rib and burgers. The best was the awesome cheesesteak sandwich!

Ended up coming here for lunch, and I would recommend this place to anyone! They have lots of great deals including their unlimited soup and salad bar and half sandwich combos which are priced as well as everything else on the menu. I’ve had the Indiana Cheesesteak and the Spring Chicken before and they were both delicious and made with high quality ingredients. Definitely come here if you want a nicer sit down experience for lunch, it would be a great opportunity to catch up with some friends!

Great atmosphere, and super convenient if you are staying in the hotel. Our whole family loved the food, and were impressed with the presentation and service. Brie, our waitress, was fantastic, and a true pleasure to talk to. Judging by other reviews, it seems that all of the staff here is great which isn't a surprise. Will be returning again.

Fantastic food! We ate there 4 times during our stay. Amazing and friendly service. The chef was accommodating to my daughter's dietary needs. Tara and Jess are great hostesses. Both the quality of the food and service made this a memorable experience. Get the cheesesteak, you won't be dissapointed!

The food is absolutely delicious and tastful. We both had salmon with fresh vegetables. The chef is truly passionate about her craft. Also, top notch service from Emily.

Server (Christopher) was a real sweetheart and gracious server. Prime rib was done to perfection. Mashed were so flavorful and creamy and vegetable medley was to the tooth just the way it should be! Desert was to die for!!!! My co-diners were pleased with all of their choices as well. Excellent!!! Can't wait to come back from the Allentown area.

We recently started going to CH Fields after not going for a few years. The turn around has been great and the food has been top notch. Every weekend they feature prime rib as well as other great specials. The servers have all been great, especially Bernie. Looking forward to sitting outside on the patio!

Great food ! The Beef Stroganoff Soup was excellent !!! My compliments to the Chef !! I had the Reuben sandwich also. My only recommendation is that a bit more sauerkraut be added . Otherwise it was a great sandwich with my dinner this evening.

My husband and I both enjoyed our meals. He had the bacon wrapped meatloaf and I had the pesto and bread crumb topped salmon. Both meals were well prepared and had plenty to eat. Definitely worth stopping!

Good prime rib.

Pleasantly surprised by the culinary talents of the chef and his team. Meatloaf was exceptionally delicious! I cant wait to come back out for another business trip.

Service is fast. Bar was packed.

Friendly service, great pacing, well-prepared food. Server Allison was fantastic. Thoughtful complimentary item after mention of our anniversary. Never had a bad experience in multiple visits. Only nice option available for tired parents on a Sunday evening. Thankful for those hours!

The atmosphere is very warm and elegant! Food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long to receive it. I loved the clam chowder! The waitress did rush us to order soon due to room service foods being prepared at the time.

Decent experience. Service was pleasant, the beer selection good. Our entrees (chicken and meatloaf) were a bit bland. The dessert, a vanilla cake with berries and lemon, was very good.

Cooks need more training. All items ordered where burnt or dry. But it was convenient not having to leave the hotel

Food not so good....but great wine

Food was fine. Waitress was not wearing her mask appropriately- she was wearing it under her nose so only her mouth was covered. Probably will not go back.

The prime rib was very good, along with the fingerling potatoes and carrots. The shrimp and grits was more the size of a shareable. There were 6 nice sized shrimp (a little over seasoned), but not enough grits to make it filling. The setting makes you feel like you're eating in the middle of the lobby, which you are. The service was excellent.

Ordered a wedge salad. It was very bland no blue cheese crumbles other than what was in the dressing no red onion about four cherry tomatoes halved. No salt or pepper on it. I asked if they had a balsamic glaze and the chef sent out Italian dressing

Overpriced tasteless food. What a huge disappointment. I’ll never eat there again.

Most of the food came out way over well done. All we could taste was burnt after the wonderful wedge salad and chicken noodle soup. way down hill after those. The sweet potato wedge fries were inedible as was the prosciutto on the flatbread. Don’t believe the chef making the flatbreads knows how to handle prosciutto. Service was good, the one waitress was doing her best during a busy time. Also don’t go for anything with “brisket” it’s clearly stew meat in appearance and taste.
