It's Taco Bell. You know what you are getting. Three star food and five star service explains 4 stars. The crew here today is especially friendly and welcoming. They deserve kudos from Taco Bell corporate... I hope they get it.

I can say from experience that not all Taco Bells are created equal. This one, however, has good food and good service. A solid option for a quick meal.

If Taco Bell's food could ever be called "fresh", this would be the place to get it. Always piping hot and much faster drive thru times than the local McDonald's.

They are always very friendly at this particular Taco Ball. They get my order right every time and there delivery time is on point. I would recommend this Taco Bell over all the other ones in the area. Also there $7 Lux box is great. It's a lot of food for a price you can't beat!!

Food is good sometimes they may make a mistake on your order so pay attention.

They are always very friendly at this particular Taco Ball. They get my order right every time and there delivery time is on point. I would recommend this Taco Bell over all the other ones in the area. Also there $7 Lux box is great. It's a lot of food for a price you can't beat!!

Very standard Taco Bell. I take one star from Taco Bell since they really aren't Mexican food and took another star from this one for very tough, doughy tortillas and slightly slower than normal service. But it meets the standard for a Taco Bell. You know it won't be terrible and it won't cost too much. You just also know you won't be elated that you came.

Please teach your people how Samsung pay works. Saying "we don't have that" is wrong, it works on almost any credit card machine. They were under the impression it worked like Apple pay and would not listen to me or just simply try...I want my points haha! More stars once I can use it. Their service is fast and friendly though so thank you!

Always something missing from my order. Whether it be a sauce or a food item. Should know better by now and check bag before I leave. Not only me but others I know. This store in particular. Step it up!!

Asked for no onions and I was 5miles away when I started to eat the burrito 🌯🌯 and I found onion's in it and I hate onion 🧅 other than that service was okay girl at window was pleasant just got me the wrong order I guess

Lazy people, poor service, 👎 no notice of no some food available especially when you are making line at drive through. I made a line of 15 min. before to get out of the drive, because when I try to put my order, the don't have oil to fry the item that I wanted., so other car behind me don't let me scape

A drive thru customer came in because his order was wrong. I believe they need better training.

This was the dirtiest Taco Bell I’d ever been in. Napkins all over the floor. Soda area a mess, liquid on the floor. Used napkins on the clean napkin area. Sauces were not stocked and counters weren’t wiped. I got my food to go. Instead of eating inside because it was disgusting.

We t in with online irder the store refused to accept the order even when I showed them online showed this location. Clearly the store had the food there just did not want to honor the pricing... won't be back.

I love Taco Bell. The person that took my order. She didn't ask me if I wanted any taco sauce.

Stoped through the drive through tonight and the food was basically trash. Never has it been like this before the crunch wrap “SUPREME” wasn’t even supreme and they forgot to put tamato In it and was barley any sour cream. It was so thin to like a peace of cardboard. So that was a waste of my money and the other thing was I asked for no beans in a Burrito and they put beans in the burrito. And it took forever. If they where running out of Ingredients then you guys should have just said so and we would have gone else where but instead you had us pay and just threw a so called “funchfrapfapreme” together and yes I spelled it right fake a$$ supreme.

I literally watched a lady change her kids diaper in front of me. This wasn’t in the bathroom, it was were everyone eats so it was very unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable. The works didn’t tell them anything and just helped the people with the kid

I'd been driving for hours and decided to stay in Indio. My order was placed through Grubhub and took over one hour to arrive. I simply purchased three items, yet the employees failed to fulfill my request. This isn't rocket science!!!! When I called the store, one of the employees answered the phone in an unprofessional manner and then passed the call to another employer. When I informed the employee of my missing item. The staff stated, "call Grubhub to obtain a refund" and "things happen". Poor quality food, poor customer service, and inadequate management.

Very unhappy with this location. Tonight I had taco Bell delivered through Postmates and I had made special requests for my nachos that didn't get accommodated, at all. They gave me regular tacos instead of the Doritos tacos I ordered, but they sure charged me all the extra money for special requests. And this is not the first time that this has happened to me either. I'm very unjappy

Placed my order of 3 tacos and a mini quesadilla inside at 3:34 according to my receipt. Place was not very busy inside and when I walked in 2 cars were at the drive thru. Got my order at 3:49, 15 min later. No compensation offered, just a "sorry for the wait". I took the bag to my car and reached in once I got on the freeway. 2 tacos we're unwrapped and had spilled everywhere. The wrappers weren't even close to on. I already had to wait 15 min for them, just take the extra min to wrap them right... And best part. No napkins. Don't even want to know what this place looks like when it's busy

Very rude and bad customer service I went today at midnight and they gave me burritos which were so cold straight out of fridge. They didn’t even warm it up or make fresh just gave us straight out from cooler. Also, I ordered fiesta potatoes and in 1 bowl it was barely 5 potatoes very less quantity compared to other locations.

Terrible customer service, first they left items out of our drive thru order, then argued that they gave them to us and accused us of trying to steal food from them. After that fiasco we discovered that half of our order was incorrectly made so we had to go BACK inside only to have them argue with us AGAIN (this time that the receipt showed that they had made them correctly even though they confirmed it). I'm glad we don't live here because I don't have to worry about coming here ever again.

Service is basic at the till. The tacos have very minimal fillings, and the lobby is always so disgustingly dirty, both tables & floor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Service was worse from drive thru , my order was like garbage in a small paper bag all stuff put in together so messy & gross . When I saw it The cashier “ Vanita” is mean person not even say sorry for mistake .

They are really going cheap on the "meat." Recently the items I've ordered have had more tortilla or she'll than any fillers. Completely upset with the quality of the food although people shouldn't eat this crappy grade of food.

I used to love Taco Bell but they keep cutting back more and more on the beef. Their burritos, tacos, Mexican pizza and anything else that has beef in it has only the bare minimum. I just ordered a Burrito Supreme with extra beef. I was definitely change for the extra beef, but the burrito had more beens thy anything else. Hardly any beef. The Mexican pizza I ordered was the same way. What the hell is wrong with Taco Bell? They keep rising their prices but putting less beef. Seriously people, get tour act together! Your food that was so good sucks big time now. It's not even 100% real beef, so come on!

10-27-19 about 5:10pm. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I go through the drive through and place my order. I order a Baja blast and and a 5 dollar box, I substitute the cinnamon twists for chips and cheese. They ask if the order is correct on screen and it is, I get up to the window and the girl at the window just says the total, nothing else. I give her my card and she quickly closes the window. Mind you, there was one person behind me and maybe 2 people in the store so it's not busy at all. She opens the window and hands me a regular mountain dew, again no words. I tell her i asked for a Baja blast and she says nothing and closes the window looking rushed and irritated, the then unenthusiasticly hands me a Baja blast, closes window, hands me my card as fast as possible, hands me the box, and slams window shut. I've never seen someone so unenthusiastic and rude at a fast food restaurant. Will not be going here again. I get home and the chips and cheese were not in the box and still had cinnamon twists. Ridiculous.

Refused to name the manager when asked turned and walked away

Went through the drive through and asked for 12 fire sauce, we ordered a burrito supreme and three soft tacos and a bean burrito.,. I was told I could only have 4 fire sauces. And I had to beg for 2 additional sauces. And there were no napkins at all in the bag. The said it was a corporate policy to only give 4 sauces per customer, per car. I knew it was a not the truth because i use to eat at Taco Bell at at least 4 times a week. And the tacos had almost nothing in them. And people working there were very rude and disconcerting. When I told them I would be calling the corporation, they act like they didn’t care at all. So If this is a corporation or company policy I will be giving my all business to Del Taco.

What are these overpriced sliders? $6 for two appetizers? That's ridiculous.

Order taco Supreme combo and of course they are regular tacos. No sour cream. And of course the tacos are small
