From the servers, hostess, and the manager this place rocks. Please don’t tell anyone as it’s so busy I may have to wait for a table. Our 2nd dining experience here and it does not disappoint. Warm bread is served along with your drinks, so great. We like the menu choices along with the choice of sides. My choice is always the sweet potato with marshmallows. This time I ordered the half rack of ribs, and the meat slide off the bone! Yummm. My friends ordered steak and shrimp, also great meals. Large Margaritas added much to the conversation. If you like sports you will love all the TVs in the Roadhouse. Hopefully you will get a chance to meet Frankie the manager who is so friendly, and very good with his staff. Did you know they carve all the beef on site every day? Neither did I but thanks for that. Do yourself a favor and come dine here soon. You will be happy! Hope you like my pictures of our choices. Our first time here and it exceeded our expectations! First of all, it was busy (overflowing parking lot) and surprisingly we got seated right away. Service was on point! Our waiter was outstanding, took our order right away, kept our drinks full and the hot buns coming! Our salads came out right away, quickly followed by our heaping entrees. Big portions. We liked the steaks. Knocked off 1 star for a couple of minor things. My son’s steak was quite blue rare although he asked for medium rare. No big deal. He ate what he could and took the rest home which microwaved well the next day. The green beans were awful, super salty, overcooked and contained bacon. Inedible. Wouldn’t order them again. Our server happily made it better though, replacing them with a loaded baked potato which was mostly great. I had to wipe the chunks of salt off the outside of the potato! A lotta salt! Ribs were a tad overcooked (dry) but still tasty. We were so full we didn’t have room for dessert. Manager was a happy guy, very hospitable. Checked in with us and said they’ve only been open 3 weeks. Kudos to the staff, they’re friendly and eager to please. We look forward to coming again and bringing our friends/family to try it out. Great spot for a celebratory dinner.

Our family recently visited Texas Roadhouse for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed. This steakhouse offers exceptional value, combining affordability with quality. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Despite the reasonable prices, the steak was tender, juicy, and delicious. We were particularly impressed by the enthusiastic way the staff celebrated birthdays for their customers, adding a special touch to the meal. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we look forward to returning.

We had a great time at Texas Roadhouse! They offer a large selection of food choices, which made it easy for everyone to find something they liked. The food was tasty, especially the ribs and steak. We also appreciated the plenty of car parking, making it convenient to visit. The service was friendly, and the overall experience was enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

First time at a Texas Roadhouse and was pleasantly surprised. The service was lacking a bit, but the food was good for a chain bbq restaurant. The portions were also generous which matched the pricing equivalent, in my opinion. This isn't necessarily a place I would search out, but if I came across another one in my travels, I wouldn't mind going again.

So let me jump rt in here... I enjoyed this meal and experience. My mom and I decided to do a dinner and movie night for international film festival, Texas Roadhouse was it. Great choice, service and food alone will ensure a repeat visit. From the time we were seated service begun with those hot sweet butter rolls and mocktails. Mom got ribs, baked tater, and corn. I got medallion over seasoned rice, sweet tater, and applesauce. Of course we didn't finish but we ENJOYED every bite!!! Worthy of the visit. There were so many options for food in the Indio plaza, I'm glad we choose Texas road house. I would like to mention the floors. They do need attention. Table were clean but dirty floors make anything look dirty.

Checked out this location for my wife’s birthday 🎂. The meal and service were exactly what I expect from a Texas Roadhouse. Good food—though a bit on the salty side—reasonably priced, and great service. No complaints. We ordered the “special for two,” and it was more than enough for us. We don’t eat a lot, but it would definitely be plenty for most people.

I had an enjoyable dinner here, surprisingly we didn't have to wait very long, came at 5pm and was seated within 10 minutes, our waitress was very attentive and checked on us several times, brought us drinks and we even got free ice cream because we were here to celebrate my anniversary. The food was tasty! It's big portions, so come here hungry. When I left, the lobby was crowded with people waiting for a table so perhaps come early to get a seat.

Sat there for almost 20 min and the server never even passed by. No drinks, nothing. The server spent most of her time hanging out by the register talking to her friends. Passed us like five times an completely ignored us. Needless to say my family and I walked out. My wife spoke to the manager who was very nice and apologetic and gave us two coupons but after service like that I don’t think I’ll be back. At least not tho this location. I might just give the coupons to someone one of the less fortunate people out here. We just went to longhorn where we were seated and served in less than 5 minutes. It sucks though because I use to go to this roadhouse all the time with my family.

The food was delicious HOWEVER, our server was not attentive at all. We were left sitting for long periods of time not being helped when we needed it and our server was no where to be found. I had ordered the sirloin steak well done and this is what I received. It was very bloody and when I was looking for my server, surprise, no where to be found. Eventually when he came back I told him the issue and he started deflecting saying “I wish I would have known earlier, I would’ve taken it back for you.” (Once-again, he was no where to be found). Then proceeded to continually ask if I wanted it reheated to be well done. (It was already room temperature at this point) I just declined. I was ready to leave. Normally I love to go here and it’s always pleasant, but this time I just wanted to leave.

We recently visited as a party of three. The initial service was odd. After our full party arrived and we were ready to order food, the male bartender prioritized taking a complete meal and drink order from a couple who had just walked in, making us wait. We also had a significant issue with the food: one of our meals, which was requested well done, arrived completely raw inside. Fortunately, the manager handled the situation professionally, quickly getting the meal corrected and delivered to our table. We were very satisfied with the manager's response. The female bartender was also excellent and provided very good service. However, the male bartender continued to behave strangely, even looking at us oddly when the manager brought the correct food. It made the entire atmosphere feel uncomfortable and "off," even though we were just laughing and having a regular conversation. We suggest reviewing the male bartender's customer service approach.

I am dissapointed with Texas Roadhouse Indio sector in California reason they have a long wait when there is only 2 people in the party and 90% of their retaurant is empty and the wait is for 2 people 15 to 30 minutes, I guess they do not like parties of 2 people they rather loose the customers then fimd them a seating when 90% of the restaurant is empty, besides I was waiting with my husband for 25 minutes there were 4 parties of 2 that came after we did when they called us that our table was ready they had us stand on a number and they took 3 parties that came after we did, I then complained why were this people going before us if we were 25 minutes before they were there, the hostess Keiden stated he didn't know why but that we were next. After seeing your reviews for this Texas Roadhouse in Indio it seems that it's a problems that has been ongoing without any results. I think this restaurant in particular needs new management and they need to address this problem. Food was great, waitress was great and prices were fair, only needs to improve the mention problems.

Texas Roadhouse I am disappointed they gave me raw chicken that was noticeable even on plate. I thought it was only one peice that was undercooked but nope the whole chicken was undercooked and you could tell as it was noticeably pink.. they were slammed and busy but however DOSENT give them a pass for something that can cause harm I am suffering from food poisoning
