Was happy with my donut , better donuts then most places , price was a little high 1.29 for one donut nut decent size and taste good so cant beat it

The service is great, the food especially the ham and cheese bagel with avocado was a delite.

The lady is nice 👍

You can tell this place has a reputation with the community because any time I go there, there are people ordering who are chating it up with the servers like old time friends, it gives a very homie feeling to it. 10/10

They have good donuts and some tasty bagel sandwiches! The staff is pleasant and quick! The bagel sandwiches come in several varieties! Good place to get a quick bite!

Always has a WIDE VARIETY of donuts and this is what I love! What I don't love is that I have gotten a few under cooked donuts before and that needs to be addressed. To break a donut in half and see that one part of it is still wet like it was not fried on the other side is very irritating. I posted a picture here in the reviews

The different sandwiches are so delicious! The jelly donuts are a bit to be desired. Jelly is only in one bite. Overall, it's a pretty decent spot!!

Great! They're also observing covid-19... Mask wearing... 6 ft distancing and they're open 24 hours... they also deliver. But my Donuts were not as fresh as they should or could have been ...that probably goes to them being open 24 hours a day. I'm so used to going to Winchell's 6 a.m getting fresh donuts just coming out of the oven. I suppose no one's doing that anymore... There's also very limited parking spaces.

I visited here because it is near my home. I love apple fritters but at this location apples has NEVER been added to the dough. Staff never friendly. I didn't move from donut counter for safety reasons and had to ask for napkins but told to go to cashier counter and get some. She could have easily added the napkins when she brought me the donuts. If you want apples in your apple fritters go to another donut shop NOT Winchell's.

Since the minute we walked in—red flag. No welcome at all and the service was horrible. The food was decent but won’t be returning because of the ugly service I received today from a particular employee. This employee was not wearing a name tag. She is as old as my mother but was acting like a rude teen that doesn’t appreciate her job. She has very very short hair like a man, dark tone hair like brown-red, and her eyebrows were drawn on with black eyebrow pencil. Since we walked in this employee was being loud—chatting with co workers saying she didn’t like this person, etc. as if she was at home—-ignoring us and the customers in front. When she was done and felt like helping she said “NEXT” I pointed to the person that was next. She should know who is next. They were all rude, all employees (I guess it’s contagious) but the eldest one in particular was being ugly, nasty attitude. I gave her no reason to even speak to me in such a manner. Was polite and patient from the beginning. I was hungry and wanted a quick bite and that is why I went. Purchased a croissant for myself and some pastries for my friend. They weren’t really attentive to us so I was keeping an eye to see when my order was ready(really hungry here) and soon as it was just like I predicted I had to get my order myself. They didn’t acknowledge me. One took my order, the other made the sandwich and another took my money. They all didn’t hand it over, they just left it on the counter even though I was right there looking, waiting for my order. I grabbed it assuming it was mine and it was. And the cashier lady with the black eyebrows looks at me, pops her eyes out wide open (so rude!) and says in Spanish “you didn’t get your eyes of her” meaning the younger lady that was making my sandwich. Like hello, I was hungry and they weren’t even attentive to us or anyone since the beginning. Horrible service. Shouldn’t be working there if you are not a people person. These people can get fired without receiving unemployment!! This is a good reason to get fired. It is a customer service job, you should get fired for poor service!!! No unemployment for you because it is a good reason to fire you.

Wow. I told him, "no!" Then, after we spent $23.58 on the 3 different bagel sandwiches, one donut and 3 different types of drinks, they would not even allow me to use the restroom and I had not been to one since leaving NC many hours ago since I did not get up on the flight and my ride was already waiting for me so I wanted to be able to eliminate the 3 cans of beverages I drank on the flight but was told I had to go use some other restroom across the street! Don't think I'd ever return here even though my sandwich and the other two we had to rearrange and the donut and drinks were all good.

Went there this past Sunday on Halloween & the Lady working there is Rude as Hell , the Manager was also working that day , I told him about her Bad attitude & he never apologized about her Bad Customer service This isn't the first time she treated me so disrespectful! If I could give this place Zero Stars I would 👎🏾 Never again will I Return !

Hispanic lady attitude is not it. I only come here cause I live down the street. She never tells her customers she'll be right with you or anything I had to walk out she moves so slow all she do is hold conversations take people orders and let them leave wanna talk more talk after your shift is OVER!!

This place sucks as well as their employees listening skills.

Never buy donuts from this location. Between the hours of 10pm to 6am.. You will br served DAY OLD DONUTS, when asked are they making any fresh donuts for the day, i was told NO!!!... Again avoid purchasing DONUTS between 10pm and 6am from this location....
