The cashiers here always do a great job — they’re friendly, fast, and make sure everything comes out right. Every time I’ve come, the service from the front staff has been great. However, I’ve noticed the manager can be a bit rude to the employees during my visits. It’s not right to treat hardworking staff that way, especially when they’re doing such a good job keeping customers happy. Big respect to the cashiers for keeping a positive attitude despite that — they really make the experience great here.

Best food ever, no matter what you order, it’s always good. Moe made my day. i will definitely come back at some point. Came back again, Arad and George made my day too. made my food and smiled, i didnt know the employees punish their bosses for not greeting the customers. im very happy

Dave’s Hot Chicken is SO good! The chicken is super crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I love that they have different spice levels so you can go from mild to crazy hot depending on your mood. The Staff(Mohammad) is Friendly and Kind. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something tasty!

I had no idea what sliders are. That had a buy 1 get 1 offer and these are the sliders. Humongous but tasty. I literally threw the bun away as it would be so heavy and. The chicken was really well cooked and the spices were provided as requested. The best part is they provide honey which goes amazingly good with this chicken. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Dave’s! The food was delicious, with well-balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dave's Hot Chicken and tried the Dave's Bites. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully juicy on the inside. The seasoning was excellently balanced, offering the ideal mix of flavor. Sufyan, who served us, provided exceptional service—he took the time to thoroughly explain the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We drove to Orange County for my daughter's birthday and she wanted Dave's Hot Chicken after she had tried it at a Cal State LA event. She liked the chicken so much that she wanted me to try it. Well, it was delicious! The chicken tenders are full of flavor, crispy, and it has the right amount of heat. I chose the mild, and next time I will venture to try the medium heat. Loved the atmosphere and the team was very polite. I feel that the employees enjoy working there, so they make me feel welcome.

Our favorite Nashville style Halal chicken . We come here often to get our fast food craving fixed. The prices are on a higher side for a fast food. The customer service is good and the place is spacious. They have a drive through as well . They recently introduced chicken bites which are perfect for young kiddos. They have halal certification on display as well.

We ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was very flavorful. Dave's sauce is good too kinda like honey mustard. The people who worked there were very nice. I chose the hot but it is not very hot I would try extra hot next time. The only thing is the chicken was a little too oily, it would be nice if there are more vegetable options other than just pickles.

After watching the commercial on Pluto TV for weeks we decided to try Dave's Hot Chicken today. Staff member Misael was very nice and courteous. Chicken is a bit on the salty side. However, it's very flavorful and still rather enjoyable. The sliders are perhaps their best dish.

Underwhelming experience overall. The menu is pretty limited — mostly chicken sandwiches and tenders, without much variety. I’m not sure what all the hype is about. On top of that, you have to keep asking for extra sauces, which gets a bit annoying. Nothing really stood out for me.

I don't understand the hype! Mediocre chicken at a fast food place. Sauce is literally what adds the flavor but you have to pay for sauces!?!? Paid $125 for food and literally only received like 5 sauces (paid for 4 of them-- are you kidding?!?! Plus these sauces arent even big enough) Had to beg the counter for ketchup packets and napkins (which are honestly cheap napkins and rip after minimal usage- another thing that I cant stand). Now that they've been bought out by a big corporation i cant wait to see what other corners they cut. Def will not be back to any of these branches-- please take a lesson from chic fila and leave sauces on the counter-- the more sauces that people use the better the flavor and the more that people will come.

Worst of the DHC franchises I've visited. Takeout was cold and greasy, negligible amount of fries in order, I got all the gimpy chicken. Sad! Drake is a partial owner in this brand, he should invest and get them some standards yeesh. Hotville will give you better value for your buck.

The workers at Daves Hot Chicken clearly don’t care about customers. They’re there to clock in, stand around, and do the bare minimum. Nobody greets you, nobody checks if you’re okay, and if you ask for help, they act annoyed. You can tell they’re just working to work. No pride, no effort, no interest in doing a good job. The manager sets the tone. He’s rude, dismissive, and acts like customers are a problem instead of the reason the place exists. When I asked about a mistake in my order, he brushed me off without even looking up. No apology, no fix, nothing. The rest of the staff followed that same attitude—lazy, careless, and disrespectful. The food wasn’t any better. My chicken was cold and dry, the fries were stale, and the portions were way smaller than before. The tables were sticky, the trash bins were overflowing, and the drink station was a mess. It’s obvious nobody takes responsibility for anything here. This place used to have energy and good food. Now it’s run by people who don’t care about quality or customers. When the entire staff gives up on trying, the business goes with it. Faves Hot Chicken is proof of that.

I went to Daves Hot Chicken expecting a solid meal and ended up with one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, the place was a mess. When I walked in, there were people standing around unsure where to order because no one at the counter bothered to greet or direct anyone. The employees looked overwhelmed and unorganized. Orders were stacking up on the counter, and multiple customers were visibly frustrated trying to figure out which bag was theirs. When I finally placed my order, the cashier barely made eye contact, didn’t confirm what I said, and acted like I was bothering them. I waited around 25 minutes for my food, even though I only ordered a slider combo. Meanwhile, other customers who ordered after me somehow got their food first. When my order finally came out, the bag was greasy and soggy on the bottom, and the sandwich inside was cold. The fries were stale and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I went back to the counter to ask if they could remake it, and the employee just shrugged and said, “We’re really busy.” No apology, no offer to make things right. The manager was standing nearby watching this happen and didn’t step in or even acknowledge me. That’s when I realized the problem isn’t the employees—it’s management. No leadership, no care for quality or customer experience. The restaurant itself was dirty. Tables weren’t wiped down, napkins were scattered on the floor, and the drink station was sticky and half-empty. There were flies buzzing around the trash bin, and no one seemed to care. For a place that tries to act trendy and high-energy, it felt more like a place that gave up on standards. The food didn’t save the experience either. The chicken was dry, over-salted, and the breading tasted burnt. The sauce was uneven—one side drenched, the other bone dry. By the time I left, I was annoyed, still hungry, and honestly confused how this place gets good reviews at all. Save yourself the time and money. Between the attitude, the slow service, and the complete lack of cleanliness, Faves Hot Chicken isn’t worth it. There are way better spots nearby that actually care about their customers and their food.

Kids wanted Dave’s because of free slider deal. Sounds great, right? I already have the app, which is where you get the QR code. I ordered for pickup and pulled up the code to add it to the order. The app then tells you the code is only redeemable in person, and starts a 15 minute timer. Exiting the code made it disappear from the app. I went to the store to pick up the food and explained what happened to no avail. I’m really rating the flow of this promotion, and the lack of forethought that people might order takeout but would still want to get the deal. Given all the great food options in the area, there’s no need to come back.
