Ordered ExtravaganZZa thru doordash and when it was delivered, there was nothing on the pizza. Called the shop and talked to the manager, he told me “make that complaint to the doordash period”. Totally disrespectful and ignorant on his job.

Had good experiences ordering in the past (the people were friendly and professional) but recently service has been unhinged, don't know how else to describe it. Orders get cancelled or made incorrectly without reason, they hang up their phone if called, and delivery gets thrown on the ground at our doorstep without a knock or update. Go elsewhere if you just want some pizza delivery.

Every order I make here gets cancelled with no explanation or attempt to contact. This includes orders made at all hours of the day. You should probably just remove the option for delivery if you do not provide that service.

Ordered pizza via doordash, my order claims by Domino’s driver. My order was headed to the driver and he stays at store around twenty minutes and still staying. Thanks for the food guys, will update the review and share the pizza’s temperature.

This specific Dominos used to be a 5 star store. They were fast and always put out quality food. This past weekend, I place my order on the app like I normally do. One thing I love about dominos is the garlicky crust they have from the garlic sauce they drizzle on the crust. When I get to the store, I just ask if they can do a second pass and they do it no problem. I also used to get their garlic knots which they have replaced with garlic bites (not as good because they’re really doughy). This time I walked in, I saw my pizzas getting taken out the oven and asked the guy at the counter if they can add extra sauce to the crust. He went to the lady cutting the pizza in the back and I assumed told her to do this. I watched as she did a single pass, not even hitting the crust. When he brought it back up, I opened it and asked if he can do one more circle with the garlic sauce. He then said “no, she said we can’t do that as a store policy”. Weird, they’ve always done it without any hesitation. I asked if I can speak with her. She comes and says “nope can’t do it because it’s store policy. People can come and say it’s too salty”. Well I’m the customer who’s about to eat it and I would like it to have the extra sauce on the crust. I offered to pay more money for another round of garlic (eliminating the “cost” argument), and she said no. I was very surprised and left. In the car, I checked the garlic bites, and half of them had no sauce on them, just bread balls. I went back in and asked if she’ll put sauce on the garlic bites since they’re not even covered. She didn’t look happy but did add more sauce. Really sad that they don’t just listen to customers. I’ll have to go to a different dominos now

Domino's has been my go-to for years, but the quality and accuracy has finally driven me away. They don't read the order, slices regularly don't have any toppings, and the pizza is regularly overcooked or burned. On top of all that, a Manager is NEVER available. I called today and asked for a manager. The person who answered kept saying "how can I help" even though they were not a manager. They were condescending and clearly not interested in my issue.

Absolutely atrocious delivery. 1. "Deal" 7.99 for 2 medium pizza's. Click on the deal and then get charged 10.99 per pizza. 2. Delivery time when ordering 15-35 min. Ordered at 8pm, called at 8:50pm, app said "delivered", food showed up at 9:10pm. 3. The pizzas were like warm when they arrived, but tasted what you expect from Domino's pizza. 4. The girl who answered the phone was very courteous and great customer service. She was by far the only bright spot in the whole call. You could tell that she has to deal with this all the time as she quickly offered credits for the same order for the future. (I declined as we don't eat this kind of pizza often and would have preferred the whole thing cancelled and refunded.) All in all from not honoring the price right from their own website to food taking forever to get there, I am surprised they are still in business.

I’m a manager who works next door . This is my third time I’m putting in the order for Domino’s for our event and every time there is something going on with their time to deliver their food . Even tho I come in person to pick up the food . Absolutely do not recommend Fortuner Terrace in Rockville, Maryland Domino’s .

Ordered 2 of the 6.99 items and 4 sodas. Got the pizza and no sodas. Called said I did not order sodas. But the med pepperoni pizza was 16.99. That is ridiculous. I will never order from there again. That is a rip off. 16.99 for a medium pizza. Stay away.

Terrible. I ordered from them through Uber and they marked my order as delivered and when I called the store about it, since they use their own delivery, they just told me they do that due to system issues amd assured I would get it. It came 38 minutes after the expected delivery time and the quality was so poor. The pizza tasted rubbery and it was cold.
