Wunna is THE MAN!! Kailei is dope too. Food is bomb. Someone stole all the treats outta the dessert soup. Service is fast and the online queue was convenient while battling for parking. Having dividers for types of soups bases is PEAK hot pot. TEAM WUNNA!

Denny has some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is super friendly, always checking in, and making sure everything is perfect. They explain how the hot pot works, refill drinks fast, and even offer little extras that make the experience feel special. The food is fresh, the broth is amazing, and the whole vibe is fun and welcoming. I definitely felt taken care of the whole time. I would 100% come back again.

We had Chau as our service for the first time, this was the best experience we had. She welcomed us with bright smiles, helped educate my table with the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. The lunch menu itself was such a steal. If you come before 5pm on the weekdays, there is a 15.99 lunch combo which consists of the vegetable platter, a meat plate, rice and a drink. The portions was definitely more than we can finish!

Hotpot Heaven – Just Missing One Thing! Hai Di Lao is always a solid choice when you’re craving hotpot. The service is top-tier the staff are attentive, friendly, and somehow always manage to make you feel like a VIP. The broth options are rich and flavorful, and the ingredient quality is consistently high. I especially love the noodle dance, it never gets old! Now, I’ll admit it: I’m a sucker for free stuff. Whether it’s snacks, sauces, or a surprise little gift, I’m in. Hai Di Lao almost scratches that itch with the complimentary snacks, drinks, and phone screen protectors while you wait. But a little more wouldn’t hurt, right? If only they offered a few more freebies (dessert on the house, maybe?), I’d be in hotpot heaven. Still, if you’re after a comforting, interactive, and delicious meal with great service, this place delivers. Just bring your appetite l, and maybe cross your fingers for a few extra surprises.

I went on my birthday. I heard they have a special birthday service so I tried it. The staff are very friendly, smiling and quick. They take good care of the customers. I will order myself at the table. And after confirming the order, their food delivery time is quite fast. They have a lot of sauces that can be mixed together. They use fresh meat and vegetables. However, the vegetable portion is a little less than I expected, but it's okay. Although the restaurant space is not too large, they really know how to arrange it to look airy and not give a feeling of being crowded when the restaurant starts to fill up.

I had an amazing dining experience at Haidilao! The service was outstanding — the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. The hotpot ingredients were fresh and of great quality, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the flavorful broths and the delicious dipping sauces. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, and the little thoughtful details, like snacks and entertainment while waiting, made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best hotpot restaurants I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Out of all the hotpot spots, this is by far one of my favorites, all the ingredients taste fresh and delicious and the services were amazing. There are many bases you can choose from, and the atmosphere is vibrant, if you are here for birthday, the employees will do a celebration for you by request. First time at a Hot Pot, so I can't make a comparison. That said, I had the pork and sukiyaki broth with several types of meat and vegetables. The meals are light but after $200, it was filling. They have some good beer selections too. There were a couple of birthday celebrations which added a festive atmosphere. The Japanese dancer was entertaining and the changing masks were pretty cool.

The good quality is great, the service is non existent here, and the atmosphere is cool it’s just expensive…… they added some spices to my broth and charged me 8$. It’s very expensive for not a lot of food. If you want something more affordable All That Shabu is $30 for lunch all you can eat with unlimited sides and free soft drinks and free sauces. It’s ridiculous to charge for sauces…..

My partner and I went to Haidilao for the Meat O’Clock promo at $19.99 and it sounds like a good deal, but honestly it is not. The selection is extremely limited. You only get five items to choose from. The lamb was very gamey. The beef short plate was overly fatty to the point where I could not even finish one order since almost half of it was fat. What made it worse was the table next to us clearly got much leaner cuts, so the inconsistency was obvious. The marinated beef was super chewy and not tender at all. Shrimp was just okay. The fish was nothing special. On top of that, the soup base is not included. Any sides or add ons cost extra. By the end, two people paid over $100, which is wild considering the quality of the meat we received. For that price, there are many better AYCE hot pot options with way better meat quality and value. We would not recommend Haidilao based on this experience.

Extremely sneaky. You can see in small letters it says “soup base is not included”. Guess how much a soup base costs? For two people $30. And no mention of this when they forced us to choose the combination options on their iPad under the waiter’s supervision. And they refused to remove it from the bill at the end. Apparently, even for a small base it would be an extra $14. They also tried to overcharge us another $8 for the sauce bar. Many of the high reviews appear to be from new/inactive accounts, presumably bribed for the wheat flour and chemical snacks out front which we saw people stuffing into their bags on their way out. Edit: further digestive issues revealed themselves next day. Suspect broth was reclaimed possibly from a gutter
