Lady M offers a luxurious dessert experience with their beautifully crafted mille crêpes cakes. We tried the Dubai Chocolate and Amedei Chocolate Mille Crêpes, and both were absolutely delicious — the Dubai Chocolate was rich, smooth, and indulgent with a slight caramel-like depth, while the Amedei Chocolate had a bold, premium cocoa flavor layered between delicate, soft crêpes. Each bite was light yet decadent, showcasing incredible technique and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was elegant and calm, making it a perfect spot for a sweet treat or a special outing.

This place is a must-visit for crepe cake enthusiasts. They offer a wide variety of crepe cakes, and in my opinion, the passion fruit cake was overly sweet, while the pistachio one was perfect and very delicious. The staff was friendly, and the interior was clean and tidy. The cake prices are above average, but it's worth it.

The Crepes are so delicious! Definitely a must! The prices are indeed high, but since it is unique, I would suggest checking it out if you haven’t! Their drinks are also good! The place is clean and nice! The costumer service is good. Make sure to visit before afternoon since they usually run out of their cakes and you may end up with a few choices! Make sure to try the green tea cake, their original one and their tiramisu.

Very good! The cakes are very soft and not too sweet. As you can see I tried a few. You can sit down here but also get it to go. If you sit down they add a gratuity to your bill. They have an assortment of coffee and tea as well. Cakes we decently priced all around $8-9. Would go again for sure!

I've had these crepe cakes a bunch of times in the past from friends who would bring it to me in San Diego. But this was my first time on site to pick up an on line order. The website was very easy to order. They all come in 9 inch except for green tea and signature crepe flavors also come in 6 inch. They range from $80-$108. Deep for the pocket but totally worth it. You get what you pay for especially if you see the effort that goes into making these cakes. I've ordered crepe cakes from other bakeries who were cheaper but it's not the same. Lady M has more crepe layers. You must order at least two days in advanced. The calendar will gray out dates for you. I placed an order on Thursday and the next available was Sunday. It's ready for pick up when they open and can be picked up anytime before closing. When we got there, there was a line out side, allowing three parties at a time inside due to COVID. There are indoor dining tables that you can dine in. Also a table outside. We had three people ahead of us and like ten behind us. But then we saw a sign that said pick up to the left so we walked in straight to the counter and was able to get our order. We got the 9 inch green tea and barely left a dent..lol. In the past it was still good a day later but as each day passes, it's not as fluffy and gets deflated. The crepe loses its bounce and becomes a bit of rubbery but still good. You can also order by slice but will need to stand in that long line. Irvine location is the closest to me for San Diego but don't worry a location will soon open up at UTC.

Service was so-so, not very friendly, but the cake itself still made me happy!

The interior is very nice. There are lots of people working here. I do think there are more people working here than customers. There even is someone who's entire job is to open the door for you. The all-white interior is very clean and the black uniforms match well. The cakes are very nice looking. I would give the place a 5 based on interior. The reason it's 5 stars is that the cakes actually tasted greasy/oily and flavorless.

However, it can be a perfect place for a blind date - if you don’t like the date you only suffer through cake and drink🖖 Space was cleaner than some hospital. Glass and utensils were both exceptionally clean which I appreciate. My son took me there so I did enjoy it but I probably won’t go back there simply because there are countless pastry shop that are much better than this.

However the crepe cake slices must have been sitting out on display for a while so they were quite dry despite having the cream filling in between. Maybe have some transparent covers on the cakes to help? Also, the atmosphere is also quite sterile and clinical feeling with white walls and the loud fridge noises humming. maybe some warmer lighting, artwork and music might improve the vibes?

Ordered a Peach Melba crepe via UberEats for pick-up, but was given guava instead — I’m ALLERGIC to guava. Only realized after my first bite. Returned immediately, but the store still wanted to charge me again and didn’t acknowledge their mistake. For $12.95 a slice, this level of service and disregard for allergies is unacceptable.

⭐ 2 stars – Disappointed by the service, again. I’ve visited this Lady M location multiple times, and the customer service is consistently the worst compared to their other stores. The food is great—that’s the only reason I keep coming back. But the service? Always disappointing. This time, I asked for a specific cake by name—TWICE—and the staff still didn’t know which one I meant. There aren’t even that many cake options, so I was shocked they weren’t familiar with them. I ended up having to describe the color of the cake just to place an order. I came in on a Sunday at 3pm for just 3 slices of cake and still waited 15 minutes—with 3 staff members standing around. No one seemed to know how to manage the line or speed up service. At $11–$15 per slice, you expect at least decent service. But here it’s consistently slow, unwelcoming, and untrained. No one says "welcome" or "thank you," and the staff don’t seem to know their own menu—one employee even tried to tell me their signature cake was sold out, when it was literally sitting next to the cashier. I’ve been to Lady M in New York and LA—those locations are nothing like this. This Orange County store seriously needs better management and staff training. If you’re planning to visit, lower your expectations. The cakes are worth it, but this location is not.
